    Respected sir / madam,

    This is to inform about the incident occurred today at gb road branch.

    Visited this branch today at 2.20pm for updating of pass book... Person was having lunch during working hours, no substitute person was available, on request staff disobeyed the senior branch staff & denied to update as other peoples were waiting.in such scenario why don't you officially declare 1.30-2.00 pm lunch time? So that we won't visit during the lunch time & also won't lose our patience. Book issued after argument for updating on pass book printing machine got over & on request, the person who had lunch before again asked to wait for 10 mins to issue a new book. Very disheartening approach from staff and their attitude towards customers.

    Hope to receive your reply & action at the earliest.

        I have done 3 imps transactions on 01/09/17. Three of them got canclled. The amout of the two transaction came back to my account but the third transaction amount of fourty thousand rupees didnt came to my account. My customer id is 90009064. The retrivel reference number of the third transaction is[protected]. I complaint to the bank about the issue but i didnt got any proper reply. Ineed to pay the college fee. Could you pkease solve the problem

              Dear sir /Ma'am
              I have submit a request regarding to the reduction of the Interest rate on 07/07/2017.But till date no response I used to go there but they said wait, it's approx 2 months how much I wait. I go at the lajpat nagar branch office of idbi bank there is one lady she said u have to wait and do misbehave with me. If you are not able to accept my request which on reduction of interest rate then I have to change my bank for loan.

                Dear sir my money which transferd in my account from uae on 25th augest but till i did not get in my account. Idbi bank unnecessary using my money from eight days. Please try to deposit in mt home branch thane charai as soon as possible.in futur i will never use idbi bank for swift transfer.in western union money transfer can get within five minutes cash in india. Why the idbi bank take 10 days..

                    Last few days i visit idbi badnapur branch maharashtra the manager having # language talking and say out my bank... I want open an account having sabka basic saving account but he says there is no faciliaty available in branch. If you have 2050 rs so come in branch otherwise don't. So plz help me to teach such arrogant and foolish mangers to protect bank and customer. The name manager is sham kulkarni.
                    So plz convey and thing on complaint...

                    IDBI having facilities Zero balance account "SABKA BASIC SAVING ACCOUNT" but badnapur branch maharashtra manager have insufficient knowledge and he doesn't give me that scheme.. Saying paid 2000 re otherwise don't come in branch... So contact Main Branch Manager of idbi and get that information... And called that foolish manager who have nonsense talking and misbehaving with me... Badnapur branch(1948) Dist jalna Maharashtra

                      I hold the following bonds which have all matured on 2006 and yet to get a refund:

                      (1) idbi infrastructure bonds (Tax saving) (2002b) - 2 nos
                      (2) idbi infrastructure bonds (Tax saving) (2003c) - 6 nos
                      (3) idbi infrastructure bonds (Tax saving) (2004c) - 6 nos

                      Till date i am yet to get a refund on maturity also i do not have any correspondence from idbi on its status and i am pained by this delay

                        Since last one n half year i am fighting with ibdi tasgaon branch for opening fraud account on my name with one criminal person gavade.in short case is
                        1. On 26/12/12 ac opened on my name with account opening form etc... Bogus documents, bogus visit report by officers... There are n number of mistakes.
                        But on 26/12/12 i was at delhi in office n have plenty of solid proofs.
                        Bank officers not visited my house
                        Important documents given blindly against bogus authority letter which is verified in forensic lab by tasgaon police
                        2. Cheque book, atm card, pin number, pass book given to criminal person
                        3. On this account from march 2013 to june 2016 no single transaction from ac holder side so as per idbi n rbi rules account is in dormat so no activity to be carried out on this account unless n otherwise account holder came personally at bank n complete the kyc formalities.
                        But bank officers behave like king of this bank n this is their own property and made so much mistakes n fraud that computer also refuse to count it.
                        4. This is mistake of officers personally for using authority n power of position in bank for illegal n fraud purpose.

                        I have given open challenge to idbi bank management n officers to discuss this issue face to face but no response at all & started threatening me by sending notices by local lawyers.
                        What is problem to discuss face to face
                        Why no correct reply
                        How police find such big proofs of bogus activity done by them
                        Why they pressurizing me n threatening for court case by bank upto delhi they will fight. But where is bank mistake?.. It is personal miss use of own power for making fraud and blasted my life, my carrier, drained lacks of rupees since last 2 years but still this criminals are free n happy in life and myself visiting hospital for mental n depression treatment.

                        Can any one give me justice n life please.

                        I have submitted all proofs in bank with 100 of e mails n letters plenty of time from Tasgaon to HEAD office, MD & CEO. But no reply. Please inform bank in strict n hard message to reply and accept mistakes. I am unemployed due to this bank last two years...become bagger due to this fraud people's Mr. Godbole, Wadile, Jadhav, Vikas, Bindre. 100 of mails send to customer support cell of bank but they are in coma.

                        Even for RTI request filled with bank three months bank. Send reminders n reminders ZERO output from them.

                        I am not understanding bank behavior

                          Idbi bank officers and fraud true story.
                          How to make fool people and kicked them & make worst of worst life of that person who never ever know such nasty bank and terrific officers without brain. Very sensitive and true example of how much fraud & black money affect on their mind for few currency notes???
                          I am not blaming but want to expose their rude behavior and thrashed life of one family badly.

                          On 26/12/2012 idbi tasgaon bank opened one saving a/c on my name. However on that day i was at delhi for service/job.
                          1. Without my signature and presence as well as not a single original document they opened account. Account opening charges paid by gavade.
                          2. On 26/12 branch manager visited at my home and meet me, look my business, enquirer about my stay and business and given permission to open a/c : i am sorry to say that this idbi bank persons are shameless and legally thief's and making money such way.
                          3. Bank given all documents including cheque book, atm card, pin, pass book against clearly bogus letter where my name is wrong, signature is also bogus and handwriting of letter also 100% incorrect.
                          4. I have 100 points as proofs are available and submitted to management but these buggers also working like gandhari and supporting to criminal people. Idbi people are shameless persons.

                          I am giving open challenge to idbi brain masters and gang operators to call for 5-6 hour open round the table meeting under supervision of rbi persons. I will expose them in whole world and prove that how they operate such chain and cases.

                          If md, vp, directors, gm of idbi have open challenge on this issue. If anyone feel idbi is correct and have self esteem can send me details of meeting. See what happen in banking world. If any one have guts to face this cases pl. Call otherwise accept the fraud and ready to go in jail.

                          IDBI has not given single line reply n they can't give at all because they caught red hand with plenty of prrofs. I challenge to all world branches master stroke persons n think tanks of IDBI to came round the table n discuss only one hour max face 2 face n prove I am wrong !!! If u have brave heart declare the date n venue in this week OR give in writing your officers made big mistake and agree for compensation. Waiting your reply eagerly !!!

                              I have recharged my vodafone number [protected] with amount of ₹343 from official vodafone app on 19 august 2017 at 9:17 am from account 323383 and ifsc code ibkl0000072, court road branch, amritsar. The required amount got deducted from my idbi bank account but i havent got any recharge on my vodafone number. I was about to call urgent for my business issues. I got harassed. Kindly return my money or i am going to sue you. I am unable recharge again untill i get my money back.

                                Hello, i'm from odisha state, cuttack district and today when i gone to my nearest branch of my bank they denied to accept rs 10 coins, which i want to deposit in my account... Even i had tryed to replace coins to notes in other banks but they too denied to accept.. What shall i do now. Should i go to court and ask for an answer.. Or wait... I already have rs 10 coins of total money nearly 600 rupees.. Pls give me an answer..

                                    I, NALLA SRINIVAS RAO, am home loan holder vide a/c no [protected] and [protected], I have applied to revise home loan interest 2 months before I;e june `2017 of the said a/c No, as on date no reference /reflection has been received.
                                    Therefore, you are requested to take action immediately at your end and to intimate at the earliest otherwise move to other bank

                                    The amount was deducted from my bank account on 30 July while placing order on Amazon online shopping site but the order was not confirmed and Amazon.com didn't receive money from idbi bank. The amount deducted was Rs. 2977/- kindly refund the money at the earliest.
