I am running behind ICICI Lombard Insurance company since August 2015 for my claim, but the company has created monopoly in their services and have created harrassment to the customer like me.
The copany agent has misbehaved me and have got 2 different statements from me . A complaint against ICICI LOmbard has been registered in Daryaganj Police station.
Your Honor I request you to please help me getting release of my claim from ICICI Lombard compamny.

Complaint against Icici Lombard Insurance with malafide intention by your surveyor. & Deficiency in service
my Claim No. MOT04854040 against Two Wheeler Package Policy No. 3005/94271014/00/000 against bearing vehicle registration number DL-7S-BU-2818 due to bad faith of your surveyor with malafide intention
Dear Sir,
I would like to state that no reply against my complaint has been received so far. I am running behind your Delhi office Rani Bagh office for getting my complaint redressed but so far no any action has been initiated by your company.
I had informed the actual facts about your surveyor but still date i have not yet received any reply from your side.

I believe that you are a reputed insurance company which never misleads any customer like me. Due to incorrect report submitted by your surveyor and their bad behavior, I faced lot of humiliation and harassment. I never expected that you will reject my genuine insurance claim on incorrect report submitted by your surveyor who misleads me from very first meeting. It is a clear case of misleading by your surveyors with malafide intention who incorrectly mentioned my statement in their report about theft of said vehicle contrary to my prior statement given in the said FIR to the Police Department and the surveyor has with malafide intention ignored my statement given in said FIR so that no claim can be given to me. Now the police has gave the final report that the said vehicle is untraced. (Copy o[censored]ntraced report is enclosed)
Therefore, I request you to accept my insurance claim immediately and give my insurance claim amount against the said stolen vehicle without any further delays otherwise I will take an appropriate legal action against you and will inform to the IRDA DEpartment for the monopoly created by your company and not giving any response by ICICI lombard insurance company.

    Such a worst service. Claim is not credited after taking the vehicle from service station before 20 days. Still no response . It's TAT is 14 days. If I call customer care still 14 days they ask. Claim manager is not responding. Don't know whom to complain. I am planning to go to court. I suggest everyone pls don't choose this company . Go n insure car with any other company who give cashless claim. No icici lombard.

        I, Praveen Kale account holder of ICICI Bank, purchased policy in ICICI Lombard by call center representative(Payal Malhotra). I have taken Lombard policy on 22-Feb-2016 through ICICI credit card. I have not received any intimation from Lombard to my email & mobile number regard to this. I have called corresponding representative(Payal Malhotra) who called me for policy, but not responded me properly even i have not got any confirmation regarding to this policy neither from company nor representative. Now, after these days today(02/March/2016) i have received policy kit to mailing address.

        This shows the prestigious company's customer oriented, quick, prompt service. So, kindly I am requesting you to cancel my policy and refund the amount to my ICICI Bank credit card account at the earliest. Otherwise, I will approach Legal-Dias for further clarification about your service.

          Myself has purchased Alto 800 LXI BS IV car (bearing regn. no MH39J4901) from Shahada. The previous owner have

          your Zero dep policy (policy no 3001/MI[protected]/00/000 package policy private vehicle) valid up to 18.04.2016. After

          purchasing i have transferred the ownership & changed the policy holder name through endorsement.

          On 15.02.2016 at 07.00 Am this vehicle met an accident at Navapur. On the same day evening i had brought this vehicle to

          Seva automotive DHULE for repairing. I have submitted all necessary documents with claim form. At present this vehicle

          is at Seva Automotive. Dhule Custody.

          Yesterday The Seva officials reported me that the as per the surveyor Mr. Vijay Patil this zero depreciation accidental claim

          is treated as normal policy due to second owner (ie due to ownership changed).

          I wish to know under which rule such thing happens. The zero dep premium for the same vehicle deposited by the previous

          owner at the time of renewal, & after the accident of same chassis no/regn no vehicle due to ownership change how the norms

          of policy may change?. As a owner of this vehicle i want clarification of the same.

          Sir, it is a kind request you to consider my above said accidental claim under zero dep claim.

            My icici lombard genral insurance policy number - 3005/28661036/21308/000 claim number - MOT05067177 dated - 24.11.2015 Reffrence Number - [protected] dated - 24.12.2015.

            My insorance claim will be accepted but payment not received when I'm talking to the icici lombard insurance representative he will tell me that provided account number is worng please re-submit you'r account information. After re-sumiting my account information insurance representative well be asured me that you'r payment well be relased within 14 days but I'm still waiting four pament aprox two mounth.
            So please help me.

              I received ICICI Lombard Policies on 9th January 2016 and I surrender this policy on 25th January 2016. My both policies are 4111/PPA/[protected]/00/000 and 4065/ICICILL/[protected]/00/0

              ICICI LOMBARD has written on letter when i surrender and mentioned 25th January 2016 but ICICI Lombard told me that i surrender 9th February 2016.

              I surrender policies between free look period but ICICI Lombard deduct 22% from my policy purchase amount.

              I request you to refund my deduction amount.

                  I purchased the travel insurance policy from ICICI Lombard, I also renewed it but my renewal did not reach me while my existing policy got expired .

                  These guys are highly irresponsible and always reply that we will resolve the issue soon, but when the soon wil come noone knows.
                  I could not decide, should I enjoy my visit or write all this **** to ICICI.
                  Shame on them

                    This is extremely disgraceful for me to let you know about your poor car insurance system.
                    I own a car (Vehicle No. UP-16-BC-6394), which was purchased only a month ago.
                    I had an accident on 1st of Feb, 2016, in which the front part of the car was damaged heavily with minor back end part as well.
                    I had given the car on Maruti Body shop on the very morning next day. It has been 15 days, still the estimate of the loss has not been calculated.
                    I have regular discussion with Body shop guy, car surveyor guy (Mr. Sharfe Alam) and the senior manager (Mr. Anoop). Earlier, there was some guy named Mr. Piyush as suveyor of the car, but some God known reason, he was replaced with Mr. Sharfe Alam.
                    All of them convey a different piece of information each time. On 13th of the instant, I was told by Mr. Anoop that estimate is ready and has been approved.
                    On the very next day, I am conveyed by Mr. Sharfe Alam, that the estimate is still not prepared and some work is pending from the behalf of Body shop. Then the body shop guy, tells that work is pending from Surveyor side.
                    Can you confirm who is making is fool of whom???????

                    This is really disgusting from your side and I repent of considering your services.
                    Can anybody from your side volunteer to convey the reason of delay????

                      I bought a policy from ICICI LOMBARD's agent over a telemarketing phone call (One of the worst mistakes of my life). Within few days, I wanted to cancel the policy and tried to contact him but he was unavailable. Spoke to the customer care via a phone and they said they can't cancel the policy online as they need some cancelled cheque and a letter saying I want to cancel it(the irony of their system, they can trust u when they have to sell a product, but cannot take your word when you wish to cancel it) Post this I dropped an email to customer care and requested a cancellation. This all happened in 22 days of buying the policy (7 days later the cooling period getting over). for all of this, I'm being charged a whopping 25% of policy amount as cancellation fee which is HIGHLY UNFAIR. I tried contacting the customer care but it was futile. Would request you to help me with the same.

                            Dear Team, My dad has passed away on 18th NOvember. He was admited toone of the hospital and had a by pass.After by pass also doctor asked us to keep him hospitalised as the wanted to keep him under observation.Since he was critical we didnt opt for discharge. On 17th he got discharged and within 8 hours he got another attack and I admiitted him to another hospital.The total expense I ahd was 18, 00, 000 lakhs the policy I had till 5, 00, 000.ICICI approved 250, 000 only. I asked them that I need hospitalization reembursement which is covered under policy and the reply I recived is we cant provide that as you have not taken discharge and there is conitue hospitalization so per hospitalization we can give only one by pass.According to ICICI I should have my crtical pateient to outside hospital and should have been readmitted. They ahve taken 17th his death claim as valid hospitalization but not ready to consider the recommended criticall condition hispitalization. Second experience, ICICI has deducted No Intimation amount. Though I ahve already intimated them twice [protected] -[protected] and Vashi Branch reciptionist didnt give the information that you should intimate again for 17th as well and they didnt provide acknowledgement of my orginal documents. MY family is in shock already and ICICI is on top of it deducdting all unnecessary charges and customer care says we understand your problem but we cant do anything about the hospitalization as you have not re admitted.There is no presettlement discussion also. These are inhuman replies I get everytime I call ICICI.I expect a valid settlement with consideration.PLease refnd all the unwanted deductions and allow me to say that this is professional policy I am holding.                               Respected Sir, Policy Number- 4128I/HP/84865758/02/000 AL Number- [protected] I do hereby inform you that my father Mr. Pawan kumar garg was admitted on 05/01/2016 in emergency condition to Metro heart institute sector 12 noida for a treatment of heart attack Regarding this issue i want to inform you that i came to know from corporate desk of metro hospital that the ICICI LOMBARD has rejected the cashless benefit issue after completing their all process in 5 days i.e 10 jan. 2016 also when we have replied to all queries they asked. POLICY HAS STARTED from last 5 years and according to the rule after 3 yrs policy covers all the diseases Also then you are rejecting the cashless request by saying that they writen from doctors that the patient is not suffering from hypertension diabities and asthma and when metro hospital Dr. Manish garg (the one who is the incharge of CCU department) had writen that the patient dont have any history of asthma and hypertension and not suffering from diabities Then also they are saying that the patient is suffering from ashtma hypertension and diabates from many years prior to 2010 I.e they want silly excuses to fraud from customers please help us and take action on them.                                   I sri tapan kumar bose & my wife bandana bose, started our journey to chennai on[protected] and our return date of journey from chennai to kolkata was[protected], through flight no-6e272 of indigo airlines. We purchased our air tickets of return journey from chennai to kolkata through gobibo. Our journey was under coverage of travel insurance under icici lombard travel insurance company. Due to severe flood at chennai the a. A. I. Closed the chennai airport from[protected] to[protected], & our journey date was[protected]. Due to trip cancellation the company's declared benefit is rs-20, 000.00. Our policy certificate nos are (1) 4110/d-000168/157361/00/000 in the name of tapan kumar bose & {2} 4110/d-000168/157362/00/000 in the name of bandana bose. We lodged our claim regarding trip cancellation to the company on[protected] and the company generated the claim no in the system on[protected] vide no-clt001829. After that they issued one mail claiming the documents and i submitted all the same as per their requirement. I have issued atleast 25 mails to "[protected]@icicilombard.com" regarding the status of my claim, but not yet any positive result obtained. Recently they are claiming evidence of my refund from indigo against the canceled air journey dated[protected].
                                  Please note that during submission of my document to icici, throgh speed post on[protected], i informed that, the refund from gobibo, not yet received. After that i received the full amount of my can celled air ticket rs-11428.00, which has been credited to sbi, a/c no-[protected] on[protected]. The ticket from chennai to kolkata dated[protected] was purchased through gobibo on[protected] at 6-22 p. M. By using s. B. I, visa card, no-[protected] against a/c no-[protected], ifsc-sbin0017458, of swapan kumar biswas & aditi biswas. Not only that i have also submitted the resolved complaint document regarding my refund from goibibo.
                                  In spite of my repeated requests over mail as well as over telephone even to the higher authority (Ms deepa, r. Manager) my claim not yet settled. Please review the attitude of the company that they are not allowing the genuine claim against chennai flood, which is a national disater.
                                  Kindly take a serious step against the attitude of the company.

                                      Hi, My name is Hiren Berawala.I owned a swift dezire. Reason being writing this complaint mail is, I am very annoyed with the claim service and more than service your insurance agent was the reason. I had visited the raviratna motors showroom in Bharuch, Gujarat.As my car had met an accident.so, for insurance purpose I left it at the showroom.I filled the insurance paper, your surveyor Mr.Ankit prajapati told me that its not only one accident there must two accident happened on different days, I can't understand how can he blaim on me, I mentioned in the insurance paper about the accident like when did it take place, how it happened etc, Just because i did not know to mention the damaged parts as well he is saying that there must be two accidents which happened in on different days!! How can he believe that the car has two different accidents?whats the parameters for this?I need bonut claim as well.I have spoken with his boss as well, he is also deniy for the same, his name is swapnil. There was a trust factor behind icici lombard unless i had finalized other insurance company. I did not know that after insured by icici lombard i would have to face these kind of consequences.Realy its very disheartening that after the accident i am already disturbed and instead of solving my problem n helping me icici lombard is troubling me more.Can't expect it from such a renowned name. After so many refusal that i am not keen on any of the ad on products, still the person (several executives) from the same number have been calling.
