Hi,
Without any acknowledgement i have been charged 354 rs for the service which i never requested/opted for.
statement says MM Annual Fee MAY19-APR and deducted
on 26th july 2019
354.00/- rupees have been deducted for my money service.
Please reimburse the respective amount asap. However, made a compliant on their website, Still waiting for their response.

    My ICICI Bank Savings Account 4445.25 rupees has been deducted while filling out pmfby form on 22/07/2019. Devi, however, was showing the form unpaid.Repeatedly contacted. so I pay to pmfby other transaction .but My First transaction deducted amount should get quickly.

      I have received credit card bill statement where bill date mentioned 26 July 19, so on 11 July 19, I transfer fund of 28000/- to ICICI account which reflects on net bank account through SBI (google pay) after receiving money in ICICI account I proceed for credit card bill payment on 17 July by net banking which shows payment completed of rupees 27999/-and same is showing me on my payment summary
      After revisiting to portal on 21 I seen all accounts summery there is still 28000 in my account and Bill payment is also shows that payment is completed due to this I visited my branch which is in Aundh where there are not listening to me and tell me about to pay 500/- fine if late payment which is non logical, hence I register this complaint

        I applied for fastag on 29th may 2019, however i have not received the tag till date; against the same the bank had mentioned that i will receive the tag in 7 working days. Have called the customer car several times every time i am assured the tag will be dispatched to me immediately & will reach me in 4 working days; but again the same situation is repeated. Only i am told that the request is mailed for priority dispatch. I have paid all the charges including a recharge for the same to the bank on 29th may itself. If the bank is unable to send me the tag kindly ask the bank to refund the entire amount including the service charges etal to my account on priority. Surprisingly there is no authoruty to whom the complaint can be esclated

            I have a make my trip credit card issued on april and i payed 590/- on due date after that i never use this card and i had been cancelled online this card but still i have to pay 590/- per month.
            I visited my icici bank main branch but they didn't cancelled my card and behavior not good. Please cancel my card as soon as possible n refund my money.

                  Amazon credited 2499/- in my account on 28th june 2019 as a refund with reference no.[protected]. Icici bank still hasn’t credited it to my account
                  Please follow below text to file complaint :

                  'i purchased a product in amazon and returned it back. Since my payment method was icici bank debit visa card, the amount refunded was supposed to come in same and reflect in 3 to 5 business days. The transaction was done on 28th june 2019 by amazon on[protected] transaction id (Authorization code for transaction) but, i couldn't see any amount yet.'

                    I made the payment on 25th may on sarathi driving license portal haryana, for which i informed my bank to check this issue as my amount is debited from my account but merchant didnt received it and this chain mail happened for 20-25 days. Having said that at the end bank stated that we have refunded this amount back to merchant wherein i already did the payment. Please check with them and now its been 2 months rto is saying that check with bank we didnt received any amount and bank has already closed my ticket.
                    Now this incident happened again with me on 26th july for which i booked my ticket on irctc and payment was debited from my account but ticket was not booked. Irctc portal clearly mentioned that your last payment was failed and re booked my ticket,
                    Again, bank is adamant about the fact that it will come back to your account and after forcing so much they have raised the sr[protected] but i am again not sure whether my amount will come back to me or not.

                    My both incidents are still pending and i really dont know to whom to follow to as till date i have received unsatisfactory response from them as they really dont have any value for their customers money
                    Hoping for a resolution as i cannot waste my money like this

                    i received an update from your team that the amount has been credited to beneficiary amount. I have below questions:

                    1. Without customer permission who allow you to send my money to beneficiary account it should be refunded back to our account
                    2. Who will follow up with beneficiary, and why should i follow up with them since i used your account and imobile app to make UPI payment
                    3. Do you have any idea whether beneficiary is refunding that amount back to us which they sometime dont even reply to us and it happened with me first time and till date i m following up with RTO to receive the amount and no response receive till date
                    4. I am not sure how you guys must be treating uneducated or illiterate one who dont have any idea how to deal such situation?
                    5. If this will not resolve i will take this further in court whether its a matter of 500, 1000 or any amount

                      There is a employee named rohit sharma slapped his colleague in front of a customer and branch manager mr. Yogesh aneja never support him. Because he is a out of station employee and all are in the branch are relatives and friends of branch manager. And i am the customer of that person and they do my insurance in other agent account. If this will happen in your organization what is the effect is going on your customers. I have two other customers for insurance if this will happen how can i trust on your organization.                         I have been using this account for 3 months as a salary account and didn’t had any problem but one day i was making the transaction and i got a message that the transaction got failed account is frozen or blocked, so next day i visited the nearest branch and got to know that my account is frozen, even the bank staff was not aware that why the account is froze, they told me that they’ll investigate and let me know, but its been more than 3 days and i don’t have any idea of what the hell happened to my account. Because i submitted everything, adhar, pan, photo. Please help me out in this, today is the holiday and i’m stuck with nothing.

                          I haven't subscribed to my money service but still, an annual fee 354.00 rupees got deducted from my account for the same service, and any number of calls to the customer care didn't help, and i never got the amount back. Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay back my money.

                              Without any acknowledgement, today, my account has been deducted by rs. 354 and here is a transaction details:

                              26/07/2019 bil/[protected]/mm annual fee may1
                              9-apr20/1990387 354.00

                              Would you please reimburse amount which you deducted asap? I have also registered complaint of icici website and waiting for their response.

                              This has happened to many customers without knowing & informing them and is happening with me now. We all need to learn from mistakes but not sure what's happening here!

                              I am requesting you to revert to this query and kindly credit my hard earned money.

                                my saving account shows negative balance.

                                I own a salary account in icici bank and today i transferred 2800 rs in my account. When i checked the account it shows the amount there. When i tried to transfer the funds to some other bank or tried to make any payment online i am not able to do that as it shows i don't have sufficient funds and display my account balance as ₹ -14, 415.84. This is insane and i am worried if this is a fraud or what. Please help me with this asap.

                                I am getting a lot of calls from your ICICI Bank as a promotional call for personal loan.

                                I have not signed up for promotional calls and I am not interested for personal loan unless your bank is planning to give me a good amount of money and I don't need to pay you back the money.

                                Also I have activated Full DND with my operator. Still I am receiving calls from tele markerters who claim that the Personal loan is from your bank.

                                So please quit disturbing me.

                                  I have a demat account in icici bank for 3 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'in[protected] dp chgs till may-19' — inr 1235.78'. I was never told about the demat account when the salary account was created by icici which is itself a fraud by icici, and i spoke to icici it was informed by the icici representative that it is free of cost, it will never be charged, i was never told about the dp charges also i did not get any message alert on my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]...

                                    I had recharged my icici fastag account on 17/7/2019 using upi, but amount not credited to my account yet.. Made multiple calls to support team, but no action taken by support team and they are only buying time. First they said would be resolved in 24 hours.. Then 48 hours.. Then 3-4 working days.. Now saying 7 -8 working days... They do not even have any idea that what is upi

                                      We would like to inform that we have made payment of rs50000 (Rupees fifty thousand only) to west bengal central excise on 22nd july 2019. The details are as under

                                      Amount - rs 50, 000
                                      Bank reference number - [protected]

                                      The grips portal is showing - "transaction pending payment not reported by bank"- the bank is not providing any detail or help in this matter even after regular follow up with customer care

                                      We regret to inform that in spite of 72 hrs and the amount debited from our account on 22/7/2019, the same is not reflected under grips portal and challan is not being generated.

                                      You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest as its very urgent.
