i want to cancel my policy but after lot of mails and telephonic discussion my policy is still continue and my payment is deducted every month automatically. as my istallment is deducted automatically i have lost financialy and mentally.

Many time they call me that your claim cancellation is in process and then after 3-4 days they mail me please send cancellation letter but i had send two time and then they call me after 3-4 days that your claim cancellation is under process and no need to requirement from my side.

i am again clear that I want to cancel my claim because i require to cancel my policy...as the chances of claim reimbursement are very low. as i give resigned not terminate from my job.
Again the amount is deducted from my account. many time mailed to cancel the policy but still it is continue...
issue is not resolved still

    i had a icici lombard policy no-3001/78602160/03/000,
    i had lodge 2 claim for my bmw car up 80 cc 5555. the 1st claim they had passed but in the second claim they are not allowing, firstly they say that the alloy which needs to be replaced in claim is the part of wear and tear and the matter is been pending for last 15 days,

    i had giving the same explame of same car and same insurance company had pass the complaint under the policy no 3001/78602160/00/000. on 25/11/2013 at deutsche motors faridabad.

      Received a call from icici Lombard executive he suggest me for health insurance policy as I am working in a private sector and I knw the benefits for health insurance policy I taken from icici Lombard but when I checked my policy documents online totally fraud did by icici Lombard policy amount was approx. 20000 and sum insured amount was 500000 rs but in policy sum insured amount is only 300000 I never think insurance company could fraud with customer I will never recommend any of our friend or collegue to deal with any icici Lombard company/agent they all are fraud they can do any thing to achieve their target policy number is 4128i/HP/[protected]/00/000

        I Sri Satya Narendra P is long time customer for ICICI LOMBARD for all my vehicles like 4 wheeler and 2 wheeler, Regarding my recent claim done on my bike .
        After discussing i moved my bike from Chennai to Andhra due to heavy rush and delay in service in Chennai in Dec 2015, Jan -Feb 2016 month, And my claim was assigned to Anand Varma ([protected]), i gave my ​ ​bike at service center on 27/1/2016​ and updated to Anand varma later he didn't attend to my calls or visited to service center, after calling 60-70 times

        here is the proof of document attached my bike at service center on 27/01/2016

        and attached i got sms that my claim is closed .

        Thish is to inform you kindly cauceal my policy no..SR.37226100. TCSPI..[protected] With imidatly effect
        This is common thing happening to policy holders of ICICI Lombard. They will reject or close the claim without informing the customers. Similar thing happened to me previous year. we should not purchase icici Lombard policy instead we can choose some other policy.

          Dear sir,

          With ref. To my icici lombard motor insurance policy no.3005/ai[protected]/00/000, there is a theft claim on this policy registered (Mot[protected] to you on 4th december 2015 and survey has been completed by the surveyor of icici lombard that is crp technologies pvt ltd(Vipin sindra-[protected]).
          Further discussion had done under the service reques number [protected] about the claim status. The customer care executive and aurthorize signatory of crp technologies said that we will execute very soon, but still i did not get any conformation from your site about the claim status and payment.

          So please do something about the claim and keep update me as well about
          Status of mot 05102686

          Some documents are attached with the complaint for which tell that i have completed all the formalities but still got zero.

          Please help me out to settle my vehicle claim because firm is very slow in working and take appropriate action regarding this issue.

            Dear sir/mam,
            Please note that i bought a car insurance (Policy no. (Ilg/[protected], i registered a claim (Claim no. Mot[protected] on 10th november 2015 and submit final un-traced on 12.01.2015, after submission of final document, icici lombard give me a commitment that within 45 days your claim will be processed. After 45 days undersigned person contacted icici lombard customer care, claim manager mr. Nitin saxena and area manager mr. Sanjay thakur regarding regarding the first commitment failed.

            Subject claim was stuck for last six months by icici without any reason. Icici is harassing the customer without any reason, many fake commitment given to customer regarding the claim settlement.

            If something happened to me because of this harassment given by you (Icici), who will take the responsibility?

            Please take action against icici lombard.

              We bought an activa for our father in october 2012, which was stolen in feb 2013. We filled in all the formatloties for insurance claim but the company denied to release the claim. We further registered the case in local court in year 2014 and since then we are given the next hearing date to present. Nor the company representative nor anyone else from the company appears. We are struggling now as this was a gift to our father with our hard earned money. Please help in the relevant manner possible

                  I have written around 10 mails to customer support team and have not got any prompt reply. Below is my first concern which was raised to icici.


                  This mail goes in regard of the cheating and fraud which i have faced for an accidental claim of my four wheeler vehicle. Trust me, this experience with icici lombard is the worst as i have never faced any problem with other car insurance companies.


                  Intial service request no - [protected]

                  Date - 25th november -when the survey was done by mr ankur sharma - [protected], he gave most of the weird reasons that your car has damages which had occurred earlier and not now and you will to bear 50 percent of the total damage. This came as a real shocker to me and i asked him to come to service station and explain the same to me, which he never did. Then i called up the customer care and they said they will take 10 days to respond to my query or i should contact his boss mr vivek. I called him like 10 times, but he never responded to my calls.

                  Date - 26th nov - mr ankur promised me to meet me at the service centre to show his side of story on how there were few dents which were old and some fresh ones. He never showed up at the service center. I was getting repeated calls from service center to start the denting work. I had to finally ask the team to start the work of my car as i

                  Date 27th then i had asked for pictures of my car from mr ankur of the survey which he had done. Never did he share the pictures of the car survey.

                  Date 28 nov - one more shocker. Service center called up and said that the claim charges for your car is inr 2000. All companies have insurance claim charges as inr 1000 and when i had bought the policy, the salesman told that the file charges is 1000 only.

                  Why i feel cheated and highly dissatisfied with icici

                  1. How can a surveyor decide what dent is new and what dent is old, my car was parked in the parking when this incident happened???

                  2. The total bill was 6000, in which i had paid 3800 and icici paid 2200. The break up is 2000 file charges 4000 for repair. In which i had to bear 3800. Please understand if i would have not taken the claim, the total bill would have been 4000 only.
                  3. Now when i have taken a claim, this means i have already lost my next year no claim bonus which is approximately 5000.
                  4. Half of dent is clearly visible on one door which frustrates me.
                  5. Total loss - charges which should have been 1000 only costed me 3800. If the billing was 4000 only, i would have piad 4000 directly without incurring claim charges and also my next year no claim bonus is gone because of this.

                  Total premium which was paid was 16000. If by paying i still have to bear so many expenses, i dont think so i will now ever use icici policy again and would strongly recommend all of my friends to not use any of the icici lombard products.

                  Looking forward to a solution from icici lombard team. Need a prompt reply and this mail should be forwarded to mktng team also to let them know how customers are fooled. Also, i doubt the kind of training and development which is provided to your internal team after interacting with the surveyors.

                    Our bike was flood affected and we have register claim as per the TN Govt assurance and we spent INR Rs.9000+ and finally we got just Rs.2860. We are very much irritated and complaint(Complaint No:[protected] in[protected]/7 CC on 29th March. They have assured for call back from ICICI. But as of now we didn't get any call and there is no use of money what we insured. But while checking the person who investigated our Bike Rajkumar ([protected]) updated the status as he called and clarified about the amount what we claimed. But no such calls happened on 31st eve.. Suresh D([protected]) Rajkumar's manager we tried to reach for further queries. He is always not picking. This is really cheating and one of the worst services we got from ICICI Lombard. We expected atleast 80% of the amount what we spent so far. But... Irritated and waste of Time.

                      I am very frustrated with icici lombard due to its unethical approach towards settlement of my claim..

                      On 26th march 2016 i was travelling in my car via mulund market..A old man with his scotty came unfortunately between my car and another car going in some distance...The scotty fell down on my car and gave a long scratch from front to rear and also the bumper of the car got broke.

                      I went to my car service center and raised the insurance claim of around 20k.
                      After 2 days i got a call from insurance dept saying the reason of the accident is not justifiable with the impact to the car..

                      I told them the truth but the people of insurance dept were not believing..

                      It is not the matter of claiming 20k its the matter how icici lombard behaves when it comes to settlement of claims..

                      Again today i got a call that this will take another 15-20 days as the survey is going on to know the cause of the accident.

                      I have no issue with the survey but i don't understand why it will take 15-20 days...


                      Please take this on priority else i am going to post these things on social media against icici lombard.

                        I purchased a policy 4111/GLA/[protected]/00/000
                        It had wrong proposer name. So I requested for cancellation and rebooking of the same.I have been following up on the same. I get emails asking for more time. The time they said to wait till Feb 18th. It's more than a month. I still mail them regarding this but now I don't even get a response. What should I do?
                        I don't have the time and energy to pursue this further. Also the time I invested is not worth the policy. Never ever purchase a policy from ICICI lombard. They break all rules set by IRDA.

                          I had applied for the knee replacement operation for my father, mr. Yogendra dahale, recommended by dr. Nirad vengsarkar on 4th march 2016 (Doctor letter attached). The first denial for the cashless access by icici lombard was done on 15th march 2016 on the basis of policy's terms and conditions, reason "1 year waiting period".

                          But my father was not comfortable for undergoing the knee replacement surgery. Then, i consulted dr. Suhas shah and he suggested to go for a small surgery. But the cashless access was denied for the second time on 21st march 2016, saying that there was change in plan from our side to get the benefits of the cashless facility. I had submitted the required document justifying the change in plan of treatment from tkr to high tibial osteotomy with lizarov, dated[protected] and[protected]Doctor certificates attached) to icici lombard on mail.

                          Upon submitting the required letters from the treating doctors and other documents, icici lombard is repeatedly denying the cashless access. When i called up their customer support, they simply reply saying that it has been denied because of change of plan and it does not fit into their criteria.

                          It is my humble request to you to look into this matter and help me find solution for getting 100% cashless access for my father's treatment.

                            Greetings……
                            Thanks for your remainder, but unfortunately i have only bad experience from your service team.
                            Those are explaining as follows,
                            My daughter is admitted in mims hospital kozhikkode on march 2015 as the nephrotic syndrome then i request for cash less facilities providing there. After several communication one of the person from your team is came hospital taken all treatment summaries and meet the doctor and physically visited my daughter and taken her photos from hospital, he introduce himself mr: satheesh his phone number is [protected] and his email is [protected]@gmail.com. After that i got one mail from your team and given me one interaction id[protected] for future communication purpose, later i slightly remember that they asked me orginal all peppers to send them by courier. I send all in registered in emirate post on09/08/2015 as reffe numberrr[protected]ae, after that i contacted by phone from u a e and hold my international call more than 23 minutes and i got the answer from your call center it is processing.
                            After few days i am received a mail from your team again asking for orginal documents. I feel bad from this strange approach and ican understand it is only tourchering the people who taken online policies from icic. Then i can understand because as you are offerd one full medical check up free in year and i try to get it in kozhikkode baby memorial hospital it is also rejected without any reason.
                            My second experience was happens recently that my daughter was admitted in st.Jhones medical college hospital bangloore on jan 12, 2016. Iam requested the cashless facilities from there through hospital desk. After the submission i got one al number[protected] and several communications your team asked so many documents everything i arranged and send through hospital desk, same before one gentleman introduced himself he is from icici and he want some verification and taken the photo of my daughter, it is mr:ganesh and his contact number is[protected], but the same story is repeated there, the price of the i can pay cash there so iam not insulted myself. And paid cash and discharged.
                            Iam afraid to send all hospital documents for claiming my hospital expanses from icici as per my previous experience please advise me what i want to do to claim my hospital expanses first without any consumer allegations without any legal notice, before sending remainder for renewing this useless policy.
                            Iam waiting your favorable replay as early as possible.

                                Fraud by ICICI lombard motor insurance policy

                                i had purchased a bumper to bumper zero depreciation insurance policy for my huyndai verna( only 2000 rupees payment for claim process - any type of damage)
                                .1st year paid 30 thousand ..no claims .no issues.
                                2nd year paid 27000, had an accident, had damages both the sides (right and left)
                                they were not ready to process my claim.
                                the insurance Mr Ginu surveyor ..was so rude and was speaking to me as if i owe him . and asked me to pay 5423 for bumper and mirror change only right side of the car.and he said i cannot claim the left side as i dint BANG THE CAR PROPERLY
                                then complained to customer care complain number -[protected] he gave a number of mr suresh [protected]
                                i complained to mr suresh he dint respond
                                call center no response
                                surveyar Ginu THULASEEDHARAN is so rude
                                paid the amount and got my car delivered


                                a fraud company should be not in the market and should not trouble innocent customers

                                so i need justice .if no response im surely moving to consumer court

                                i will be attaching all the documents

                                  This is extremely disgraceful for me to let you know about your poor bike insurance system.
                                  I own a bike (Vehicle no. Mh04hb2233 chassisno : me3u3s5c1fh276943 insurance policy no :3005/[protected]/00/[protected] ), which was purchased only a few month ago.
                                  I had an accident on 22nd january 2016, in which the front part of the bike was damaged heavily with minor back end part as well.
                                  I had given the bike on royal enfifeld body shop on the very afternoon next day. It has been days, problem which i have face from insurance company & royal enfifeld workshop .

                                  Day 1st (23nd jan 2016), i had given my bike to dealer for accidental job, i submitted all my bike insurance (Zero dept) documents to dealer on same day. I had receive the copy of acceptance from dealer. We have not receive a single call from dealer for any estimate or work progress. After 3 days i called the dealer ship for clarification!! No response then i called the insurance company and i got the number of survey (Mr.Imran) who suppose to inspect by bike. On dated vehicle survey was inspected but i had not a single courtesy call. Then i called mr.Imran for clarification. He replied, awaiting for estimate from workshop. Now the survey was done on dated till date the estimate was ready. The complete week was past and service advisor from dealer has not even informed about my vehicle status, after a week (2nd time) i called the surveyor for status. He replied, he has received the vehicle estimate and forwarded to higher authority for further approvals. I asked, how much time more will it take?? My vehicle is lying in workshop from last 2 weeks. No response!! I was totally disappointed from the services of dealer as well as insurance company. They made me so frustrated, from last week, i was repeatedly asking for how much cost i have to bear?? Kindly confirm the approx amount? No response. I called the service advisor for clarification about amount and job status. He replied, please contact the insurance company, we cant do anything on this. Again i called the insurance surveyor (3rd time), mr.Imran replied the total cost of rs58000 is approved from insurance company and work is started in workshop. I was surprised that not a single call from insurance company or dealer had informed me about my vehicle status. No body has told me how much cost i have to bear?? No written or verbal approvals for work starting or costing.
                                  Repeatedly, i am calling this guys and confirming the status continuously, literally they had wasted my 35 days only because of this delaying the services. I bought this bike because of good production and services from royal enfield. I bought the bike hardly few months ago and the icici zero dept insurance was provided from authorized showroom of royal enfield. When i gave my bike for accidental claim in same dealer workshop, they informed we do not have cashless facility for insurance work. I was shocked?? Finally the work was completed and after 35 days i went to workshop for taking my vehicle delivery. I got the invoice from workshop of rs 63000 was fraustated, not a single person from dealership or insurance company had informed me about payable amount. My service experience of royal enfield and icici lombard was so pathetic. Immediately i called the insurance surveyor mr. Imran for the complete bifurcation and why it has not informed me the approx payable amount. He replied, the amount which you have received that is the final amount which is approved by insurance company. So you can make the payment and take the vehicle delivery. I was helpless, i paid the complete amount and took the vehicle delivery. Immediately as per the policy. Before taking the vehicle delivery, i called mr.Imran to confirm the process for accidental claim amount. He replied, in your complete claim amount there will be a deduction of rs11000 approx for fees and salvage amount. I replied why?? And why have you not told me this before?? I am ready to pay claim charges but i will not pay this amount.
                                  The survey or delaership has not even given me any thing in writting about total cost, payable amount, additional amount or hidden charges. Repeadately i was doing the follow up with both the service providers. I had not even got the estimate copy about what all parts are replaced or not?? The complete process was blind and after taking the vehicle delivery, the vehicle is making abnormal noise and vibration. Really i don't now what type of quality and services are provided from authorized dealer of royal enfield. I feel that i had did a big mistake of purchasing the product of royal enfield and icici lombard policy of ( zero dept ) and need to pay 11000 . I will never ever recommend this produts to my colleages or any users.

                                  Can you confirm who is making is fool of whom???????
                                  This is really disgusting from your side and i repent of considering your services.
                                  Can anybody from your side volunteer to convey the reason of delay????
                                  Please dont refer this Insurance policy to anyone...

                                    The Car Hynudai Purchased on march 2015 and met an major accident on July1st 2015. and the claim was registered on the same month end.
                                    The service personal estimated as 5.5 lac, ICICI approved only 3lac, then i requested for TOTAL LOSS, continuos interaction with their grievance cell and customer care as well as their surveyor. But finally no choice for me to accept to go with what ever they say they after lot of discussion till Jan 2016.

                                    I called by on march 2016, they said since i didnt give any clearance, so that approved amount also not possible, since ICICI lombard closed this account and nothing can be done, the same reply was given by the customer care as well chennai office manager too...
                                    Now i am been the victim after taking ICICI lombard insurance.

                                      I have a group mediclaim policy of icici lombard through jio (Jain international organisation).

                                      I have undergone a hip replacement surgery with a reimbursement claim of rs. 2, 79, 368. But icici lombard is approving only rs. 1, 25, 000 saying that in their terms and conditions there is a cap of 125000 for joint replacement.

                                      Please find below image and the attached file. In their terms and conditions they have very clearly mentioned that there is a cap of 1, 25, 000 for knee replacement but now they are saying that it is a mistake from their end and actually it is for joint replacement.

                                      If you go on jio's website at below link it is clearly mentioned that there is a cap for knee replacement only and not for hip replacement.

                                      I feel cheated by icici as i have paid the premium to them and it is their responsibility to settle full claim as all the documents sent by me are proper and approved by their claim team.

                                      I being still ill am following up with them since last 10 days, calling them again and again.

                                      The claim team is accepting the mistake but they are not ready pay the full claim amount.

                                      They are also not ready to send it in mail that it is a mistake from their end and they will not pay the balance amount of rs. 1, 54, 368.

                                      I have call recordings of all my communications with them.

                                      Please help in getting this solved.

                                        my Claim No. MOT04854040 against Two Wheeler Package Policy No. 3005/94271014/00/000 against bearing vehicle registration number DL-7S-BU-2818 due to bad faith of your surveyor with malafide intention
                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I would like to state that no reply against my complaint has been received so far. I am running behind your Delhi office Rani Bagh office for getting my complaint redressed but so far no any action has been initiated by your company.
                                        I had informed the actual facts about your surveyor but still date i have not yet received any reply from your side.

                                        I believe that you are a reputed insurance company which never misleads any customer like me. Due to incorrect report submitted by your surveyor and their bad behavior, I faced lot of humiliation and harassment. I never expected that you will reject my genuine insurance claim on incorrect report submitted by your surveyor who misleads me from very first meeting. It is a clear case of misleading by your surveyors with malafide intention who incorrectly mentioned my statement in their report about theft of said vehicle contrary to my prior statement given in the said FIR to the Police Department and the surveyor has with malafide intention ignored my statement given in said FIR so that no claim can be given to me. Now the police has gave the final report that the said vehicle is untraced. (Copy o[censored]ntraced report is enclosed)
                                        Therefore, I request you to accept my insurance claim immediately and give my insurance claim amount against the said stolen vehicle without any further delays otherwise I will take an appropriate legal action against you and will inform to the IRDA DEpartment for the monopoly creatd by your company and not giving any response by ICICI lombard insurance company.
