Hi all,
This mail is in regards to the loan account number
Lbvld[protected].in this account, 1st name is my mother's name and 2nd is my name. This is partial disbursement.
But my mom passed away, and i am waiting for final disbursement now for registration. The property is not yet registered, but now the property will be registered on my name only.
Kindly let me know, how i can go ahead with final disbursement. Should a addition/deletion process or rebook process to be done.
I am running here and there. Vapi branch people say contact nearest branch, nearest branch also not reverting properly even after getting the clarification. I have to do registration for the property. Is this is how the customers are treated. Have some courtesy to help customers.

No one is helping me in a proper response. This case is going on since last 3months, but still result is zero.
