My parents has sent me rs60000 to my icici bank account. Due neft name mismatch my account is marked as lien. It's a legitimate payment made by parents. I tried to reach via email but not getting proper response. Could you please help me to remove the lien on my amount.

I have visited icici branch and submitted a service request sr[protected].
I am unable to track the status. Mobile banking is also not working.

Kindly let me know the status of my service request.
Please return bank my money and remove lien from my account.

    I went to an axis bank atm for withdrawing money i inserted card entered password, amount then it connects server and then yes command at that time power went off that machine was worked with inverter and the power didn't come i was waited more than 1 hour. But i did not get the money but in my account money debited please check my problem and please refund my money to my account asap!!
    The atm is axis bank atm machine chelikere and terminal id is aecn73412
    Please consider my complaints and please refund my money

      I paid my last due of my credit card on this 4th august and that was my last emi for the credit card i owned earlier and later closed by bank. I was told to pay the remaining amount in 5 emis and it's all done on 4th august but however i am unable to get a noc until today. I have to take a bike for dad and my loan is not getting passed because of low rating. The other bank is asking for noc and am unable to get it. It's my dad's birthday on sunday.

      Also let me know how can i get a soft copy as i have relocated from the address.

        Hello,

        I am using icicibank since last 10 years. Last week i sent application to icici bank to update my international mobile number but so far it's not been updated. There policy to update international phone number through atm doesn't work. Please make it more user friendly. My old phone number is not working. Currently am unable to access otp and my debit card is locked and i am travelling out of country. Please update the phone number as soon as possible.

          I am a person currently residing in jorhat assam. I am observing that the employees of icici bank marwadi patty jorhat have to work till 9 pm and most of the time is 8:30 pm and they report at 8:30 am in the morning. The female employees too work till 8:30 to 9 pm. As per legal law no person can work more then 9 hours and if they are working they have to be payed more but this is not happening here. They have been bound to work for 12 hours instead of 9 hours maximum.
          It becomes difficult for the female employees to go back home as after 8:30 the communication problem gets started.
          Moreover sometimes the employees are called at 6 am in the morning and again they left at 8:30 pm.
          This is not ethical and i want government to take some strict actions against the regional management of that branch.

          These people are levying unnecessary charges to client.

            Hi,
            I have a loan from IDFC Bank and repayment mode is auto debit from my ICICI bank account on 5th of every month.
            This month unfortunately my account was unable to maintain sufficient balance required for auto debit on the above said that. And the ECS return cost me Rs.413. I paid the EMI on very next day But my account showing two transaction for ECS return. My account was charged twice for ECS return.
            I request you to please revert the amount charged for double ECS return.

                  I applied for amazon pay icici credit card the application is processed and the card was dispatched in blue dart.. But the delivery manager just called once and reported like the address is wrong. I decided to contact the customer card of icici.. But u guys want my account number or card number.                       My name is thangasagaran residing in chennai, tamilnadu. My icici credit card number is [protected].
                      I have made a online payment to tneb through icici credit card (Payment reference id 374374) on 8/5/19 but the amount was not credited in tneb account. Hence i have made the second payment again to tneb. I have registered a complaint (Sr[protected] with icici regarding my refund of the first paid amount to tneb. Icici took 45 days to address my complaint and finally told the payment made by icici to tneb was not received by tneb (As told by tneb) and icici bank withdrawn its responsibilities and asked the customer (Me) to contact tneb to get my money. I have enquired in tneb and they have not responded.
                      Eventhough the payment was made by icici to tneb they are not taking the responsibilty to refund my money which is not accepted. Kindly instruct icici bank to repay my money immediately

                        On 31st july 2019 amount 3153 has deducted from my account at a restaurant for wrongly generated bill.
                        But soon the manager made a void sale against the amount and provided me the receipt.
                        It's been 7 days i haven't received the refund yet.

                          I just checking my statement and found a transaction of 826rupees which was not known to me. I was surprised how this amount can deduct without any intimation. They have opened my demat account by saying its free service and no cost if you won’t use. I need my money back.

                                I was offered make my trip credit card from the bank. While offering the credit card i was told that there would not be any joining fees charged at all but i see that the statement reflects rs 1212.86.

                                Last month i received a call from someone from the bank and they confirmed that there should not be any fee charged and they will check and get back to me but no one contacted. I have sent several emails about complaint but no satisfactory response received. I have not used the card and they charging me interest every month in spite of emailing them several times no one has contacted.

                                I will not pay any charges to the bank, in fact bank should pay back for the harassment caused for several follow ups without any luck.

                                I made a wrong transaction thought Google pay, i raise a complaint from syndicate bank but ICICI bank is not responding.
                                Continually following up but no response.

                                  I am an a/c holder of icici bank. For the past three times when i was making payments to other accounts through the bank, they are deducting rs.177. Why this much of amount is being deducted every time. The bank is not giving any clear explainations on why they are deducting.

                                  I need to know why they are deducting such a big amount. Please explain

                                    Sir, I taken a loan from ICICI bank, and I settled on September2011. And they issued NOC also. But still it is showing on my cibil report. So I am unable do the further transactions. So many times I informed them to remove the transaction on cibil, but no response from them.
                                    I request you sir, kindly remove the ICICI bank on my Cibli report.

                                      I ensured clearing all my dues for the credit card on 25/6/2018 after which i blocked my credit card as i no longed needed it.
                                      There was a statement that was getting generated, which i noticed a couple of months later and i never got any messages regarding the same.
                                      I changed my phone number which never got reflected in the credit card statement alone but reflects everywhere else. I don't understand why.

                                      However the reason i got was stating that i did a transaction after clearing my dues. My dues were cleared on 25/6/2019 and i blocked the credit card on the same date.

                                      But now they say that i dint clear the transactions of 15/6. For 30 rs now i am asking to pay 7000

                                      I reached 3 banks for help and nobody would even let me know the complete details about this. They informed that it might me due to an error and asked me to get an noc to clear.

                                      How could some one not even be able to give me the complete details and clarify on what went wrong.
                                      I visited the tanisandra branch a couple of times, tc palya branch and kalyan nagar branch in bangalore.

                                      I was rejected loan and also a credit card a couple of times when needed if this is how the bank people react on emergencies then whats the purpose that it serves. I never would want to continue my account with a bank of this kind. I always reached out for help, the latency made in responding appropriately now leads me in paying this penalties. The amount may be small and its not that i cannot pay. It would have hit by cibil score and every other thing. Horrible attitude even by the customer care people who spoke to me.

                                      The amount was deduct without permission from my ICICI bank account on date 02 JULY 2019. The transaction remark is VIN/GOOGLE TIN/[protected]/[protected]. The deducted amount is 520 rs. I want it reverse back to my account. How it happend without getting OTP or any other alert. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                      I am very disappointed to write that without my knowledge, INR 1899 is deducted from my account and ONEAST service is activated.
                                      I want my refund ASAP as I hadn't told to activate any of such service.

                                        I have recently moved to the United States and my ICICI bank phone number is associated with an Indian number as I'm not an NRI member. Please suggest me if I can get OTP's to my American number. Have tried calling Customer care and there was no use. I need an imobile app with the US number or can be logged in through ID and Password. Please help me with this
