Hi,
I have my loan account from nehru enclave, kalka ji, delhi 110019.
Due covid 19 lock down, i submitted my pre paymnet checque to idbi bank greater noida, branch (Krishna apara block f, alpha ii) on 05june with details mentioned in form, i have photocopy of those form.
Amount was deducted on 8th june & 9th june. But it is not updated my loan account.
I also shared with detailed information to assetcare, replied to contact branch where cheque was summitted.
Now i moved to pune.
Please suggest how i can resolve the issue of communication between two branch of idbi bank.

Updated by Akumar1981 Discussed with Loan account manager, He promised to resolve this issue.
Will wait for tomorrow.
