In idbi bank, warora dist-chandrapur, my idbi account number is

Date:30/10/16 5:29:15 pm, i have withdrawal 5000 rs from nfs/mahajan
Market, main rd nagpur atm, but i did not recieved money from atm.
And 5000rs amount debited from my account.
Till now no money has refunded to my account.
