I had availed three fastag tags as i have icici sb account. While i sold my vehicles i had sent a request through my online login account to close the tags and remit the balance in my sb account. As per the customer care instruction i had enclosed request letter, cancelled cheque, pan card etc., till now there is no action taken on my complaint. Nearly more than one month gone now icici customer care tellling that i have to recharge my account to cancel the tag. Please note that when i give the request the account balance was 1500 now it turn down to 650. Day by day the account has been debited because of not closing tag.

Icici fastag is louting the customer. If we contact customer care regarding this issue there is no proper respectable response. Icici fastag deputing unqualified persons as customer care executive where there is no customer values. I am discussing with my lawyer about filing a suit in consumer court so that i can get the remedy with compensation for my mental agny

I have been charged a fee of 354 under a head MM Annual fee. What is this fee since I have not subscribed for any such scheme. Please clarify.

Icici bank has deducted 405 rs from my account against ECSRTNCHG charges without my knowledge
How can a bank will deduct without informing customer
Moreover I don't know what's that charge is...

      Icici bank has deducted 670 rs as dp charges. I didn't know what that means. I didn't got any notification msg also. After googling i got to know that it is related to some demat account.. I dont even know i have this and when did i asked it to open the same.. I dont trade in share market don't hold any shares.. Please refund the amount or else close the account.. I donr need this fraud companies account.

      There was a deduction of 1899 after i made an online payment of 1147 on myntra on 31 july 2019. I would like to know the reason and will it happen after every online payment i make.

        Filled a loan application form in the jp nagar branch. Tenure was not satisfactory - i denied it multiple times but the loan got disbursed. Contacted the bank official and she said that theyll look into it. Gave a cheque and letter for amount reversal but two days later, i'm being told that it's not possible. Is this a new way of looting money.

          I was supposed to get an amazon pay credit card, signed up for it, gave my pan card number, appointment was fixed for the guy to come collect my documents. But, he never showed up. A week later an executive calls in asking me why i didn’t open the account, when i told her that no one showed up to collect my documents she immediately booked an other appointment (Apparently). The day before the appointment, another lady calls me asking what documents i had, she hung up on me before i could answer. 2 months later... I’m still with not amazon pay credit card through icici! Customer service is pathetic...

              On the 26th of july 2019 there was a void transaction at blackberry out for the amount of rs5190 made on my icici debit card for which i have already raised a complaint however everytime i call to get an update they give me a different time frame for my funds to be available... However i asked them to send me an email which would have a time frame but they haven't done it... I have to call them everyday and i get a different answer every day!! Kindly look into it asap as i have my dues to pay

              It's a simple void transaction already been 2 weeks no resolution yet!! Initially your support told me 24 to 48 hrs...then I was told 15 days and now upto 35 day!! Isn't it inefficiency if you have all the doc and you still can't do anything about it...
              I have the merchant settlement slip...I have my void slip...the merchant banks confirmed that's it's not been settled so what is so difficult for you?

              There was a deduction of 1899 in 31 july 2019 with somwe new policy after i made an online payment of 1147 on myntra.

              I am not aware of any such approvals for the deduction. I would like my refund at earliest and please cancel this policy.

Two times total of amount (222+602)=824.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as dp charge till 19th june dp charges on respectivly 29/07/2019 and 31/07/2019. I have never activated and used my demat account. For geting more information about dp charges related information today i have activated a demate account in icicidirect. But not getting any information of charges.
                There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately. My account number is[[protected]]

                  Since yesterday i am unable to do transaction and the page open up that for security reason card is blocked. I called the customer care and got it unblocked through that automatic voice recordar. Tried using my card again and it still get s blocked at 3d secure page. What di i need to do to avoid this from happening again.

                      annual fee charges and dp charges

                      Icici bank is charging with annual charges and dp charges.

                      I closed my demat account but still they are charging me and i already raised this before also.

                      I went to icici direct and i closed it but still they are charging me.

                      And for the annual maintenance, they never communicated in any manner that they gonna charge it, without any prior notice they charged me with these fees...

                        I have paid credit card bill manually and on auto-debit return you have charged 450 INR? That's what you do after being your customer for 11 years without zero return/bounce? Your service is sincerely going worst.
                        ICICI don't care of having loyal customers for more than 120 regular payments in a row. SBI is far better who dont charge even whenever i have paid one day later .

                          unable to do online transactions using my icici debit card

                          I got a phone call from icici one assist..

                          Despite being non interested in their service.
                          They deduced an amount of 1899 rupees.

                          Hi, i was given the information about the one assist plan, but suddenly after one day i got the message that rs 1899 is deducted from my icici bank debit card without my consent, which is not expected from such reputed bank, kindly deactivate this service and refund my money as soon as possible, i m least interested in such services, and expect the refund of my money to the earliest

                            Today i went to the ICICI Branch Annapurneshwari Nagar, to Deposit the Cash, I approached the Cashier to deposit the Cash she told Now Lunch Hour She Can't Accept the Cash. when i asked her the Timing of Lunch She Told 2.00 PM To 2.30 PM, 2 three days back I went there she told our Lunch Break is 1.30 PM To 2.00 PM.

                            Then i approached the Operation Manager, She told if any customer in the Q means we continue to accept the Cash . She started to cheque the CC Camera when i came to Branch. Instead of allowing the cash deposit.
                            In between Branch Came to the Branch. i have told the Matter. He told the there is no Fixed time to our Branch.
                            And I website Branch Timing is Written 9.30 To 4.30 PM

                            I have holding the A/c With ICICI Bank from Lash 14 Years...
                            Several time is happen with me in this branch, The Casher not behaving properly to customers.

                                My mother had purchased ashirwad deep discount bond -1 in 1996 holding bondholder no.1213-186, warrent no. 135490 and certificate no.- 200000 in the name of nirmala devi/ shailendra singh/ ajay singh and we have not have any kind of information regarding. We are submitted all original document for redemption in your jaipur branch on august 2001 so i want to know that about payment of our bond.
                                Please advise us current status of our payment also advise why bank not given any information

                                  I have opened my salaried account in icici in 2016 and demat account was lifetime free but yesterday they have deducted my amount against demat rs. 688.33.
                                  They never been informed about that deduction and suddenly deducted the money without intimation.

                                  And after deduction no information has been given by the bank.

                                    Please let me know on what basis these deductions has been made. I have never initiated the transaction for the amount deducted which is 826 inr. I suppose these are related to demat account but be sure that i haven't used the demat account till now to make any kind of transactions. And also let us know clearly the reason for the deductions clearly as we are not in banking field to understand by looking at it. Kindly contact me as soon as possible.
