Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 27/08/2019 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected].
I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected] is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities

    I have my bank account in ICICI bank Infosys phase 2, These ruthless company is deducting 29.60 rs since last week everyday .Till now total deductions is over 500 and when asked said that its due to post dec charge but I have not even used my debit card since a long time .
    I asked to provide the proof to bank to confirm where my card was used and how many times but they are saying that its not their job. I have also raised a consumer complaint but will keep fighting till they stop harassing their customers

        Following icici bank employee suggest me to investment in icici funds with following terms and benefits, i was agree and accepted the same. Which was one time investment, and i can close the same after 2 months.
        But without my instruction they started deducting money on monthly basis. So i complained the same to refund the amount, which they returned was also not the whole amount they deducted. After the suggest from same icici employee i withdraw the whole amount from my icici savings bank account to stop further auto deductions, but now icici is charging me the bounce charges again and again. Which is rs. 4661 in total. After so many complains to bank they refunded me only rs. 944.

          Am a icici bank customer. 08-08-19 ecsrtnchg charged (412.99) (442.02) (471.99) rupees + tax... I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. Thank you

              ICICI credit card is charging heavily, I have 2 credit cards in ICICI bank, but I don't know that they are of different accounts, when called to customer care(CC) they said you can do the payment in any one of the cards, I have already registered one of my cards, so done the payment. After 15 days I got a new statement stating that you due is pending 564 with a penalty of 632. I was surprised how can the penalty is more than due amount. I called and said regarding the CC misguided regarding the payment, so I have done in another card of mine which is also ICICI. They said the account is different so we cannot do anything, so I have requested them to reduce fine as it is more than the due amount. There should be a limit in charging fine, max of 10 %. so please consider this request and ask them to refund my amount as there is a mistake from their end. Also, make sure to restrict fine based on % of the amount, not flat rates. please find the attachment and resolve the issue ASAP.

              Every second day echs charges like 137 then 274 then 410 deducting from my account why this is happening and what the hell every second they are deducting the amount

                I saw my statement and noticed POSDEC charges 11 times each levied after every transaction.
                I was not informed about these charges. It's so unethical to loot money like this. I am their customer for 9 years and this is so disappointing.
                Firstly I didn't understand what are these charges for, on surfing, got to know these are hidden charges applied when transaction is declined.
                In my case it has been levied without any transaction failure.
                Today, I did only one transaction that too wasn't declined and I have been charged with POSDEC thrice.
                In total, they have deducted 330 rps of mine without informing.
                If they fail to revert the amount I am happy to have my account closed rather to support such an unethical loot.

                      Dear sirs,
                      A #[protected] credit card was issued to me in the year 2002 by the icici bank. It was clearly told to me by the executive that the credit card will be on lifetime free credit card basis. Later i was using that card for one year, after one year i got a bill including the service charges.
                      I was always tried to talk with the executives on phone those days to revert this levy.
                      But this was not resolved, and i took decision to return the card to icici bank immediately that time by putting the card into atm machine as suggested by the branch.
                      When i started getting calls from the recovery department, i told them that i am always ready to pay the amount which i spend, which was something 500 rs. That time.
                      I paid the amount to executive hoping that the issue will close as assured me on your phone executive and the guy who collect the money.
                      The calls were really stop for next almost 15 years later.
                      Suddenly the calls are started back from last 2 years. That the outstanding amount is repeated with the unnecessary charges of rs.4060, i request the phone executive several times that the issue was closed to me long back. And now suddenly the bank updates in the cibil as outstanding in year 2019.
                      I request you to please investigate the matter and help to close the issue.

                        icici bank sms received from ad icicibank and tm icicibank

                        Dear sir,
                        I am receiving lots of sms daily from ad icici bank and tm icici bank, while i don't have icici bank account. This is happening from last 2 years.
                        The message are routed by mistakenly to my cell no. [protected] regarding the account info for the account xx0007, xx3001. This bank account is not belong to me.
                        Please help i don't own any icici bank accounts or credit cards

                          I have been charged with 1089 inr as late payment charges when there is no outstanding on my credit card.. I want this to be reversed and need assurance that this should not impact my credit rating.. Once this is done i want to cancel my 2 credit cards..

                          My mobile number is [protected].. If this is not resolved at earliest would like to escalate this further as customer care rep and supervisor where not able to sort this out and were not able to provide any assurance of reversal.

                                An amount of rs 1587 has been deducted from my bank account without any authorization.

                                The amount was deducted by [protected]@icici on 14th august 2019 through phonepe, i came to know only when i was checking my bank balance this week.

                                I have not received any notification that this amount has been deducted from phonepe.

                                Kindly request you a refund of this amount at the earliest.

                                  Where the icici bank representative has said i will be soon contacted but that hasn't happened, i had to email the customer care and support team for this issue and they are refusing to help...                                     Hi,
                                    My name is ajay sudani. I want to register complain again icici bank. Before few days back i checked my cibil score and found that icici put wrong information regarding my credit card to cibil score. They assigned me credit card on 2016 without informing me and asked for due charges. I never purchased credit card in my life. Icici did fraud with me and assigned me credit card by using my data. Due to this i am not able to apply for loan in any bank because my cibil score is down. I sent many emails to icici customer care but haven't got any response. Kindly help me for this one

                                    Yesterday i got response from ICICI bank like this

                                    " CIBIL [Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited] is an informative database of all customers having any kind of financial liabilities (past/current and good/bad)with all the financial institutions. This database is updated by all the financial institutions on a periodic basis with regards to the payment track of customer.
                                    Your name and account details will never be removed from CIBIL even after paying of the dues, your credit card repayment string in CIBIL will be updated with the payment made.
                                    CIBIL is a report which contains the credit information of all the customers. Customer having a good payment record will also reflect in CIBIL and vice versa. We can update the CIBIL record for the customer but can not remove the name from the list."

                                    ICICI told me that my account details will never be removed from CIBIL score. ICICI did fraud with me and i am suffering a lot. No bank is allow me to apply for load.
                                    This is ICICI mistake not mine. How can ICICI assign me credit card without informing me anything. And now ICICI are telling me that they are not able to remove details from my cibil score. This is not acceptable at all. I haven't done any mistake and I am suffering a lot because of you. ICICI did fraud with me. I am not able to apply for loan in any bank. ICICI did mistake and you have to resolve it as soon as possible. Remove all your credit card related details from my cibil score. This is ICICI responsibility. ICICI can not do fraud with people like this.

                                      Hi icici credit card team,

                                      I'm really frustrated to get noc for my credit card as i have closed my credit card 2 months ago. Nearly i have made 25+ calls and poor response from customer officer by keeping my call on hold nearly 45min or right away team is dropping my call. Poor response.. I will never suggest to go with icici and i have wrote to my mnc (Most popular not to mention here) to stop providing salary accounts and we have provided suggestions to move hdfc bank.. Trust there were so many complaints piled up on icici poor response. Not sure, who will resolve this.
