I had claimed for my car and paid rs30000 to the garage, HI TECH AUTO was suggested to me by icici, but instead they damaged my car and the garage people are not responding, icici is also not helping. Car is damaged, key remote is broken and I had to pay rs30000. Planning to file a suit, pls help. [protected]@gmail.com, ph: [protected]

    I feel like icici lombard is a big fraud company and is not following ethical practices. I have submitted all the documents required for claim settlement and amazingly they are saying its not meet the requirement and thus harassing me in directly.       Have submitted documents of said policy 4080/PNB-GSM/93905312/00 Lan No [protected] towards LOSS of JOB on 21st June as required, its more than 2 months have been following with them reply is standard "its under process" In my last job i was asked to "QUIT" due to UNDER PERFORMANCE on 18th Dec 2014, But it was verbal as my relationship with superiors were amicable so they have asked me to QUIT rather than FIRING. Last working day was 17th Jan 2015, but I have claimed in month of June 15. I am looking out for suitable vacancies but able find it. At last I have to claim. As per policy for claim it takes 15 working days, now you can see 2 months have passed. Kindly look into

        Dear Sir/Mam, My new scooty purchased on 26/06/2014 was stolen from tarun bharat j.b. nagar andheri east on 06/11/2014, from a society in which my friend resides, we were out of station at nasik henceforth i had given the bike to my friend he had parked in the parking lot at night according to him he lost the keys in the scooty or elsewhere the next day the scooty was not there he called me up and rushed to the andheri police station they filed an FIR on 08/11/2014 after a long time now they are saying that we cant give you the claim since you have left the keys in the scooty i dont understand what is the use of insurance if this type of reverts we are getting from the branded insurance companies please see to the issue my claim no is MOTO4329937 Insured named Jayanti Butola, Make n model - Yamaha cygnus alpha, colour- magenta the claims manager communicated with us is Amrin Gajage ofiice at malad interface bldg no 12. plz hepl me out with this issue

          I am feeling very sorry to inform you people that ICICI LOMBARD Insurance Company, services and customer support provided by you are pathetic. Below is the Insurance claim proceedings which happened and despite fulfilling all asking from your surveyor, still you people are fooling me around without providing exact CLAIM AMOUNT. when I will be getting my Claim amount. My bike got stolen on 24/05/2015 from L-44B Malviya nagar Haryana. I informed about the same to ICICI Lombard on24/05/2015 in morning. You people claim that your post information about theft to ICICI Lombard, surveyor will contact Customer in 48hrs, utterly false. Your surveyor (Mr Navdish yadav) came at my place on 25/05/2015 for collecting documents. document which I provided to him(Navdish sharma who will be giving the same to Charu Mittal) following documents in 1st slot on 25/05/2015 1) Original RC 2) Original bike keys 2 in numbers. 3) Original Invoice Purchase copy of Bike. 4) Original Service History document, 5) Original FIR 6) Original Insurance copy 7) 1 Cancelled Cheque of ICICI Bank. 8) 2 Photographs 9) Photocopy of Driving License + Aadhar Card 10) Form 26, 28, 29, 30 duly filled. 11) 2 Proof of Identity letters by my Land owner and by my Neighbourer (Original duly signed) as asked by Navdish saharma) 2 photographs of mine displaying site where my bike got stolen i.e.L 44b Malviya nagar, new delhi. Mr navdish Sharma asked me on call to sent rest of the documents to him by courier at ghaziabad address. but finally some how he came at Hauz khas metro station on 12/6/2015 and collect all pending documents and given acknowledgement to me.On 12th June 2015 i submitted following documents:- 12) Indemnity cum declaration undertaking form on Rs 200 Stamp Paper duly signed by me leaving amount unfilled as instructed by Navdish Sharma when he visited my place first time. (Reason and clarification for leaving this amount column blank). 13) Original RC Particular issued by RTO New delhi. 14) Copy of Safe custody letter to RTO New delhi. Mr Navdish Sharma (surveyor) told me that once you submit untraced report by court you will get your claim amount with in 15 days. i submitted my Untraced report to Charu mittal on 15th july 2015.then i regular doing follow up with Charu Mittal and her Manager Ms.Ruchika agarwal but still there is no solution ...last from one month i keep calling to customer care for my claim amount but they are not helping us..

              I was using the above credit card in the year[protected], when i accepted the credit card icici asked me to take a policy in lombard insurance, when i spoke to the agent, i did not agree to auto renew the policy then i stopped using my card after paid all the usage amount

              Last week i got a call from ambattur icici collection division (Mr. Sekar) regarding the pending payment of my card.

              I requested them to provide me the statement of my card usage and they refused to provide me the statement, they said, this payment is for lombard insurance pending amount. I informed them i did not agree to auto renew the lombard insurance and requested them to provide me the copy of the letter which i agreed to auto renew the lombard insurance and they denied to provide me the letter.

              Now i am being threatened to pay the amount 2686 without any proof.

              Hence, i am not able to submit any photo copies along with this complaint.

              Kindly do the needful.

                We are having insurance policy from ICICI Lambard policy no. 3001/98727409/00/000.We had lodged a claim for the front glass windscreen as it was found broken a couple of weeks back. Now to our shock we were informed by T&T Motors that our claim was disapproved by ICICI Lombard on ground that during inspection of vehicle in Jan 15 the surveyor had noted a “Scar” in his report. Lot of mails & concalls have been exchanged in this matter as we still maintain that there was no scar/glass broken of our car during the inspection of our vehicle in January 15 as alleged in the survey report.It is worth mentioning here that the surveyor did not even bother to inform us on site that there was a scar on the front windscreen & neighter he has given us any report or nor have we signed any report. Trust we had no clue to this till we got a call from T&T Motors. The surveyor or ICICI never even bothered to inform us of the so called scar ? We have paid full premium of Rs.78, 369/ as per ICICI Silver plan which covered everything.We have been harassed & feel cheated by ICICI Lombard & hence we request you to kindly honor look into the matter since we have paid full premium as calculated by ICICI.

                  Dear sir My son Major Siddharth Singh's vehicle XUV 500 Regis no UK 07BF 2126 was insured by the said company under cover note no PT[protected] at the time of purchase in the month of June 2014. The premium then paid by him of Rs 33756.00 was inclusive of Rs. 4392.00 was for zero depreciation benefit as explained by them in case of any claim. In the month of May 2015 the vehicle was handed over to M/s UP Motor Works, pop. Ghazipur Police Station, Faizabad Road, Lucknow, authorised dealers of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. for accidental repairs. Post repairs the said dealer raised a bill of Rs. 34900.00 towards repairs /replacement charges and post raising a claim with the insurance co. we received a reimbursement of Rs, 29180.00. The matter was immediately raised with the Insurance Co. for the short payment while holding a zero dep. policy vide request no. [protected] dated 22.05.2015 through their toll free no. and after repeated reminders to the company for logical reasons / documentary details justifying the short payment the company has simply rejected my claim on bizarre logic that the rejected expenses at their end we're not called for and that the Mahindra dealers had asked them to pass the claim as per their whims and that the customer shall bear the rest of the cost. I had also raised the issue o[censored]nethical practice by the Insurance co. with the Office of Insurance Ombudsman, Lucknow vide my email dated 08.07.2015 but have not heard anything from their end in this regard. The Insurance co. Is sticking to their stand of not passing the unjustified claims without giving written/ documentary details for their stand so that the matter can be simultaneously taken up with the Mahindra dealer. I therefore request you to please take up the issue with the Insurance co. for their high handed behaviour, taking customer for granted and for not abiding by the zero dep. policy. Regards. [protected] and [protected] stating themselves to be from ICICI Bank regarding refund but after initial discussion they have abruptly disconnected. I am afraid someone is making hoax calls on your behalf and trying to put your goodwill to disrepute. Please investigate and take action.

                  My grievance is against the same mail as it does not clarify the basics of zero dep. policy for which extra premium has been taken, basis of deduction against total repair charges paid by us and the details of excess deducted as per your estimates, proof & justification of the same.

                  Please do not try to side step the basic issues raised by me by quoting an irrelevant mail whic h only stated that the claim has been passed as per your rules which I repeat are against zero. Deep. Policy.

                  Please be specific else I will request consumer forum to initiate action against your company for hoodwinking and misleading the client.
                  My basic complaint is against the arbitrary manner the issue has been sidelined as to why we have been short charged despite having paid extra premium for zero depreciation benefit.
                  By referring to an old mail with no clarity or proof regarding deductions the company is just trying to avoid the basic issue. Besides some executive calls up from ICICI Bank and assures reimbursement somebody from their Insurance gives the royal reply that our claim is passed as per their rule.
                  This is all a time buying tactic.

                    Car : MH 03 AM 5747 Name: Milind Rajen Thakker FIR Status : Lodged at Matunga Police Station Previous Policy (Bharti AXA) - FPV/I1665586/25/07/M12514 - 05/07/2014 to 04/07/2015 - No claims filed Current Policy (ICICI Lombard) - 3001/W[protected]/00/000 - On which Claim has been filed Claim Intimation Request Number: MoT04736389 Today morning i am notified by my car washer that there has been a theft of my deck and that my car window has been broken into. I rush to the site, call up ICICI and below are the flow of events 1) Call To ICICI to Buy Policy - 01 July 2015, Call time: 05:03 PM As part of purchase of policy, i had a call with ICICI Lombard. The call was recorded to resolve disputes or queries arriving in the future. First Lie: I was informed for filing claim - ICICI charges Rs 1000/-. This is a standard charge which is paid to government and is applicable to all insurance companies. Issue: The government does not require this charges. Bharti AXA does not charge anything for filing claims. 2) Call to ICICI for Intimation 9th July, Call time : 08:13 AM My car stereo was stolen. My car window has been broken into. I intimate ICICI Lombard. Second Lie: I was told that ICICI would be putting in 2 claims - 1 for own damage for breaking of window and 1 for theft of my car stereo. For own damage i would have to put pay Rs 1000/-. OWN DAMAGE for breaking of window which was part of theft. After screaming and shouting they agreed to put both of the issues together in a single claim of theft for which there is no charges. Issue: ICICI is looking out to make profits out of cheating Third Issue: During Filing of complaint i was told to provide a time. I clearly mentioned that i can give a timeline between 10 PM to 8 AM. They said we need a single time to put in the document. How can a person know what time has the theft occured. There are no eye witnesses . Completely illogical. After heated debate and escalation, they agreed to take that into account I was promised a surveillance in 24 hours. I had mentioned that i would be doing repairs at a garage of my choice. They told that should not be a problem 3) Call from ICICI : 10:54 To Notify the choice of garage and stating that car has to be at the workshop. After stating that i had clearly mentioned in the morning that I would do it at a garage of my choice. They finally give in and say ok. Fourth Lie: Why lie stating that i need to have my car at a workshop of their choice 4) Call To ICICI : 06:38 PM To confirm time of survey person coming to visit the site. They said please take contact number and contact yourself. ICICI is the service provider and is responsible to have the contact person allocated and notify the consumer accordingly. I give in and call the survey contact person at 07:00, the guy said he cannot come and another guy looks at my locality. The second contact person says, i am not responsible i will provide you with a number. And he says that he expected the car to be at the workshop prior to even evaluating the theft. I said i would only give it to workshop after the theft claim is properly honored and then claim for reimbursement. i ask him, when can i expect him to survey and he was like maybe tommorrow. 5) Call to ICICI : 07:21 PM Fed up, i call icici and ask them to ensure that the survey happens in 24 hours asthey promised. they state that i need to contact the survey person. I inform them that i would be making a complaint to ombudsman if i do not get a reponse back in 5 min. No response. This is a pathetic case of a consumer taken in for a ride and inconvenience to the core. Staying in a heritage area of matunga, we do not have parking slots and live in 3 floor building. We have to park the cars on road, and in a scenario like today, we cannot keep our cars open whole night with rains flooding in and damaging the car further. The site needs to be examined at the moment, when the issue happened and the claim acceptance of survey shhould have been completed. After request to the building owners, i have moved in the car to my own building under shed with glass all within the car. The organization has not stood up to their words of Nibhayein waada but have kept on lying over and over again and giving false promises. I have not yet filed a claim, moved the car to a workshop still awaiting the survey visit. We as customers are begging for service, calling up survey agents setup by icici instead of icici making sure to their promises, We are lied about the claims, stating that the claim money is given to government and is a standard. We are forced to claim under own damage for a clear incident of theft for their personal gain. There is a limit to lying and cheating. All of the calls to ICICI has been recorded by ICICI. Please take the needful action against icici for fraudalent, unlawful activities and charge a heavy penalty for the inconvenience caused to consumers by organizations like ICICI.                       I am feeling very sorry to inform you people that despite being a reputed Insurance Company, services and customer support provided by you are pathetic. Below is the Insurance claim proceedings which happened and despite fulfilling all askings from your surveyor, still you people are fooling me around without providing exact ETA when I will be getting my Claim amount. My bike got stolen on 19/03/2015 from Sector 29 Gurgaon Haryana. I informed about the same to ICICI Lombard on20/03/2015 afternoon. You people claim that your post information about theft to ICICI Lombard, surveyor will contact Customer in 48hrs, utterly false. Your surveyor (Mr Ajay Sharma sent Manish Kohli) to my place on 09/04/2015 for collecting documents. Mr Manish Kohli's attitude is like as if he is obliging me on coming to my place. One of his statement while collecting documents from me is "You are the one where i wasted so much time, in this time i could have collected documents from 3 more people.". I provided him(Manish Kohli who will be giving the same to Ajay Sharma) following documents in 1st slot on 09/04/2015 1) Original RC 2) Original bike keys 2 in numbers. 3) Original Invoice Purchase copy of Bike. 4) Original Service History document, 5) Original FIR 6) Original Insurance copy 7) 1 Cancelled Cheque of ICICI Bank. 8) 2 Photographs 9) Photocopy of Previous Insurance Company (Bharti AXA) 10) Photocopy of Driving License + Aadhar Card 11) Form 26, 28, 29, 30 duly filled. 12) 2 Proof of Identity letters by my Land owner and by my Neighbourer (Original duly signed) 13) I Whatsapp him (as asked by Manish Kohli) 2 photographs of mine displaying site where my bike got stolen i.e. Sector 29 Gurgaon Haryana. Mr Ajay Sharma asked me on call to sent rest of the documents to him by courier or by speed post on his home address mentioned below. I with the intention of getting acknowledgment for remaining documents sent my Colleague to his place physically. He while delivering documents asked for acknowledgment from Mr Ajay Sharma by signing on the acknowledgment document provided to me (with signature of Mr Manish Kohli) when I submitted first slot of documents. He refused to do so and took document from my colleague saying that "He will give me call back later as right now he has to leave to metro station to pickup his relatives.". My colleague left from his place post delivering document to himwithout his acknowledgment as told by him. On 10th May 2015 i submitted following documents:- 14) Original Final Report by Police 15) Indemnity cum declaration undertaking form on Rs 200 Stamp Paper duly signed by me leaving amount unfilled as instructed by Manish Kohli when he visited my place first time. (Reason and clarification for leaving this amount column blank can be obtained from your Conversation recordings between Mr Kapil from Mumbai office Escalation Department and me, Conversation/ Call ID:[protected] . 16) Original RC Particular issued by RTO Bangalore Karnataka. 17) Copy of Safe custody letter to RTO Bangalore, Karnataka. Mr Ajay Sharma (surveyor) told me that within 45 days from 10/05/2015 (day when all documents are received by surveyor) amount will be NEFTed to my account i.e. on or before 25/06/2015. On asking how will I get to know status of my claim in the mean time? Will I be getting any information from surveyor or from ICICI Lombard, he told me no need to contact him or to customer care, no information will be furnished to you till that date. I have to wait till 25th June (Sounds very strange about service and statements like this). Post that several time I called ICICI Lombard Customer Care to obtain details about status of my claim but every time I hear from them "Sir either please contact to your Surveyor or to manager of Surveyor, we can only provide you information that your claim is under process" (as if it is my duty to called each and every person from ICICI Lombard begging for my Claim money). I called several time to your CC for status some Reference number for conversation are [protected] talked withGangadhar same old reply "Its under progress", Call ID:[protected] talked with Kapil, he took Mr Ajay Sharma on con call asking the reason why he asked documents to be provided to him on his home address but no convincing reply, also he asked Mr Ajay Sharma to provide me update within 24 hours for which i never got call back from him shameful and untrustable services. On top of it, when I called Mr Ajay Sharma after some days asking status of my claim, he asked me to provide conversation recording of number 100 which I called for reporting theft of my bike (Instead of he calling me and informing about this missing document or recording if required for my case). I furnished him SMS screenshots putting it in a document which he asked me to mail it on his Personal EMail ID i.e. [protected]@yahoo.co.in. and he again reiterate "wait till 25/05/2015 maximum money will be NEFTed to your account". Even your Customer Care and Escalation Department are not consistent in furnishing information about Claim status. I had conversation with Kapil before 25/06/2015 from Escalation Department Mumbai, he told me that current status of my claim is Its approved and will be sent to payment team soon money will be credited to my account and exact date for the same he will arrange call back from his side and will let me know within a day time (I never got callback for the same). On 25/06/2015 I called again to your Customer Care and talked to Dimple from Escalation Department Vashi Mumbai, she provided me exactly opposite information as provided by Kapil, she told me "Wait for a month more to get claim as it is under process normally it takes 90 days for claim to get settled and she told that you have been furnished with wrong information before. Even when Dimple con called Mr Ajay Sharma and Me, he was stating his own part of story that Managers here in ICICI Lombard office are quitting jobs so that why this delay normally it gets settled in 45 days." While emphasizing Dimple to communicate exact status she asked me to call Mr Ajay Sharma's, Manager here in Delhi i.e. "Charu mittal : [protected], she is handling my case. On calling her she said she is not handling my case call Ruchika: [protected], when i called her she said that generally it takes 90 - 120 days for claim to get settled. But since its a month end so she can't provide me exact date when Claim will get settled. She told me that she will be calling me back on 1st July 2015 for status." Now after escalating this matter on Facebook and by other means, Ruchika started looking into my file after so much delay and now she is asking from me to submit the call recording of Police No.100 which I called when bike got stolen. If this document was so essential then what were you people doing for all this time when I was continuously asking about any pending documents which you need from my side. You just want to delebrately delayin claim settlement, your services are utter worst. I will never recommend my friends and Office Colleagues about ICICI Lombard. It is a company whose services are not at all reliable and shameful, even escalation Department is trained to fool customer and extract money from them while opening new Insurance, but the real picture is entirely opposite these people believe in not providing resolution rather complicate things as much as they can. Because of your unnecessary delay I am facing a hard time both in Personal and Professional Life. Due to unavailability of Bike and Claim amount I am unable to plan purchase of new bike. I urge you to resolve my long pending Theft Claim case with ICICI Lombard Delhi and provide my Claim amount with utmost priority. Else I am bound to file a case against you in Consumer Court for which ICICI Lombard is solely responsible. Since the delay is from ICICI Lombard, they have to return me Claim amount with Interest for the delayed period. Please help me in resolving this asap.

Your agent Priya sent one of your executive to collect the cheque for Rs. 6100/- which was duly handed over to the representative on 1st June, 2015. The agent issued me the cover note bearing number PU11895141 and till today I have not received the Insurance Policy and the cheque has also not been presented to my bankers for payment.                             I was covered by ICICI Lombard health Care scheme from December 2009. The policy was renewed regularly. The above policy was valid for the period 15th December 2012 to 14th December 2013. During this period I was advisedly admitted in Paras Hospital, Bhopal from 2nd January 2013 to 4th February 2013. After discharge a mediclaim for an amount of Rs. 1, 31, 354/- was submitted along with supporting documents. This claim was rejected on the sole ground that I had submitted three estimate bills in place of cash bills and no medicines were purchased against this.As intimated by e-mail dt. 5th August 2013.I had then produced the original cash bills along with a letter from the chemist stating that actually the medicines were sold against the estimate bills and requested for a re-verification. The company agreed. While the process of re-verification was on and even before the claim was finally rejected the above policy was terminated on the same ground as mentioned above in September 2013, whereas the claim was finally rejected in December 2013. I then approached the Insurance Ombudsman in Bhopal for redressal. On 9th December 2014 before the Ombudsman the companbies representative gracefully withdrew the above mentioned allegation. Thus the ground on which the policy was terminated collapsed. He mentioned a new ground for rejection of the claim i.e. the patient had left hospital on two different days and claimed compensation for the entire period. It is a legally established norm that if a policy is proposed to be terminated on a particular ground and if that ground is proved to be wrong then the policy cannot be cancelled on a different ground. This would be against natural justice. Once the reason given for the termination was withdrawn by the accuser himself there remained no ground for termination. Thus the termination was virtually without any ground, hence arbitrary and void. In any case the hon’ble Ombudsman in his order has directed to settle the claim and has held that no fraud was involved in the claim. A copy of the order In view of the above facts of the case, sequence of events, judicial pronouncement the termination of the policy was illegal, therefore I requested it to restored immediately with retrospective effect from the date of termination vide my letter dated 15 april addressed to Branch manager Bhopal and copy to (ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co, Ltd. Ground & 4th Floor, Interface, 11, Office No. 401 & 402 New Linking Road, Malad (West), MUMBAI – 400 064. The policy has not been restored so far. I visited the branch manager several times and also send reminders to my request dated 15 th april 2015.                             In referance to your explanation given in your email dated 25th June I would like to point out the following points for your consideration as.
                            1) it appears your have explained the matter with our understanding the issue proper .
                            2) my request for restoration of the policy was based on the ground that the reason given for termination of the policy was with drawn by you before the hon'ble ambudsman.as conceded by him in his order
                            3) once the allegation itself was with drawn the termination is now with out any reason, hence illegal.
                            4) the ambudsman has clearly held that no fraud was involved.
                            5) you have paid the claim.
                            6) under the circumstance is there any ground left for penal action.
                            7) Are you not duty bound to restore a policy terminated alleging fraud and now it has been by a judicial pronouncement that no fraud was involved.
                            8) is there any legal/moral or ethical reason for not restoring.
                            9) i hope this would be now understood by your senior authorities and sensible just positive action will be taken. if the above points are not understood please be free to contact us on this number [protected]

                                  Hi, I have claimed for reimbursement against my health Health Insurance. The reimbursement for accident injuries is in regard to accident that took place on 02 Feb. 2015. I have cashless facility, but the hospital where i had been admitted refused to accept it (cashless) and i had been told that this - ICICI Lombard Health care card is not valid. I have submitted the completely filled reimbursement form along with all relevant document for reimbursement, but on 15/4/2015 i received rejection letter by their site which is very panic, saddening, disheartening and left me dreadful. Reason given from your end for rejection is completely void, inappropriate and false. I am not suffering from any such diseases (mentioned for rejection) before availing your policy and even now. I have already produce medical certificate from my doctor for my claim for reimbursement is very true, legitimate and genuine. ICICI have on their website which clearly mention that no medical check up is required if age is less than 46 years. (My age is now 42 yrs) Therefore i request them to reconsider my case and reimburse the claimed amount at earliest. But till date they have ignored doctor certificate, pathology report and ECG report. Coverage period -7/10/2014 to 6 / 10/2015

But till date he is not picking or calling back and for last 2 days his phone is going switch off. Why this much delay is made for a very small and undisputed claim

                                        I LODGED CLAIM AGAINST MY HEALTH INSURANCE VIDE CLAIM REF NO[protected] . I SURPRISIED TO SEE QUERY RAISED "kindly furnish the first consultation paper and all previous consultation papers" WHERE AS FACT IS THAT ALL THE PAPERS FROM FIRST CONSULTATION WITH DR TILL DATE OF CLAIM LODGED ALL THE RESCREIPTION ALONG WITH DIAGNOSIS REPORTS HAD ALREADY BEEN ATTACHED WITH CLAIM. NOW CLAIM IS HOLD, AND KEPT STAND STILL WITH COMMENTS AS MENTIONED ABOVE, WHICH IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO PRESENT OR SUBMIT PAPERS WHICH ARE NOT IN EXISTENSE, IN REFERENCE TO PRIOR DIESES, AS WELL AS PRIOR CONSULTATION WITH ANY OTHR DR. EVEN AFTER REPEATED CLARIFICATION AND SUBMITTING REQUST, AS TO NON EXISTENSE OF SUCH DOCUMENTS, MY CLAIM IS HOLD AND COMPELING ME TO PRODUCE DOCUMENTS WHICH ARE NOT AT ALL IN EXISTENSE AND AVOIDING TO SETTLE THE CLAIM BY STATING THE REQUISITE PAPERS ARE MANDATORY REQUIREMENT TO PROCESS THE CLAIM. HOW I CAN GET RID FROM UNWANTED DESIRE/ PAPER
