Sir, I made a payment of INR 4230.00 on dated 21.08.2017 through paytm app, However amount deducted from bank account but payment was failed. I done this transaction vide paytm merchant vide order No. [protected], with DC Transaction no [protected] and i made a complaint to paytm and they said Paytm has already initiated your refund of amount INR 4230.00 on date[protected] Reference number for proof of successful refund to your icici bank is 74766517233733671863576. However the refund is not reflected in my account. Please help !!!

    My account in icici is[protected] is dormat now i want to restart and brought back money which is deposited.in my account there were 5000₹approximately so, but in branch manager told to me that we are unable to transfer to money, but rbi rules is submitted kyc form and transfer money.       Dear sir / madam,

      Icici bank delivered faulty credit card for me and it never worked. I had called up customer care and complained before the first statement generation itself, however statement was generated with annual charges and i didn;t even get the new card. Every month they were keep on adding late payment charges etc. I could not and did not make any transaction using credit card, but still they kept on generating bills.
      Right now also i am getting pay ment reminder emails.

      I had raised the grievance in icici web site as well long back, they checked the records and promised to zeroisation of the account. However they later started saying it is subject to the approval.

      Please help me to zeroisation of the credit card account. They should be fined for delivering faulty card and on top of that harassing to keep sending emails and calling for the payment.

        I am using internet banking since 2015. My user id is disabled suddenly when i was trying to login from my id and a message shown that my id is disabled. I dont know why!!! There after i called customer care to get resolved the issue, but there is no any option available during call which pertains to the issue which i am facing.
        So i decided to put a complain on that without any pre information how my id disabled.
        This is very very poor.
        I am facing this problem that i can not able to make online transfer of cash as not able to log in my account.
        Please unlock my user id. & password.
        I called on customer care number but the issue not resolved.
        I request to the icici team to resolve this asap.

          Dear sir/madam
          Good day... I applied loan through icici adayar branch..in my icici mobile banking showing contact relationship manager.
          Details as follows...
          Name: shiva (331920)
          Mob:[protected]
          But this number is not reachable...
          Afterthat i got mr. Shiva's other mobile number through the bank staff...
          I called more than 100times... He never picked my call & there is no proper response from him... Afterthat i went icici adayar branch to meet him... I was waiting more than 1hr to meet him... Mr. Shiva came to me with the lazy attitude & when i am asking about my loan status he is not responding properly... Simply says rejected and get out.. When i am asking about reason he didn't answer (He is not checked my application properly)... He never notified my loan status through mail or phone.. He took one month to process my loan application... Eventhough i am a icici bank customer first time i felt very bad... I want to close all my family members account from icici bank depends upon this compliant's response..
          Icici bank known to be a very good bank in private banking sector... Because of this kind of people's attitude it's losing reputation from its customer...
          I hope there will be some action or reply from icici...

            Hi,

            I have placed an order to dominos for rs. 881/-. My 1st order was canceled & amount was debited. I have placed the order again the order was placed as well as the amount was debited.

            I have called many times to customer care of icici as well as dominos but my amount has not refund. Also, dominos told me they have not claimed amount for the 1st transaction.

            Now icici bank customer care telling me they did not receive any claim. Also, i was waiting to connect manager of customer care of icici bank but he did not come over the call for 2 times atlest for 12-13 min.

            It's not the good way.

            Kindly do the needful.

              As per your reminder of this communication mail, i concern to inform you i have taken personal loan 2015 november rs 2 lakhs and tenure of 3 years, one year i paid emi regularly after that past one nd half year i don't have job, from past april 2016, i lost my job, due to company has closed completely and shifted to mumbai, if you are not believe kindly go and check my office which is located in mittal tower 13th floor, after company closed i didn't get job anywhere, how i can pay my emi, i managed to pay my emi till october 2016, after that i couldn't pay, due to all of debt, due to no job, my car alto 800 vxi, even that also i gave to some one else i sold it, my life is become live or die position, in this that icici bank guy by name mr khan, his mobile number is [protected], speaking very abused words, not ready lisen my problems, mentally he is harassment me, he is not thinking that i'm female, sensitive i couldn't tolerant such behaviour, if he again same way torcher me, surely i going to attend the suicide, but surely this copy i will give to complaint against him, if i get suicide because of his torcher, i will mention his name, and icici bank

                  I have done recharge of my monthly subscription of ₹215, thrice on 17, 18, 19 of august 2017 and the amount has been reduced from my account a/c[protected] simultaneously but couldn't get the credit in my d2h account. Since then more than 6 times i had talked to customer care of icic bank and customers care of d2h but didn't got satisfactory answer, still we are unable to watch tv due to insufficient balance, so i here by want justice and want strict action against them.

                    A/c no1 was settled for 220000 for five installments and paid as under:
                    22.9.[protected]paid
                    11.10.[protected]paid
                    13.11.[protected]paid

                    23.4.[protected]paid all payments was collected by mr. Parbhakar, your bank
                    Manager mob [protected] or by his staff. I pointed about delay for last payment and he assured that he would take care for delay and i should not get worried. After final payment there was no objection nor any letter. Positively
                    Every thing was in order and as assured and discussed with mr. Prabhakar as he also confirmed that necessary action taken to regularize this.

                    The problem started after settling a/c no. By mr. Sandip sarkar for rs.66000/
                    This was settled for two cheque for rs.28650/- of canara bank dtd.28.11.2012 recpt no. [protected] and this cheque was cleared on presentation. Another cheque 38000 dtd.26.11.12 of icici bank against available balance of rs38658.30 as per bank statement dt.20.11.12. This balance all a sudden vanished fro account and i came to know afterwards this amount is transferred to account no. 1 resulting dishonour of cheque taken by mr. Sarkar. This was discussed time to time with mr. Sandip sarkar mob no. [protected] and he assured all the times to take up the matter with the necessary authority in order to resolve the issue and could not succeed.

                    This is whimsical decision of the bank as clear from the above. They are harassing me oftenly and also threatening. I am 73 year old having no work and penniless already in deep trouble. Pl. Close the matter in settlement of the account under advice to me.

                      A bunch of thieves who talk like icici bank executives try to use your credit card details to make online transactions. They first attract you by saying you have reward points that you need to redeem/encash and ask for some bank information without which they cannot help redeem/encash rewards to your account.
                      At first, the call sounds genuine..
                      I received a call from one such number just half an hour back, and am shocked that i was just a few clicks away from being swindled of money from my account. Thankfully, good sense prevailed and i released i was being fooled.
                      They will ask for your credit card number, csv number (3 digit number) in the back of your card and otp details if you get any sms - they will use your credit card number and csv to make the purchase. If you give them your otp number, they can successfully complete the transaction and buy what they want with your money.
                      I found a list of complains where people have been victim to this credit card fraud. The cases listed against a vendor called moto_tpls is very similar to the rewards point story i was told - https://www.complaintboard.in/…/moto-tpsl-sbipg-l445818. Html
                      I got a call from the following numbers, so beware:
                      [protected], [protected], [protected].
                      A girl called khushi mishra called first, and then she transferred the call to her manager, a senior verification officer (It seems.. Huh!).
                      When confronted by asking for their bonafides, they didn't respond. When told that a police complaint will be lodged, they disconnected the call and the number was not reachable soon after. Both callers spoke good hindi and english. They had a distinct north indian accent.

                      I got this call last week and week before that and now another one today. I thought it was high time i bring it to the notice of icici bank.
                      Please be vigilant!

                        I have attempted to transfer fund to my brother account number holding account with hdfc bank. I have 2 hdfc payee accounts in my profile. One is my brother and other one is hdfc bank internal accounts to pay any late fee for delayed emis. While selecting the account number, i have selected an incorrect account number as my brother's account and the fund of rs.45000/-have been credited to that account ([protected])....

                        This has ref. To three complaints numbered sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected] dated 16/07/2017, 20/07/2017 and 04/08/2017 regarding fraud transactions done on 15/07/2017 via credit card numbered [protected].

                        First customer complaint manager assured that no amount will be charged from self regarding these transactions as complaint is filled before 3 days. Now bank is charging inr 2000 approx. For mar up fee, igst and balance amount.

                        Bank is not ready to resolve the complaint raised for the same on aug-04, 2017. You are requested to take necessary action against the wilful defaulter.

                            I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c.                             My Adhar number and my debit is missing and someone miss using the my card.and also I have miss use transaction I'd. IN/pay TM Mobile/[protected]..using this transaction id my ATM card miss using.pls help as quickly... transaction I'd :SB498800...I can't know where I registered my complaint.pls block my ATM card.. otherwise tell the solution

                            I purchase petol of ₹1000.00 from Yadav Motor on 7/08/2017 7.52.29am through ICICI bank Debit card.
                            ₹29.50 has been debited on 11/8/2017 for this transaction which should not have been as per petroleum minister government of India.
                            Such charges are detrimental for going digital or cashless.

                            Please refund the same on top priority

                              Hi team.

                              I have tried booking tatkal train ticket yesterday morning which gave page not displayed on final page but money was deducted.
                              Then i tried again and booked again which was successful... But the money deducted for failed transaction is not refunded.
                              Please update me asap.

                                A/c no. 1 was settled for rs2, 20, 000 for five installments and paid as under:
                                22.09.10 rs44000 paid
                                11.10.10 rs.44000/paid
                                13.11.10 rs.44000/- paid
                                10.12.10 rs.44000/paid
                                23.04.11 rs.44000/paid all payments was collected by your officer mr. Parbhakar mob 98366661 or by his staff. I pointed out for delay due to some reason to mr. Parbhakar and he assured that he would take care for delay and i should not got worried. After payment there was no objection for this delay nor any letter etc. Positively every things was in order as assured by mr. Parbhakar.

                                The problem started after settling the account for a/c no.2 for rs.66650/- in by mr. Sandip sarkar mob. No.[protected]. He came to my office and settled the account for rs.66650/ and collected the cheque as under
                                Recpt[protected] dt 28.11.12 for 38000/- on canara bank dtd.28.11.12 cleared & another recpt no. [protected] dt 28.11.12 for rs.28650/- of ici bank a/c no.[protected] as against available bal 38658.30 as per bank statement dtd. 20.11.12. This cheque was dishonoured as the entire fund was transferred to a/c no.1 and both the account was disturbed. I spoken mr. Sarkar about this and also mr. Parbhakar. Mr sarkar assured to take care for this and get the amount revert back to my account and adjust accordingly for a/c no.2.
                                After some time mr. Sarkar regretted as his say did not carry any value & weight.

                                Now i, senior citizen of 73 years old, oftenly being disturbed by your bank without having any fault of mine. Whereas a credit to be reflected to my account of rs.10008/[protected]. Being old man i do not have any source of income and already in deep trouble. As such this matter to be closed reflecting credit to my a/c of rs.10008/-

                                  Ref: rights issue application number 215295 / 123490 folio no./ dp id/
                                  Client id in[protected] caf no 215295
                                  I have applied for the rights issue for 653 shares (153 eligible + 500
                                  Additional) submitted the application on 8th september along with cheque
                                  No. 667329 dt 06/09/2016 drawn on icici bank for rs 42445/-
                                  It is almost a year now and the cheque status shows un-used but no
                                  Information regarding the allotment.
                                  Hence i had written to my relationship manager at icici direct. He
                                  Suggested to check with customer care.
                                  I spoke to customer care - they directed me to check with vashi branch;
                                  Where i had submitted the application.

                                  In the mean time i wrote to shares department of sintex ind. - they
                                  Replied that they haven't received the application & asked me to check
                                  With bank where i have submitted the application. Hence i approached the vashi branch about a month ago contacted miss
                                  Priyal contact no [protected].
                                  Even after repeated follow-up no seriousness is visible, moreover no
                                  Commitment on resolve the issue & provide me the necessary trail of my
                                  Application.

                                  My request is very simple -
                                  1. Provide me details that the application is submitted to sintex ind.
                                  For further process from their end. So that it can be taken up with sintex
                                  Ind.
                                  In absence of that
                                  2. Pl ensure that i get 653 shares of sintex ind & equivalent of sintex
                                  Plastics (Post de-merger)

                                  Since there is no response from vashi branch, i have no option but to
                                  Escalate the matter to higher authoriteis.
                                  But customer care has responded that i have 889 shares in my dmat a/c. But those are due to my original holding of 889 shares. Customer care offecer menika singh has not even red the complaint details & conveniently avoided the main question of rights issue application for 653 shares
