Hi, actually my brother met with the accident near jayadeva flyover where a car person suddenly applied brokes so he got scared and applied a brakes with disk brake so he slipped from bike without any injuries, since bike was in motion it has fallen heavily it actually twisted and fallen on NOV 1st 2015 and we gave bike to showroom on NOV 2nd and showroom people told that chassis was bend and he need to replace chassis and we intimated to insurance companyand when insurace guy looked and suspecting my brother that he has not fallen someone has hit, i dont know how people can judge how we have fallen insurance people are doing as if like they are CID/CBI and finally he gave to some external surveyar to inspect and then he told ok but after this process around 20+ plus days he is still not approving insurance and while getting a claim number we clealrly stated Date of accident as NOV 1st but they wrote as OCT 1st and delaying claim and now he is saying we will be getting 80 % and again they will be cutting 20% in that 80 % and telling some reasons as some non standardized loss i dont know what they are doing and he is telling if you want chassis replaced again you need to wait 2 months whenever i ask any question he is telling me to wait 10 days, 15 days 2 months and there is no proper reason

    I registered motor claim for my bike CBR 150R damage on rear wheel due to hit by deep pathhole by calling icici lombard customer care. I have given the bike to Tansi Honda service(garage) to have surveyor, yathish, to survey the damage. Damaged Wheel and tyre was replaced. As this garage has no cashless payment, I had payed the bill amount for latter reimbursement as suggested customer care earlier during claim registration. To my surprise, the surveyor has only released/approved the payment for wheel and not for the tyres immediately I call him for the clarification. He said that he only approved the wheel damage and not for the tyre. Also He received the bill from the garage only for wheel and not for the tyre. I told him that the tyre was also damaged. I have bill for both wheel and tyre. I can send the bill to him. He said he can not do anything now as for tyre damaged he has not given the approval. I asked him that how could customer know that you have given only wheel approval and not for the tyre. I feel cheated by reimbursement process. The rear bike wheel had bend and crack and at the same location tubeless tyre also has crack. Looks like surveyor has not done the survey properly. This is new 5 month old bike. So Tyre was in good condition. Only because of wheel crack it has puncture the tyre very wide. I called customer today, registered a complaint no.[protected] but looks like surveyor has final say in settlement as I understood from customer care. I took insurance with zero depreciation for peace of mind. But this has become nightmare. I also argued that why should i bear the cost of tyre when I have insurance to cover unforseen incident. He said He cannot do anything. Asked me to discuss with Tansi Honda garage only, why they have not informed the surveyor about tyre puncture/crack. I said how could I know you have not been informed about tyre crack/puncture. Also I am not technical guy. I could only describe the problem and what I can seen. I am going tomorrow to Tansi Honda to collect the damage parts if they still have for a proof. Can anybody help with registering complaint with IRDA. I have less confidence on ICICI lombard insurance now.

      Date OF incident[protected] from Haridwar Reported on same date to Police and insurance person over call and got claim number on -14-04(delay was due to FIR registration). Same has been communicated to customer care and surveyor. After that we submitted all the document which where listed in claim processing form including Non traceable certificate from court. During September 2015 when we query about the status of claim lady named Arpita Moitra she told that we need proof that police was intimated on same day. Where else from these many days there was no mention of such documents. Since incident took in March (6 month) before we are unable to produce same. It is now like after everything just they want to reject the claim because of some document whose mention was not in any claim process. they do say its pain less process but they just don't want to pay money and wanted to stop the payment by some reason. This is worst insurance company and don't have any reliability. Thanks.

        Courier dispatched on 18th November 2015 and the status was still in Transit mode. While calling to the concern team they are telling that the shipment was missing their end. If the customer was not responding it should come back to the delivery initiated location but the shipment was missing and lost. Please give the immediate resolution as my customer is waiting for the delivery.

          Ii had paid a premium of rs. 33342/= for 2 years on 13/09/2013 for my subject policy held jointly with my wife. Recd a 'renewal notice' 10-12 days before the expiry of policy on 12th sept;2015 asking me to pay premium of rs. 71976/=, i.E. 125% more than the premium paid 2 years back. There was no explanation / reason for the increase mentioned on the 'renewal notice'. I tried to get the explanation over phone no. Mentioned on the notice. But couldn't gert any till the expiry of policy, thus making me unable to 'port' the policy to other insurer offering better terms / premium. The systems / procedures followed by this company are ridiculous and not at all customer-friendly. Customers can't contact any person other than a member of their 'customersupport' team.If one wants to speak to their branch managers, one has to go the branch personally as there is no telephonic contact with them. As can be seen from the recordings of my telephonic conversations and e-mails, i haven't yet received any proper resolution nor answers to my questions raised .I can forward to you the recordings as well as e-mails. They have stopped responding to my mails and presently i am without any cover of health insurance policy. They have agreed to extend my policy by 6 months, but are asking me to pay extra premium for the same!! They have not explained and answered a lot of questions that i have asked them. For me, they should extend validity of my policy for 6 months without asking me to pay, and also reply to my mails fully, properly and fairly without any delay. They have yet to give recordings of some more conversations.

            Dear sir we have already cleared that it is opd case and falls under clause no 85 of daycare in your list where you can approve claim. we also given doctor and hospital certifcate for the same. this means as per your saying we should complusory put patient even if it is not required for 24 hrs in hospital to get claim pass as per your rules even though you have given exemption daycare list.(as our case false under clause no 85 of your list as certfied by doctors of columbia asia) we are not happy with your reply and request you to reconsider same as it is geniune case or i will have to forward same to consumer complaint because we have submitted all papers and i dont think there should be any querry further. we are taking policy directly to avoid any manuplation in paper work by agent but it seems you still like to get done accordingly. we are not happy with decison and request you to reconsider same. pls find attach letter again and release claim amount. regards ritesh gandhi [protected]

              I have been trying to contact ICICI Lombard since last 15 days. For some strange reason I do not see the option to renew my parents policy online.

              I took a health policy for my parents 5 years back and have been paying my premium every year since then. So, this is an old policy and covers my parent's existing medical conditions as well.
              My policy expires on 24th Nov 2015. I never received any renewal notification from them till date (19th Nov 2015). I am trying to contact Customer helpline since 15 days, all I get is a response "We will call you back with resolution" and I never get solution. Policy is expiring on 24th November and story still continues that they will get back to me and no one does.They just say it is an technical error and they are working on it. I requested them to at least give me assurance that my policy will not get expire or else I will lose all Existing Medical Condition benefits.
              Since 15 days I have tried to get in touch with them through all possible means i.e. Phone, chats and twitter. Despite multiple promises by them that they will get back to me in 1 hour, 48 hours etc. No one has contacted me till now.

                Hello... I am Swarna.. staying in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. These ICICI Lombard people literally cheated me.. As I brought my new vehicle(Hero Pleasure) on 15.5.2015 it was theft on 21.5.2015. one of my key was unfounded from the 2nd day of the purchase of the vehicle. so i started using 2nd key from the next day.. I got the FIR.. Final Report and all submitted to the insurance people. When Surveyor(Mr.Srinivas) came to my home he asked what exactly happend so i explained each and everything that 1 key was unfounded from the 2nd day then after few days it was theft.. As i dont know anythng about these claims process and statements etc.. i asked surveyor to help me out to write the statement. so dictated and i was written... he dictated like vehicle theft along with the key.. i said "NO SIR, vehicle didnt theft along with key, key was unfounded from the 2nd day.. even though he said.. no problem.. u can write like this also.. As i am new for this process and all i wrote the same thing as dictated by Surveyor(Mr.Srinivas). I spoke to customer care for 3 times. When i called Customer care for the 1st time i didnt explain the whole thing i just said that VEHICLE AND KEY ARE THEFT but i didnt said VEHICLE THEFT ALONG WITH KEY.. But when i spoke to 2nd and 3rd time i explained the whole thing that key was unfounded from the 2nd day.. After few days they have taken another statement in which i have elaborated about what exactly happened. Now these Insurance people are rejected the claim only because of that 1st statement(which dictacted by surveyor) and 1st recording. Then what about the 2nd statement??? What about the remaining recordings with customer care???? what about the statement which i told by words to surveyor????? they cheated me.. and simply rejected the claim.. That surveyor wantedly dictated that statement to reject my claim as i am new to insurance process.. Now i am suffering with the loss and these finance people to pay the remaining amount..                   My car Hyundai Xcent VEHICLE NO.--DL 10CC 6317, CLAIM NO-MOT04946539 is lying unattended since 06/10/2015, i have a zero dep policy.

                  Your surveyors Mr Youghal kishore and Mr Hemant bansal are not giving any satisfactory responce, initially when the claim was initiated Mr Hemant bansal surveyed the card status on 06/10/2015, when i called him he said we will investigate the matter which will take atleast 10 days, i than waited for 10 days and instead of you guys calling me, i had to call up the surveyor and check the status.

                  When i called up i was informed by Mr hemant bansal that we are done with the investigation please come over for a settlement, when i went to their office in janakpuri Mr hemant bansal made me speak to his senior Mr youghal and i was told that we are ready to give you the total idv of your vehicle which is 4, 70000, to which i agreed upon when i asked them how long will it take they said that the moment you will complete the documentation and will hand over the keys to us we will release the payment which will atleast take a weeks time, hence i did all the hard work which i believe wasnt my job, i went to the loan centre to get the foreclosure letter and the agreed documents.

                  As per the agreement i finally submitted all documents along with car keys on 19/10/2015 and thats when the worst part came into picture.

                  Now its been more than a month now and stiil i have no clue about my claim, iam very upset and irritated with this as the surveyor is not answering my phone calls after so many attrempts, when finally i got a hold of Mr youghal he was rude on phone, when i told him that surveyor hemant bansal isnt answering the phone he said its our week off thats y, i told him that ive been trying contacting him even on working days but he isnt answering.

                  When i asked Mr youghal about the claim status he said i cant do anything, as we are completely dependent on buyer, i clearly told him that iam not interested in that, i just want to know that when am i going to get the claim as iam paying emis for something iam not using.

                  This is a pathetic service given by icici lombard to someone who is already going through a trauma of an unforeseen fate, and instead of quick resolution its a kind of harassment.

                  Kindly look into the matter and provide some solution before i take this matter to litigation.

                    I payed rs.18, 600/-cash to icici lombard car insurance company staff sakthikumar on oct-20th/2015, for my duster vehicle premium and he gave me a icici cash receipt no:12234355, after a week i received a letter from icici lombard ref;3602171, dt. Oct-30/15, stating that my cheque returned due to no funds and icici will not provide coverage for my vehicle. This is a fraud from the icici staff i payed cash and i have the receiptbut they have not issued the insurance policy or refunded bach my money. Icici lombard car insurance company has cheated me.

                    I want my insurance policy or my cash back with interest for 1 year insurance policy delayed charges .

                      ICICI Lombard doesn't accept claims if they are high. We had engine failure due 2 accident and they rejected claim. We havent been given any written reason of rejecting the claim and given hypothetical reasons for rejection which are not even there in clauses. Claim MOT05010432.

No any phone calls and no questions asked to customers and directly sent a renewal notice and no time for portability. This type of attitude is white collar thief’s in day light on customers. Is it justify . Age factors like 45 to 46 ok and service tax charges 12.5% tio 14.5% ok. But why in name o[censored]p gradation. they want to kill previous policies which we have till today not claimed. Anyhow forcing to leave a existing policy from customers. Robbery unjustified behavior kill the customers. There is no transparency and no any call from company regarding up gradation scheme and detail. Just throwing renewal notice and no time to think about these. Very shame when we call at call centre they told this matter o[censored]p gradation only unbearable for us. Hours to waiting . no courtesy for customer main motto how to fool customers and grabbing money from existing customers and force to lapse the policy because they already take money in lakhs from customer which not claimed. And the helpless and continue with us.

                          BEWARE OF ICICI LOMBARD - HOME SECURE POLICY & TRICKS OF THEM TO FOOL CONSUMERS I availed a homeloan through ING VYSYA in June 2013, and came along with it was the ICICI Lombard policy, to which I paid a premium of Rs. 400000 (Four Lakhs). I had absolutely no hassle in getting a policy issued and it was a wonderful experience. Now that I cleared my loan in 1.5 yrs, in March 2015, I have been following up with ICICI to cancel my policy and refund the money. The policy has a table according to which I get the % of share My request was processed on 7th April 2015 and the refund I receive is Rs. 28000 (Twenty Eight Thousand). When I enquire to the bank on the amount of refund as I expected atleast 55% refund per their prescribed table, I was told only then that they have cancelled 1 part of the policy and not the mind-secure to which the premium is highest. They conveniently did so and I was not even made aware during issuance of the policy that I had 2 policies, nor did they ask me when cancellation of the policy. I request them to cancel the mind-secure policy and refund the premium and I get a standard list of KYC documents to process which I prompty sent to Mumbai address. After few days of wait, I enquire to only undertsatnd that they need more KYC documents which I sent and again wait for few weeks to get the refund. Surprisingly this time, I still do not get the refund and when I call the call center, they say my address is changed from the time i had submitted the document and hence it will need endorsement and approvals. It is October 2015 now (6 months in the process) when one Mr. Yogesh talks to me from their Mumbai office Priority desk. After 3 weeks of interaction, he confirms address is changed on priority. tells me on 13th October 2015 that the policy is now finally cancelled and refund of Rs. 1.66 Lacs will be processed in 7 days. I again call ICICI Lombard on 20th October 2015 and Yogesh says he will call me byt he EOB day but to vain. Awaiting his call, I finally call him on 21st October 2015 to learn that they are missing my photographs and hence refund cannot be processed. I have now decided to take ICICI Lombard to consumer courts as I have enough evidences of ICICI Lombard failure to address customer need. Some basic questions that I raise - Why in first place the customer is not made aware of these 2 policies, when he had only 1 insurance premium to pay. And why is it that the customer on applying for cancellation is still not told / asked of cancelling both policies. Why is there no checklist when cancelling / closing a policy as they have when issuing a policy. Why is consumer harrassed What more can one do with photographs when all trasactions are online. Like a cancelled cheque, a bank statement, pan card, address proof, identify proof are given, what more would you do with photographs during cancelling the policy. I am wanting to seek help from the consumer courts and lawyers to fight back this bureaucracy as well as deliberate delay from ICICI lombard.                             Dear Sir,

                            I had taken a loan based policy from ICICI lombard and my loan is taken from ICICI bank. My fathers policy number is 4005/M/ICICIHL/98969342/00/000. My father passed away on 6th April 2015 . I had raised a claim request with ICICI lombard on 24th April 2015. My father died with a heart attack and was declared dead on arrival to the hospital.

                            The claim id is GEN[protected]. After multiple mail of over two months, on 5th June they send me the form for claim and the duly filled claim forms were delivered to ICICI lomabrd on 22nd June. The cancelled cheque was missing so i had sent the cancelled cheque on 13th July.

                            After that i was continuously following up with the firm. The only response i was getting from them was that the claim is under process and we will get back to you shortly. I was also following up with their helpline number . In the last week of July i was told that my claim has been accepted would get the payment details by 31st July. The agent was Mr. Kapil. But didnt receive any information from them. After that whenever i tried calling their helpline number and trying to get in touch with Mr. Kapil, i was told that Mr. Kapil is not available and sometimes i was told he is not feeling well. These were the reason always given.

                            After that suddenly i get a call from Mr Fahaz who was about to investigate my case and submit the report. The visit was done on around 8th August 2015. All the details were given to him and also patched him on call with my dad's consulting doctor Dr. Dhaga as my Dad was on dialysis. The agent who came to get the policy done knew this fact. We also provided him with the latest report of my Dad which was normal.

                            On 14th September, i get a reply ICICI Lombard that my claim has been rejected and the copy will be sent on my address. I checked the copy which was sent to my address. The reason's mentioned were that the insured family was not co-operative and did not provide the entire details. Infact in the first mail that i sent to ICICI lomabrd had mentioned the cause of the death. This is an utter lie. Also had a word the investigating office who had come to my place to investigation. He denied saying that i did not mention anything as such in the report.

                            How can they mention such thing when they did even try to contact with me. I was in contact with only two person from ICICI lombard. One was Mr Kapil from priority desk, who suddenly stopped taking my calls and other was Mr Fahaz who was the investigating officer. Then how can they say they are not co-operating.

                            This is how this entire firm is given to consumers. I dont know how much effect it would take after submitting this complaint. But if you can, please do take action on this corrupt firm.

                              I am Diwakar Keshri, purchased a health policy from ICICI lombard. After not getting any interest related to the policy I planned to cancelled the policy and so I did. For these reason they have charges more than 25% of policy amount. At the time of purchasing the policy Mr. Balwinder Singh Emp Id : 01530, Mob no - [protected] has not mentioned any charges related to this. Infact they have mentioned that I can cancelled the policy within month without providing any hidden charges. I have also talked with Mr. Balwinder Singh related to this but they not cooperate with me. Also 3 customer support guys called me and they have mentioned 3 different amount of charges 1st guys 15%, 2nd person 20% and 3rd guys 25% of cancelled charges. So please help me so that I can get out from this problem .

                                I Submitted two proposals ( No [protected] & [protected]) to ICICI LOMBARD HEALTH INSURANCE on 19th Sep, 2015. Both the proposal were declined on 23rd Sep, 2015. I have not been given the refund of my premium ( Rs 7180 + 2280) even after multiple follow ups with their customer care. The interaction Id of the case is [protected]. They have missed their SLA of 7 days for refund after proposal was declined. But they are still coming with excuses even on 9th Oct, 2015 and not giving the refund of the amount they accepted. One of the worst and shameless experiences that I have encountered from such a reputable professional organization. Please refund the amount asap and give me date by when can I expect a refund.

                                  Claim lodged on 21/09/2015 vice Claim No.MOT04912038 by me personally from the dealer place Infinity Auto Link, Chunnbhatti and some Pintu Singh Cell # [protected] surveyor was appointed. Pintu Singh was called who said that he is not the surveyor for that dealer so was given the cell #[protected] of some Mr. Ramesh thier group leader and one Mr. Sameer Pillay Cell#[protected]. Mr. Sameer Pillay was called who refused to do the survey on 21/09/2015 of the Vehicle on the pretext he had already been to the workshop in the morning so at 1300 hrs was not possible to come again and so he would do the survey on 22/09/2015. I had to called Mr. Ramesh thier so called group leader on Cell #[protected] and requested him to get the survey done on 21/09/2015. The vehicle survey was done by Mr. Sameer Pillay on 21/09/2015 but the claim approval was only given for the wind sheild glass only and approvals for the painting of the bumper and left fender damaged was not approved. I am lodging protest on many issues and would also take this matter up with IRDA on what basis the painting of the mudguard and fender was not approved. Was it due to my pressure/complain lodge with Mr. Ramesh the group leader of thiers. Well as far as my knowledge go a vehicle is to be surveyed withing 4hrs of the claim being reported and the claim must be settled within 24 hrs as its mostly cashless. Then why did Mr. Sameer Pillay refused the survey of my vehicle on 21/09/2015 and on what bassis ? Is he not a paid employee?retainer with ICICI Lombard ? Will any one take up this issue with the concerned person and see that in future this should not happen with any client, it is that I knew to pull the right string so my work is done resulting with non approvals of the paintings of the fender and the front bumper ? With this experience with ICICI Lombard, I am sure my renewals will never go to them forever. I have had insurance with Bharti AXA and Future Generalli their services were much prompt and better then ICICI Lombard.

                                    We filed for car insurance claim but they are saying that these dents are of earlier as per the photos they have . Actually the problem is we purchased maruti suzuki swift from canteen millitary stores nd it was registered on a person of army fulling his duty in maharastra and we thought to first transfer the vechile on the person who has having the car as per the license issue and money problem while taking the insurance claim as we were not having knowledge about cashless process. So in RC address of both the persons are same nd vechile belongs to us only and the icici lombard company situated at mi road is not ready to give us claim. We need a clarity and clarify on this process as our vevchile is new nd first party only. And we renewed the insurance some days ago only and rest of the documenta have been submitted to the insurance company and KP automotives mansarovar as our vechile is there only. We need your response asap .
