amount deduction of 3000 from credit card

I got call from icici bank for another credit card. They told me 500 joining fee and i agreed. Now they diducted ₹3000 from my credit card without any prior notification however that new credit card limit is linked to previous card so no use of that card. They did not told me anything only want to sell their credit card....

I am Hitesh I have done my jio recharge of RS 349 but using 50 rs vocher through Indiaideas by UPI, money was deducted but recharge was unsuccessful and I disappointed very much through this service, please refund my money...I uploaded the screenshot of payment below...please solve my issue...and resolve the problem and precaution has to be taken to avoid this..

    I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

      I have recently applied for a credit card of ICICI and i got one. The first bill hasn't generated yet. Today I received a call from ICICI that you will be charged Rs1399 for some protection. I said I haven't been informed about it. They said again that it is for protection for all cards and you will receive the bill of this amount, do you understand. I said yes I understand but I haven't asked for it. They said it's for protection.

      Later, I talked to the agent who assisted me to get card said no such amount is needed to be paid.
      Then I came here on this forum and I got to know it has happened before. I fear I will also be charged. I don't want any additional plan or feature. Kindly don't give me the bill for that. If i get that I won't pay and I will surrender the card also.

        Dear sir/mam,
        I was bought a new car (Datsun ready go) from nissan datsun in 2016. Which is financed by nissan finance private limited for five years. That time i was earning 22000 per month by pvt job. When i was signing loan documents at that time, there were many papers in front of me. They did not explain anything to me about the loan papers and say that quickly sign it and let me for quickly process. That time i have given icici bank check to nissan for ecs. Loan amount sectioned from nissan 240000 with 10.50% interest rate which happens around 69000 in five years. Monthly car installment goes to 5170.
        From year 2017 my wife fell ill. Lack of money ecs check bounced started due to inefficient account balance. After that my installment go to late few months till january 2019. During this time, i was not aware that i’m paying 2 side bouncing charge. They continue cut bouncing charge and never informed to me. However, they have my email id and contact number. First is icici bank bouncing charge with gst and nissan finance charge with 3% interest. After when i’m complain to nissan customer care they are given me mou paper which is signed by me.
        Till now i have paid to icici bank around 22000 as a bouncing charge and nisan bouncing charge around 27000 confirmed by nisan customer care still pending.
        I have icici and hdfc credit cards. Those cards have total limit around 45000. Because of my wife illness and lack of money i was not able to pay credit card bill timely that time. Due to this activity my civil score fell down. Now i’m not eligible for any loans. I have so many labilities.

        Right now i have to required money for my wife treatment and collage fee. I had applied for personal loan but its rejected due to bad civil score. However, my payment going timely from january 2019.

            Deduction of amount is done from my account without my permission again and again. This is illegal and unlawful. This is creating untrust for future banking from icici bank. I haven't also applied for any policy or schemes for which they can deduct amount from account. I want my money back as soon as possible. This is illegal to deduct amount from account without permission or consent of account holder. They also didn't send me any notifications of deduction of amount from my account. They are misusing the banking norms and practicing illegal work. I beg you to solve my problem as soon as you can. Thank you.

              ICICI bank hired recovery agency at videocon tower New delhi. Agency number is 137149, person name yogesh sharma. Their keeping on calling for some loan which I never took also am no where co applicant. When I asked them to give me document they don't have any document. Continue calling me and harassing day and night. Using abusive language as well. This is bad part of ICICI bank. They should cancel authorization of such agency.

                A withdrawal of inr 1899 has happened from my account in the name of wpp-sr[protected]new policy-. I have not subscribed to any new policy nor they have given any policy related details at the time of account opening to me. It is unfortunate that icici is playing with customers money without getting any consent from them. Kindly cancel this policy. I have not authorised for any policy & i request the concerned authority look into this and release the money back to my account.

                    This mail is in regards to the loan account number
                    Lbvld[protected].in this account, 1st name is my mother's name and 2nd is my name. This is partial disbursement.

                    But my mom passed away, and i am waiting for final disbursement now for registration. The property is not yet registered, but now the property will be registered on my name only.

                    Kindly let me know, how i can go ahead with final disbursement. Should a addition/deletion process or rebook process to be done.

                    I am running here and there. Vapi branch people say contact nearest branch, nearest branch also not reverting properly even after getting the clarification. I have to do registration for the property. Is this is how the customers are treated. Have some courtesy to help customers.

                    Didn't expected this from you icici bank people.

                    Kindly look into it and help me with the exact procedure. You can contact me after 4.30pm on weekdays for further information, if needed.

                    No one is helping me in a proper response. This case is going on since last 3months, but still result is zero.

                      My salary account was with ICICI Bank . Now past 1.6 yrs i am not using this account. I happened to visit the internet banking recently and came to know that every month bank is deducting around Rs. 600 from my account mentioned SMAB Charges and Tax. There was no information to me from bank about this deduction and i am cant accept this. I want some one to contact me from bank and help to close my account. I am not ready to give my money to bank.

                        When i checked transaction details today, i could see an amount of 29.50 has been deducted 2 times from my account under a term posdec chg which i had to google to know what that means. This took place on july 23rd 2019. For every transaction i get message notification. However for this amount alone i haven't received a notification. Why is purely a fraudster play by icici bank.                         Sir i am a regular payer of my credit card loan emi dues before the date. Now that the loan is also closed. During the heavy rainy days in chennai VARADHA RAINS inevitably i could pay only delaying for 3 to 4 days for which i called the customer care and requested for a waiver of the late charges which was genuienly waived by all the banks. First even icici bank accepted to give the waiver but later did not do so and began to charge late fee upon late fee with interest upon interest and taxes etc. all my repeated calls was in vain and hence i ignored the late charges and began to pay the loan EMI with interest and taxes only. Now that i have completed the loan also i request the BANK to FAIRLY CONSIDER THE WHOLE TRANSACTIONS AND SETTLE THE ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN WITH NO INCOME AND DEPENDING ON MY MEAGER SAVINGS WITH MY DEPENDANT SPOUSE WHO IS 75 YRS OLD

                            As i was doing my payment of credit loan my amount of rs.2378.80 was deducted to some unknown account called [protected]@icici so kindly refund my amount so that i can pay my loan amount without due so that i will not be able to pay the interest for that loan.                             I'm availing credit card from ICICI Bank for the year of 2004. Due to my sickness 2007 setteled my credit card Rs. 23500/- (3500 cash and 20000/- cheque) but my cibil report shows the card is due.

                                I have done a bill payment in icici pocket bank app using wallet [protected] pay electricity bill for 190 rupees on 20 jul. The transaction failed but amount deducted from my account. I called customer care several times and they are arguing me saying transaction successful. Please see attached screenshot of app. How is transaction successful only for them. Please help refund

                                  I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                    I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 3 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-19'---- INR 755.78'. I was never told about the demat account when the salary account was created by ICICI which is itself a fraud by ICICI, and I spoke to ICICI it was informed by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost, it will never be charged, I was never told about the DP charges also I did not get any message alert on my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and refund my money. My phone number is [protected].

                                    If I don't get my money back into my account I will stop paying EMIs for Credit Card loan. Last year I shot an email complaining about the same deduction happened and I never got my money back.
                                    But this time I won't leave this issue at all.
                                    I will include social media and go to every legal platform to show this fraud.
