I am owning icici savings bank account with mindspace branch and credit card for last 5 years. I have configured icici credit card bill for auto debit from my savings bank account through netbanking. Very recently due to some reason, i have removed the auto debit function through netbanking, which was successfully removed. I could see no icici credit card as biller and no scheduled transactions for that month. But,...

I have decided to pay the entire loan amount at one go without paying first 6 month emi.

I would like to close the entire loan amount because as i have enough amount and i feel the roi is bit high.

Please allow me to close the loan and don't resist me saying that i need to pay at least 6 emi.

If this way is not possible even you can charge me any fee and i'm ready to...

This is to stat that i am manish kumar operating a salary acc. No.[protected]

There is debited a amount of rs. 805/- from my account, and when i contact to icici customer care got to know that it is the charges of demat account.

I not even started any demat account in icici bank/not even done any transaction in any demat account then how it is possible to debit rs....

While opening dmat account they are saying that there are no yearly charges and at the end of the day they collecting huge charges . they charged Rs.805 ( DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN-17 )

please help onthis issue . so may cstomers are facing same issue .

My saving account no[protected] & demat no.[protected] at present bank debit 805rs in favour demat account. It is highly charge - no any bank represintive tell me about highly demat charge - no any message bank sent me. Online showing that d charge 600. Why debit 805rs. Please explain... My email id... On 19 july 2017 i make a payment through eazypay icici for the du admission fees at first time the payment was failed said by du site and 2 minutes after i try again this time process is successful
But there is 2 times transaction have done from my account by the easypay but originally it was 1 time payment process. So please refund my money to my respected account.

Sir had never use any de-mate account with icici bank but they are unnecessary send me amc bill on my registered address now i am requesting to close this account they are asking to pay charges...

Other wise what is legal way to resolve this issue.....

While i do online transaction through debit card, it displays message card is blocked. I am to perform the internet banking but whenever i do perform transaction through debit card after entering debit card number it displays card is blocked.
This is happening from last 2 to 3 months and i evrytime i have to choose internet banking instead of debit card number option.
Can you please help me in this matter as soon as possible....

I've applied for a icici credit card one weeks ago. Till date, I can't check the application status online. Neither the bank representative contacted me again nor I received any call for verification. Can somebody let me know about the status of my application.. thanks

I indrani maity like to inform you that my sb a/c no is[protected] of icici bank in chowringhee branch kolkata.. On 27/07/2017 i got a massage in my mob.[protected] that rs.4390.00 has been debited through debit card at vsi*mcafee*int at 01.38am which is not use by me.
So you are requested to take necessary action i can return my cash.

I have an account with hdfc bank and on 11th july 2017 i tried to withdraw 4400.00 inr from an icici bank atm in btm 2nd stage, bangalore-560076, karnataka, india. Amount got deducted from my bank account but i didn't receive the cash. I have waited for almost 15 days now but still have not got my money back in my account

My complaint is against icici bank.

At the time of selling credit card, i have especially asked the sales person if there is any joining fees and amc. He replied, there is no joining fees, but an amount of 199.00 inr will be charged against annual maintenance (Amc). Moreover, he also said that amc will be waived off if i shop for worth 2k and above within 60 days of issuance of the card, i have done shopping for 3k (Approx)...

I am umang bista working in a private it company. I don't have a demat account in icici bank. When i checked my bank transactions i found that there are several debit transaction of "dp chgs" deducting rs.1000 overall. When i opened my salary account in icici bank, at the time of opening the representative didn't told about any charges and i don't have demat account. And i did not get any message alert also in my mobile...

This is with reference to my icici bank credit card account number - [protected] on my full & final settlement with the bank of rupees 36367.31/-.

I have trying calling your customer care number regarding the same and still haven't got any response from them.

Kindly look into this on urgent basis, as its been a long time i have used the card and i am paying only the interest amount to bank.

I took icici credit card form and i was using it and i was paying the dues, then in month of june, while paying for something i found my card had been blocked on 23rd may i think, before that i paid some money around 1900 due,

Then i got a call from icici to pay then dues then only my card will be activated,

But i didn't paid the due because they haven't sent me any statement so i denied the purchase and, and...

On 24/07/2017 I wanted to draw 1000 cash from ICICI BANK ATM, ATM ID SFVD9221.It showed unable to process the request, but the cash got deducted and didn't credited till now, please solve my query as soon as possible.
