Hello,
I am prasanna. I've been using icici credit card for more than 6 months and i pay the bill within the given due date. Since i was out of station for past two months i can't able to track the bill details that lead me to cross the bill due date. Now i can see that there was amount which has been charged for late payment. Kindly reverse the over limit fee and late payment fee. Once it is reversed i'll pay the entire amount of credit card. Expecting a call from senior level management in order to discuss in detail. Thank you in advance.

Bangalore Mysore Road Satellite town Bus stop is always shut down and when asked about the openings the security person says that this AtM is always shut and no management takes care about this.

    This reference to the mail below for which i have not received any response. I would like to bring to your notice that the sanction letter (After due delegence) for loan which was given to me by your bank states that
    You will be giving me :-

    1) facility amount sanctioned individual home loan-arhl rs 55, 00, 000/-
    2) facility amount sanctioned on top up loan rs 65, 00, 000/-
    3) facility amount sanctioned lap rs 35, 00, 000/-

    On your assurance and sanction amount as above i had agreed to move my loan from sbi to your bank.

    Against the above you'll have made payment of rs 54, 16, 852 /- and rs 53, 16, 842 /-. This is what exactly sbi had given the foreclosure letter for, but latter on they said that there
    Was some calculation error and we need to pay another rs 829495 /-, rs 1, 33, 568 and rs 14303 /- total amount payable to sbi is rs 1.17 cr against the sanctioned amount of
    Rs 1.20 cr.

    On making the above payment only sbi would be handing us the property documents. My request is pls release the balance said amount for us to take the property papers from sbi
    And also pls confirm on receiving the property paper how much time would be needed by your-goodself to release the lap amount.

    I had been chasing you on phone for the last one month but i am not getting any response from your-end nor you are picking my phone.in this context i am left helpless and i will not be
    Responsible for any delayed emis or any penalty of any nature. I am also marking this mail to the greivence cell of iciciand cibil.

    We do not want to spoil our sibil because of your casual approach.

    I once again state that all the delays at your end will be your responsibility and not mine and all the penealties need to be borne by the bank and not us.

    You have made the initial payment. But one sureksha payment is still to be paid. Pls dispersed the amount for making the payment of sureksha from the total amount sanction. I am not looking for any extra amount than the sanction amount.

    I have been calling your for the last one month but i am not getting any proper response from your end also.

    Now i will not be responsible for any payment or delayed payment from my end.

      I have booked my train ticket in irctc and ot got failed and transaction status shows amount is refunded but still i did not get the refunded amount

      This is not the first time i am facing this issue.. This is the third time everytime i have to raise a complaint in consumercomplaints is this wat we need to do each and every time

            In view of the recent trouble in haryana and punjab, the sms and internet facility on mobile phones have been barred for the next few days. I am unable to receive any otp on my registered mobile phone since the sms [incoming and outgoing] facility is not available as per instructions of the government for security reasons. Few years ago, otps used to come on the registered email id also. Presently, since the otps are not coming, i am being subjected to a lot of harassment and inconvenience. I am unable to do any online transactions. Please intervene and do the needful immediately.

              I am anuj arora. I was misguided by mr. Amit while opening a current account under the name of 3d arch. It happened at your branch (Good earth city centre, shop no-75-79, sector - 50, malibu towne, gurgaon-122011. He told me that if i would deposit rs. 25, 000/- for the first time, i would get a zero balance lifetime current account & because of this i never checked anything in this account. I had to relocate from gurgaon to new delhi but later after 15-18
              Months when i deposited rs. 15, 000/- in this account, the entire amount got deducted. If i had known it was not a zero balance account, i would not have opened this account or may have tried to maintain the account.

              Now the customer care service is totally against the customer. The person who opened my account, he put any e-mail which was not mine and i didn't know, when i asked for supervisor i never got a chance to speak for the first 45 minutes, later when i got a supervisor with the name of zameel... He was non cooperative & was very eager to disconnect the line. He provoked me to get hyper and later he used abusive language also. I just trusted on mr. Amit verbally when he opened my current account. Moreover, do icici bank warn the consumer that you need to trust only written communication and not verbal by your employees. Further, there would be more deductions of rs. 10, 000/-.

              I request you to give my hard earned money back and stop these fraudulent activities.

              I may use further channels to resolve the problem if you don't help me. I have few options to do which are as follows :

              1. Banking ombudsman letter to rbi
              2. Legal proceedings
              3. Spreading news on social media
              4. Articles about cheating and fraud by icici bank.

              Please help me, this money was not from any robbery, it was my hard earned money and i am facing financial crisis right now. I have to take care of my family & i am a single person who earns in my family.

                  Wednesday i had visited safdarjung branch, south delhi branch for changing address details with proper document from govt. Of india (Nirman bhawan), but after submitted they said house was in my wife name so they cant change. They said all these things on next day when i visited safdarjung branch again. They also said that u have to proof that u r staying with your wife only. U have to provide proof that the lady name in document is your real wife. (How redeculous should i have to proof them that i am staying with my wife). Even that also i consider and provided proper document.
                  But its already 4days that my address is still not changed.

                    On 23rd august '17, you debited rs.1525-35 for passport fee payment, but i got message from the passport office site (Sbi) payment failed, but i got the message from you that the amount is debited.
                    Again i made the payment thru your card, and this time it was successful, and you again debited 1525-35.
                    Please refund one amount and credit it in to my credit card account.
                    Immediately i tried to contact you thru different numbers, but nobody is coming on line to hear the complaint.

                            My debit card has been blocked from 3d secure online transactions automatically without me using it at that moment and i want to unblock it. I have already tried your customer care but reach nowhere as there's no relevant option available in the ivr to unblock the debit card from 3d secure online transactions.
                            Kindly assist me to unblock my debit card from 3d secure online transactions as its hampering me alot.

                              I ordered ladies watch and got mens watch. Got terrible customer service from killer support. No response for mail sent to [protected]@nixon.co.in. People should stop believing in fake offers given by icici bank. When i call icici customer service, i get a response "read the terms and conditions. We are not responsible for your issue" contact vendor. So lesson learned don't believe in fake offers from icici bank

                              Order was made on July 23 and wrong product shipped in August and nobody seems to take responsibility for it. Sent mail to Killer support [protected]@nixon.co.in and waited for 1 week, no response. Also tried reaching the unreachable customer care numbers[protected]

                              So my advice to people... DO not believe in any promotional offers from ICICI Bank, because you will see they are not responsible if you carefully read the terms and conditions in fineprint

                              I was told to attach photo of wrong product received, but of no use. It's a fake offer to dispose of[censored]nused stock of Killer. I don't know why ICICI is partnering them spoiling their own good name. Maybe Chandra Kochar is not knowing this;)

                                I have done my payment of rs 500 to buy jio phone but in meanwhile time when i was doing payment it accepted but after thet it failed, refer to attachment for more information. Done my payment through a payment via phone pay app by scanning qr code overall money deducted but payment failed. Please solve mu issuse as soon as possible. Refund my money to my bank account as u deducted in the same wau=y please refund my money back to my account

                                  As i have submitted an application for credit card while opening a salary account but i haven't received any card still and its been almost 3 months.
                                  And after all this process n after 3 months today 24th aug 2017 i received a call from this no +[protected] saying that your card is ready pls give me a docunments as i want for verification and you will get your card by tomorrow... And the concern person name was reena as a team manager and rahul tiwari as he said he was credit manager... All there was a wrong commitment along with no sense of talking to customer... As initially i was suppose to get platinum card on basis of my corporate salary account and salary of rs 28k which i haven't got yet and now they are giving me card name as corel... With life time free.
                                  Please look into the matter and update me asap...
                                  And take this issuse on prior as i have submitted document like pan card aadhar card and salary slip with them...

                                  I do not remember my username n pwd Fr my card. Could you help me with that. If necessary I will provide my card details.
                                  I need respond to this as soon as possible. And also check what is the phone number registered.
                                  I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my credit card Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money To my credit limit.

                                    On 7 aug 2017 i got msg n mail on my phone that your purchase with paypal is successful. I checked my balance via net banking. I got shocked somebody had done a purchase of 31768rs n d remaing balance was. 7rs.

                                    I given complaint by customer care n gone to d bank very next day. For further assistance..

                                    Respected sir, I am opened joint account in ICICI recently. Even I have also helped ICICI agent to open many account. But your bank account agent are not providing service in time. So do needful. My account number is [protected]. I want to start my net banking but still not provided facility.

                                      My main balance account 400rs money u debited for SMAB chgs..i dnt knw y and what is this SMAB..how u took my money without my permission even u didn't send a single message to me.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I have worked in icici bank from feb '23 till jun '2014. To 27th jun 2017
                                        I submitted my resignation letter the manager has not accepted the letter stating that my name is already removed from the system. I asked for the relieving letter they said it will come to my residence. I never got my relieving letter till date. I contacted the hr but the hr is saying that backdated resignation letter will not be accepted hence you will not get the reliving letter. Pl help
