I am sidhesh lotlikar 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as dp chgs till jun-19) dp charges

I have never activated and used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.

    Since 5 months money is getting deducted from icici bank that 'a purchase of inr 938.43 has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account xx261 info: vsi*amazon pr. And my money is deducted, i didn't give my debit card number details then how it happened now i want my refund of 938.43rs. I tried to contact icici bank customer care but they said will do inquiry

      I am the a/c holder of icici bank since 2007
      Now they have charged 588.82 under this category dcardfee5519 jul19-jun20 +gst
      I am not aware what type of charges are these.
      They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
      Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
      Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want. Due to this charges my mutual fund ach wiill be faile and they will charge sip faileure.

      There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

        I have received credit card bill statement where bill date mentioned 26 July 19, so on 11 July 19, I transfer fund of 28000/- to ICICI account which reflects on net bank account through SBI (google pay) after receiving money in ICICI account I proceed for credit card bill payment on 17 July by net banking which shows payment completed of rupees 27999/-and same is showing me on my payment summary
        After revisiting to portal on 21 I seen all accounts summery there is still 28000 in my account and Bill payment is also shows that payment is completed due to this I visited my branch which is in Aundh where there are not listening to me and tell me about to pay 500/- fine if late payment which is non logical, hence I register this complaint

          So I was issued a icici bank rubxy credit for lifetime free with no annual or joining fees. But after 1 week I was charges with joining fees of 3000+GST. First they didn’t agreed that I was offered free rubxy card but fortunately I asked the sales lady to send everything on my mail where it is clearly mentioned that I have been awarded life time free Icici bank Rubxy credit card with no annual or joining fees. After wasting all most 10hrs in so many days on calls with their inefficient customer service today when my payment was due I didnt paid my bill. So they called and said we have looked into your complaint and we will waive off the fees for 1st year but later you have to pay annual fees. After all this I don't understand how hard it is for them to understand what LIFE TIME FREE credit card means. This is clear fraud and harassment from the banks side. And I am planning to take this to consumer court so if someone can guide me how to, I would really appreciate

            My account has been debited by rs 17700 on 30th july 2019. Narration given is terminal balance recovery.

            Till now amounts debited from my account
            1. On[protected] amount debited : 17700.00, transaction det: ach-bd-icici mercha-tidh317649
            2. On[protected] amount debited: 1534.00, transaction det: ach-bd-icici mercha-tidh313371
            3. On[protected] amount debited : 2360.00 transaction det: ach-bd-icici mercha-tidh272073
            4. On[protected] amount debited: 354.00 monthly rent, transaction det: ach-bd-icici mercha-tidh247241
            5. On[protected] amount debited: 354.00 monthly rent, transaction det: ach-bd-icici mercha-tidh217291

            Total amount 22302.00

            On 30th july 2019, my account was debited with 17700 and the reason given by icici merchant team are
            A) machine has remained idle for 45 days
            B) was given reminder regarding the same

            However i did not receive any letter or intimation from icici merchant team regarding the same.

            I already applied for deactivation of swipe machine on[protected]. Customer care told they will deactivate in one week but no response from them till now. I have call recording proof.

            So considering the above scenario i would want icici merchant to make refund in good faith of rs 17700.00, 2360.00, 1534.00 (Total amount: 21594) and would like to surrender the swiping machine at the earliest.

            Friends please dont use icici merchant services swipe machine i have worst experience and also amount debiting from customer and not credited to me around 3 to 5 transactions thats why i stopped using this machine.

                I got the following sms from 'ad-icicib' last night around 3.30 am.

                Your registration for upi app has started. If it was not you, report now to your bank. Do not share card details/otp/cvv with anyone to avoid financial loss.

                But i don't have an icici bank account at all. This sms is an error or someone is trying to impersonate me.

                I called the icicibank customer service number [protected] to report it. But the phone system does not allow me to proceed without an account number. This is absurd. How do i report a possible fraud then?

                  Hi,

                  Icici has auto debited 1899/- without my permission.
                  I was given information related to oneassist some credit/debit card protection plan.

                  I received a phone call from icici insisting me to take the plan. Even after denying they forcefully activated the plan and deducted 1899/- from my account.
                  I reached customer care of one-assist as per them they start cancellation process after 48 hrs, but they will refund by deducting some amount they debited as the service has been activated.

                  Is icici is giving authorization to debit their customers' money to third party for these plans? I don't feel secure with icici anymore. I could be debited of any amount just by a phone call, it seems.

                  Please cancel the service and refund complete 1899/-, if not then i am gonna take a decision to close my account or discontinue with icici bank.

                      Without any acknowledgement i have been charged 354 rs for the service which i never requested/opted for.
                      statement says MM Annual Fee MAY19-APR and deducted
                      on 26th july 2019
                      354.00/- rupees have been deducted for my money service.
                      Please reimburse the respective amount asap. However, made a compliant on their website, Still waiting for their response.

                            I applied for fastag on 29th may 2019, however i have not received the tag till date; against the same the bank had mentioned that i will receive the tag in 7 working days. Have called the customer car several times every time i am assured the tag will be dispatched to me immediately & will reach me in 4 working days; but again the same situation is repeated. Only i am told that the request is mailed for priority dispatch. I have paid all the charges including a recharge for the same to the bank on 29th may itself. If the bank is unable to send me the tag kindly ask the bank to refund the entire amount including the service charges etal to my account on priority. Surprisingly there is no authoruty to whom the complaint can be esclated

                                I have a make my trip credit card issued on april and i payed 590/- on due date after that i never use this card and i had been cancelled online this card but still i have to pay 590/- per month.
                                I visited my icici bank main branch but they didn't cancelled my card and behavior not good. Please cancel my card as soon as possible n refund my money.

                                The only access to my bank account is through net bank. But unfortunately even that is not work.

                                    Without an acknowledgement i have been charged for the service which i never requested/opted for.
                                    09/03/2018 bil/[protected]/mm annual fee may19-apr
                                    354.00/- rupees have been deducted for my money service.
                                    Please reimburse the respective amount asap. However, made a compliant on their website, yet to get response.

                                    But look at the way, how common men's money being sucked by these blood suckers. Shameful act.

                                      Amazon credited 2499/- in my account on 28th june 2019 as a refund with reference no.[protected]. Icici bank still hasn’t credited it to my account
                                      Please follow below text to file complaint :

                                      'i purchased a product in amazon and returned it back. Since my payment method was icici bank debit visa card, the amount refunded was supposed to come in same and reflect in 3 to 5 business days. The transaction was done on 28th june 2019 by amazon on[protected] transaction id (Authorization code for transaction) but, i couldn't see any amount yet.'

                                        I made the payment on 25th may on sarathi driving license portal haryana, for which i informed my bank to check this issue as my amount is debited from my account but merchant didnt received it and this chain mail happened for 20-25 days. Having said that at the end bank stated that we have refunded this amount back to merchant wherein i already did the payment. Please check with them and now its been 2 months rto is saying that check with bank we didnt received any amount and bank has already closed my ticket.
                                        Now this incident happened again with me on 26th july for which i booked my ticket on irctc and payment was debited from my account but ticket was not booked. Irctc portal clearly mentioned that your last payment was failed and re booked my ticket,
                                        Again, bank is adamant about the fact that it will come back to your account and after forcing so much they have raised the sr[protected] but i am again not sure whether my amount will come back to me or not.

                                        My both incidents are still pending and i really dont know to whom to follow to as till date i have received unsatisfactory response from them as they really dont have any value for their customers money
                                        Hoping for a resolution as i cannot waste my money like this

                                        i received an update from your team that the amount has been credited to beneficiary amount. I have below questions:

                                        1. Without customer permission who allow you to send my money to beneficiary account it should be refunded back to our account
                                        2. Who will follow up with beneficiary, and why should i follow up with them since i used your account and imobile app to make UPI payment
                                        3. Do you have any idea whether beneficiary is refunding that amount back to us which they sometime dont even reply to us and it happened with me first time and till date i m following up with RTO to receive the amount and no response receive till date
                                        4. I am not sure how you guys must be treating uneducated or illiterate one who dont have any idea how to deal such situation?
                                        5. If this will not resolve i will take this further in court whether its a matter of 500, 1000 or any amount
