There are many problems from banking side with customers:
1) sometimes we tried to withdrawl payment then issue created by your system that amount deducted from our account but not dispached through machines outside, and a customer waits for 15 days of that amount which one is credited back to our account, but simply this is not the customer problems it is your banking machine problem, so why suffer your customer 15days for that amount,
2) sometimes your banking staff not attending the customer after 4 pm working hours,, (Not for money withdrwal of diposit as well as not for passbook works. Is it ok to satisfied a cutomer according to you sir, please take action against it due to which your customer not suffers from these problems.

    I withdraw cash by my idbi atm from sbi atm of rs 10000. But i received 8500 only. Transection date 22/06/19. I submitted my complaint in same date but no reverse till today 08/07/19. I contract to idbi customer care so many times in this period but no resolution from bank end this is too bad for all idbi customer's

      Dear sir,
      I would like to inform you that i made a transaction with my idbi visa debit card ending in 6361 on amazon.in on 16th june 2019 for an amount of rs 799 which was cancelled and refund processed by amazon on 21st june 2019 for rs 799 with refund reference number:[protected].
      Customer id: 5441047
      Taking into consideration normal working days it should have credited into my account statement couple of days back itself which isn't the case till date, so i request you to "file a charge dispute" with "refund reference number:[protected] also provide a reference number for the charge dispute filed.
      According to your banking policies it should have credited in 10 business at max. But its more than 20 days now and the amount isn't credited till date as of 8th july 2019.
      Request you to kindly resolve the matter and credit the amount back into my account at the earliest.

          As i approached your employee with name sailendra of the branch for a small enquiry on behalf of my father since we had been waiting since morning at the showroom for the loan amount transfer, he was instantly rude with me. I am accounts officer with commercial taxes division (Hq), gangtok. The behaviour of his was very unprofessional. I am going to suggest everyone i know, not to open any account with the said branch and bank. Unprofessional people can ruin not just the day of the customers but also the reputation of the bank.

To recieve rs. 6500 but my transaction was failed and i didn't receive the money from the above mentioned atm... But i received a message from idbi bank that i debited rs.6500. So please kindly look into my problem and address my issue regarding it.

              Dear sir,
              My name is vinit saxena s/o shri nand kishor saxena live at govindpuri haridwar.
              Dated 24/03/2019 i went to your idbi bank branch ranipur haridwar (Near city hospital), from where i wanted to withdraw 1 lakh 30 thousand rs. Through cheque. There i submitted my cheque to a girl pallavi chauhan (Cashier) sat on cashier counter and she gave 1 lakh rs. To me from the claimed amount. She pleaded with me for those 30, 000/-rs.in first she gave me notes of 100's and when i counted these then they were only 1 lakh rs. After that when i told her then all 100's notes taken by her back and given bigger notes rather than it. She was trying to ensnare me and not ready to give my 30, 000/-rs. When i did protest to all of this then assistant manager of that branch came there. I had recorded all this incident. The assistant manager did'nt take any action on this matter and she had not told her at least once time that why are you not giving the customer withdrawl money and she told me back that i should stop to record this.
              Dear sir your branch contains my and mine family 7-8 a/c's in which transaction of money goes well. After this incident i told to ms. Pallavi chauhan that your bank holds more than mine 7-8 a/c's, so she started to talk very rudely and said close your all a/c from our bank, our bank is not stand on your a/c's.
              Dear sir/madam i felt so ashamed front of those individuals who were available there.
              Sir/madam this type of behavior with their customer is not good for your's bank repo/image.
              I am thinking to close my all a/c which are in continuation.
              So it's my humble request that please close my all a/c from your bank, i don't want relate with your bank. And dismiss that girl pallavi chauhan from your bank's job otherwise i will go on court against your bank and that girl pallavi chauhan to misbehave with me and to paunch my money.
              So take appropriate action on this incident as soon as possible.

                मी संध्याकाळी ६.१० गेलो तेव्हा आपली बँक बंद झालेली होती.आपण असे खोटे बोलून ग्राहक सेवा करता का? का आपण ग्राहकास नवीन पद्धतीने त्रास देण्यास सुरवात केली आहे हे समजणे गरजेचे आहे तरी एक खोटी आशा बाळगतो कि आपण योग्य ती कार्यवाही कराल

                    I was filling my gst 3b reurn and created challan and proceeded to make payment through net banking. After entering transaction id there was no response and hangup. I again entered into gst login and again reached to transaction level same thing repeated and could not rach to denial or confirmation. Third time i again went through same process and this time reached upto confirmation.in this duration i received only message for last transaction only. After some time when i wanted to make another payment than only i came to know that 3 times rs 62886 have been deducted. I immediately called my home branch and after discussion i submitted all details through mail with request to take immediate action. I was informed that concerned person has been advised and 2 transactions will be reverted. I was socked to know that on 24.06.2019 all three transactions have been confirmed in my gst ledger.                       Sequence of event:
                      Used atm to withdraw inr2500
                      Entered the pin and machine made lots of noices of counting money etc. But the cash dipencer did not open at all
                      I waited in that atm for 5 mins to check if cash will dispense but nothing happened.
                      There was no guard in the atm premises
                      I came outside the atm and called citibank
                      They provisionally credited back the amount inr 2500 subject to investigation
                      Received a call from citibank approx after a week or so that in investogation idbi bank has presented their machin's reading and it says that the cash was dipensed.
                      I mentioned to citibank customer care represntative to ask for the cctv footage as no cash was dispensed. I also asled them to check for log of maitennace of the atm as it was not working so somebody must have gone to make it functional again. Representative said that per sebi bank can refuse to provide the cctv footage, they do not obligate for the same but still he will try.
                      After that i got this email that the investigation shows cash was dispensed and as a prrof they provided this electron generated
                      Amout was debited again from my bank account with 2500 and i dint receive my cash back.

                              error in creating login id and password of net banking

                              I am not able to create my online net banking user id and password.. It is showing me an error named "invalid input data" i don't know why i am getting this kind of error i checked in all browsers and pc also then also i am getting the same kind of error.. Please take my complaint seriously it has been 2 months i am trying to resolve the matter even bank manager is unable to do any this. Resolve it quickly....

                              It has been 11 working days since my account has been debited for a transaction i made on swiggy. The date of the transaction was 18 may, 2018 and the refund has been completed from swiggy's end but i have not received the credit in my account. Furthermore, idbi has set me up on a cat and mouse chase and has made no efforts to resolve my issue as yet.

                                My online banking has blocked for no reason . I contacted customer service many times but they not able resolve .                                 Sir, I am s k Gautam, on dated may 31, 2019 I made withdraw Rs 10000 from IDBI ATM civil line mirzapur but I have not received money and same amount has been deducted from my sbi saving account [protected] and didn't get any msg on mobile. Kindly as early as possible same amount may please be credited in my sbi account.
                                Hi I’m unable to swipe my visa debit card at the restaurant and other shopping places. While swiping the error comes which says’ chip error’. How can this problem be resolved? Do I need to change my card and what is the procedure for this?

                                      I have saving account with kotak bank. On november 07 2018, i erroneously transferred rs. 6, 500 vide reference number[protected] and imps number[protected]. I have made an error and wrote 071 instead of 017 in beginning of the account number. However name of beneficiary ifsc code branch details were correctly mentioned.

                                      I have submitted a written request with operations head kotak mahindra bank fort branch on november 09, 2018. Further they have sent mails from november 12, 2018 to idbi and on november 26, 2018 to bankura branch and i personally spoke to mr. Tamal from this branch. However there is no sort of cooperation from any of the branches. Branches say ho can refund but we as outsiders cannot contact ho and bankura branch has extremely unprofessional and non cooperative behavior. Request for refund as its been 196 days of intimating the bank and there is no progress in the matter request you to refund rs. 6, 500 and mail me the contact details of the concerned person.

                                      I have spoken over call to call center mulund west branch cuffe parade branch and bankura branch and its surprising that still i am told contact ho where there is no way to contact ho and branch by itself is not taking any initiative to refund the money. Further mr tamal has strictly told that he cannot help in the matter.


                                      Kindly look into the matter and refund my money at earliest.

                                      - my teletalk with idbi branch managers of mulund, cuffe parade branch,
                                      Bankura branch;
                                      - my teletalk to idbi customer care end number of times;
                                      - updating complaint on your portal;
                                      - my mail on fri, nov 30, 2018 at 1:26 pm,
                                      - visit to cuffe parade branch on november 12, 2018,
                                      - mail on : dec 11, 2018, 4:37 pm,
                                      - dec 26, 2018, 10:41 am;
                                      - subsequent visit by my parents / acquaintances to idbi branch, belapur

                                      Its been more than 196 days.
                                      Request you to refund the money.
                                      IDBI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
