I'm using idea network for a long time. Recently i upgraded my sim to idea 4g. After that i didn't get data strength if the phone shows full range. And at sometimes the connection stops automatically. At my place about 50 above customers are using the same network most of them complaints about the same reason. If the problem still remains longer we should change the network.

    The 4g range of idea is very bad near my house
    But now it has got worse, I have changed my network type from 4g to 3g in my settings and then it works but not as fast 4g
    Due to this I am facing many problems and if this is not solved fast I am porting my sim to Airtel

      Hi team, i am using idea sim from last 5 years but from couple of months facing problem where unable to make call anyone sometime. Call is getting disconnected during talking. At home also n/w is slow. Bad 4g services - internet is too much time.

      Looks like we are cheated by idea company in name of 4g service.

      We have paid already for 3 months plan facing this challenge then what to do.

        SR# C[protected]

        I am extremely dissatisfied with the the way my request for Refund amount is handled. I raised the request for Refund of 3000 Rs, on 17th of July 2019 and it was supposed to be completed by 18th September 2019.
        I patiently waited till 18th of September and later noticed the request number was no more visible on MyIdea app. After checking with the customer care, I came know request was not even processed for 45 days, and they need additional 45 to 60 days to process the same. With such a reputed company I didn't expected such careless behavior.

        In order to get the amount back, I need to personally visit the the store multiple time and follow up with Customer care support.

        After lot of hassle, I received the amount on 2nd Nov 2019, but to my surprise it was not via an Cheque (Which I requested) but on my billing account. This is not acceptable

        After rechecking local customer care store, I was asked to drop an email Appellate for escalation, as they cannot help. What they can help is to raise another request to get the amount via Cheque and again wait for 45 days..

        Unfortunately I do not see any process even after raising an escalations.

        I have still not receive the amount even though the resolution was expected by 14th Dec. This is really frustrating.

        There is so much of struggle to get my own money, its been 5 months now.

        Please get this resolved at the earliest

        I switched to idea for its good connectivity and speed. But these days I don't even get respectable 3g speed. I really had some important work that I needed to send my employer but the network was down for nearly 3+ hours and later when the network finally appeared the speeds were too low to even load a simple webpage. I hope it gets fixed soon .

          No 4g signal since a month. The signal just disappeared.
          No resolution even after multiple complaints which were closed without resolving the network problem. Rude customer care executives call us only to tell that new structures appeared out of thin air between us and their towers where as no new constructions taken at the complaint location.

          Closing complaints without resolving and without the choice of the customer even after requesting the executives not close the complaints without solving the issue.
          Looks like idea has this habit of closing complaints without resolving like many on this website too.
          Idea customer care portals online are inactive since long which are there to check complaint status.
          Leaving no other choice but to end this 10+ years old relationship with idea and move out

            I lost my sim card recently so i went to the idea store nearby and got a new sim outgoing and incoming calls were ok but the problem is that i am not receiving any messages and i was unable to send any messages from that sim you everyday i will have a lot of bank transactions going on and i need otp for everything please resolve issue as soon as possible

                I have 74rs balance in my idea number but i could not able to make any call. I already made recharge for extending outgoing validity of my number but stil i am not able to make any call through my idea number. Whenever i tried to make call it just shows call end.                   Why there is delay from idea

                  Rf team had done the survey of my location and found low coverage... They had optimise the network and do the best but still network issue has been not resolved

                  They told us new site approved on my land they had taken all lat and long and also they had told next team will for paper work

                  Why there is delay from planning team and other legal team for paper work of tower installation

                  I told earlier i m ready to give my land for network tower

                  And rf team had also approved new site on my location they given all report to planning team for new site

                  It is too delay for paper work from

                      My idea phone is again on the blink. It came to life for 10 days. Essentially for a better part of 2 months it is not working... I wrote to their team about a refund on the payment but they have been side stepping the issue ever since. It is a sad commentary on the state of telecom in india. And, to think that idea is thinking of increasing the monthly tariff. I am not sure if this is right. Some people should go to court on this for sure! They are already earning a lot from call drops and lack of service.

                      Why should idea numbers in certain specific area go on a blink which are housed in 2g handsets? This is a mystery i am unable to solve.

                      Also, the total apathy of idea service team and their executives is beyond belief. That company should be closed down for sure.

                      I complained to trai too... There too no response! They think it is an individual issue. I am now wondering what is happening in the telecom sector itself. We look to go to mars etc. And here idea cellular cannot resolve a small tower related issue???!!!

                      I called up an executive (Not to be named now) to check who i can take the matter with and she instead started giving me some simplistic solutions like go to an idea store (Which i have already done) to nothing.in the end, when i got agitated with her over simplification, she said i was rude. I think idea cellular is not only rude to me they are criminals for charging me and yet they are not providing me the service required.

                        Hmmmmm... I Know you are talking about THE PUBG MOBILE game in this game you're facing PING related issues from this IDEA(How claimed that INDIA'S BIG 4G NETWORK)... will never give you a better Ping like below 50ms, , ... I'm Already Facing same problem but not only me all idea user in my circle facing same Internet PING issues...

                        Try other Network Like AIRTEL, JIO, BSNL...Etc...(Which gives a better ping in your area)
                        In my area AIRTEL Gives 30-70ms in my area... so...

                        I am also having internet issue using Idea sim, it works completely fine when i am using youtube or surfing but as soon as i open clash of clans my internet suddenly drops to 3kb/sec...i used wifi from an other phone having idea sim and still it's not working...i think there is some issue in my area...please fix it...

                          Idea dealer system and its services are not genuine, its completely waste of time to complain or request about their services. Customer care service simply fraud system always try to convince the customer but never try improve their service. Every time when i raise a complaint regarding network issues they 'always' say wait for "4 hours"the work is already going on, but never resolved. Waste dealing with idea customer care

                            Since the complaint launch more than a month my network issue is not yet resolved. After writing several mails for to ideavodafone customer care, i didn't got my network issue resolved. Even the site engineer have optimised the network i am not even getting even getting 3g data.
                            Please revert to me as early as possible if this complaint don't get resolve
                            Do analyse problem properly and take concrete actions in depth.

                              Money rs 8/- deducted from my account without my usage on any service.
                              No services are active on my number.
                              Every month either rs 3 or 8 are getting deducting.

                              I have not subscribed for any services.

                                Today evening i brought a new idea sim, your salesman said i have to call 59059 for activation but the call is not connecting, what should i do for activation?while calling beep sound coming how can you say to someone to call with your sim? not signal bar, going not going, no messages, what should i do?

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I have ported my number [protected] from idea to jio.

                                  I have paid all my idea bill's and start using jio network.

                                  After couple of days i see that my jio network is not working.

                                  When i went to jio service they said there is a sim problem, please visit reliance digital i went there and they say my details are not at all reflecting on their server.

                                  Then i went to idea store, they said i have previous closing balance to be done. Where i went to idea company retail store and cleared my bill later when i called jio customer care they say my number is permanently deleted as mail communicated by idea when i went again to idea store they say my number is still at jio and jio says number is deleted.

                                  I am going to mental tension with your both networks where i dont get help from any one.

                                  I need my number back [protected] from any of the network.

                                  All my bank transaction and personals things are related. I am suffering from all directions where no one is solving this issue.

                                  Please figure this out and close the issue otherwise i have no other option than going legally

                                  Enquired in idea office (spine city mall) several times .They suggested to shift to Airtel.
                                  We are idea customer since 2006.
                                  Please do the needful as early as possible.

                                    I am not having proper connection with my idea prepaid sim card. I am having connection and internet issues with my idea prepaid sim card.

                                    I am an idea prepaid customer since 3 years. But for last 6 months some of the time my idea sim card is having fine connectivity and some of the time it shows no service especially after location changes.

                                    I have used different 4g headsets even and no resolve found. After 6 months of suffering i am posting this complain to describe my problem and not to harass me by giving sympathy about my problem is going to resolved in 'x' time limit.

                                    Give a proper solution with reason and not just suggest me by changing network selection from automatic to manual or select any other network.

                                    As per our last conversation, I am personally not convinced with your the solution you described.

                                    Your response is not acceptable to me due to your statement was "your issue is now resolved and the solution is peak hours arise this issue and now it is set as resolved" and I am not accepting this forceful resolution to be accept by me.

                                    You were kept saying on each my question; i.e. about peak hours duration you kept saying that you were forwarding the statement which was asked to only forward it to me.

                                    As per your statement which you named as solution to which I do not count as a formal solution because it is not updated in my complaint's reply which is most important component I find to prove it as a solution of my complaint.

                                    I personally found that you were trying to accept the statement as a formal resolution of my complaint forcefully. And I do not accept that my problem of connection of 'No Service' arises due to peak hour because at night of 12 am this issue arises is not a peak hour and not also at night 4 am.

                                    I neither do accept your conversation as a solution nor found as helpful to me at all.

                                      Network Problem Started... When I call some one then call got disconnect and show no network...Again i turn on flight mode and turn it off then network present bt again i call someone then I LOST NETWORK... unfortunately some times call got connect But i can't talk the persone after that I Lost IDEA NETWORK...
