They marketed saying, you can listen to the conversation any time, but when the time came, they are not making the consumers listen to the conversation they had while selling the policy. Its been more than 6 months and i have personally followed up 50 time via email and call, but still no response. You are fraud that's y you are not making listen the telephonic conversation while you sold the policy.

    Respected sir Regarding my wife yasmin rohinton fatakia hospital bill which was rejected by your icici lombard healthcare claim no[protected] and my policy no is 4128i/HPR/99173203/00/000, i want to clarify that my was admitted in hospital for chest pain and your insurance company found query that we have not informed about Hypertension, bells palsy which she has not admitted for hypertension and bells palsy. and when we started our policy at that time what their agent had done we dont know only they have done our blood test and urine test and simply started our policy without giving us rules and regulation and from five years i am paying my premium time to time without claiming anything and when first time we have claimed our hospital bills they have rejected. Sir i am a senior citizen and how i am giving my premium only we know because their is no source of income for me and i am giving my premium from my hard earned money only. Now I want to stop this policy because i am not getting any benifit from this policy and last year i have paid 2 years policy together ie 2014 to 2015 and 2015 to 2016 so atleast give my advance policy of 2015 to 2016 money back that also they are not giving me. So please I beg of you do something for us and give our money back. I am very much upset and I will do anything and for that and your insurance will be responsible for that.         The front disk brake rin of my byke hero passion pro RC No. UP61Z5777 has been damaged on 30/08/2015 during incident at deep road. The complaint has been registered on next day at MB Motor Gorakhpur for further replacement the above but same has not replaced till date. At last, A complaint No. MOT05036417 has also been registered on 10/11/2015 through customer care IVR No. 18002666 and servey has also been done on 24/11/15 by Mr. Manoj Gupta, Shiva Auto Sales Ghazipur but front disk brake rin is not replacement till date. I, KESHAV BIND-[protected] am annoyed with Shiva Auto Sales Ghazipur, MB Motor Gorakhpur and ICICI LOMBARD very much due to non-replacement the above damage/defect till date during the long period. Thanks.

          Dear Sir! I have been a customer with ICICI Lombard for last 4 years . these people used to call me 1 month before of my next renewal of policy.Since i had taken a clain in this renewal, these people have not reminded me for renewal of my policy.when i called at callcenter for renewal they said, u had taken last time claim so in renewal showing us error, so vant be renewal...and only 7 days are left for my policy to be renewed... So it means if a customer is not claiming then only they will renew the policy. This is really a cheat from these Insurance company...why these people are selling their product if they cant renew the policy, if someone has claimed in that term... There should be some organization to look into such kind of matter... IRDA pls do something...

            My name is Arman Maheshwari, My father taken this policy against an home loan issued on 14/march/2013 it means before 3.6 Years ago, My father's name is Ashok Soni who is covered under this policy and in May month under a routine check up doctor diagnosed Chronic Liver Disease so we started taking treatment of Dr. S.S. Sharma and in July months due to Chronic Liver Disease death was happened of my father on 23/07/2015 because the life line after suffering this disease of few month maximum 6 months according to the doctors and on 25/07/2015 i initiate it to ICICI lombard (For critical illness) and ICICI prudential for the claim (For death claim). now after taking long and strong follow to your company customer care they send me an pdf by saying that your claim was declined due to according to the death summary my father suffering from CLD disease from last 3 year but we are not aware about it according to the death summary this disease was suffered after 7 months of policy issued but doctor diagnose it before 4 months and after that we under go the treatment, we are not rich and our financial condition is so bad right now after my father's death our car, my bike everything gone sold and this stage of life when we expecting that may be we get some amount from insurance company so we can pay our house installment of 34000 per month and can manage are house holding expenses, my and my sister's education expenses because in my family we had only 1 source of income which was my father and now after his mishappening we have zero source of income and a lot of EMI's and expenses. I'm doing B-tech 2nd year and my younger sister she is in 12 th class my mother she is uneducated so she is house wife. Now we are hoping that by receiving this claim may be we can finish some of our liability and may be after this i not required to quite my education on 2nd year and start working right now for income source. I called to your customer care regarding for the same that this policy issued before 3.6 years ago when my father was not suffered with this disease because if we taking death summary as ideal then also according to it my father suffered with this disease before 3 years form right now as mentioned on Death report so we can assume it around 01/sep/2013 but his policy issued on 14/March/2013 then also company need to cover this claim but same your executive never want to listen me and understand it, he telling me only this that we can not cover pre-existing disease under this policy and according to him doctor written in Death Summary that this disease suffered before 3 years of policy started now who tell the executive that is doctor know the policy issue date or any where this was written that this disease suffered before 3 years of policy issue because in death summary this only this written that this disease suffered him before 3 years from the day when the doctor written even according to Policy wording there's also clearly mentioned that " when it has been investigated, diagnosed " then its Pre-Existing Illness so how it become pre existing illness because we have also an certificate in which doctor also mention that on may end my father go to him for routine check up and firstly he found that he is suffering with this disease and if we talking about death summary for example once I'm accepting this also but can you tell me how it become pre existing disease because according to death summary this disease suffered from before 3 years it means around 01/Sep/2013 and policy issued on 14/March/2013 then how it become pre-existing case, So I'm requesting you that please re- check all mistakes and issue this claim because we never have any other option of source of income instead of stop my carrier and start working. May be you can understand our situation God never give this situation to any body.             ICICI you guys have this line in you signature looks like.
            Cause every time you say we well but never look .

            Worst company, FRAUD FRAUD .

              Icici lombard provide 3rd class services provided to customers and no buddy cooperate to customers .surveir are fraud in your icici lombard & they demand money to customers for approval that's not fair for customers. i have 4 vehicles all are under in icici lombard but i am not satisfied with icici lomard services & next time i am change it to bharti axa that's the better resolution for me .they provide better services than you. thats my contact number-[protected]

                What is the purpose of Car Insurance? Well, it got me thinking after my bitter experience with ICICI Lombard Insurance to claim insurance for my car Toyota Corolla, which met with an accident this week. It has been such a harrowing experience of delays despite regular follow-ups, display of careless attitude, poor & rough communication skills of ICICI representative - Surveyor (Mr. Puneet Singh) assigned to my case. Considering, being a Managing Director at a Multinational, I come with a battery of people to do the follow-ups. I can’t even imagine horror of individuals having to put up with such bad attitudes of such personnel. I am confident he is not exception. I had heard & read stories about bad experiences people have had with insurance companies and unfulfilled promises (made by company representative at the time booking a policy). But never expected company with stature & repute of ICICI to fall in the category such negligent companies. From my research, it looks like there are plenty more like me struggling to get ICICI to fulfill their basic promises. When a company (even established ones like ICICI Lombard boasting of customer centric strong & fair practices) fails to fulfill even the basic promises made at the time booking; expecting them to offer value add, customer satisfaction and such important concepts would be too much to expect. Very disappointing to say the least! Dear ICICI Lombard, Would you care to explain couple of very basic points? How soon after the accident you expect your customer to report an accident? My car Toyota Corolla was banged into by an auto driver at 6:58 am near Sonu Nigam’s house on 26th Nov. ’15 & by 6:50 -7 am I was Toyota Service Station, Near Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai. Considering that it would take a person some time to collect details of the offender & drive to the service station. Well, your surveyor Mr. Puneet Singh (visiting Toyota Service Station at Andheri-W) accused me (on the phone today 28th Nov. ’15) morning) for reporting the case late. Since it was early morning & service station had yet not opened for the day, security would not allow my car in. I spoke to Amrut at his residence at 7 am (technician) who has been servicing my car at Toyota Service Station for the past few years. Security at his instruction allowed me to park the car in & leave it with security. So within an hour of the accident car was standing at service station. Would you consider 1 hr. time period from the time of accident to the time reporting at Service Station to be late? Of course, my caretaker Sunil was there to collect requisite insurance claim forms the moment service station opened for the day in the morning. It were filled & submitted at Toyota Millenuim Insurance claim dept. in a matter of couple of hours itself. As such we have a policy of NOT passing these claims: As I was turning my car towards right, offending auto driving at full speed from opp. direction banged into my car from front. Being an experienced driver, I did my best to minimize the damage. Behind me was a swift car, which also could manage to minimize the damage by turning left but not without grazing car’s behind left bumper. Personnel at Toyoto Millennium service station assured me that by 3 pm estimation of the damage will be completed & given to the surveyor of ICICI by 3 pm (who was expected on the same day). Accordingly, I would get a phone call on the status by early evening. The said deadline passed, 27th Nov. whole day passed, waiting NO news despite my repeated follows. Finally On 28th Nov morning at 10.45 am I had to make multiple calls & ultimately was assured by Mr. Clement (GM) at Toyota millennium that surveyor will get the case sorted out by the insurance today (28th Nov. itself). At 1:25 pm, I do get a call from Toyota millennium service station informing me that surveyor refuses to pass the rear bumper. Reason? Bumper bracket has shown glimpse of rust and as a policy we at ICICI Lombard do NOT pass these claims. Considering, 6 weeks back my car had come for servicing none of these imminent rusting problems were reported either under carriage or at the bumpers front & rear. You can check the service records, should you wish! So all I know is my car perfect condition before the accident. The reason for buying insurance (cashless) policy from a reputed company like ICICI Lombard, was to mitigate my car damage risk for repairs during a (just in case of) mishap. Is this the value the insurance co. offer for their products when the car is being evaluated at a reputed Toyota service station, which has qualified & well informed personnel which is suppose to repot the health of one’s car? The day (28th Nov.) is coming to an end and I still have not heard from concerned personnel/s on the way forward. I would really be interested in knowing what ICICI Lombard has to say especially for their premium customers (for which insurance premium is taken in advance. & the premium garages they serve.                     Hi, actually my brother met with the accident near jayadeva flyover where a car person suddenly applied brokes so he got scared and applied a brakes with disk brake so he slipped from bike without any injuries, since bike was in motion it has fallen heavily it actually twisted and fallen on NOV 1st 2015 and we gave bike to showroom on NOV 2nd and showroom people told that chassis was bend and he need to replace chassis and we intimated to insurance companyand when insurace guy looked and suspecting my brother that he has not fallen someone has hit, i dont know how people can judge how we have fallen insurance people are doing as if like they are CID/CBI and finally he gave to some external surveyar to inspect and then he told ok but after this process around 20+ plus days he is still not approving insurance and while getting a claim number we clealrly stated Date of accident as NOV 1st but they wrote as OCT 1st and delaying claim and now he is saying we will be getting 80 % and again they will be cutting 20% in that 80 % and telling some reasons as some non standardized loss i dont know what they are doing and he is telling if you want chassis replaced again you need to wait 2 months whenever i ask any question he is telling me to wait 10 days, 15 days 2 months and there is no proper reason

                      I registered motor claim for my bike CBR 150R damage on rear wheel due to hit by deep pathhole by calling icici lombard customer care. I have given the bike to Tansi Honda service(garage) to have surveyor, yathish, to survey the damage. Damaged Wheel and tyre was replaced. As this garage has no cashless payment, I had payed the bill amount for latter reimbursement as suggested customer care earlier during claim registration. To my surprise, the surveyor has only released/approved the payment for wheel and not for the tyres immediately I call him for the clarification. He said that he only approved the wheel damage and not for the tyre. Also He received the bill from the garage only for wheel and not for the tyre. I told him that the tyre was also damaged. I have bill for both wheel and tyre. I can send the bill to him. He said he can not do anything now as for tyre damaged he has not given the approval. I asked him that how could customer know that you have given only wheel approval and not for the tyre. I feel cheated by reimbursement process. The rear bike wheel had bend and crack and at the same location tubeless tyre also has crack. Looks like surveyor has not done the survey properly. This is new 5 month old bike. So Tyre was in good condition. Only because of wheel crack it has puncture the tyre very wide. I called customer today, registered a complaint no.[protected] but looks like surveyor has final say in settlement as I understood from customer care. I took insurance with zero depreciation for peace of mind. But this has become nightmare. I also argued that why should i bear the cost of tyre when I have insurance to cover unforseen incident. He said He cannot do anything. Asked me to discuss with Tansi Honda garage only, why they have not informed the surveyor about tyre puncture/crack. I said how could I know you have not been informed about tyre crack/puncture. Also I am not technical guy. I could only describe the problem and what I can seen. I am going tomorrow to Tansi Honda to collect the damage parts if they still have for a proof. Can anybody help with registering complaint with IRDA. I have less confidence on ICICI lombard insurance now.

                        Date OF incident[protected] from Haridwar Reported on same date to Police and insurance person over call and got claim number on -14-04(delay was due to FIR registration). Same has been communicated to customer care and surveyor. After that we submitted all the document which where listed in claim processing form including Non traceable certificate from court. During September 2015 when we query about the status of claim lady named Arpita Moitra she told that we need proof that police was intimated on same day. Where else from these many days there was no mention of such documents. Since incident took in March (6 month) before we are unable to produce same. It is now like after everything just they want to reject the claim because of some document whose mention was not in any claim process. they do say its pain less process but they just don't want to pay money and wanted to stop the payment by some reason. This is worst insurance company and don't have any reliability. Thanks.

                          Courier dispatched on 18th November 2015 and the status was still in Transit mode. While calling to the concern team they are telling that the shipment was missing their end. If the customer was not responding it should come back to the delivery initiated location but the shipment was missing and lost. Please give the immediate resolution as my customer is waiting for the delivery.

                            Ii had paid a premium of rs. 33342/= for 2 years on 13/09/2013 for my subject policy held jointly with my wife. Recd a 'renewal notice' 10-12 days before the expiry of policy on 12th sept;2015 asking me to pay premium of rs. 71976/=, i.E. 125% more than the premium paid 2 years back. There was no explanation / reason for the increase mentioned on the 'renewal notice'. I tried to get the explanation over phone no. Mentioned on the notice. But couldn't gert any till the expiry of policy, thus making me unable to 'port' the policy to other insurer offering better terms / premium. The systems / procedures followed by this company are ridiculous and not at all customer-friendly. Customers can't contact any person other than a member of their 'customersupport' team.If one wants to speak to their branch managers, one has to go the branch personally as there is no telephonic contact with them. As can be seen from the recordings of my telephonic conversations and e-mails, i haven't yet received any proper resolution nor answers to my questions raised .I can forward to you the recordings as well as e-mails. They have stopped responding to my mails and presently i am without any cover of health insurance policy. They have agreed to extend my policy by 6 months, but are asking me to pay extra premium for the same!! They have not explained and answered a lot of questions that i have asked them. For me, they should extend validity of my policy for 6 months without asking me to pay, and also reply to my mails fully, properly and fairly without any delay. They have yet to give recordings of some more conversations.

                              Dear sir we have already cleared that it is opd case and falls under clause no 85 of daycare in your list where you can approve claim. we also given doctor and hospital certifcate for the same. this means as per your saying we should complusory put patient even if it is not required for 24 hrs in hospital to get claim pass as per your rules even though you have given exemption daycare list.(as our case false under clause no 85 of your list as certfied by doctors of columbia asia) we are not happy with your reply and request you to reconsider same as it is geniune case or i will have to forward same to consumer complaint because we have submitted all papers and i dont think there should be any querry further. we are taking policy directly to avoid any manuplation in paper work by agent but it seems you still like to get done accordingly. we are not happy with decison and request you to reconsider same. pls find attach letter again and release claim amount. regards ritesh gandhi [protected]

                                I have been trying to contact ICICI Lombard since last 15 days. For some strange reason I do not see the option to renew my parents policy online.

                                I took a health policy for my parents 5 years back and have been paying my premium every year since then. So, this is an old policy and covers my parent's existing medical conditions as well.
                                My policy expires on 24th Nov 2015. I never received any renewal notification from them till date (19th Nov 2015). I am trying to contact Customer helpline since 15 days, all I get is a response "We will call you back with resolution" and I never get solution. Policy is expiring on 24th November and story still continues that they will get back to me and no one does.They just say it is an technical error and they are working on it. I requested them to at least give me assurance that my policy will not get expire or else I will lose all Existing Medical Condition benefits.
                                Since 15 days I have tried to get in touch with them through all possible means i.e. Phone, chats and twitter. Despite multiple promises by them that they will get back to me in 1 hour, 48 hours etc. No one has contacted me till now.

                                  Hello... I am Swarna.. staying in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. These ICICI Lombard people literally cheated me.. As I brought my new vehicle(Hero Pleasure) on 15.5.2015 it was theft on 21.5.2015. one of my key was unfounded from the 2nd day of the purchase of the vehicle. so i started using 2nd key from the next day.. I got the FIR.. Final Report and all submitted to the insurance people. When Surveyor(Mr.Srinivas) came to my home he asked what exactly happend so i explained each and everything that 1 key was unfounded from the 2nd day then after few days it was theft.. As i dont know anythng about these claims process and statements etc.. i asked surveyor to help me out to write the statement. so dictated and i was written... he dictated like vehicle theft along with the key.. i said "NO SIR, vehicle didnt theft along with key, key was unfounded from the 2nd day.. even though he said.. no problem.. u can write like this also.. As i am new for this process and all i wrote the same thing as dictated by Surveyor(Mr.Srinivas). I spoke to customer care for 3 times. When i called Customer care for the 1st time i didnt explain the whole thing i just said that VEHICLE AND KEY ARE THEFT but i didnt said VEHICLE THEFT ALONG WITH KEY.. But when i spoke to 2nd and 3rd time i explained the whole thing that key was unfounded from the 2nd day.. After few days they have taken another statement in which i have elaborated about what exactly happened. Now these Insurance people are rejected the claim only because of that 1st statement(which dictacted by surveyor) and 1st recording. Then what about the 2nd statement??? What about the remaining recordings with customer care???? what about the statement which i told by words to surveyor????? they cheated me.. and simply rejected the claim.. That surveyor wantedly dictated that statement to reject my claim as i am new to insurance process.. Now i am suffering with the loss and these finance people to pay the remaining amount..                                     My car Hyundai Xcent VEHICLE NO.--DL 10CC 6317, CLAIM NO-MOT04946539 is lying unattended since 06/10/2015, i have a zero dep policy.

                                    Your surveyors Mr Youghal kishore and Mr Hemant bansal are not giving any satisfactory responce, initially when the claim was initiated Mr Hemant bansal surveyed the card status on 06/10/2015, when i called him he said we will investigate the matter which will take atleast 10 days, i than waited for 10 days and instead of you guys calling me, i had to call up the surveyor and check the status.

                                    When i called up i was informed by Mr hemant bansal that we are done with the investigation please come over for a settlement, when i went to their office in janakpuri Mr hemant bansal made me speak to his senior Mr youghal and i was told that we are ready to give you the total idv of your vehicle which is 4, 70000, to which i agreed upon when i asked them how long will it take they said that the moment you will complete the documentation and will hand over the keys to us we will release the payment which will atleast take a weeks time, hence i did all the hard work which i believe wasnt my job, i went to the loan centre to get the foreclosure letter and the agreed documents.

                                    As per the agreement i finally submitted all documents along with car keys on 19/10/2015 and thats when the worst part came into picture.

                                    Now its been more than a month now and stiil i have no clue about my claim, iam very upset and irritated with this as the surveyor is not answering my phone calls after so many attrempts, when finally i got a hold of Mr youghal he was rude on phone, when i told him that surveyor hemant bansal isnt answering the phone he said its our week off thats y, i told him that ive been trying contacting him even on working days but he isnt answering.

                                    When i asked Mr youghal about the claim status he said i cant do anything, as we are completely dependent on buyer, i clearly told him that iam not interested in that, i just want to know that when am i going to get the claim as iam paying emis for something iam not using.

                                    This is a pathetic service given by icici lombard to someone who is already going through a trauma of an unforeseen fate, and instead of quick resolution its a kind of harassment.

                                    Kindly look into the matter and provide some solution before i take this matter to litigation.

                                      I payed rs.18, 600/-cash to icici lombard car insurance company staff sakthikumar on oct-20th/2015, for my duster vehicle premium and he gave me a icici cash receipt no:12234355, after a week i received a letter from icici lombard ref;3602171, dt. Oct-30/15, stating that my cheque returned due to no funds and icici will not provide coverage for my vehicle. This is a fraud from the icici staff i payed cash and i have the receiptbut they have not issued the insurance policy or refunded bach my money. Icici lombard car insurance company has cheated me.

                                      I want my insurance policy or my cash back with interest for 1 year insurance policy delayed charges .

                                        ICICI Lombard doesn't accept claims if they are high. We had engine failure due 2 accident and they rejected claim. We havent been given any written reason of rejecting the claim and given hypothetical reasons for rejection which are not even there in clauses. Claim MOT05010432.
