From my icici savings account 30th dec 2019 7000 rs debited from back end without my knowledge. No information about this in statement also.
I called customer care regarding this, they told your account marked as lien, pls contact with any icici branch. I went next day to branch ask details about this, they told 7000 rs debited (7 transactions - each transaction 1000 rs) from back end, we don't know about the details, so pls raise the written complaint regarding this.
I raised the complaint 3 times in 2 branch (Perambur and second line beach).
But still i am not getting details about this.
