I have done my payment of rs 500 to buy jio phone but in meanwhile time when i was doing payment it accepted but after thet it failed, refer to attachment for more information. Done my payment through a payment via phone pay app by scanning qr code overall money deducted but payment failed. Please solve mu issuse as soon as possible. Refund my money to my bank account as u deducted in the same wau=y please refund my money back to my account

    As i have submitted an application for credit card while opening a salary account but i haven't received any card still and its been almost 3 months.
    And after all this process n after 3 months today 24th aug 2017 i received a call from this no +[protected] saying that your card is ready pls give me a docunments as i want for verification and you will get your card by tomorrow... And the concern person name was reena as a team manager and rahul tiwari as he said he was credit manager... All there was a wrong commitment along with no sense of talking to customer... As initially i was suppose to get platinum card on basis of my corporate salary account and salary of rs 28k which i haven't got yet and now they are giving me card name as corel... With life time free.
    Please look into the matter and update me asap...
    And take this issuse on prior as i have submitted document like pan card aadhar card and salary slip with them...

    I do not remember my username n pwd Fr my card. Could you help me with that. If necessary I will provide my card details.
    I need respond to this as soon as possible. And also check what is the phone number registered.
    I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my credit card Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money To my credit limit.

      On 7 aug 2017 i got msg n mail on my phone that your purchase with paypal is successful. I checked my balance via net banking. I got shocked somebody had done a purchase of 31768rs n d remaing balance was. 7rs.

          Dear sir,
          I have worked in icici bank from feb '23 till jun '2014. To 27th jun 2017
          I submitted my resignation letter the manager has not accepted the letter stating that my name is already removed from the system. I asked for the relieving letter they said it will come to my residence. I never got my relieving letter till date. I contacted the hr but the hr is saying that backdated resignation letter will not be accepted hence you will not get the reliving letter. Pl help

                I ammu from cheyyar. I using icici credit card and they called me add one assist plan last year. They said that this is a one time payment for lifetime payment. But this year again cut money from my credit card to one assist plan without my permission. How they do like this. Like fraud. Please stop my credit card soon and give my money now or i take action soon.

                    I want to put your attention that i am working with zydus cadila. I visit purnea (Bihar) branch for salary account open. Concern person said that you have to open saving account i asked for salary account saying that we have no any salary account opening form and u have to open only and only saving account.

                    Please look into matter plz give proper solution. Only targer acheviement u cant diver customer requirement.

                      I had applied for a credit card in online. And i had got a call from a lady swetha from icici and asked me to apply for an credit card. She said the card is for free, no processing or any fee will be applied. I agreed and said ok. The lady swetha number if i call is not rechable now. ([protected])
                      She proceed everything and she informed me that i will be getting a call from icici executive for verification and deatil explanation. And she said if the executive call and inform that the card is chargeable, say yes to the excutive but you will not be charged. Then i said the same to executive that yes i know its chargeable.
                      But now i see i have been charged and got a bill stating ""total amount due is inr 588.82, minimum amount due is inr 100.00 and the due date is august 27, 2017.""
                      Make sure am not going to pay a single rupee or please cancel the card.
                      If possible try calling to my registered mobile number or email me.

                        I made a transaction of 1000 on 25/09/2016 and it failed. But amount is deducted.
                        Transaction details - mps/shell adars/[protected]/0

                        I have been given a temporary credit 1000 which has been reverted on 06/01/2017 saying "merchant has declined the transaction".
                        Transaction details - mps_instacr_dt25.9.16_txn8741

                        But merchant as well as icici ims has confirmed that the amount has not been credited to merchant's a/c and given me proofs for the same.

                        Now it's been 11 months i'm escalating the issue along with proofs and icici is doing nothing.

                        I have been an icici customer since 2010, it's completely unfair the way they are treating me.

                        "merchant has declined the transaction".
                        I have been asking for proof so that I can use it against the merchant. But your bank is providing me nothing.

                          Hi, i am having a salary bank account in icici gachibowli, hyderabad branch from last five years and my account no. Is[protected] my contact number is : [protected] i was just checking my bank statement and got the shock of my life. My account has been debited by smab chgs-588.33 on 22/08/2017 and igst charges 105.89 22/08/2017 i tried calling the gachibowli branch, hyderabad but there was no response. I don't have any mail informing about this smab charges. I have no information from icici. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that i understand that icici bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then i will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and banking ombudsman as this is clear violation of rule 8 (1) (K) i. E. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of the banking ombudsman scheme 2006.

                            Mobile no. [protected] - call for updation of credit card where you will get more benefit. They ask all the card details like name, address, card number, expiry date and cvv. If you don't give them and counter them for the same then will misbehave you.

                            Please be aware on these fraud calls.

                              I kunal singhal holder of savings bank account number[protected] made a payment whose transaction id is sb498800 on 23rd of august. The amount has successfully deducted from my account but the same has not been credited to respective account for which it was meant to be. The payment was made in favour of the institute of chartered accountant of india of amount rs. 1507.5.

                                Today i was checking statements and suddenly i've noticed that i am fining with surcharge every time i swap my icici debit card at petrol pump outlet and amount is 11 even on the transaction of approx 350 rs.

                                I've noticed it today and i just referred my old statements and in my surprise more than 6 months i am fining with this surcharge. And within statement its displaying like: "surcharge dt:dd/mm/yy mcc 5541"

                                What the hell wrong with this icici guys? There isn't any provision from the government regarding surcharge on debit card then why i am fining with this non-sense things.

                                On front end, government urging us to go for cashless and at back-end this stupid banks are looting customer in the name of fuel surcharge.

                                We're already paying more then enough tax on petrol and not supposed to pay any more charges to the bank.

                                Icici bank, revert all this stupid surcharge or we don't require your services.

                                  Dear sir, i am having a savings account in our bank. On 17th august i had received amount of 18200/ from one of my friend staying in new zealand, through worldremit. After getting the amount credited in my account you guys had freezed my account with out intimation. If you need any details you have ask me. But with out asking you had debit freezed my account. At present i am in a place where i dint have icici bank near by me. Right now i am not having single np with me. Please help me for getting my amount back. I am trying to contact them from 17th august onwards, but they are not even responding. Please help me to get my account active.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I am in receipt of your statement without any date for two different credit card no. Showing total due amount rs. 3532.70/- for immediate payment.
                                    The details are below,

                                    1] 4477 xxxx xxxx 6002 - for rs. 736.90/- : towards late fee charges + gst there on & interest charges. I am rather surprisingly to see such type of system generated statement, as i do not hold such card at all. As such this is not acceptable to me.

                                    2] card no. 5239 xxxx xxxx 4008 for rs. 1186/- : this statement is correct as i am using this credit card & i have no issue in paying the same as per due date.

                                    Please note that i have track record of making payment on or before due date all the while. As such i am not liable to pay any late payment charges or penalty.

                                    It seems it is your gross mistake in sending statement for two different cards.

                                    If you are trying to exploit the situation by penalizing me unnecessarily i would prefer to return your credit card having no. 5239 xxxx xxxx 4008.

                                    In view of above points kindly confirm,

                                    A] why i have been sent bill for two cards, though i am holding only one.
                                    B] also the statement is incorrect as total of two card statements is hardly 1922.90/- where as total due amount is shown as rs. 3532.47/-.
                                    B] kindly send me corrected statement for rs. 1186/- only. After receipt of the same i will make the payment & return your card for showcasing purpose.

                                    ​pleas revert me immediately.​

                                    Though i sent mail; on 119.08.2017, i checked the record at my end & observed that through over sight payment against last statement for rs. 1609.97 is not made. I regret the inconvenience caused.

                                      Address: Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu, 600125

                                      Am holding account with icici and there was a transaction made for 11.8 on 16.08.2017, 22.08.2017, on account of surcharge mcc 5541 dated 14.08.2017 and 19.08.2017 for using the debit card at bpcl petrol pump.

                                      This is almost 6% of the fuel amount.

                                      And our government is promoting cashless transaction and you are charging the transaction - not sure why still i am getting charged... I think we need to go with cash to fill the fuel

                                        Dear team,

                                        My husband received a call from icici a year back stating that there is balance on his card from 2008 which we believe to be closed. There was no proof if the person was calling from icici. We were planning to close it if there is balance. But the person called us from different numbers each time and at one point he asked to send cash to him and later we felt this was not ideal. The only proof he provided last year was a statement attached and his mail while providing the statement was from icici account. But why would we send cash to him and there is a likelihood that after few years someone else might call us again saying that the account is still open. And for a balance of 13000 inr approx they asked us to pay 40000 inr with cumulative interest which was never notified to us.

                                        A year later the above incident, now, my cousin's husband called me saying that he received a call from a debt-collector who went ahead mentioning to him that we arent paying our dues on time and there is outstanding balance.

                                        Yesterday, my friend in dubai who we know for 5 years and havent been i touch for the last couple of years also received the same call. And on asking how he received her number, sunilkumar-debt collector, mentions that her number was the reference provided (On a card that my husband took before our wedding). How can we trust such liars?

                                        I, the wife of the account holder was never contacted. I am defamed. My friends and relatives are contacted and not my husband's.

                                        This is totally unjust. They lie, harass and defame without sending us prior communication. We have never ignored any calls. We can not trust and send money. But the question is why am i defamed? I have a good credit history and my bank will vouch this.

                                        The debt collector is sunilkumar and his number is 0091-[protected].

                                        My name is sreela and live in dubai-[protected]

                                        I need justice to this defamation.

                                        The ICICI guy called me and I asked him the four questions.
                                        *How and why did he call my friend and relative
                                        *Why did you give all details on credit default to my relative and mention similar to my friend
                                        *Did you try to send my husband an email communicating the default
                                        *Did you check on the last conversation we had with ICICI

                                        He did not have answers and he was yelling at me. This is very unprofessional. He was screaming over the phone. I said I had filed a complaint and his response was do whatever you want, give me your husband's number. I told him let someone from ICICI settle this with me and I will provide the number.

                                        He kept screaming and disconnected the call.

                                        I was never screamed at like this ever before. This is so bad even he was not ready to respond.
