Dear sir,

I am in receipt of your statement without any date for two different credit card no. Showing total due amount rs. 3532.70/- for immediate payment.
The details are below,

1] 4477 xxxx xxxx 6002 - for rs. 736.90/- : towards late fee charges + gst there on & interest charges. I am rather surprisingly to see such type of system generated statement, as i do not hold such card at all. As such this is not acceptable to me.

2] card no. 5239 xxxx xxxx 4008 for rs. 1186/- : this statement is correct as i am using this credit card & i have no issue in paying the same as per due date.

Please note that i have track record of making payment on or before due date all the while. As such i am not liable to pay any late payment charges or penalty.

It seems it is your gross mistake in sending statement for two different cards.

If you are trying to exploit the situation by penalizing me unnecessarily i would prefer to return your credit card having no. 5239 xxxx xxxx 4008.

In view of above points kindly confirm,

A] why i have been sent bill for two cards, though i am holding only one.
B] also the statement is incorrect as total of two card statements is hardly 1922.90/- where as total due amount is shown as rs. 3532.47/-.
B] kindly send me corrected statement for rs. 1186/- only. After receipt of the same i will make the payment & return your card for showcasing purpose.

Again on 20th aug. 2017 i wrote as follows,
Dear sir,

Card no. [protected]

Though i sent mail; on 119.08.2017, i checked the record at my end & observed that through over sight payment against last statement for rs. 1609.97 is not made. I regret the inconvenience caused.

However if you check past record right from day one i have not defaulted the payment even for single time, as such i request to waive off late payment charges & penalty of rs. 736.50.

I am ready to pay rs. 1609.97+rs. 1186.00 (Which is not yet due) = rs.2795.97 immediately provided late payment charges & penalty of rs. 736.50 are waived off.

Kindly confirm to make the payment.

    Am holding account with icici and there was a transaction made for 11.8 on 16.08.2017, 22.08.2017, on account of surcharge mcc 5541 dated 14.08.2017 and 19.08.2017 for using the debit card at bpcl petrol pump.

    This is almost 6% of the fuel amount.

    And our government is promoting cashless transaction and you are charging the transaction - not sure why still i am getting charged... I think we need to go with cash to fill the fuel

      Dear team,

      My husband received a call from icici a year back stating that there is balance on his card from 2008 which we believe to be closed. There was no proof if the person was calling from icici. We were planning to close it if there is balance. But the person called us from different numbers each time and at one point he asked to send cash to him and later we felt this was not ideal. The only proof he provided last year was a statement attached and his mail while providing the statement was from icici account. But why would we send cash to him and there is a likelihood that after few years someone else might call us again saying that the account is still open. And for a balance of 13000 inr approx they asked us to pay 40000 inr with cumulative interest which was never notified to us.

      A year later the above incident, now, my cousin's husband called me saying that he received a call from a debt-collector who went ahead mentioning to him that we arent paying our dues on time and there is outstanding balance.

      Yesterday, my friend in dubai who we know for 5 years and havent been i touch for the last couple of years also received the same call. And on asking how he received her number, sunilkumar-debt collector, mentions that her number was the reference provided (On a card that my husband took before our wedding). How can we trust such liars?

      I, the wife of the account holder was never contacted. I am defamed. My friends and relatives are contacted and not my husband's.

      This is totally unjust. They lie, harass and defame without sending us prior communication. We have never ignored any calls. We can not trust and send money. But the question is why am i defamed? I have a good credit history and my bank will vouch this.

      The debt collector is sunilkumar and his number is 0091-[protected].

      I need justice to this defamation.

      The ICICI guy called me and I asked him the four questions.
      *How and why did he call my friend and relative
      *Why did you give all details on credit default to my relative and mention similar to my friend
      *Did you try to send my husband an email communicating the default
      *Did you check on the last conversation we had with ICICI

      He did not have answers and he was yelling at me. This is very unprofessional. He was screaming over the phone. I said I had filed a complaint and his response was do whatever you want, give me your husband's number. I told him let someone from ICICI settle this with me and I will provide the number.

      He kept screaming and disconnected the call.

      I was never screamed at like this ever before. This is so bad even he was not ready to respond.

        My name is shailesh shetty and its been more than 19 days since i have applied for opening a salary account with icici bank.

        My company, monster.com has their employees open a salary account with icici bank, banjara hills branch.

        I had filled up a bank account opening form on 4th august 17 and was given the welcome kit.

        I was informed that the account would be activated within 4 working days.

        Its been now more than the stipulated time.

          I transferred rs 6500 through imps on 22nd august from my icici a/c.

          Transaction remark : txn ref[protected]

          The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account neither was refunded back to my account.

          But i got a message that said
          Dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.6, 500.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 22-aug-2017 23:30:27. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days.

            I am krishna kumar singh i have been approached for the personal loan in icici bank and it is declined without any reason. I have been submitted all necessary documents to icici bank representative after submission the documents and verification. It said that the loan application has been rejected i have given all the required documents for the personal loan which are mentioned by the bank person. He has collected and said this are enough when applying loan my cibil score is 756 and i want to know what is the reason to reject my loan.

              This is to inform you about my investments made by icici bank at wadala west branch on 17th november 2016. I made 2 investments, short term investment (1lakh 50 ths for one year) and long term investment (50ths for5 years). The staff explained me the investment and i agreed to it. The staff name was rachna singh. She filled the form and told me to sign on it. The amount were also deducted from my account.

              Since i stay in uae with my husband, i was not able to follow up with the investsments. So i use to ask the staff on whats app to send my details.
              She use to say that the investments had been done and the details will be sent shortly.
              But the details were not given to me.

              After 3 months, when i messaged staff she said she had been shifted to other branch and gave number of other staff mr akshay and told me to follow up with him.

              This person said that he will check and will revert back.
              But after sending him many messages there was no reply.

              On 11 august, akshay said that the long term investment was done but the short term investment of 1 lak 50 ths is not still not done and on 14th august he told me that the dd of 1 lak50 ths is expired and they will require a letter from me to revert back that amount into my account. I asked him why was the investment not done. There was no answer from them. They only applogize for not doing investments. And there will be not interest paid.
              There is negligence happened by staff because of which they were not able to do my investments.
              I invested the amount for my future expenses.
              I want my amount with interest

                Hi, this is kamalakarr from hyderabad. I am go on paying interest but not reducing main amount. So, one day i called to customer care. I asked them about not reducing the main amount. They told me to pay complete amount. I told them that i will pay complete amount whatever they said i paid complete amount and i told to close my account i gave request also. Careless staff they did not closed my credit card account, i got next message interest of 985/- rs. Again i called customer care they are covering their mistakes, arguing that you have not paid on time. Thats why you got interest charges. I said i wont pay the interest charges. This is your mistake. Please close my account. Executive and manager (Udhaya) are covering their mistakes and arguing. I am not going to pay this extra charges on my credit card.

                  Sir, I made a payment of INR 4230.00 on dated 21.08.2017 through paytm app, However amount deducted from bank account but payment was failed. I done this transaction vide paytm merchant vide order No. [protected], with DC Transaction no [protected] and i made a complaint to paytm and they said Paytm has already initiated your refund of amount INR 4230.00 on date[protected] Reference number for proof of successful refund to your icici bank is 74766517233733671863576. However the refund is not reflected in my account. Please help !!!

                      Dear sir / madam,

                      Icici bank delivered faulty credit card for me and it never worked. I had called up customer care and complained before the first statement generation itself, however statement was generated with annual charges and i didn;t even get the new card. Every month they were keep on adding late payment charges etc. I could not and did not make any transaction using credit card, but still they kept on generating bills.
                      Right now also i am getting pay ment reminder emails.

                      I had raised the grievance in icici web site as well long back, they checked the records and promised to zeroisation of the account. However they later started saying it is subject to the approval.

                      Please help me to zeroisation of the credit card account. They should be fined for delivering faulty card and on top of that harassing to keep sending emails and calling for the payment.

                        I am using internet banking since 2015. My user id is disabled suddenly when i was trying to login from my id and a message shown that my id is disabled. I dont know why!!! There after i called customer care to get resolved the issue, but there is no any option available during call which pertains to the issue which i am facing.
                        So i decided to put a complain on that without any pre information how my id disabled.
                        This is very very poor.
                        I am facing this problem that i can not able to make online transfer of cash as not able to log in my account.
                        Please unlock my user id. & password.
                        I called on customer care number but the issue not resolved.
                        I request to the icici team to resolve this asap.

                          Good day... I applied loan through icici adayar branch..in my icici mobile banking showing contact relationship manager.
                          Details as follows...
                          Name: shiva (331920)

                          But this number is not reachable...
                          Afterthat i got mr. Shiva's other mobile number through the bank staff...
                          I called more than 100times... He never picked my call & there is no proper response from him... Afterthat i went icici adayar branch to meet him... I was waiting more than 1hr to meet him... Mr. Shiva came to me with the lazy attitude & when i am asking about my loan status he is not responding properly... Simply says rejected and get out.. When i am asking about reason he didn't answer (He is not checked my application properly)... He never notified my loan status through mail or phone.. He took one month to process my loan application... Eventhough i am a icici bank customer first time i felt very bad... I want to close all my family members account from icici bank depends upon this compliant's response..
                          Icici bank known to be a very good bank in private banking sector... Because of this kind of people's attitude it's losing reputation from its customer...
                          I hope there will be some action or reply from icici...

                            Hi,

                            I have placed an order to dominos for rs. 881/-. My 1st order was canceled & amount was debited. I have placed the order again the order was placed as well as the amount was debited.

                            I have called many times to customer care of icici as well as dominos but my amount has not refund. Also, dominos told me they have not claimed amount for the 1st transaction.

                            Now icici bank customer care telling me they did not receive any claim. Also, i was waiting to connect manager of customer care of icici bank but he did not come over the call for 2 times atlest for 12-13 min.

                            It's not the good way.

                                As per your reminder of this communication mail, i concern to inform you i have taken personal loan 2015 november rs 2 lakhs and tenure of 3 years, one year i paid emi regularly after that past one nd half year i don't have job, from past april 2016, i lost my job, due to company has closed completely and shifted to mumbai, if you are not believe kindly go and check my office which is located in mittal tower 13th floor, after company closed i didn't get job anywhere, how i can pay my emi, i managed to pay my emi till october 2016, after that i couldn't pay, due to all of debt, due to no job, my car alto 800 vxi, even that also i gave to some one else i sold it, my life is become live or die position, in this that icici bank guy by name mr khan, his mobile number is [protected], speaking very abused words, not ready lisen my problems, mentally he is harassment me, he is not thinking that i'm female, sensitive i couldn't tolerant such behaviour, if he again same way torcher me, surely i going to attend the suicide, but surely this copy i will give to complaint against him, if i get suicide because of his torcher, i will mention his name, and icici bank

                                Kindly look into this matter its a serious note concerns, because i don't want to the cheat the bank, due to no job i couldn't pay, once i get a job, surely i do pay emi in prompt way, but i need a time

                                    I have done recharge of my monthly subscription of ₹215, thrice on 17, 18, 19 of august 2017 and the amount has been reduced from my account a/c[protected] simultaneously but couldn't get the credit in my d2h account. Since then more than 6 times i had talked to customer care of icic bank and customers care of d2h but didn't got satisfactory answer, still we are unable to watch tv due to insufficient balance, so i here by want justice and want strict action against them.

                                      A/c no1 was settled for 220000 for five installments and paid as under:
                                      22.9.[protected]paid
                                      11.10.[protected]paid
                                      13.11.[protected]paid
                                      10.12.[protected]paid
                                      23.4.[protected]paid all payments was collected by mr. Parbhakar, your bank
                                      Manager mob [protected] or by his staff. I pointed about delay for last payment and he assured that he would take care for delay and i should not get worried. After final payment there was no objection nor any letter. Positively
                                      Every thing was in order and as assured and discussed with mr. Prabhakar as he also confirmed that necessary action taken to regularize this.

                                      The problem started after settling a/c no. By mr. Sandip sarkar for rs.66000/
                                      This was settled for two cheque for rs.28650/- of canara bank dtd.28.11.2012 recpt no. [protected] and this cheque was cleared on presentation. Another cheque 38000 dtd.26.11.12 of icici bank against available balance of rs38658.30 as per bank statement dt.20.11.12. This balance all a sudden vanished fro account and i came to know afterwards this amount is transferred to account no. 1 resulting dishonour of cheque taken by mr. Sarkar. This was discussed time to time with mr. Sandip sarkar mob no. [protected] and he assured all the times to take up the matter with the necessary authority in order to resolve the issue and could not succeed.

                                      This is whimsical decision of the bank as clear from the above. They are harassing me oftenly and also threatening. I am 73 year old having no work and penniless already in deep trouble. Pl. Close the matter in settlement of the account under advice to me.
