I was supposed to get an amazon pay credit card, signed up for it, gave my pan card number, appointment was fixed for the guy to come collect my documents. But, he never showed up. A week later an executive calls in asking me why i didn’t open the account, when i told her that no one showed up to collect my documents she immediately booked an other appointment (Apparently). The day before the appointment, another lady calls me asking what documents i had, she hung up on me before i could answer. 2 months later... I’m still with not amazon pay credit card through icici! Customer service is pathetic...
