I shopped in central on 1st jan 2017 for Rs. 6980.67 and the cashier swipped my card twice saying it failed first time. But when i came home and checked, the amount was deducted two times from my account. I even have bank statements to prove. It was both times credited to merchant but when i called the merchant he is saying amount will be credited back in 72 hours but its not one yet. He said its bank problem as the server is down. Please help as the amount is huge.

    I have ordered powerbank on flipkart on 20 Dec. 2016 with cost of: 999.00 same I cancelled that order. My IDBI Customer ID: 74260447 and Account no:000XXX4000XXX993.
    Also flipkart was refunded my money on same day 20 Dec. 2016 but till IDBI bank don't dispute the amount on account so kindly take in priority and refund the amount on asap.

    I have attached the flipkart refund reference mail for your kind reference.

      I'm writing you to complaint about Customer care executive abusing language with me. Today got call by IDBI Cust care on my number and when I'm upset and abuse him then disconnect call. Then after he called me with his personal number [protected] and abuse me and threat me and said send me your add then see who am I. He called from IDBI bank. I think he is from south India because of his language tone

      On 19 Dec 2016 two times i tried to pay for Paytm . Transaction I'd is S57710377. Paytm say's no cash received from bank bank says they paid to Paytm. I have bunch of mail from Paytm. So now I request you please do investigation from Bank side so that I can conclude. And demand my money from IDBIbank bank or Paytm. My contact no is [protected]

        When i try to add new third party beneficiary, after entering my Trans. Password it is saying as follows:

        how i clear this error!
        sir i have added one beneficiary and i sent some test money to that account. and that was succeed. I want to add more beneficiaries. so that am adding new beneficiary in my net bank login. but it is saying the above said error and addition could not succeed .
        please provide guidance

              Dear Sir,
              On 05th November 2016, I withdrew money from IDBI bank Atm, Reshimbagh area with Same IDBI bank Atm card but the money didn't come and got debited of Rs.5000/- from my account for which I haven't received the reversal yet. I have all the required evidences along with Customer Care Sound Proof & as well as footage from ATM area. But I haven't got any response from the banks & as wll as Customer care Dpt from my complaint no-1232/14075835 and no action has been taken still time. According to my knowledge the banks are liable to pay me compensation of Rs.100 per day as well under the RBI act (Reserve Bank of India (RBI), India's Central Bank, on 27th May 2011 issued revised guidelines for payment of compensation by issuing banks* to the customers for failing to credit the amount of failed ATM transactions within 7 working days of the receipt of complaint. Revised guidelines became effective from July 1, 2011 and are subject to conditions stipulated by RBI. RBI's Department of Payment and Settlement Systems issued these guidelines vide their circular number DPSS.PD.No.2632 / 02.10.002 /[protected] dated May 27, 2011 issued to The Chairmen and Managing Directors / Chief Executive Officers of All Scheduled Commercial Banks including RRBs, Urban Co-operative Banks, State Co-operative Banks, and District Central Co-operative Banks.)
              Ex- (i) The time limit for resolution of customer complaints by the issuing banks* shall stand reduced from 12 working days to 7 working days from the date of receipt of customer complaint. Accordingly, failure to recredit the customer’s account within 7 working days of receipt of the complaint shall entail payment of compensation to the customer @ Rs. 100/- per day by the issuing bank.
              (ii) Any customer is entitled to receive such compensation for delay, only if a claim is lodged with the issuing bank* within 30 days of the date of the transaction.

              Whatever be the case kindly look into the matter and take the necessary action and help me retrieve my money as soon as possible.

              This is with regards to the amount debited from my account, where as i did not receive any money from the atm.

              This is with regards to the 5, 000 rupees debited from my account.

              I used IDBI ATM card associated with A/C no:[protected] on 05/11/2016 to withdraw 5, 000/- from IDBI ATM located at Reshimbagh, Nagpur between 08.40 am to 08:45 AM. I withdrew 5, 000/- from ATM but the money didn't come and got debited of Rs.5, 000/- from my account & when I tried for the time it showed as Transaction Declined Message on ATM screen. I did the transaction there were no print slips coming from the ATM Machine.
              Please help me in getting my money back.

              It would be kind cooperation to rectify the error what happened in my account and please waiting for the promptness for what the problem is.

                My name is nitin kumar pandey from delhi. I have a account in idbi bank. The bank is charging too much monthly average balance charges due to non maintenence. I have requested in written to bank to change my mobile number in their records for online transactions but after giving two written applications they haven't done yet. After that i complained to related department through email but even they are not giving any responce. Please look in to this matter as early as possible because i am not able to make any online or mobile banking in these demontisation stage. Due to this i am in deep trouble.

                    I want to highlight the case point wise
                    1. On 26/12/12 one person mr. Vijay gavade open saving account without my knowledge at idbi bank tasgaon - sangli. On 26/12/12 i was at delhi & having proofs.
                    2. Gavade filled account opening form with bank persons full support & paid account opening charges of rs 2500. Slip was signed by gavade.
                    3. Account opening form information is 90% fake.
                    4. Branch manager visited my house on 26/12/12 & meet me, seen my business and get confirmed that myself staying on this address. However on 26/12/12 i was at delhi & family is at pune. He is totally bluffing & helping mr. Gavade.
                    5. Bank offer confirming that i have signed the aof in front of them also they seen my original document physically and put stamp and sign whereas myself at delhi with original documents. This is also cheating.
                    6. Mr. Gavade make bogus authority letter to obtain pin and pass book. On authority letter the signature is bogus and full name also wrong even though they bank given all documents to him.
                    7. Mr. Gavade withdraw the rs 2400 from sangli in march 2013 but now denying it.
                    8. On this account there is zero transaction from march 2013 to june 2016 from customer side. As per rbi and idbi rules account should be closed as no transaction in 3 years. But idbi kept this account alive.
                    9. Gavade got all the documents and to get money from me he deposit cheque of rs 5.12 lacks and get bounced and file case in court. When i got court letter to present in tasgaon i came to know this fraud.
                    This fraud is done by idbi person and gavade with planning. I register complaint against gavade but he get through as bank supported strongly. Even after my 100 request bank officers given wrong statement and release gavade.
                    During this prion i lost my due to money problem, regularly i have to visit tasgaon court so i have leave my best job where i earn salary package of 18 lacks. I forcefully leave this job due to bank persons and gavade. Now i am short of money so i can't fight in court. This is my last hope otherwise i have two choice 1) finish my life 2) finish responsible bank persons & gavade. I don't have any choice to give them punishment for my brothers death.

                    Waiting your feedback on top priority. Otherwise i have to follow my own de cession because i can't pay such 5-6 lacks amount without mistake. Bank people are 90% responsible even though i have not reported case against them & requested to help me to fight against gavade. But bank people given statements against me. Still may 2016 i don't know where is idbi bank.
                    Whoever is stick to true nobody help us.in this case i have decided to wait some time for proper justice and compensation otherwise the hard de cession to finish the case and finish everything so that no one become the victim of it.

                    THIS IDBI BANK IS GOVT BANK WE ALONE CAN'T FIGHT WITH THEM WHENEVER MAY BE MATTER. THEY ARE NOT SENSITIVE PEOPLE AND OPENLY GIVING WRONG INFORMATION IN WRITING AND WHEN WE SHOW THEM THEIR BANK OWN RULE THEY RESTRICT ME TO CONTACT THEM AND PROVIDING ANY INFORMATION FROM ANY BANK. WHAT IS GOING ON ? ARE WE STAYING IN INDIA OR AT ISIS / TALIBAN.
                    BUT ONE THIN IS SURE THEY ARE BEHAVING 100% LIKE TERRORIST.

                      Idbi bank — transaction failed and amount not refunding.

                      I had to buy some stuff so just e-wallet my card on7.12, 2016 there was no receipt on but the amount of 14000 deducted. It is more than 3 weeks the amount has not been credited back in my account. The staff is also not answerable to my question.
                      Please do the needful and refund the amount.

                          Respected sir/ma’am,
                          I am having my salary account in your bank branch for past 5.6 years.in first week of november’16 i received a sms from idbi bank that my new atm card with advanced security is dispatched. I never got that atm card but i received the pin number via post.
                          On 3rd december’16 i came to the fc road branch and shared my concern. I was advised to fill a form for new atm card with address change request, as my earlier address was office address. I submitted the application to your branch on same day. I was assured that i will receive the atm card within 7 days.
                          I haven’t received the card yet and idbi has already blocked my current atm card on 5th december though i had not made any blocking request as such.
                          I request you to issue me my atm cum debit card as soon as possible. I prefer to come to your branch to collect the card as i have lost trust in the medium that idbi has hired to deliver my card.

                            In IDBI Bank Tasgaon, Mr. Gavade opened bogus saving A/C on my name by stolen documents from me. Account opening form mistakes are evidence for this fraud case. Bank officers made so many serious mistakes & support Gavade to open bogus account. Bank given all imp documents like Cheque book, ATM Card, PIN, Pass book etc without proper verification. whatever information filled in AOF is 90% wrong & bogus details.
                            Height of bluffing is that Branch Manager submitted site visit report with own imagery points which are SERIOUS & FAKE.
                            Against authority letter (which was showing my FAKE signature) Mr. Gavade written wrong surname name even though bank given all important documents blindly. Without bank persons full support it is totally impossible to get documents.
                            Afterwards Mr. Gavade take one cheque & put amount of Rs 5.12 lacks and get it bounced. Immediately he file case against me in Tasgaon Court. Afterwards a long fighting & approaching top management I got account related documents from bank after 2 months fight.
                            On the bogus documents & submitted documentary proof from me police reported FIR against Gavade but IDBI bank role is only watch drama & enjoy the game. Whereas bank persons should behind bars because they made all this mistakes. This a/c opened in Dec 2012 & during that period's officers came police station & verbally agreed the mistake but refuse to give in writing. Gavade was arrested. No bank person have problem.
                            In this game mostly suffered myself because I have to visit from Delhi to Tasgaon. I have spend not less than @ 2.40 lack as on today & don't know how much I have to spend money??
                            CAN ANYBODY TELL WHAT IS MY MISTAKE?? WHY SHOULD I HAVE BEAR SUCH BIG AMOUNT??? WITHOUT DOING ANY SINGLE MISTAKE OUR SYSTEM IS FUXXX ME DAILY & BANK OFFICER, GAVADE CELEBRATING EVERYDAY !!!
                            WHY SHOULD I SEAT SILENT ?? I HAVE TO SHOOT THESE BUGGERS? BANK BASTE RED OFFICERS NOT READY TO LISTEN. STILL TODAY THEY ARE PROVIDING WRONG INFORMATION WHICH IS AGAINST OF THEIR RULES. GM LEVEL PERSON DON'T KNOW THEIR BANK RULES? BUT STILL SUCH DONKEY'S ARE SITTING IN AC OFFICE AND COLLECTING MONEY AS SALARY.
                            THIS CASE START FROM JUNE 2016. I GOT DOC IN 24 AUG. GAVADE GOT 11 DAYS CUSTODY FROM 27NOV TO 7 DEC. NOW ALL ARE RELAXED & ENJOYING. MYSELF HAS TO COME POLICE, COURT FOR NEXT 2-3 YEARS & AFTERWARDS SIT ON ROAD FOR BAGGING SO THAT I CAN GET BY FOOD.

                            CAN WE SAY INDIA IS CHANGING ??? CHANGED?? INDIA IS AS IT IS ONLY COVER OF GIFT CHANGED...MIDDLE CLASS CAN'T DIE OR CAN'T SURVIVE IN TODAY'S INDIA.

FROM JUNE 2016 ONE LETTER SEND, SAME CONTINENT LETTER ON 16/01/17. EVEN ALL THESE LETTER REPLY/INFO IS TOTALLY BOGUS AND THEY HIMSELF BRAKING, TEARING IDBI RULES. FROM THIS LETTER IDBI SHOULD PROVE ALL POINTS ARE CORRECT I WILL PAY THEM RS 1 Cr. FROM JUNE 16 TO MARCH 17 I HAVE SEND MORE THAN 100+ E MAILS, LETTERS WITH ALL BUNCH OF DOCUMENTS AND UNCOUNTABLE E MAIL REMINDERS.IDBI OFFICERS DON'T HAVE COURAGE & CONFIDENT TO ERASE MY QUESTIONS. I HAVE REQUESTED MANY TIME FOR ROUND THE TABLE OR FACE TO FACE DISCUSSION. BUT THEY ARE MUM NO SINGLE WORLD. IDBI BANK PURPOSELY NOT RESPONDING.IDBI SPOILED MY DELHI JOB, OVERSEAS JOB/CAREER, PLENTY OF MONEY WASTED ON FLIGHT TICKETS, MENTALLY STRESS, DISTURBED FAMILY LIFE, UNNECESSARY FACING COURT CASE & POLICE CASE. NOW COURT CASES BECOME HURDLE FOR ME. IN THIS TRAGEDY/ISSUE WHAT IS MY MISTAKE? WITHOUT SINGLE MISTAKE, BANK XXXXXME DAY N NIGHT. WHAT CAN DO A COMMON MAN AGAINST SUCH BIG CARELESS BULLS. ANY SINGLE PERSON FROM IDBI BANK IS SUFFERING 1% PAIN COMPARE TO ME. ANYONE REALLY GO THROUGH THIS CASE AS A THIRD PARTY, I AM 100% SURE N CONFIDENT THAT PERSON WE READ COMPLETE CASE WILL COME AND SLAPS THOSE OFFICERS FOR 1 HOUR MINIMUM.

                            THIS COMPLAINT NOT AT ALL RESOLVED AND NO TRY TO RESOLVE THIS CASE AT ALL. IDBI CUSTOMER CARE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS ON PAPERS. IF WE SEND COMPLAINT BY E MAIL WE WILL GET AUTO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND FORGET CASE IN FUTURE. IF WE SEND COMPLAINT PAPERS BY REGISTERED POST NO SINGLE LINE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF COMPLAINT !!! IF WE VISIT NEARBY BRANCH THEY ADVICE VISIT YOUR A/C HOLDING BRANCH. IF WE VISIT THAT A/C HOLDING BRANCH THEY TOLD US TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE AS WE ARE NEW PERSON AND THIS CASE IS HAPPENED IN 2012 HENCE WE CAN'T HELP. SO THIS COMPLETE CIRCLE IS COMPLETE THEN WHERE TO GO AND WHOM TO TELL AND BEIGE?? I HAVE WRITTEN PROOFS OF MERRY GO ROUND PROCEDURE.
                            SOME OF OFFICERS FEEL THAT THEY ARE TEACHER OF MANMOHAN SING, CHIDAMBRUM EX. FIN.MINST, AND ALSO ADVISER OF PM ON ECONOMICAL SECTOR. I HAVE WRITTEN PROOF FROM IDBI BANK ABOUT SAVING ACCOUNT RULES WHERE IDBI BANK RULES ARE UP DIRECTION AND IDBI OFFICER MADE THERE OWN RULES WHICH ARE IN DOWN DIRECTION.
                            IT IS HEIGHT OF SHAME, IDBI OFFICER SUBMIT SITE REPORTS BY SITTING AT OFFICE WITH IMAGINARY NAMES AND FAKE INFORMATION AND BLUFFING ABOUT SITE VISIT. LIKE THIS POINT THERE ARE PLENTY POINTS IN THIS CASE AND I HAVE SEND IT TO IDBI. ANY LOYAL OFFICER READ THIS CASE, SURELY HE WILL SUICIDE ON THE SPOT.

                              Complaint against idbi bank to rbi banking ombudsman;

                              1) the 1.2 lakhs debited at 7:00 am today and transferred to sasonline hdfc bank today on 12th december (transaction no:neft-4440u[protected]) is not credited even till 12:30 pm...
                              And not sure when idbi will credit it;
                              But the amount 1.2 lakhs is debited from my ac with customer id 74372920.
                              2) for my customer id: 74372920;
                              My neft amount 646/- credit by sasonline, transaction dated 9th december 2016 reference no :

                              Is not credited to idbi bank ; since 3 days ;
                              According to allegation by as on-line hdfc bank; the transaction si credited on 9th december is with idbi bank but not displayed in my account;

                              This is shameful and worth complaining about idbi bank;

                              This is high;y poor and shameful by idbi which is the most pathetic and 3rd class bank in entire india;

                              I tried transfer 90000/- with more than 2.5 lakhs in my FD sweep in accounts;but my transaction declined on IMPS (as my FLEXI FD WERE NOT LIQUIDATED AND SAVING ac had around 18000/-); why this error? What si purpose fo flexi FD if it does not automatically liquidate when customer wants money in saving account; Shame on IDBI BANK FOR THE POOR Systems AND SERVICES

                              please resolve else i have toe escalate to RBI;about your poor service and systems;

                                  If customer care executive are so much busy in there work then why customer care number is provided and if these banks cant provide the requirement of there customer then dont open the account.
                                  idbi cant able to care there customer.dont open account in that bank.its useless
                                  My transation at atm failed and and still my money get deducted so i want to just ask "when will i get my money back or not "
                                  from 2 days i am trying but cust care people dont even able to recive my phone.

                                    Sir/mam i have opened new account in idbi bank jodhpur on 7th nov 2016 and i have deposited 5000 rs but they are not opening my account. When i gone they are not responding properly and they are miss behaving now. It's important to open account because i have to register for nism so i want account for that in a month but my date is coming and i don't have account in bank due to idbi bank.                                         Mr. Austin from IDBI Mahim branch took my car loan documents two an half months back and did not process it. IDBI also took 10000.00 RS from me for account opening and did not open my account. My calls weren't answered or entertained I was treated like a table tennis ball from ac opening department to Loan sanction department. Finally without processing my file they decided not to process it after almost three months. Mr Austin was also rude on phone as well as when I was asked to visit their branch. These people misuse their powers and play with customers at their own will.
