From my icici account, rs.29.50 has been debited as rwdfee 24/05/19+gst. I did not redeem any points from my debit card and i do not have a credit card as well. I have been robbed from my bank without any intimation as per the payback points it's been free and no one can deduct the amount from an individual.
How could you debit money from the account without any information?...

I have an icici credit card which is ending 5001. I pay regular my bills.
I have linked this card with my mobile app and phone number.
I never applied another card still i have paid another card's payment which is ending by 2169.
I have found this duplicacy/fraud only on the statement.
As i have never deeply go through the statement. Whoever else go through the statement.
I always login my app see the bill...

I have received call from icici and and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-2566/- from my saving a/c for year 2018 and again they have renewed this plan. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap.

In June 2019. I applied for a loan and found out that my CIBIL Score was very low. When I checked the report, this was due to a Rs. 2900/- outstanding credit card amoun t allegedly issued by ICICI Bank.

I approached the ICICI Bank customer service via phone and informed them that till date :

- No credit card had been issued to me by ICICI Bank
- I have till not date received any communication from ICICI...

Hi I'm having salary account on icici bank. when i got the salary 1899 rupees was debited without my knowledge. will you please resolve this one. I have been charge many time with this statement notification (nach_ad_rtn_chrg_bajajfin) and really dont know that what is the issue, bajaj person says that they are not deducting any amount from my ac but still this is happening it shows the month of may in the statement...

It is to be informed that and intimated that when we used to call customer care helpline number, lots of option are coming except direct talk to the customer care officer. It is unnecessary wasting our time and creating issues while calling for support. As a bank you must smooth-line the things. You must be easily accessible to your esteemed customer. I was making payment for admission in SOL, payment failed but amount deducted of Rs 36, 42.70/- on 01/07/2019 at 8:28, thought Paytm Dabit card transaction S59267930, in response of complain made in paytm reference no given[protected] and advised quote the ref. no. to icici Bank Eazpay, payment was made successful from paytm.
