Idea Cellular — Activated Mydala pack without any information to me | |||
How can you activate a pack without knowing to the customer. what is Mydala and they charged me 35 per week. i received the below message. date: May 5, 2016 Your Mydala deals has been activated. Amount charged is Rs 35.00 for 1 week. renewal charge is 35.[protected]@week as applicable. To deactivate sms STOP to 155223. I sent an SMS for deactivation but they sent me another SMS. Dear customer, below services are active on your idea mobile 1: Mydala deals SMS 1, 2, 3, etc to 155223 to deactivate the service. Stop this nonsence and deactivate this service. I want every penny back. Mine is a postpaid connection and i am not sure how much they are charging me daily. Stop this or else i will not pay the bill from here on wards and reach to consumer forum for activating services without customers knowledge.
