Hello
I am getting[11021] error in input data
Message while giving the correct customer id and password for internet banking. Please help me to resolve this problem asap as i have checked on every browser like chrome, internet explorer, safari, firefox in different devices and every where i am getting the same error message

It's been 10 days i am getting this same error.. Called the customer care but they are saying wait for 1 day but its already 10 days i am getting the same error repeatedly.. Please resolve this issue asap

      I was placing a order on myntra on 1st november through phonepe wallet on myntra and the remaining amount from my bank account but the transaction failed and order was cancelled and the money got debited from my phonepe wallet on myntra. Myntra asked me to contact my bank as they have not received the money. My account no. Is [protected] in the name of sonalika ram and the registered email id is kituram.         Dear sir,
        Am small businessman person and successfully run the business but this time am in cress my company so am go idbi bank and ask the question how to get mudra loan.?? They person ask me firstly we don't give mubra loan and without mortgage we can't process.

        After that am ask him why should you not process mudra loan...?? Our indian prime minister give us facility for loan with out any mortgage...!!

        My question is that if you not able to give loan so why should you say we give the facility etc all or they banker give loan for rich person's..???

        We are indian's and we spend in their whole life and our family member also including freedom fighter but today we need help and no one their for us...

        Really very disappointing this is nor right for us..!! Indirect banker want money and we don't give

        This is the part of reason o[censored]nemployment if you not support for us so who in their doing well work.

          Resp. Sir/ madam,
          My late father has stated in his letter that he bought idbi bond certificate in his granddaughter's name which will fetch us rs 2 lakhs when my daughter turns 20 years (Now my daughter is 21 years) which are misplaced & we are unable to produce the certificates.
          I want to know what is the procedure to get the duplicate copies of the certificates.

                    I have a home loan with idbi bangalore bank.

                    I am trying convert my home loan into mclr mode.
                    They are charging rs10000 plus gst for conversion.
                    Is not it supposed to be free?

                    2 months back same has been done with rs 400 for my friend in same branch.

                    Also they have not informed regarding interest change details earlier so that i would have converted my loan earlier itself.

                    Can you please somebody address this.

Mrs. Meenu gupta, manager idbi bank, subhash nagar - branch, branch code: 000264, gurgaon, haryana have misbehaved and yelled at me in front of everyone in bank. There are few other complaint against her as she misbehave with everyone.

                          My indane gas subsidies were received with my linked bank account idbi still may 2017. After that nothing has been credited. Last 3 subsidies are due to receive. Indane customer status shows idbi bank link is not active. Aadhar nbr is already linked iwth the bank. Inda ecustomer number is cx2676862, aadhar number is[protected]. I believe the problem with npcii server link with idbi updates. Could you pls rectify

                            Hi respected officials,

                            Greetings of the day!!!

                            Plz find that i booked an irctc ticket (Pnr [protected]) on 20/4/17 with amount 6384.48/-. The amount was debited twice from my account. The second debit was credited into my account on 6/5/17.
                            I cancelled the ticket (Pnr [protected]) against which the amount 6060/- was credited into my account on 6/5/17. Till here the account is clear.

                            Again, i booked an irctc ticket (Pnr [protected]) on 22/4/17 with the amount 6092.96/-. The ticket got cancelled on 30/5/17. According to irctc, they have refunded the amount 5745/- after deducting their charges on 2/6/17, but the idbi says that they haven't received any said amount. Plz find the screenshot of the mail send by irctc.

                            Idbi employes not solving customers problems. not giving respect to custmers and problem is idbi app not working in my mobile and bank employee said its not my problem its IT SOFTWARE problem. all employees are giving same answer and its also free time .

                                Hi Sir,
                                My name is P Joseph Kiran s/o P Maraiah, R/o Hyderabad, would bring to you notice that, I have made lot many complaints in banking ombudsman in the year 2010 regarding the fraud happed in IDBI bank colluding with the builder. At that time BO has not taken any interest nor taken any action. I have filed a criminal complaint on the Bank and on the builder who sold the property in collusion with the bank bearing FIR No 64/2010 in which bank and builder has accepted all their guilt and charge sheet is filed on them with CC no 308/2017. In this police investigation IDBI has submitted their internal investigation report to the police, in which they have accepted their fault and lapses.

                                Actual Facts
                                Trusting IDBI bank and depending on the bank legal verification and valuation, I have purchased one flat in Hyderabad in the year 2009 November. But after 6 months I came to know that the flat owner (fake owner) and the builder (fake builder) in collusion with bank have sold the property to me by impersonating bogus owner. I have filed a criminal case against the bank and owners/builders in the year 2010 March. In the due course of the criminal case investigation done by the police now in 2017, bank has accepted and given in writing that there was a lapse in the legal verification, Technical verification and in valuation report given by the concerned bank panel. All the guilt acceptance of the bank in writing has submitted in the charge sheet filed in the criminal case.

                                Prior to purchasing of this 2009 year new flat, I have purchased one Independent house in the year 2005 in the same bank by following the same procedure, and I have been paying EMI for 2005 old house regularly.

                                In 2009 November, after this fake incident done by the bank in collusion with builder, bank started sending me SARFAESI notices for both the properties which I purchased in 2005(old property and paying EMI regularly) and 2009 (fake property, for which I stopped EMI), In counter, I have filed DRT case 246/2010 saying that I have been paying the EMI for 2005 property regularly, where in the new property which I purchased in 2009, for that I stopped paying EMI saying that it is a fake property, at that time DRT has given me stay on both the properties and asked me to pay 5L to the old property good property. But now after investigation in the criminal case, bank accepted the guilt and given the written statement all the lapses from the bank side in the charge sheet. But now after seeing this charge sheet, bank has sent me an OA notice only for good old property which I purchased in 2005.

                                Due to the above fake property in which bank involved, due to that property I have lost my job, lost money, peace, mental agony, I have to face lot many other cases, CIBIL record. These 7 years, I have to face other criminal cases, Police, CID investigation etc. It was my full time job roaming around the police stations, Courts etc till now. And still running around the cases and courts.

                                Now that bank and the builder have accepted and proved in writings. I have taken the Certified Copies from the court enclosed to this complaint. Please do justice for me and what are the possible ways that I can claim my damage lost job, lost money, lost peace, mental agony, case charges, roaming around the courts etc, totally I lost my complete life due to the bank negligence, there were few situations where in my family and myself were depressed and commit suicide.
                                The outstanding of my old property is around 12 lakhs only.

                                  idbi deep discount bond series 1-1992

                                  I had invested in one deep discount bond series 1 of 1992 series under regd folio no dd 00502152, certificate no 00600503, distinctive no[protected] with issue price rs 2700 and face value rs 100, 000 which is matured on 31st march 2017. I have sent an email and reminders to idbi nominated registrar (Einward. [protected]@karvy.com) but not getting any response.
                                  In the above circumstances, what is to be done & whom to be contacted for getting...

                                  Respected sir/ mam,

                                  I needed attested pan card copy and aadhar card copy for purpose of obtaining digital signature of my client. As digital signature authority (Sify) requires attested proof of pan card or aadhar card or voter id etc. From a banker/ gazzeted officer/ public notary. But, bank officials denied for the same. I requested them and shown the requirement details as available on the website of sify. But they said they will not attest anyhow.

                                  Date of incidence - 16.10.2017.

                                    I have linked my aadhaar[protected] with my bank account and my lpg distributor also. But according to ncpi (Aadhaar linking status in bank (As per npci : not submitted) not submitted. I have checked this multiple times with idbi bank and they have confirmed that aadhar number is updated in their records. So in effect i have linked aadhaar with my bank account, and its not updated from npci. Please help resolve this.

                                      मेरा सेलेरी अकाउंट IDBI bank की भीलवाड़ा ब्रांच में है। 03.10.2017 को सुबह 10.33 बजे गांधीनगर में लगे PNB के ATM पर केश निकालने गया था। खाते से 8000 रुपए डेबिट हो गए लेकिन मशीन से मुझे केश प्राप्त नहीं हुआ। मैं उसी दिन IDBI bank में शिकायत कर दी तब से मुझे लगातार चक्कर कटवाए जा रहै है। आज 12.10.2017 को भी दोपहर 12 बजे मै गया तो मुझे 21 .10.2017 को आने की कहा गया। इन दिनों में त्यौहार भी है और बहन की फीस भी जमा करानी है । मै परेशान हूं।
