I am anuj arora. I was misguided by mr. Amit while opening a current account under the name of 3d arch. It happened at your branch (Good earth city centre, shop no-75-79, sector - 50, malibu towne, gurgaon-122011. He told me that if i would deposit rs. 25, 000/- for the first time, i would get a zero balance lifetime current account & because of this i never checked anything in this account. I had to relocate from gurgaon to new delhi but later after 15-18
Months when i deposited rs. 15, 000/- in this account, the entire amount got deducted. If i had known it was not a zero balance account, i would not have opened this account or may have tried to maintain the account.
Now the customer care service is totally against the customer. The person who opened my account, he put any e-mail which was not mine and i didn't know, when i asked for supervisor i never got a chance to speak for the first 45 minutes, later when i got a supervisor with the name of zameel... He was non cooperative & was very eager to disconnect the line. He provoked me to get hyper and later he used abusive language also. I just trusted on mr. Amit verbally when he opened my current account. Moreover, do icici bank warn the consumer that you need to trust only written communication and not verbal by your employees. Further, there would be more deductions of rs. 10, 000/-.
I request you to give my hard earned money back and stop these fraudulent activities.
I may use further channels to resolve the problem if you don't help me. I have few options to do which are as follows :
1. Banking ombudsman letter to rbi
2. Legal proceedings
3. Spreading news on social media
4. Articles about cheating and fraud by icici bank.
Please help me, this money was not from any robbery, it was my hard earned money and i am facing financial crisis right now. I have to take care of my family & i am a single person who earns in my family.
