1) no full statement description
2) i have 1 current and saving account with same mobile number can’t add account in any upi app other bank allow to add
3) no otp for any transaction
4) if double clicked automatically gets logged out

Some features are very good but these are main as per me

Hello I am Anil from Delhi, and have been using IDBI net banking service which has really several problems.
Nor knowing where to submit my suggestion I came to this page.

The IDBI feedback page after one logs out of net banking is really a cruel joke on the hapless customers. In order to submit your rating, one MUST love one of the 3 features else one is not allowed to 'Submit'. Isn't it funny??
Next is there is no provision to put in your comment or suggestion- it only shows IDBI cares two hoots for the customer and its really insulting to the customer. IDBI is solely bothered to collect statistics only,

Next is the virtual keypad key alphabets and numerals are so small in size its really very difficult to correctly read the letter which if one is not really accurate has the chance of locking the password for no fault of the customer- there is ample provision to increase the font size of the keys within the keyboard size but it appears it is deliberately designed to be a miniature in size without any benefit.

Although on IDBI and most bank sites this problem exists, its worst in SBI !

I hope IDBI and other banks would solve this problem.

    I am syed wajid residence of tadban hyderabad. I have an account in idbi bank. Shah ali banda hydereabd my account no [protected]. I have withdraw amount of 3000 inr from sbi atm near tadban zoological park. On 6th of feb at 11.30pm. But i did not get cash. Balance was deduct from my account. I am suffering the issue since 50 days. I spoke with the idbi bank manager he is not responding. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

The person of clearing in-charge returned my instrument just because wrong account number, however i have mentioned account number and phone number at back side of cheque also i filled deposite slip with cheque.

            Sir.. Myself mohammed muqtar qureshi residential address misrigunj charminar hyderabad.. Would like to tell you that in our locality charminar.. Bahadurpura.. And chandrayangutta mandal i. E., @hyderabad telengana.. There is no *cash deposit machine*.. When ever i'm visiting the bank i used to stand in a queue for longer period... If i ask for feedback form to complain about it they will give me plain paper to complain it @charminar idbi bank..

            So i request you to take serious action in your bank service of charminar mandal and cooperation with customers.. And i complain regarding *cash deposit machine* outside the bank due to deposit of cash anytime.. Night time or day time... Hope there will be an action on it...

                  This is the very first time i was handling my idbi bank account in past 3-4 years.
                  I am having a very bad and frustrating experience with the bank.

                  On 5-6 feb'19 : i have visited the nearest branch in bangalore.
                  Address of branch visited : no 2341, ground floor, 17th cross, 24th main, hsr layout, sector -1, bengaluru, karnataka 560102.

                  I have filled the form needed for a debit card issue along with internet banking and mobile banking services. I have waited for a week but no message or call on the status update for the same.

                  On15th feb'19 complaint id : 882/25501319 and 882/25501421
                  I have called the customer care to get the status and got to know that the debit card request has not at all processed yet even after 10 days.
                  Support person updated me to visit the branch again if possible and meanwhile the complaint is raised and the complaint team will contact me.
                  As usual the support team and complaint team ignored the complaint and no one contacted me even after waiting for 2-3 days.

                  On 22nd feb'19 : again i visited the the same hsr idbi branch, and got to know the debit card issue application has been lost from them and thy were still searching for the application.
                  This is insane, the application form itself was lost, i haven't seen these types of irresponsible behaviour from any of the other banks, i am still thinking, why i have decided to open an account in idbi bank.
                  I have filled the form again with all the details and waited for the status.
                  But everything was in vain, no one contacted me.

                  On 24th feb'19 : 882/25599712 i have called the support team and got to know that the debit card issue request is still not processed, where i lost my patience and immediately asked the support person to involve the branch manager and he assured me that he will take care of the status updates and things will be taken care.
                  I waited as manager has committed and he will have the sense o[censored]rgency but i was wrong even he ignored it and didn't provide me any update.

                  Lastly, i called on 27th feb'19 and got to know that my debit card has been dispatched.
                  And the support person told me to wait for 6-7 working days, i will receive my debit card on my communication address.

                  Here, is again i have to struggle because the type of the vendor you guys are having i. E. Professional couriers are awful, just having a name professional doesn't make them professional.
                  I never had the worst experience with the support and customer teams but here in this courier partner of yours, are the worst.

                  No one called and contacted me, and when i am calling to check the status of the courier after 7-8 days of dispatch from bank.
                  Courier support team is purposely dropping the phone and switching it off.
                  Updated the status address not available and courier was returned without even trying to contact me.
                  Worst part is the courier support team member (Lady) from bangalore picked up the phone and when trying to ask why my courier is returned without contacting me she challenged me that we can't do anything here do whatever you want to do and dropped the call.

                  On11th mar'19 : i have called the idbi bank customer services, it landed to hyderabad phone banking idbi branch someone picked up the call and when i was telling her about the courier issue, she was like i can only raise the complaint and the complaint team will take care.
                  And in behind she was laughing and making fun of my frustration.
                  Finally, she raised the complaint and asked me to wait for 2 days the complaint department will look into it. But how thing are moving i don't think there is anyone in the idbi bank who is wiling to provide the proper services and resolutions to their customers.
                  Latest complaint id: 882/25599712.

                  Piece of advice : please remove the tag "bank aise dost jaisa"
                  I don't think you guys are serious about your customers. From support people to manager all are like we are working in a bank, sorry for the inconvenience and that's how the customers are empathised.
                  Secondly, the vendor you have chosen for partnership is like hell.
                  I don't want to bad mouth myself, but the way i have been given assistance, i have decided one thing for sure.

                  Never ever, i will go for idbi bank in my whole life.

                    This is to inform that i soumen guchait an account holder in idbi bank account no.[protected] is literally harrashed from this bank i have open my account 3 yrs ago and i have never used this account for transaction and even forget about this account now i want to close this account because my every lpg gas subsidy amount is deducting from this so i went in the branch and the branch staff is saying that i have to pay approx rs 10000 in order to close this amount and even they are enable to tell the exact amount and not capable of giving the full statement. And i am not capable of giving those amount in order to close this account.. I am a job based person with no savings at all...
                    So please help me in closing this account because bank staff i think is not capable in doing this even branch head way of talking is very much poor don't know how you select your staff in order to give customer service... Very unsatisfied with idbi bank.. Waiting for your prior response..

                      I am writing to inform you about the unjustified charges of more than 5000 rupees imposed on us by idbi bank ltd.in name of minimum balance charges even when at time of opening the account we agreed to a zero balance account only. Now there only excuse is that they had some policy changes in august 2015 and had notified about the same but i was not even in the country at that time and was never even aware of the same since i was under impression i had a zero balance account only and moreover these charges are completely unjustified since we never agreed about the same. I have made numerous complaints to idbi bank but they are not even listening to my problem and repeating their words only. I request you to please help me to waive off these ridiculous charges and to close my account with idbi bank, permanently.

                            IDBI Bank Jhargram Branch tries to recover home loan EMI from my IDBI savings account ( as per standing instructions) and NACH transaction through my SBI Account ( This recovery is illegal as it should be discontinued.) .As recovery through NACH transaction failed, I had to suffer a penalty of Rs 1180. This has also happened in past but after verbal assurance, I overlooked. This has been communicated to Branch Manager and Asset manager through email on 16th Feb 2019, but they have not taken any action yet.

                            So far Bank has failed to protect my financial interests. Also I do not have any Passbook, cheque book or manner to check on what grounds Bank has charged me deduction of different amounts in the name of home loan repayment. This clearly appears to me that Bank fails to protect my financial interests and as I result I will have to stop further repayment of EMIs until Bank responsibly sorts this out.

                              I purchased a product from amazon which was latter returned back amounting to rs 2999/- two thousand nine hundread nity nine. According to amazon customer care the same amount was refunded to me on 24 jan 2019 through imps

                              Customer id no 76476923. You are requested to look into this matter and take required action. As iam tired of mailing and requesting to bank regarding this matter. Amazon has clearly said that given imps reference no is generated by bank only after the transaction is successfully done. I request you to look into the matter so that ican get my hard earned money back.

I did complaint in idbi care he told me amount withdrawal done at gurgaon atm so he blocked my card and told complain in your local police and visit your branch with complain copy. Please help me i am in trouble. Its my salary account and i am living in greater noida and i am in emergency my father both kidny is not working. So please help me.

The transaction password is entered wrong for three times, and error is occurred that " user is already disabled for transaction' i given request in home branch. But error occurred again user is disabled for transaction, please reactivate the transaction password....

                                  Yes this is 3rd time that i am doing a transaction and the transaction failed ant the amount was actually deducted from my saving account.
                                  The transaction was done from citi bank atm located in gcorp it park on 13th feb 2018. The atm said the transaction is not possible and you need to contact the citi bank for this and the cash was not dispensed but the amount was deducted from my saving account of idbi.
                                  The amount was supposed to be refunded in my account within 4 to 5 days but the amount have not yet refunded in my account yet. Please consider this request

                                    i have over paid Rs 8/- to my account no 191675100003179. my customer id is 3133951. please return the said amount to my bank of baroda account no 26020100000210 of Dr. RMLH branch, IFSC code BARB0DEL, Also send NOC for future use and oblize.

                                      I am requesting concern person or dedicate team to look after my issues, as this is my hard working money which is debited from my bank account (Idbi bank) today after noon, in fact i dont use the account from past 2 years, today i was suppose to transfer payment to my personal account (Idbi bank) but by mistake i have transferred to old idbi current account in just few mins i got message that my rs.6291 debited from account, so i am requesting any one to solve the issues and i request you to refund my money, as it my hard working money please.

                                      I am not using current account since many months, even i dont have any details of it, nor i got any messages from bank nor i got any email from bank about any charges, but today when i mistakenly transferred to bank, bank people debited the amount,

                                      I want your help to solve my issues, if you want i can share you many details you want please.

                                      IDBI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I am really surprised to see, i never get any msgs or emails from IDBI Bank for any charges, suddenly i got msg from bank that amount is debited, i am not happy with this bank system, they have debited Rs.6500 hard working money, I am requesting ConsumerComplaints management to sort out this issues, as they have taken my hard working money and finally they will give big stories, i know this bank people very well, please help me to get this amount back, i will be really appreciated for this.
