Money is deducted from my account while using the paytm account.. But my order placed on paytm is failed... After complaint at paytm service centre they give reply that paytm didn't get money from bank account.. They have checked and found that paytm has not received amount against this order and there is no confirmation from bank yet.in case you have done transaction through net banking or credit/debit card, the deducted amount will be automatically refunded to your source account by the bank. This process is governed by the bank itself.

    Dear sir/mam,

    I am your customer from last 10 years. I have a bank account for 10 years but i am fully dissatisfied from your`services.

    I used to pick petrol from the petrol pump in chandigarh's sector 28 on 07 may 2018 at 9:35 am then after that i paid with my idbi debit card. When the man first told me the card is declined after swiping the cardthen he swiped the card again & the card is swipped this time. After some time the message came to my phone ([protected]) that my money has been deducted twice from my account. Then i asked the petrol pump person that my money was deducted twice so they refuse to believe then i told them to show me your statement & he removed me his full statement from which my card was swiped.
    I saw my card number, so the payment was only showing once then i asked for the statement slip & they give me that slip. Then i called on toll free number on my atm card, some girl picked up the phone and said that we can not help you, you have to go to the bank. After that i went to the bank & the girl said that you call on toll free, your problem has been solved, then i called the toll free number again and another girl raised the phone, i also told them to registor of my complaint but she also refused. I told them to tell me that my payment has not gone to sukhna petrol pump sector 28 chandigarh. The answer came from them that we could not find & said that you wait 24 hours and tell you after that, if not, then go to the bank.
    Then i waited 24 hours and no answer came from them. I called toll free after two days and my phone was picked up by prashant & saying that we do not have any information about it. So, i want to know what the customer care is for if they do not have any information. And also said wait for next 10 days. Always pick up the call saying we do not help you in this with bad attitude. I want to know is that my money with the bank or with the merchant. A big issue is this, the merchant will never accept that money is with him. If the bank has it, then there is no problem because it will come back automatically and customer care says we will not be able to assist you and also say we will not file a complaint. After ten days, why would merchant say that he has money???
    Please help me to get the right advice & such answers from customer care started coming, we do not know anything. I should be helped by the end and quickly tell me what happened about my complaint.

      On 5th may 2018 i had deposited a cheque for rs.40000 into my own account in icici bank. And then idbi sents me sms and mail to say that my account has been debited with rs.40000 through that cheque to pay one d mahalakshmi.

      I am 78 year old, with limited resources. I panicked, my bp went up, lost my sleep and my family life. Idbi says now that it is due to human error.
      Given that the bank md himself is alleged to have been involved in a loan scandal, i was scared that there was a fraud taking place on my account. If you have an account in idbi be prepared for shocks

        Please understand that i have not received any official letter or the e-mail from the idbi bank, koramangala branch prior to charges incurred, the following preferred account was zero balance for many years, prior to closing the fd's hence the idbi bank, koramangala branch should notify customer via official mode of communication letter or e-mail. It was not done in this case hence i do not authorize any charges by idbi bank, koramangala branch, hence i request you to wave off any charges incurred due to non maintenance of the preferred account and convert the account to sabka basic savings account effective immediately. If you cannot wave the charges incurred please escalate to the complaint to the next level, banking complaints escalations tier ii to shri r. Prakash, general manager & gro. Or tier iii shri n. Krishnan chief grievance redressal officer (Cgro)

        Note: please note that i have spoken to the bank manager with no solution from his end, i had clearly requested to wave the charges incurred and convert the following account to zero balance account sabka basic savings account, however he's reluctant to retain the customer and unwilling to help in resolving the issue. Please resolve the following issue asap, if not i will need to take this up in the consumer court.

        Hi Sir/Ma'am I am getting this error "[15079] The User is Already Disabled For transaction" even i give correct ID and transaction password. I have written 3 times wrong password after that i have generated my my new password.but still it gives this error please give me any suggestion . Thanks!

          Reference:. 1. Our saving bank account number [protected] in idbi bank, station road branch akola 444001.
          2. Our scss account number 511scss 000001, 2, 3 and 4.
          3. With reference to above we requested the bank to refund tds deducted from our 4th quarter interest payable on 31 march but paid on 3 april 2018 for year ending on 31 march 2018 despite submission of form 15h. We have received scss interest for first 3 quarters without tds. Please resolve the problem and reverse tds amount in our account.

              Why the net banking facility is with drawn from irctc ticket booking. Today only the bank has deducted rs 30 for irctc ticket booked a month before.
              What is going on with the government. They allow to pay with other bank gateway or like paytm & other e-wellet. Or if irctc is not added than if they private sector e-wallet (Paytm, mobikwik, airtel or many) than why not idbi bank.
              Is the governement aim is to privatise all.

                Sir /madam,
                I had issued a cheque of sbi to a party who was holding account an account in your bank at kanhangad branch, when the party went to bank and asked y the cheque was not cleared the employee in your bank said that there was no cash in my account, the cheque came to my account for clearing only today, how was the employee of your bank said there was no cash in my account.

                The actual problem was your employees had not presented the cheque and they are giving false information to the customers which is affecting our integrity.

                  On[protected].i swiped my card two times for making an payment at Vishal Mega Mart-Firozabad (UP).both the time Amount was Deducted one time reverse amount came to my account but second time still not received yet But merchant Refused that we don't receive any payment they ask me to Contact Your Bank.I do so For 15 Days Customer care guys make me fool to wait for 7 working days it will auto reverted after that i called him again now they ask me to drop a mail and put all these things Again i do so, Auto revert mail was come and ask me to wait for 15 days for the same again its almost 17 days
                  No response from their side again i put a mail for the same but no reply

                  They Can give Loan To bank Croup ts but my hard work money is useless to them

                  This platform is my last hope to get my money,

                      IDBI Bank debited Rs. 600 from my savings account with description - HL Property Inspection Charge. I hold home loan account with IDBI but I'm clueless why this has been charged. No one has visited my premises for inspection. Also, there was no intimation and receipt of this charges. I was checking my bank statement and found this charge. Otherwise, I wouldn't have come to know about this charge. They are simply looting retail customers. I am holding this account for 9 years but there were no such charges previously. Could you please get this redressed? Thank you

                      I wrote the Banking Ombusman in the month of Dec. 2017 and finally in the month of July 2018, I got a call from IDBI bank and they assured me of reversing the charge.

                      Please write the Banking Ombusman and get your querty resolved.

                      I have also been following up on the illegal property inspection charges levied on my account. Please look at the below trail mail that I have been following up since the past 4-5 months.

                      Can you stop sending me standard reply saying it has been forwarded to higher authorities? I want the refund of all the property charges levied on my account asap.
                      Following are the charges levied on my account (A/C no.: [protected]):
                      HL Property inspection charges 30th December 2017 Rs. 600
                      HL Property inspection charges 31st December 2017 Rs. 1180
                      Apart from these charges, GST of Rs54, Rs54, Rs 106 and Rs 106 respectively has been debited from the account.
                      When I visited your branch in September 2018 you told me that as per the new policy of IDBI bank you will be charging every account with property inspection charges every 3 years.
                      Nobody visited my property for any inspection and if you are inspecting the property for your own documentation, why are you charging the customer for the same? We never asked for it.
                      We will not let you cheat the customers like this. I want the refund of all the property charges levied on my account in December 2017 as soon as possible.
                      I will be forced to forward my case to consumer court and banking Ombusman, if all the illegal property inspection charges(600+1180+54+54+106+106) totaling Rs 2100, are not refunded/reversed back into my savings account, within one week of the receipt of this email.
                      Also, find attached my bank statement showing the HL inspection charges.

                      This is not acceptable at all. You have already taken a lot of time in this issue. I had first visited your bank personally in September 2018 wherein you had clearly stated to me that this is erroneous debit and that it will be corrected on written complaint to which I sent an email on 8th October 2018, detailing the multiple charges in my account.
                      Since then, I had sent multiple follow up emails and now you are again saying that it will take time as you have to take permission from higher authorities.
                      When you yourself have said in the email below that the charges will be refunded as it was due to technical error, then why you are taking time on it.
                      I will have to report this matter to consumer court then and would also like to claim interest on the amount debited (which is bank’s fault) from the debit date i.e. 31st December 2017.

                      If a customer is charged interest or late payment fee on delay of EMIs, then why customers cannot claim interest on amount debited by the bank.

                      I would like to have the refund as soon as possible.

                      we have taken a note of that system has debited Rs.1180 + gst got debited on 31.12.2017 and Rs.600 + gst got debited on 30.12.2017.

                      we will sure revert with positive revert with regard to refund of excess / multiple times property inspection charges levied erroneously due to technical issue. however it will take some time as we need to take consent from the higher authorities.

                        I Aisha Javed Kazi, holding a saving bank account in IDBI bank of Kalina (Santacruz east) branch. My Account no. is [protected] and my Debit card no. is [protected].
                        On 23rd April, 2018, I got a call from number [protected] from an Individual (Kuldeep Sharma, Customer ID[protected], he said to me that he is an IDBI bank officer. He gave me my over all account details i.e My account nos., My Bank branch, My Debit card nos. My nominee details and My current Cash at bank. He said that because of some reason IDBI has blocked my debit card which is essential to be renewed. H e also asked me to share a OTP nos which he has generated to activate my debit card. After sharing an OTP nos with him, I have lost Rs.4500 from my account. Again he called me up and said new OTP has been generated which is essential to reverse an amount, in this way after sharing an OTP for second time I have lost my remaining Rs.800 also from my IDBI bank account.
                        How can any individual can have such an accurate details about an Account holder that how much Cast is at bank? Who is the Nominee? Debit Card details, etc.Unless some one form bank department provides same...
                        I have also lodge police complaint against this fraud on 23rd April, 2018 at Vakola Police station (santacruz east, Mumbai) I am attaching the same.

                          Dear sir/ ma'am,

                          This is mr. Gulabsab abdulsab sutar holding idbi current a/c (Sutar tours & travels), and i am having a vehicle loan a/c no.[protected] at vile parle m. G road branch.

                          So i have an issue with your bank, on 1st week of march' 2018 your people debited rs.7, 481/- approx from my current a/c without informing me neither via sms nor via letter. So when i went to the branch so they said that it was debited for "pradhan mantri mudra yojna", and i am your genuine customer who always paid my dues on time.

                          And i kept that money for the upcoming emi i. E on 15th of every month, also i complain in branch too, but there is no response yet.

                          So kindly take the strict & quick action at the earliest and i don't have money to pay this month emi, also i can't bear any bounce charges.

                            I have been trying to get more details from idbi bank on what they are doing under property inspection. These are the questions i have been asking idbi bank to provide answers to.

                            1. Did idbi bank conduct any site\property visits to assess various property risks?
                            2. Did idbi banl take any signature from the customer on the property inspection assessment report when your bank officials visited their property?
                            3. Did idbi bank visit my apartment building and go inside my apartment to inspect any risks to the property?
                            4. On what date and time did idbi bank complete my property inspection?
                            5. Is the customer responsible to pay for a bank induced transaction which they never asked for?
                            6. Did idbi bank notify their customers well in advance, that they will not provide any proof of statement and receipts for the money they take as property inspection charges?

                                Using iob atm card, i went to withdraw an amount of rs 10000 from idbi atm, cash not dispensed but debited from my account. Very poor atm machines by idbi always technical problem occurs. I want my money to be reverted back as soon as possible. Why banks are playing with people money. I'm an bank employee and i'm very much depressed of these atm. And customer care not at all responding to my calls, very poor experience on banking with idbi. Kindly revert my money back, won't bank with idbi never and ever just a kind advice to people who bank with idbi.

                                  I have not received my atm card, when i have been to the branch, they were saying that your card has been delivered and gave ems number for further tracking. Then i went to post office for further enquiry they were saying that we have not received your card yet. While tracking status of speed post item it was showing item has been delivered. Requesting you to please initiate a request to send atm card again...

                                  But i said we could not using account no one transaction duing in account.
                                  Please refund 17.70 rupees.
