This is to inform you that on 07th june 2019 time 03.12 pm i had withdrawn amount of Rs.5000/- from the Dena bank Atm at loni, Indapur, but i didn't get the money and the amount had deducted from my account .Kindly consider this as my request and do the needful as early as possible.

I am not able to create my online net banking user id and password.. It is showing me an error named "invalid input data" i don't know why i am getting this kind of error i checked in all browsers and pc also then also i am getting the same kind of error.. Please take my complaint seriously it has been 2 months i am trying to resolve the matter even bank manager is unable to do any this. Resolve it quickly....

It has been 11 working days since my account has been debited for a transaction i made on swiggy. The date of the transaction was 18 may, 2018 and the refund has been completed from swiggy's end but i have not received the credit in my account. Furthermore, idbi has set me up on a cat and mouse chase and has made no efforts to resolve my issue as yet.

My online banking has blocked for no reason . I contacted customer service many times but they not able resolve . After long waiting for hours in call representative tells server problem at their banks, please call tommorrow. Now I fed up calling customer care and sending

Most respectfull sir: my mother archna sharma account no:[protected] /senior citizen unable to handle account in branch palwal-121102/ which transfered from home city hodal-121106/ so she was unable to opreate the account after transfer far, more she has not source of income to handle the account capabilities in further. So please here is humble request to close her account asap. Now she unable to handle this account far from the city....
