I have been getting smses and calls from icici bank since last 13 years about credit card payment related issues. I am not even a customer of icici bank. The first time they called me, i asked them to talk to their customer via some other means and update the phone number in their records which didn't happen. I am still being harassed by icici.

I got this mobile number 13 years ago and since then i am getting these calls and smses. Icici wants to reach to some mr sudeep chandok. I have told the callers multiple times to get the database updated with right contact number which is not happening.

    I was issued a Credit Card by the bank on from dt.10/05(month/year) to dt.10/17 with card no.5176************9019. It was over as per its due date with no balance payment. I informed their Customer Care. ICICI Bank did not sent me any new credit card nor did I asked it. It was over. But after few months ICICI Bank sent me one mail for little dues on card and asked me to pay. I overlooked it. But 3 months after, they again increased the amount and asked to pay. I contacted ICICI Bank at Bhilai, my local brach dealing Credit Card. They agreed with me and adviced to contact Customer Care. After great efforts, I talked to them to correct it with their details. But the person was insisting to pay the dues first(illegal dues). Itold that I will not pay, as it is not my fault. The person warned me that it may hamper my Credit Rating. Later I found that it is showing in my Credit Rating. So, I request to sort it out.

      I am a customer of indian bank (S/b a/c).

      On 16/07/2019 around 07:30 hrs i had used icici bank atm (Atm id-2985e007) in vijayawada for money withdrawal but the not dispensed.

      I didn't get the money but my account was debited.

      Please investigate and get it credited back to my account asap.

      Relating to this transaction it's difficult for following up and make it simple.

        Hi team,

        On 10th of july, though my icici account had sufficient balance for personal loan emi of axis they didn't deduct emi amount automatically as how they performed since the beginning. Instead, my icici account got debited of 413 rs on 11/07/2019 with the description - ecsrtnchg. Again the axis executive called and asked me to make the payment manually which was paid on 15/07/2019. After all this, my icici account again got debited for 413 rs on 18/07/2019 with the same description (Ecsrtnchg)

        In august, again though my account had sufficient balance for emi on the due date, it got debited automatically after two days as there were holidays in between. And on 16th, 17th and 21st amount got debited from icici account for rs 80.03, 88.97 and 303 (Total rs 472 rs) respectively with the description - ecsrtnchg-17-jul-19+gst.

        Can you please help me to understand this problem and in resolving it at the earliest. And also suggest me how to stop this continuous debit transactions that being performed without any notification or my authorization.

          complaining about time taken to open a savings account

          I have submitted the online savings account application on 3rd august. I have deposited 10, 000/- to get the account number. Bank representative already collected the documents. It's more than two week, i'm yet to receive any update. How much time it will take to activate the account? Does online application take more time to open an account than it takes in offline?

          Without my consent, rs. 100 has been deducted from my account on 20/08/2019 to 'dr tran for funding iwish a/c 02532
          4011060'
          I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
          This reduction to dr. Tran for funding iwish…. Is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

            What is this... I have also mailed to icici... My amount has been deducted fraudulently without my permission... Its a very arrogant and unhealthy behavior

            I used icici credit card where the limit is 38000 in may i used 38000 the whole amount and after in the june billing i paid the minimum amount which 1999 and after that in july billing i paid the entire amount which was 38770 approx and again in august billing they again charged me over limit fee 590 after calling so may time to customer service not first they do not understand my matter because of their lack of experience and they took a complain against my saving account instead my credit card every body gives different answers regarding solution after five days of complain which i made on 16 th august 2019 today 21 st aug i got a call from the manager from icici and he told me that he can’t do anything i just want to ask they are the people who gives the services to pay minimum amount after paying that the start taking advantage from the customer please help me out

              Dear ICICI Bank,
              I submitted an online IMPS transaction for Rs.30, 000 from my current account on 19th AUGUST 2019 but the funds have neither reached the recipient (Citibank) nor credited back to my account. Not sure what kind of system is this, but the payment is urgent and I am loosing business because of this delay. IMPS payments are supposed to be instant.
              I have even emailed the customer care at your corporate care email address, but still got no response. Please help to get those funds back into my account or atleast complete the transaction.

But according to ncpi aadhaar linking status in bank inactive i have asked so many times in my bank and they said they had done from his side and updated my adhaar with my bank account, and its not updated from npci. Ple. Update and active the aadhar link with bank as per above data and credit the lpg subsidity in my icici bank account no[protected].

                  Shyam damodar bodhare,
                  We took personal loan from icici bank of rs 1, 55, 000 settlement amount out of which rs 75000 has been payed on 31st july 2019 and 80000 is remaining which we will pay by 15 september. Please kindly give some time to arrange.
                  Despite giving all the money as mentioned they keep all my relatives, my son, my wife and all their friends. If this situation escalates anymore my family will commit suicide by consuming poison and chandra prakash gupta of thane branch is to be blamed for that. We have complained about him to pune police station and main crime police and still he hasn't stopped.

                    I am sheetal bhatt. 782.84 rupees has been deducted from my account as dp chgs till mar-19 on 9-august-2019. I have never used my demat account till now.

                    While opening the account, the icici representative told that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. I have not operated my demat account ever.

                    My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

                        Rs14087.84 deducted from my account without any notification or any OTP. I got a msg from the bank that amount has been deducted. I raised dispute with the bank transaction and they told me that it will be refunded if it was not made from end. After 2 months and repeated mail, I got a final revert that it has been closed as merchant has provided proof but the bank has not provided any proof when I asked for the same. Then, they told me to raise a complaint through banking ombudsman as they will look after the issue. I have gone there in person and the associate told me that it will take some time and if needed they will call or ask for some details. I have also raised online FIR for the same. Still got no response from police end nor from banking ombudsman. Now I got a mail from banking ombudsman that my complaint was disposed off without giving me appropriate reason. I have filed online complaint on consumer complaint portal and again raising the same. Please look at it and give my money back. I am ready to give all the information but noone has asked me for the same and just denying the complaint without any research.

                          I have been using icici credit card for last so many years and i had set auto debit from my icici bank account but last month they have added late payment charges without any prior notice and kept on adding the amount in form of late payment. I have tried to reach them multiple times but nobody entertaining me. I am ready to pay the amount which i used for shopping but will not pay for late payment charges as they have not informed me about it earlier. Please ask them to get the amount which i used for shopping. These guys have added 2k extra in form of late payment and other charges like gst etc.

                          I have already sent multiple emails to your concerned deptt. Please send me the amount of money which was spent using credit card. I will pay that and will not pay your undefined late payment fee. Also, please send a confirmation message to stop the credit card. I will pay once I get email from your side.
                          I have two refund reference number with me, none of the refunds are credited back to my account. I'm trying to reach out to an customer care executive using all your numbers provided but none helped me to connect with agent. Please help me out here

                          Icici has not taken any action and continued levying charges day after day. These guys are kind of blackmailing me and just bothering me on daily basis. Nothing had happened for last so many months. I just used 2300 and they are asking for more than 5000. They are burglars and dacoiits in a different way. Instead o[censored]sing guns they use credit score. I think government should banned such banks and service providers.

                            This is to report about all the srs opened during the month of jul-aug 2019 for my account[protected]

                            In terms of customer satisfaction and honesty with services, one of your rm managing my loan account has totally failed to do his job right by not reviewing the cibil reports clearly before processing my loan.

                            I had 3 loan accounts and conviniently he chose to close only 2 (Icici & hdfc) however my city bank loan hasn't been paid. Upon asking the rm, he has admitted to oversee the citi bank account. Currently i'm paying both icici (New) and citi bank emis. Please help me understand how is it possible for a. Salaried employee to pay most of my salary into emi. Poor management and poor judgement, i wish good for others not to have the same rm assigned. Because he might ask you personal questions about the utilization of your fund.

                            As far as i understand banks job to review the eligiblity-process loan - accept emis ontime and the business is. Done.

                            This rm went to extent of asking about my weddings and why i had spent those funds into my wedding. (Mr. Rm) that's none of your business.

                            4 items were returned to Amazon India early December 2018.
                            Understand that Rs. 1724 was credited by Amazon vide transection id [protected] dated 18 Dec 2018. But the said amount not credited in ICICI credit card account till now.
                            Unfortunately both ICICI and Amazon are not owning up the responsibility. Help needed.

                              On 19 aug 2019 i tried to withdraw money from icici atm on 3rd avenue no s1cwn070 - the machine kept saying transaction failed. First rs 2000 and the rs 1000. Later discovered that both amount has been deducted from my bank.

                                  This is in reference of an erroneous transaction done by me. I am an axis bank account holder, on 3rd may 2019 i was supposed to transfer inr 80000 to icici account no[protected] in the name of ritu ohri but by mistake the amount was transferred to account no[protected] in the name of sandeep himalayan both residents of panchkula & zirakpur respectively. The accounts of both of them was in icici zirakpur branch.

                                  As it was late in the evening when the transaction was done, the next day i went to axis bank branch in saket, delhi and gave a request letter to reverse the same transaction (Copy attached). As per axis bank staff they submitted the request same day and amount of inr 80000 was put on hold in the account of mr sandeep himalayan in icici bank which was later verified by me when i visited icici branch personally.

                                  I used to call everyday to icici customer care to which they said it will take max 45 days to reverse the transaction and i wasn't given any complaint number nor any resolution as they said i didn't had an account with their bank. I also visited the bank branch is delhi and haldwani to which i was told max 45 days money will be reversed in my account.

                                  In between i spoke to mr pradeep in the icici branch in zirakpur through a reference of a common friend, to which i was told he will take care of the issue but no resolution was given to me.

                                  In the month of june i specially visited to zirakpur branch to find out the issue. The staff in the branch mr sohan told me that they are not able to get in touch with mr sandeep himalayan as his number in his account details is not reachable. I was given his numbers so that i also keep following up.

                                  70 days later - again finally on 11th july 2019, i again visited the branch this time to get it resolved anyhow. I was told that the customer of the branch mr sandeep himalayan was not reachable on his number and also the staff tried reaching his residential address where they found noone and they are not staying at the mentioned address. To which mr sohan said he has returned the complaint to his corporate office and they will reverse the transaction in next 45 days.

                                  Finally sitting for sometime in the branch, i took the address of mr sandeep himalayan and visited his house which was hardly 2 kms and 5 mins from the branch. To my astonishment i found that the entire family lived there. I met his mother, i sat for sometime in their house and she gave me the current active number of mr sandeep. This clearly showed that staff of the branch didnt made any effort to find the whereabouts of their branch customer to resolve my complaint.

                                  After speaking to mr sandeep over the phone, he assured me to give the letter required by the branch that this money didnt belong to him and it can be reversed. He gave the letter to the branch on 16th july 2017. Its been 33 days since then, till now i have not received my money of inr 80000.

                                  Its been 106 days since the complaint was given and the account was put on hold for inr 80000. Even after regular follow ups and visiting the branch, the issue has not been resolved.

                                  I have few questions for the authorities of icici bank -
                                  1. Is there any specified time limit of time for the issue to be resolved. It was mentioned 45 days. Firstly after submitting my complaint on 4th may i was told 45 days, then after branch finding no whereabouts of mr sandeep they said in 45 days money will be reversed.
                                  2. I can actually see and feel no effort was made from branch end to find the whereabouts of mr sandeep, which i had to personally do. This was duty of the bank which was not performed as it should have been.
                                  3. This payment was due to ms ritu and was delayed long from banks end. I had to bear a lot of cost to borrow this money and pay her which has even spoiled the relationship. Who will compensate??
                                  4. I have travelled to zirakpur twice, visited delhi where i submitted my complaint. Who wil compensate??
                                  5. The mental harassment to get back my money since 3 and half months. Who will compensate??

                                  Looking for a resolution as early as possible.

                                    I hav submitted my pan card photocopy with icici bank cooch behar branch on 4th august with an application for removal of debit freeze and updation of my account from minor to major. I have been to the bank for almost 10-12 times.. Each time i visit the branch, the deputy manager incharge keep saying that the records have been sent to the headoffice in hyderabad. Till now there is no response recieved. Its still not infreezed. Does it really takes this much time to just unfreeze an account. Visiting bank for 15 days isnt that easy for someone. I have got many more works to do throughout the day. Hope the bank gets to know about it. And my account gets unfreeze soon.

                                    There is a monthly deduction of INR 29.50 happens from my account. I am not sure what this is for as I never subscribed for this. If I have subscribed then I need an evidence of this otherwise I need the complete deducted amount from my account since day 1.
