Myntra confirmed that they have initiated my refund amount of 2359/-rs on 10th july which i can not find credited to my account.

They have provided me with the reference number: 75503729191031218405811

Also, i don't seem to find my problem in the generate service request section.

Kindly help me with this refund amount crediting to my account

          I am writing to inform you about the icici credit card no. 2002 which was not applied by me. Executive from you bank came to my home on[protected] for the recovery of the credit card amount. The credit card bill amount informed by the executive is rs. 30, 000/-. But i have not applied for any credit card and i have not received any card. Without any credit card, how can i use it for paying bill? The executive told me to inform your branch regarding. I visited your bank addressed icici bank, fp 195, cts 853, signature bhamburda, bhandarkar rd, shivajinagar, pune, maharashtra, 411004, they told me that a credit was issued using my pan card and aadhar card. But other details like mothers name, additional residential address, and additional mobile number did not matched. They did not even had my salary slip. My salary is less than rs. 10, 000/-, then how can they provide the credit card. Without any proper verification of documents they issued credit card to some itinerant person.
          Kindly look in the matter and provide a positive response.

          Dear Sir,
          I was try many time on ICICI complaints portal icicibank.com but they ask me my application number or account number. without this dont accept my compliant. I have only credit card no. [protected] and that number is not accept on your complaint portal.
          I reacharged my jio number via upi from myjio app and paid 299 via [protected]@icici. The amount was debitted, but the reacharge was unsuccessful. Date of reacharge - 21/07/19
          When i contacted jio customer care they said there is no reacharge request. I need my refund.

          If you have not applied credit card, kindly verify your signature in the application form filled for credit card. definitely will not match might be forged for closing their targets. kindly write below mentioned mail id. if you have already wrote then wait for 30days then approach banking ombudsman. ask the bank to give the clarification and explanation in writting that why it has happened. submit all your evidence.

          if your would like to register a complaint please do write it to: [protected]@icicibank.com & senior.[protected]@icicibank.com & [protected]@icicibank.com. please dont write to [protected]@icicibank.com your problems will not resolved. if you have not got any satisfactory response from bank within 30days of complaint you may approach banking ombudsman (RBI) definitely they will help you out. you cannot reach baking ombudsman directly without writing a compliant to bank first.

            I purchased a product from coolwinks.com and i received a cashback from them and so coolwinks issued a cashback from there end, but i didn't get it in my account and so i contacted the coolwinks and they provide me the arn number but now my bank is not responding towards my complaint and even not helping me. Bank is also not provided any way to register and check the arn number. I really don't know what to do

              I am a icici bank customer. I tried to pay mngl bill through i mobile app several times, but not receiving otp. On talking to icici bank customer care they told me to to check with jio operator. I am getting all other sms, except this bank.
              There appears to be some problem with it network of icici bank, since this complaint has been lodged by do many customers.
              It is requested icici bank goes into details of the problem and not pass on blame to operator.

                Sir, i had an account (No.[protected]ram lal parmod kumar jain, with icici bank at bathinda (Punjab) 151001 branch & i never knew that my account was opened in chennai branch. Whereas my business premises is here at bathinda & i never been to chennai.
                Since the account operations i was being charged on every deposit transaction & never being told of that my account is of chennai barnch & outstation cash transaction is chargeable.
                It's a matter of chance, when i started pursuing for closure of account since 2017, i was being told by the customer care at mumbai that your account is from chennai branch. It was really shocking for me & only then i realized of over charges since the opening of account.
                Now i request your good self to look in to the matter & get the over charged amount refunded since the inception of account.

I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
                    I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

                      Dear sir, (Most urgent pending since 02/05/2019)
                      Wrong / penalty bills generated without any clarifications from all sources till date

                      Till date i did not receive the clarification of the actual bill outstanding and revision of the billing after payment of rs.15000/- on 02/05/2019.

                      1. Clarify the wrong bill generated
                      2. Revise the bill after payment of rs.15000 paid on 02/05/2019
                      3. Wave off the unlawfull penalty added and charged from me.
                      4. Refund / settle the interest on my payment of rs.15000
                      5. Send me details of statement reflecting, after payment of rs.15000 on 02/05/2019 and reciprocal effect on the revised bill.
                      6. An amount of rupees 4830 was paid on 7 on 2nd july 2019 from the bank of india account which was never confirm that has been cleared against the credit card these two issues are still pending

                      If the matter is not resoved, i will be forced to approach the banking ombudsman on the matter pending for so long.

                      *i am also compelled by your staff and their non-responsive act for non-payment of the genuine billing which has never corrected/ generated correctly since 02/05/2019*

                      I will now, onwards, pay any payment after all clarifications are made to me.

                        Had bought from dmart powai items worth 1479 on 14th july using icici debit card. I was charged twice the amount due to a server issue at the counter. The counter executive told me to wait for 24 hours for the charges to get reversed.
                        It has been more than 96 hours, still i am yet to receive it. I tried calling dmart, they said i need to check with icici for the same. Kindly help

                            I have icici instant credit card that was issued by making a fixed deposit of 20, 000/-. I have decided to close the bank account associated with the credit card, but before closing it i want to spend all the existing available credit limit. Since i wanted to exhaust all the available credit limit, i did not pay the outstanding dues to avoid adding any more money to the account which i already wanted to exhaust before closing. But because of the non-payment of the outstanding dues my credit card has been blocked and i am unable to spend the remaining available amount. I talked to the icici customer care explaining to them the situation and they said that if i pay the minimum amount due then the card will be unblocked automatically. This is extremely ridiculous because i do not want to add any more money to the account which i am trying to exhaust. Besides, there have been many complaints by icici bank customers that even after paying the minimum amount due their card was not unblocked. I cannot take that risk. This is not a normal credit card. It was issued by making a prepaid fixed amount of 20, 000/-. I still have much money left with the bank as the available credit limit. The bank has absolutely no right to stop me from making transactions with that money. I would request the icici bank to immediately unblock my card so that i can spend the remaining available credit limit. Thank you.

                                I tried reaching the customer care on some queries regarding my credit card payment. They purposely put my call on hold infinitely. It happened every time i called them. So, i had to delay one month's payment so that someone will turn back from ICICI. All of a sudden an immature and unprofessional executive started messaging that your bill is not cleared and we can't give you more time and we will send our executive to your premises tomorrow. When i escalated this issue to ICICI so many representatives called me and started giving replies which are absolutely contradictory to each other's. Someone said its not 90 days, anytime we can put a lien mark and other said its three months bill even if you pay minimum bill every month it can be lien marked and son on... Bunch of immature people who doesn't know what they are doing.

                                Just wondering which policy states that a customer care has to avoid the calls of the customer !!!

                                WHAT NON-SENSE IS THIS ? FOR ONE MONTH PAYMENT WHICH I HAD TO TO DELAY DUE TO YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR AND NOT PICKING UP MY CALLS EVERY TIME, YOU HAD MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT LIEN MARKED ?

                                Lien mark can be placed if there is no payment for more than 90 days (the same being said by their executive). In my case the last payment was before 40 days approx.

                                This is punishable in legal means.

                                  I am Rashmi Gupta. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL M
                                  AY-19 on 26/06/2019. I have never used any demat account till now.

                                  Icici representative told that it is free of cost and it will never be charged. Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                                  Even I don't have any demat account with ICICI Bank . This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount back.

                                    My Name is Akshay 745.41 rupees has been deducted from my account as ( [protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-19) on[protected]. I have never used my demat account till now. Its not even totally active and completed.

                                    while opening my saving account, the icici representative told me that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                                    Whithout my desire they created this account and never told me about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]. I tried calling to customer care as well, nobody is responding there.

                                      I have account at ICICI Bank Bund Garden Branch, where fraud transaction of Rs. 2000=00 deducted from my account .

                                      Complaint of the same given to the Bank vide SR[protected] dt. 06.06.2019.

                                      I have regularly followed up with Bank customer care as per directions of Manager of Bank. But till date nothing action taken by bank neither returned money back to me.

                                      Bank Manager has closed complaint without any intimation to me neither in mail nor in SMS.

                                      Kindly take action on Bank & help me to get refund of my money.

                                        Recently i applied personal loan from icici bank, bangalore. I visited icici bank near to my area chandralayout, banglore that icici bank has offered rate of interest of 13.45 %, after a week the persons executive called me and told that you are eligible for rate interest 14.49%. I d. Not reply for that because of work, then 13.99% roi, they credited amount without my conformation and without sharing details of pre closure rate of interest. After credited amount for my account i came to its sanctioned. Now am not agreed for rate of interest what is the and pre-closuring roi. Now i want to cancell loan. What is the next step. Its mistake of icici bank.
