Two times i pay through netbanking and my money is deducted but the payment is not completed, my transaction failed after the money is debited from my account and the payment couldn't be completed to the merchant.

My fund transfer
facility was blocked. I requested bank manager to enable it on
friday 26th june 2020. But, it was not enabled for till today.
And these bank manager and his employees are not co operating
and not at all responding to my frequent requests and calls or
messages. They are not telling the problem which they are facing
while enabling my fund transfer facility. I am suspecting some
mischief here.

I don't know how
these bank officials are giving their services to other clients
who are not educated enough to ask what they want.

needful.

    I have visited branch but no positive response given. I know ecs charges are charged due to my mistake but my salary is not credited at time therefore emi is bounced. So please give me this time the waiver of ecs charges it will not repeat in future. I am attaching my bank statement also.

      At IDBI BANK Sivakasi the staff are so irresponsible and they made me to wait for around two hours just to renew my gold loan. I was waiting in queue and when my turn came they made me wait and called the person who is close to the bank appraiser. This totally shows how lethargic and never worried or feared about customers as they are government staff.

        Hi,

        I have my loan account from nehru enclave, kalka ji, delhi 110019.
        Due covid 19 lock down, i submitted my pre paymnet checque to idbi bank greater noida, branch (Krishna apara block f, alpha ii) on 05june with details mentioned in form, i have photocopy of those form.

        Amount was deducted on 8th june & 9th june. But it is not updated my loan account.

        I also shared with detailed information to assetcare, replied to contact branch where cheque was summitted.

        Now i moved to pune.

        Please suggest how i can resolve the issue of communication between two branch of idbi bank.

            This is to ask you that i am ram kumar garg f/g master kanik kumar garg, i had purchased idbi flexibond2 on 24/01/1997 of inr 5, 500. My application number is m/0395646, registered folio number is fdd126783.

            I have tried calling idbi bank but i didn't get any response. It has been 24 years and a half and i want to know the exact status of my redemption value.

            Kindly help the needy in getting the money back.

                          Sir/madam, i have saving account in idbi bank ending with 5948 of tilak chowk branch, kalyan west, thane, maharashtra.
                          My saving account is since 2014 in your idbi bank and from past 2 years i have not maintained balance and i agree to cut the charges levied by bank of 118 rs. At early morning an amount was being credited into my account in my saving account rather as i needed it urgently due to lockdown but when the amount recieved in account after 2 mins i got msgs and my phone starts vibrating in msg tone. When i opened it, msg was being recieving of debit amount of rs 590 over 6 times and other charges too. My balance is now only 520/- rs. Seriously? I don't even recieved e-mail or home letter regarding bank has applied charges for my account. And in this touch lockdown i urgently need money and idbi debited all my money in this crisis. I believed so much in idbi that i use to refer others. What should i do now? Even i called customer care they are not attending ivr since 12 mins+ and ended by asking mobile number that they will call you and still haven't call has been recieved. I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible 🙏🏼 i need money on urgent requirement.

                            i am in receipt of your e-mail dated 17.1.2020 whereby IDBI have brought to my knowledge about the alleged fire accident that had purportedly taken place in the storage premises on 11.12.2017 in which my original documents were kept and all my original documents were lost in that fire accident.

                              Dear sir,
                              I made a transaction on 19 march for amazon with my debit card ending with 9159. This order is cancelled due to lockdown and my parsel return to amzon facility. They said my refund is initiated but not credited in my bank account. Order price is rs 1600 from that i make a transaction of 1510 rs from my debit card and 90 rs are deducted from amazon pay account. That 90 rs are refunded on 30 march but remaining 1510 are not credited in bank account plz sort out this.
