vsi/amazon stan debit

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 29th july, 2019. Could you please assist me regarding...

Amount settled on 08.02.2019 and no due certificate letter issued by icci bank dated 21.02.2019.
As per ots leter cibil will be updated with in 60 days as
Sattus settled with nil outstanding in cibil but
Even after so many reminders it is not updated
Already 5 months are over

    Dear icici bank,
    Rs 1899 are deducted from my icici bank debit card, for one assist plan which i didn't ask for. This was done on 8am this morning without prior notice. I didn't ask for any such plans. I have been looking for ways to resolve this and even contacted the customer care but of no use as they didn't respond.
    Kindly look into this problem and refund my money as soon as possible.

      vin/google fraud transaction

Info: vin*google *tic. The available balance.}but i did not done any transaction. Without my otp how this happened. Please cross check and revert my money back.

      I recieved call from icici stating that they have registered my account against fraudulent activities by providing certain benefits. But they never informed that an amount would be debited from my account for it. So without any confirmation from my side to debit an amount, the bank has debited an amount of 1899 rs on 1st aug 2019. I want my money back

        I did not register for any Demat account services with my salary account. Last year I got call from ICICI agents for registering Demat services, but I refused to register it. Even after refusing so many times, my account is enabled with Demat and has been debited with Rs. 700 for Demat account annual maintantence charge. Why should I pay for Demat charges that has been created without my permission. Please kindly look into it and refund the amount that has been debited from bank end and close the demat account.

          Sir, in 25.07.2019 my debit card has lost, we will register the complaint customer card block my card, and make new normal card, but your phone banking executive make the coral card and he deduct the 500 rs my account, next 3 days we send the 200 rs my account he also deduct the 200 rs my amount. We call to customer care and say please cancel my card and refund my amount today is fourth days no any amount refund to me, my complaint number sr[protected]. Please refund my amount otherwise we will register the complaint to consumer court agents to icici bank,

            I have been an icici customer since 2 years. I have always loved their services.

            But since the past few months i am disappointed. I have never requested them to block my debit card for any reason, nor i have ever entered the wrong cvv multiple times. But when i try to make online transactions, each time i get this message:

            "for security reasons your verified by visa purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card/login has been blocked for online transactions at verified by visa merchants.

            To unblock your card, please contact icici bank customer care."

            I have tried calling customer care multiple times. Each time a computerised voice plays, asks me to enter my 16 digit card number which i would like to unblock, i enter it and it says my card is unblocked. But then when i try to do online transactions, it again says that my card is blocked for online transactions.

            I have made these calls last month as well and i have waited about a month to get my card unblocked. And today i called again and the same thing happened. My debit card shows still blocked.

            I have tried to unblock my debit card through the imobile app as well but it says my card is not blocked at all.

            I am totally frustrated by now. Please help.

              As per my confirmation for the personal loan taken from icici bank, i had confirmed the loan amount only on 2 percent processing fees along with applicable gst only but with no hidden charges. Then, in my account statement there is 5 percent prepayment charges reflecting on the principal amount outstanding for which i doesn’t confirmed. I wrote the icici bank for this and they replied that it will not be waived off which is cheating to me and the same should be waived off.

                getting error while doing online transaction

                I have icici banks salaried account, yesterday i was doing some online transaction that time application gave me the error,
                1) while doing you transaction it gives " transat is not permitted to this cardholder.
                2) while doing transaction using beneficiary account details it gives beneficiary's account is blocked/frozen.
                3) also i have tried to withdraw the money from atm thier also it gives me error.

                I had mistakenly transfered money from my account to unknown person (Want to transfer to my friends account but mistakenly transfered to that unknown person) on the same day i send the mail to icici cc (Customer care) as well called up cc and informed that i had a made mistake but cc told me that you have to visit your home branch and need to give written application. On the next day i have submitted application in home branch with all below details. The manager replied me that he will send this request to respected branch where that unknow person hold the account. It s almost on and 2 months over but i have not received my money, i called three times in the bank manager replied me he already forwarded my compliant to concern branch they have not replied. Need your help...

                    I had availed three fastag tags as i have icici sb account. While i sold my vehicles i had sent a request through my online login account to close the tags and remit the balance in my sb account. As per the customer care instruction i had enclosed request letter, cancelled cheque, pan card etc., till now there is no action taken on my complaint. Nearly more than one month gone now icici customer care tellling that i have to recharge my account to cancel the tag. Please note that when i give the request the account balance was 1500 now it turn down to 650. Day by day the account has been debited because of not closing tag.

                    Icici fastag is louting the customer. If we contact customer care regarding this issue there is no proper respectable response. Icici fastag deputing unqualified persons as customer care executive where there is no customer values. I am discussing with my lawyer about filing a suit in consumer court so that i can get the remedy with compensation for my mental agny

                          Filled a loan application form in the jp nagar branch. Tenure was not satisfactory - i denied it multiple times but the loan got disbursed. Contacted the bank official and she said that theyll look into it. Gave a cheque and letter for amount reversal but two days later, i'm being told that it's not possible. Is this a new way of looting money.

                            I was supposed to get an amazon pay credit card, signed up for it, gave my pan card number, appointment was fixed for the guy to come collect my documents. But, he never showed up. A week later an executive calls in asking me why i didn’t open the account, when i told her that no one showed up to collect my documents she immediately booked an other appointment (Apparently). The day before the appointment, another lady calls me asking what documents i had, she hung up on me before i could answer. 2 months later... I’m still with not amazon pay credit card through icici! Customer service is pathetic...

                                On the 26th of july 2019 there was a void transaction at blackberry out for the amount of rs5190 made on my icici debit card for which i have already raised a complaint however everytime i call to get an update they give me a different time frame for my funds to be available... However i asked them to send me an email which would have a time frame but they haven't done it... I have to call them everyday and i get a different answer every day!! Kindly look into it asap as i have my dues to pay

                                It's a simple void transaction already been 2 weeks no resolution yet!! Initially your support told me 24 to 48 hrs...then I was told 15 days and now upto 35 day!! Isn't it inefficiency if you have all the doc and you still can't do anything about it...
                                I have the merchant settlement slip...I have my void slip...the merchant banks confirmed that's it's not been settled so what is so difficult for you?

                                There was a deduction of 1899 in 31 july 2019 with somwe new policy after i made an online payment of 1147 on myntra.

                                I am not aware of any such approvals for the deduction. I would like my refund at earliest and please cancel this policy.

                                  I am sudipto debnath. Two times total of amount (222+602)=824.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as dp charge till 19th june dp charges on respectivly 29/07/2019 and 31/07/2019. I have never activated and used my demat account. For geting more information about dp charges related information today i have activated a demate account in icicidirect. But not getting any information of charges.
                                  There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately. My account number is[[protected]]
