[Resolved] ICICI Bank — unnecessary amount deduction | |||
Hi, From my account, there was an deduction of inr 29.50 without any reason... It was described in the statement as atmdec chg. From internet i found that this charge was due to atm's not having enough cash. But there's no previous notification regarding this. And how come this charge can be levied to me. An amount of 1399/- has been debited from my credit card without my prior knowledge. I don't need any Assist plan, please decativate this plan and credit the amount into my card as soon as possible

Am an icici bank customer. Today ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.
