Dear sir/ ma'am"

I would like to inform you that on dated 19/8/2017 i withdraw amount rs. 8000/- from the atm machine located brij vihar, sahibabad ghaziabad utter pradesh pin code 201010 but only 6500/- came out in the machine and total 8000/- dedicated from my account. After this incident urgently i call on bank helpline no. And explain the situation (Complaint no. 171/[protected] they told me that ur amount will refund in your account. When after couple of weeks i did not get my money back again register my complaint in helpline no. (Complaint no. 171/[protected] again they told me due to some technical problem we unable to refund your money and assured me with in one week they refund my money in my account. When after couple of weeks i did not get my money back again register my complaint (24/10/2017 in helpline no. (Complaint no. Not given) and told me contact near by idbi bank branch.

After one week i did not get my money back again register my complaint in idbi bank maharajpur sahibabad ghaziabad utter pradesh pin code 201010 dated 08/09/2017 (Complaint no. Id 108311 and[protected]. They also assured me with in one week they refund my money in my account.

Still i did not get my money back. I am very upset and disturbed. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible other wise i will take suitable and necessary legal action against to you.

    Mrs./miss shakhsi pro of the bank (Idbi bank rohtak) not doing proper her duty. When i am talking with her in between, she attend another client. When i told her to first solve my queries, but in vain and after asking them for closer form to close the account, she yust say to the peon to provide me a closer form again busy with the another client. Another thing that i am applying for issue me a debit card four years ago. But my request was not passe-on to the higher authority to issue me a debit card, today i again apply for issue me new debit card to me

      Dear sir,
      I would like to inform you that, very poor banking service at your idbi bank branch g 41 to g 50 sector alpha -2, gr. Noida, plot no. 3, krishna apra's park plaza block-f (Acb) uttar pradesh, district - gautam budh nagar pin 201308. I went for an replacement of my debit/atm card, because the previous got expired & close.

      I have been submitted written request, at the same branch for three times, details are given below :-

      1) 04.10.2017, 1st request
      2) 12.10.2017, 2nd request
      3) 23.10.2017, 3rd request
      4) 02.11.2017, 4th request

      My point is write to here is that, i was promised that the same would be dispatched to my residence through post, after 10 to12 working days of time. But till now i have not received the debit card nor the pin number. It’s very difficult for everyone to go to bank every now and then to withdraw money. I was informed by the staff that i will be getting the new debit card within 15 working days of time, it is almost 1 month 17 days from my first request! But i didn’t receive any thing. Still i am calling to customer care department (After every 5-6 day's) form last one month to get the current status of same, and there again i am facing problems giving all the details every time. And finally i called again to them, the person from costumer care department today informed me that we didn't get anything regarding your issue you please wait for another 2 more working day?

      I am very sad to say you guys being a good one's nationalized bank, you should not entertain such a rude with customer. Never trust idbi for this kind of careless behavior.

      Yes, its very poor service IDBI bank. I am not sure whether top management watching / reading this site. So much complaint on this site and still worst service happening all branches on IDBI.

      as a customer need to think and move to better banks
      My Debit card is blocked, when i doing online payment of recharge and its getting due to entry of wrong pin so, please unblock my debit card as soon as possible

        Hi sir/ma'am i am getting this error for customer id 3655064. "the user is already disabled for transaction" even i give correct id and transaction password. I have written 3 times wrong password after that i have generated my my new password. I have given my correct card details for generating new password but it gives the error input data still it gives this error please give me any suggestion. Thanks!

          I have taken one deep discount bond of 1992 series on my name with a issue price of rs.2700/- with a folio no. Dd01135569 and a certifacte no. Of 01388086, with a maturity value of rs.1, 00, 000 by 31st march, 2017. Please inform the status of the bond & payment as on date.
          In the above circumstances, what is to be done & whom to contact for getting our money back.

            I am getting[11021] error in input data
            Message while giving the correct customer id and password for internet banking. Please help me to resolve this problem asap as i have checked on every browser like chrome, internet explorer, safari, firefox in different devices and every where i am getting the same error message

            It's been 10 days i am getting this same error.. Called the customer care but they are saying wait for 1 day but its already 10 days i am getting the same error repeatedly.. Please resolve this issue asap

                I was placing a order on myntra on 1st november through phonepe wallet on myntra and the remaining amount from my bank account but the transaction failed and order was cancelled and the money got debited from my phonepe wallet on myntra.                   Am small businessman person and successfully run the business but this time am in cress my company so am go idbi bank and ask the question how to get mudra loan.?? They person ask me firstly we don't give mubra loan and without mortgage we can't process.

                  After that am ask him why should you not process mudra loan...?? Our indian prime minister give us facility for loan with out any mortgage...!!

                  My question is that if you not able to give loan so why should you say we give the facility etc all or they banker give loan for rich person's..???

                  We are indian's and we spend in their whole life and our family member also including freedom fighter but today we need help and no one their for us...

                  Really very disappointing this is nor right for us..!! Indirect banker want money and we don't give

                  This is the part of reason o[censored]nemployment if you not support for us so who in their doing well work.

                    Resp. Sir/ madam,
                    My late father has stated in his letter that he bought idbi bond certificate in his granddaughter's name which will fetch us rs 2 lakhs when my daughter turns 20 years (Now my daughter is 21 years) which are misplaced & we are unable to produce the certificates.
                    I want to know what is the procedure to get the duplicate copies of the certificates.

                              I have a home loan with idbi bangalore bank.

                              I am trying convert my home loan into mclr mode.
                              They are charging rs10000 plus gst for conversion.
                              Is not it supposed to be free?

                              2 months back same has been done with rs 400 for my friend in same branch.

                              Also they have not informed regarding interest change details earlier so that i would have converted my loan earlier itself.

                              Can you please somebody address this.

                                Sir i am vijay prakash singhal i have purchsed flexibonds which regd. Folio no. Is 22ifbd2364371 (Maturity date 25/08/2008), another regd. Folio no.21
                                Ifbd2364371 (Maturity date:20/10/2007) and regd. Folio no. 21ifb560383 (Maturity date is 20/10/2007) for which i have not received any amount on account of these flexi bonds. Mrs. Meenu gupta, manager idbi bank, subhash nagar - branch, branch code: 000264, gurgaon, haryana have misbehaved and yelled at me in front of everyone in bank. I have also filed a written complain and online complain on idbi portal wit ref number : web/[protected]. I have also taken the photo of the written complaint with bank stamp over it. There are few other complaint against her as she misbehave with everyone.

                                    My indane gas subsidies were received with my linked bank account idbi still may 2017. After that nothing has been credited. Last 3 subsidies are due to receive. Indane customer status shows idbi bank link is not active. Aadhar nbr is already linked iwth the bank. Inda ecustomer number is cx2676862, aadhar number is[protected]. I believe the problem with npcii server link with idbi updates. Could you pls rectify

                                      Hi respected officials,

                                      Greetings of the day!!!

                                      Plz find that i booked an irctc ticket (Pnr [protected]) on 20/4/17 with amount 6384.48/-. The amount was debited twice from my account. The second debit was credited into my account on 6/5/17.Â
                                      I cancelled the ticket (Pnr [protected]) against which the amount 6060/- was credited into my account on 6/5/17. Till here the account is clear.

                                      Again, i booked an irctc ticket (Pnr [protected]) on 22/4/17 with the amount 6092.96/-. The ticket got cancelled on 30/5/17. According to irctc, they have refunded the amount 5745/- after deducting their charges on 2/6/17, but the idbi says that they haven't received any said amount. Plz find the screenshot of the mail send by irctc.Â

                                      Idbi employes not solving customers problems. not giving respect to custmers and problem is idbi app not working in my mobile and bank employee said its not my problem its IT SOFTWARE problem. all employees are giving same answer and its also free time .
