I hold saving account with icici bank since last 4 years, i am wondering why they are charging for cards.
They have charged ₹588.82 under dcardfee1631may19-apr20+ gst.
No idea why they are charges these amount, they never informed me these charges either my email, sms or letter. It is really frustrating that icici has deducted money without informing us. Expecting my money to be credited to my a/c asap.

From my ICICI account, 118 rs are debited with the transaction remarks that "DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN-19". After understanding that it is for Demat account. But my Demat account is life time free and why it is charged now.

    Hi,
    From my account, there was an deduction of inr 29.50 without any reason... It was described in the statement as atmdec chg. From internet i found that this charge was due to atm's not having enough cash. But there's no previous notification regarding this. And how come this charge can be levied to me. That's the problem with the atm right... Please do resolve it.

    Am an icici bank customer. Today ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.

      I have been icici bank customer since 2006 but on 4 of august at 1.40 pm my account were thrice subjected to suspicious transactions activity by uber bv merchant. First was 77.17 rupees debit. 2nd transaction was reversal of 77.17 at the same time and third again debited by uber bv of amount 223.11 rupees. I have already got my debit and internet banking blocked and registered fraud conplaint on customer care (Sr[protected]Sr[protected] please get the money reverted as soon as possible and enforce more security else constomers will move to some other bank
      Since uber bv suspicious fraud already happened across the world so many times why there is so much lack of security taken by bank in international transactions i am wondering see below link

      I have not used Uber services since 1.5 year and for security reason I have also put request to delete my Uber account for ever because of all this. Please enforce more security using pin/otp on all online transactions and get my money reverted as soon as possible

          Hello icici team,

          This is jitendra labade.

          Issue : i am unable to talk to indian customer service representative about getting an otp to generate the pin for my new debit card.

          I am in usa and recently i received new debit card at my home in india, i have its details like number/cvv/expirty date etc with me. They did not send me the pin this time.
          My register mobile number is deactivated so i can not get an otp on register mobile number. Neither i can call from that number to you/icici customer service.

          So whenever i am calling icici customer service at +[protected], i selected option 1 for phone banking, then entered my 12 digit account number and after that selected 1 to "generate the pin"
          But it says ivr needs me to call from my registered number only and call gets disconnected.

          I tried many different ways, even once spoke with nri team person even he said i need to go through option 1 i. E phone banking and then entered account number and select 1 for "generate the pin" and
          Then call with get connected to him (I. E nri team) again and then he will help me to get otp to "generate the pin".

          But as i described above, after i entered account number and select 1 to "generate the pin", it repeats that message of ivr needs to call from registered number and call gets disconnected.

          Last night, i spent almost 5 hours from 9pm to 2am est (Usa time), i am trying to speak to someone who can help me to get otp to "generate the pin".

          *so basically if you dont have a registred nuumber active or dont have a pin, we can not talk to indian customer service??? *

          This is so so frustrating for me (11 yrs of being a icici customer).

          Can someone please help me??

          Pls call me at +[protected]. Or should i just move to different bank when i am back in india?

          Also let me know how to update usa number for internet banking.

          Thank you. I received the call from representative and he confirmed that pin will be delivered to home address.

          Also he said he will email me the steps to update USA number to ICICI bank.

          But i have a question on this, because I heard many people saying they sent documents to India and their request was rejected because SIGNATURE DOES NOT MATCH.

          I feel even I will have same situation because I opened account 11 yrs ago and how can I sign exactly same now ?? Though my signature is same but still you can not get the EXACT SAME SIGNATURE what you signed 11 yrs ago ??

          It will be similar but not EXACTLY SAME! Any words from you on this issue ??

            As i was an need of personal loan amount of rs.1.4l, i approached to my bank, branch (Icici bank kalikapur branch, kolkata) a week ago, done with paper work in my branch itself & verification were done on 27.07.19 for the same buton 1st august, i came to know that my request for the same has been turned down without knowing me the reason even after everything went well either paper work or verification & regarding eligibility, everything goes well. I went to my branch & i was told that if i request for 1lakh then bank can easily approve & disburse the same & i agreed for the same but i was surprised to hear the same from same person who promised me that application for loan for the amount of rs.1 lakh can be done easily, was also not his cup of tea.
            I want to know from bank that when everything was as per mark then on what ground my request has been turned down in last moment.

              I opened a account in icici bank and was asked by the bank to apply for credit card without any joining fee or annual charges i agreed for it for a coral credit card,
              I recieved a make my trip card which i had never applied to but at that time i was in need i used it after 20 days i got a message of deduction of joining fee and tax which totals to 590, i am ready to return the card without joining fee as i have never applied for make my trip card

                    Rs 1899 are deducted from my icici bank debit card, for one assist plan which i didn't ask for. This was done on 8am this morning without prior notice. I didn't ask for any such plans. I have been looking for ways to resolve this and even contacted the customer care but of no use as they didn't respond.
                    Kindly look into this problem and refund my money as soon as possible.

                      I recieved call from icici stating that they have registered my account against fraudulent activities by providing certain benefits. But they never informed that an amount would be debited from my account for it. So without any confirmation from my side to debit an amount, the bank has debited an amount of 1899 rs on 1st aug 2019. I want my money back

                        I did not register for any Demat account services with my salary account. Last year I got call from ICICI agents for registering Demat services, but I refused to register it. Even after refusing so many times, my account is enabled with Demat and has been debited with Rs. 700 for Demat account annual maintantence charge. Why should I pay for Demat charges that has been created without my permission. Please kindly look into it and refund the amount that has been debited from bank end and close the demat account.

                          Sir, in 25.07.2019 my debit card has lost, we will register the complaint customer card block my card, and make new normal card, but your phone banking executive make the coral card and he deduct the 500 rs my account, next 3 days we send the 200 rs my account he also deduct the 200 rs my amount. We call to customer care and say please cancel my card and refund my amount today is fourth days no any amount refund to me, my complaint number sr[protected]. Please refund my amount otherwise we will register the complaint to consumer court agents to icici bank,

                            I have been an icici customer since 2 years. I have always loved their services.

                            But since the past few months i am disappointed. I have never requested them to block my debit card for any reason, nor i have ever entered the wrong cvv multiple times. But when i try to make online transactions, each time i get this message:

                            "for security reasons your verified by visa purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card/login has been blocked for online transactions at verified by visa merchants.

                            To unblock your card, please contact icici bank customer care."

                            I have tried calling customer care multiple times. Each time a computerised voice plays, asks me to enter my 16 digit card number which i would like to unblock, i enter it and it says my card is unblocked. But then when i try to do online transactions, it again says that my card is blocked for online transactions.

                            I have made these calls last month as well and i have waited about a month to get my card unblocked. And today i called again and the same thing happened. My debit card shows still blocked.

                            I have tried to unblock my debit card through the imobile app as well but it says my card is not blocked at all.

                            I am totally frustrated by now. Please help.

                              As per my confirmation for the personal loan taken from icici bank, i had confirmed the loan amount only on 2 percent processing fees along with applicable gst only but with no hidden charges. Then, in my account statement there is 5 percent prepayment charges reflecting on the principal amount outstanding for which i doesn’t confirmed. I wrote the icici bank for this and they replied that it will not be waived off which is cheating to me and the same should be waived off.

                                getting error while doing online transaction

                                I have icici banks salaried account, yesterday i was doing some online transaction that time application gave me the error,
                                1) while doing you transaction it gives " transat is not permitted to this cardholder.
                                2) while doing transaction using beneficiary account details it gives beneficiary's account is blocked/frozen.
                                3) also i have tried to withdraw the money from atm thier also it gives me error.
                                4) at petrol...

                                I had mistakenly transfered money from my account to unknown person (Want to transfer to my friends account but mistakenly transfered to that unknown person) on the same day i send the mail to icici cc (Customer care) as well called up cc and informed that i had a made mistake but cc told me that you have to visit your home branch and need to give written application. On the next day i have submitted application in home branch with all below details. The manager replied me that he will send this request to respected branch where that unknow person hold the account. It s almost on and 2 months over but i have not received my money, i called three times in the bank manager replied me he already forwarded my compliant to concern branch they have not replied. Need your help...

                                I have my account in ICICI bank from last 4 years and do not know why it has charged rs.705 without any prior notice. I was not told anything before, this is not acceptable and I want that the bank official should get in touch with me asap.

                                  This is to inform u about that the pushkar branch icici staff is not supportive and someone in the staff is leaking my account information.. So plz take an immediate action otherwise i have to take a legal action against the bank and plz find the wrong person and kick them out.. This is not a small rural bank after all it is a wellknown in the country and it is about your reputation.. So plz
