    Sir,

    There is a mistake in your calculation. For the last one month, i had not taken any switches. The last switch was done on 20/3/2018, with transaction id : 1168418. After taking this switch, my complete units are allocated in the money market fund.
    On 28/3/2018, 2353.4815 units are there in the money market fund with nav of rupees 18.85 per unit. On that date the fund value was rs 44374.89.
    Today on 24/4/2018, i found that only 2337.5362 units are there in the money market fund, with nav of rs 18.93 per unit. The fund value on today as per your calculation is rs 44259.39.
    Ie, this serious mistake made from your side made a loss of 16 units for me.
    The correct fund value as on today if this mistake had not happened will be rs 44551.40. Ie, 2353.4815 units @ rs 18.93 per unit.
    So, i request you to correct the fund value as early as possible.

    Sir,

    For the above policy, i switched on 20/3/2018 (Transaction id: 1168409) after that, i gave a switch request only on 24/4/2018 (Transaction id: 1192873, and switch request no:[protected]. Before giving this switch request, the fund value on 24/4/2018 was rs. 432576.72, in which all my units are allocated in the money market fund.
    After performing this switch, the fund value on today morning (25/4/2018, 6 am) is rs.429776.66. Now all the units are in the maximiser fund v. That means after this switching i lost rs 2800.
    So, i request you to kindly take necessary action to correct the mistake that happened from your side.

    On 24/4/2018, 11.30 am, my fund value on this policy was rs 432576.72. After checking this, i gave a switch request on 24/4/2018 (Transaction id: 1192873, switch request no:[protected]. After this switch, on (25/4/2018 6am) the fund value was noted as rs.429776.66.
    Complete units in the money market fund are transferred to maximiser v fund, after performing this switching. I lost rs 2800 by the mistake that happened from your side.
    So, i request you to correct the mistake as early as possible.

    At that time the fund value was rs 432576.72. After performing this switch the fund value became rs 429776.66.
    Before switching all the units are in the money market fund. After switching all the units are in the maximiser v fund.
    By the mistake from your side, i lost rs.2800. So, i request you to kindly do the necessary steps to credit the amount in this fund with out delay.

      I was sold an ICICI prudential policy by an insurance agent at standard chartered bank, however I wasn't informed that the policy cannot be cancelled at any point. I wish to cancel the policy as it is no longer relevant to me however it was denied by ICICI prudential and they have auto debited my bank account without my permission. I wish to escalate the matter with Standard Chartered Bank for misguiding me and with ICICI prudential for debiting...

        We have purchased subject policy on 22/03/2918. Also we have given payment of two months in advance rs.8000/- by net banking. We are requested to please cancel my policy and send my amount in my account because we are not able to continue policy due to some personal emergency. Also we would like to inform that we have not received policy documents so please not send.

          Insurance of ex employee of icici bank has been done while she was suffering from sle (Incurable disease - patient with this can live life mostly upto 10-12 years) i. E cancer as she joined bank as saleswoman in somewhere 2013 or 2014. She was suffering from sle since 2006. She died in 2016 of sle and after her death her insurance was claimed by her father and icici bank paid the claim in lakhs. How is it possible that a employee of icici bank suffering from such disease got the icici life insurance policy. Its a big fraud.. Insurance was claimed by fraudulently. I don't have policy number but i know name of insured employee, father name (Who claimed policy), address, icici bank where she works.. I have all her medical reports of very reputed hospitals of 2006 and 2016 in which its clearly proved that she was suffering from such incurable disease. Its a serious concern and i need to file a complaint so that the matter to be clearly investigated.. I had filed many rti to icici bank in 2016 but no reply was there...

            Mr. Submit dutta (Rm), bsfc branch manager icicibank and mukesh tiwari icici pru have not any action on my complaint, recommend email send by branch head @icicibank.com. They were expands time 29. Sept 2017 to till date and they were only harass to me. They were send me to icicipru office for written complain on 08 dec 2017. I have submitted written complain to icicipru office patna on 08, dec 2017 and those employee receive my complaint said to me against your complaint icicipru call to you but no any call and justification send to me till date. I had consulted many time by mobile, to day i went to icicipru office for query of my complaint mr. Mukesh tiwari give me a previous letter send by icicipru on 28 june, 2017, this was the first query and complaint lodge by me on ivrs customer care on june.2017. Those employee divert me from main issue.
            Sir, i asking from you why they are harass me and do not action against refund my 32000 investment amount wrongly by parolika mishra on 24 may.2014.
            So. Pls take action against this my complaint for return my investment amount with interest other wise i will lodge a fraudulent suite in court against icicipru, icici bank and employee because i have not receive bond paper.

              I would like to submit a complaint against vikas. I and my daughter went to icici bank ulhasnagar 5 branch to open a nri account and vikas started discussing about life policy to us. He pressured us a lot to buy the policy. We requested him that we need some time to make a decision, but he continued to force us. He kept calling us multiple times a day to buy this policy. He even came to our house and wasn’t ready to leave until we signed the policy.

              He promised that he would cancel this policy later if we were not satisfied and also said that he’d take care of all the process to cancel the policy without costing single penny. We asked him again if there would be any charges on canceling the policy but he kept saying there wouldnt be charges.

              We than wanted to cancel the policy and contacted him to cancel the policy. He initially refused to cancel the policy and kept insisting us for days to continue the policy. He than refused to help me with the cancelation process. He kept giving excuses to not cancel the policy. He said that policy can not be canceled until march end. (Which isn’t true). Then he said to wait until we get policy documents to our house. After a week, he said to go to kalyan, its only 10rs auto to go there in a very rude manner. He used insulting language.

              The policy is now canceled but around 6, 000 rs charged for cancellation. Vikas and kalyan branch manager assured us that they would pay us the difference if there are any charges and made sure we get everything back. He has no knowledge of anything and how to treat a customer.

                Sir,
                With reference to the above subject matter, it is to inform you that you are compelling and forcing me to pay the premium amount of rs.2 lacks. Against policy no.[protected]. You have informed through sms
                That if i will not pay then we will get it deducted from my s. B. I. Account no. Xxxxxxx9700. It is to inform you that this account has very small amount as a balancei. Moreover it is remarkable and important to note that i have not authorisied you to collect premium through electronic clearance mode. If even then you try for electronic clearing of premium amount and dishonor charges are deducted from account, you will be held responible and it has to be refunded to me. It is matter of forgery, cheating and fraud.
                Your agent mr. Gaurav tewari, code no. 01033305 has cheated me and doing the illegal practices. He has taken my signature on blank form with the promise that he will not cheat. I had signed on blank form in his good faith and promise.
                Moreover i had severely intimated you that this matter is pending in the court of bank ombudsman, lucknow.
                I has had requested you to keep pending the premium payment till and until final decision is not declared. At present no obdusman is working at lucknow.
                Therfore you are requested to keep patience and wait for the decision of bank ombudsman, lucknow and do not try to withdraw premium amount from my saving bank account as mentioned above because it has small amount as balance.
                I would like to intimate you the brief history of the case as per the details below ;-
                (1). One policy named as icici pru elite life ii no.[protected] premium amount rs. 3, 00, 000/yr., dt.12.03.17 was issued from your shara gunj branch, lucknow on the name of my son mr. Naman kumar (Who is an nri) and my husband mr. Milap chand arya was named as proposer. This policy was cancelled in review/free-look period on my repeated requests in the month of march’17 because it was issued without my concent & contrary to the described terms & condition.
                It was told before entering into the policy that the premium payment amount will be 3.75% annually and no broker will be involved. But on the contrary the total charges & taxes was deducted rs. 18, 472.96 and mr. Garav tiwari (Licience/code no.;[protected] as a broker was involved. It was later cancelled & after cancellation approx. An amount of rs. 332/= was deducted. You hold an amount of rs. 2, 73, 937.17 & out of this amount rs.73, 971/= was returned in my account after several request in the month of june’17 without interest and the cancellation amount of rs.980 + rs.332/= against my son mr naman kumar’s cancelled policy in free look period is not returned till date.
                (2). You again hold my amount of rs.2, 00, 000/= out of the above amount and issued another policy named as icici pru elite life ii no.[protected], premium amount rs. 2, 00, 000/yr., dt.28.03.17 was issued from your shara gunj branch, lucknow on the name of my daughter miss devanshi arya and i am named as proposer for a period of ten years again mentioning the name of mr. Garav tiwari (Licience/code no.;[protected] as a broker and the total charges & taxes was deducted rs. 12, 314.96 and again it was issued without my concent & contrary to the described terms & condition.
                Therefore you are requested to look into the matter personally and pay me the whole premium amount of rs.2, 00, 000/=, rs.73, 971/=, rs.980 + rs.332/= along with interest is to be given back as early as possible. Pl. Get me also refunded the interest on rs. 3, 00, 000/= from the date of deposit to the date of payment. No action has been taken so far.

                    I am prashant parashar and i want to take term plan in your organisation and did all formalities and message came for medical checkup for today at morning but as i came to lab they deny for testings as per him without mail it's not possible for him to perform any activities so my time completely disturbed in this process and the number which had given to me for medical assistance no body reply after many more calls so if at the beginning this is happening then what's about afterservice.

                      I have raised a query regarding surrendering my policy on feb 20th. I am yet to get reply for that in spite of continuous followup with life line customer care[protected] and nearest branch office (Salem, tamil nadu). Customer care keep on telling that it is getting delayed and 'll take another 48hrs for the past 25 days.

                      Gsip policy details:
                      Premium paying term - 7 years
                      Maturity - 15 yrs
                      Policy taken 2011
                      Half yearly premium
                      No of premiums paid - 13 out of 14
                      Policy in force

                      So far i have paid 13 premiums out 14 to be paid so far. I would like to surrender my policy.

                      As per terms and conditions, if i surrender my policy i 'll be getting higher of either gsv or ngsv

                      Guaranteed surrender value:
                      35% of premium paid - first year premium
                      =[protected]
                      =rs.57553

                      Non guaranteed surrender value:
                      Equal to present value of pusa, discounted at gry at the review date immediately preceding the date of surrender (As per t&c 4 brochure), plus 2% per annum
                      Pusa = gmb × (Total no of premium paid/total no. Of premium payable)
                      Gmb = 195000 + 51240
                      Pusa = 246240 × (13/14)
                      Pusa = 228651
                      Ngsv = 228651 discounted at gry + 2% per annum

                      Method 1:
                      Assuming gry 8% + 2%
                      228651 discounted at 10% = rs.205785.9

                      Method 2:
                      Assuming gry 8%
                      228651 discounted at 8% = 208558.92
                      Discounting at 2% per annum
                      6.5 yrs = 13%
                      Discounting 208558.92 @ 13%
                      Rs.181446.26

                      Around 2 lak approx to be received

                      But icici prudential trying to loot my money by giving just rs.1.08 lakh where as i have paid 1.95lakh so far.

                      The query is regarding requirement of ngsv derivation!.

                        Respected sir,

                        I mohammad rafi, resident of hyderabad. I purchased a life insurance policy with icici prudential life insurance co. Ltd on my name, bearing policy no : 22007787. Premium of this policy was rs. 1, 18, 525. I purchased this policy against my home loan from icici but as the policy is not as per my expectations, i have immediately contacted the agent and discuss the same he told ok we will talk again for it after 3 days when i have not got any confirmation from the agent i again called n asked for cancellation then he is not at all interested to cancel my policy and even trying to compromise me.
                        I still didn’t get the document to my address and i was concerned many of the terms are not as per my requirement. I fail to understand that where am i at the fault when i made call to the agent informing him to stop the process that i am not interested in the policy but he had processed my application.

                        I think the clarification above is sufficient and i request to understand my situation. I am pleasening you to cancel my policy and i should not suffer for unnecessary reason where the fault is not mine.

                        So, please look into this matter on earliest

                          I had purchased future perfect policy of icici prudential. My account got debited since last 2 months but still i have not received any policy or any update about status

                          I had sent multiple reminders to senior grevience officer but they too do not had respond to my concern

                          I have not received a single phone call from responsible person. This shows they are least bothered about customer. I am having many insurance policy and all had goodone experience. But this is worst service i had ever experienced.

                          I will not suggest to anyone to have icici services. This is worst service provider in country

                          I was expecting a phone call after having mail exchange and raising complaint. But i am surprised that no one is interested to have customer service

                          I want my premium back with interest of 2 months.

                            Sir, I got mail saying that the ICICI prudential Life insurance policy has been delivered through mail which was issued with out my wish . I want u to cancel this policy . And give strict warning to ICICI bank as well as ICICI prudential Life insurance company not to do any such things further. I attach the file they send to me

                              -18/9/17 i have paid for the policy[protected]Ref. No/;[protected]
                              - (Fsc) karthick, icici bank, udumalpet given me wrong commitment as only 5% charges willbe taken.
                              -i have received the brochure after two months.
                              -when i see the brochure commitment differed (Charges more than 10% and yearly charges and maturity gone from what they promised 5 years to 7 and 10 years.
                              -immediately i reported this matter to (Fsc) karthick, icici bank, udumalpet to close this policy immediately in the free look period without any charges. He promised me he will do that without any charges. Till now nothing happened.
                              -i have received brochure late and (Fsc) karthick done nothing for my policy closure. Both are delayed my policy closure.
                              -it is not my fault, so without any charges refund my full amount rs.120000 immediately to my sb account in udumalpet.

                                I am currently having the issue of wrong entry of icici prudential life insurance in income tax form 26as. Form 26as shows a deduction of tds of amount 2116 in year 2016 (Ay 2016-17) for the amount 211547 which which was never been paid to me. I never had any connection for any product from icici. I had one bank account many years ago which is also closed for almost 4 years now. I have no idea why the company made such a wrong mistake and putting me in problem. My pan number is bnfps5988a. Please check the details in your record and rectify the form 26as of mine. My income tax filing is being failed due to this mismatch where icici has shown the income of 211547/- on my pan. If the company feel that they have paid the amount to me (I have no idea of which policy and all) please share the details of account where they deposited the money so i can claim it and happily pay taxes to government.

                                  Please confirm if icicipru manager visited you by giving missed call. Yes [protected], manager did not visit [protected], i was not available [protected]. Alternatively you can also sms on [protected], "y" if manager visited you, "n" manager did not visit, "na" i was not available

                                  I had complained twice over call, but still it is not solved, please solve this issue asap else will take strict action against you

                                    Please find the below attached file and refund my payment i dont need your any office or policy what ever document received for what plan now what you are offering your executive comes to pick the docs and cheque afther that they never call to inform whats going on about the policy i was submit documents on 2nd feb 18 of my wife and my policy still your team are working on that every week offering new plan why whenever i have already share mail for refund the payment of both policy,

                                      I purchased the Elite Super plan from ICICI Bank Mogappair branch in June 2017 without any prior information about the lock in period. In this policy, the very first thing the customer has to be informed is about this lock in period which unfortunately your agent from the bank was not even aware of.

                                      Following is the sequence of events leading to my purchase of this policy –

                                      1) I met with one Ms. Mercy in May and told her that we wanted to invest this as a onetime amount for a year in some good portfolio with decent returns in the short term
                                      2) She recommended this policy and told us that this is a government bond with assured returns and better than any mutual funds however this turned out to incorrect based .
                                      3) Since our intention is to just park this temporarily so that we could pre close part of our home loan, we asked about the time frame and she told that the amount can be withdrawn anytime after one year
                                      4) Since this seems to be a better option than a FD, we opted for this plan and the documents reached my home. When read, the document stated that this is a yearly plan and I have to invest 200, 000 every year for 7 years ie., 14 lakhs
                                      5) Since this was not what we discussed, I reached out to Ms. Mercy and told that I will never have any additional money to invest in this policy and that it is a short term arrangement
                                      6) Ms. Mercy reiterated that it is good if we invest however since we don’t have funds, she asked us to ignore and just retain the initial amount and assured that we will get better benefits than mutual funds. When asked about the duration she again reiterated that we can take this out anytime however advised that it is better to stay invested for better returns
                                      7) Since the response was satisfactory, we moved on until I received an email from “[protected]@iciciprulife.com” on December 13th stating that the 200, 000 due in June 2018 would be auto debited from my bank account. This prompted the alarm bells and we decided to reach out to the ICICI prudential office directly instead of Ms. Mercy who had completely misled us

                                      Discussion at ICICI Prudential Office on 12/26:

                                      1) We reached out to the ICICI prudential office in Anna Nagar on December 26th afternoon to link the Aadhaar number and also to check the process of closing this policy since our intention was to invest this lump sum amount and not to pay further as we have a home loan to cater
                                      2) To our surprise the employee at ICIC Prudential office told us that we have an option not to pay and promptly got our approval to opt out of the ECS however told that the amount is locked and cannot be withdrawn until 5 years

                                      I have been trying to explain that the actual policy was not explained by the bank agent who sold this product since our intent is to stay invested for a year max however when I was asked to pay yearly premiums checked with Mercy who suggested to ignore this.
                                      If I have the funds to pay the yearly premium and have voluntarily chosen this policy why would I dispute after your email to pay premiums yearly? I would rather stay invested and reap the benefits.

                                      This is big time cheating and you need to seriously look at the business from banks to decipher if customers are being cheated.

                                      For those of you who are reading this, please stay away from this product unless you intend to invest for 7 years and moreover your money would be locked for 5 years and you can do nothing about this.

                                      Tried responding with the proof that I have thrice and they kept repeating the same response with no resolution in sight. Will keep trying and let you guys know if there is a positive response.
