Hello idea..,

I am using the idea network from 8+ yr. Now unexpectedly my network was disconnected.. So i visited near my idea store.. They provide the duplicate sim.

I came to andra pradesh (Native place) on leave i tried to activate from here.. But they response was very reckless. I did't expect response from your side..
So i am decided to change the network.. Now...

Finally i reach you to inform the issue..

Could you help me on this or i will go head with my idea.

I'm having a idea prepaid sim since many years. Last three it was worked well in usa. As per the idea customer care representative, it needs to be maintained sufficient balance (Min above rs 500) and regular recharges min rs35. Now i have moved to germany recently and my idea sim stopped connecting to any local network through i've around rs 800 balance in account. Again i have the called the customer care and as per them, i need to manually select the network. I tried to do so many times but no use at all.

Please provide me the feasible solution as soon as possible.

I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number by using port format (Port 809xxxxxxx). How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldn't find any reasons why port messages wouldn't be delivered.

I received call from idea care without pressing any key they activated one service charged 5rs this is completely unfair I also called customer care and also mailed they told that this is third party service how can I trust such inconvenience answer..
Remember : This is not about 5rs this is about how you providing bad service

I have recharged my friend number without knowing that he recharged already so i would be grateful to you if you refund my amount so i get to know that my recharge was wasted so please make me know that how and when i get my money refunded i will be ever grateful to your services. Hi, i'm joseph diraviam idea post paid elite customer from past 6 years

Every month bill amount is too high im already discussed on cal center peaople,
Again september month bill amount charged arround 590rupees, my plan is 399 plan, bill is too high so i do not paid, in this case my line is barred, in last month but last month also charged amount 560 something, now idea demand for 1154 to release this line from inactive.

I am receiving SMS from VZ-ideaCMS stating : Dear customer, thank you for downloading contestpack from One97. You have been charged Rs. 2 on my number [protected]. Please guide me how to disable this service as it is wrongly charging me every 4 day amount is getting deducted from my balance.

I have using Oneplus 7 recently bought about month ago. I have using two sims airtel and idea. In airtel i don't have any issues in voice calling or internet, But while using idea call i can't hear voice over incoming and outgoing calls.
Can you plz be solve it. I make sure that my mobile phone doesn't have any issues. Kindly solve it please...

Why there is delay from idea

Rf team had done the survey of my location and found low coverage... They had optimise the network and do the best but still network issue has been not resolved

They told us new site approved on my land they had taken all lat and long and also they had told next team will for paper work

Why there is delay from planning team and other legal team for paper work of tower installation

I told earlier i m ready to give my land for network tower

And rf team had also approved new site on my location they given all report to planning team for new site

It is too delay for paper work from

Plz do the needful on urgent basis of paper work of new site tower installation which rf team had approved on my land

Money is Deducted without any activity on my part..even idea consumer care has no information abt it .got message from 53010 that 10 rupees are deducted without any information.this happend 2, 3 times in a month.idea cellular just ignored the pleas on behalf of coustmor to refund that money.which I kept in my idea account.i am having 2g keypad handset, no downloading is even done, not even I downloaded any game.still money is deducted.its unfair.kindly act...

I have recently exchanged my old card with new idea card of same number from idea care centr at nanded near Gurudwara chowk they have taken 150 rs charge in exchange of new card and now its been 3 days but still the card is not activated. If the problem is not solved within 24 hours then I am not going to use your service again my whole family use your service now we are going to discard your sim card,

What is happening. logged a compliant on 27.08.2019, submitted all the papers, waited long enough, no conversation on customer care no given on idea dss website and by mistake if someone picks the phone he is not able to answer the question and disconnects the phone. what the hell is going on do let me know in case it needs to be further escalated to higher authority. please response. without mobile in the era...you can understand the frustration.

FYI i have raised my concern to appellate.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com but they are also one of them...believes sleeping on issues. what should i do. please suggest.

I had recharged for the rs. 401 unlimited idea pack using my sbi internet banking portal on november 10th 2019 1100hrs at the idea online recharge site. The amount was deducted from my account but the recharge didn't go through. I received an sms informing me the amount was deducted with reference number. Attempt was made to the customer care service but in vain. Information regarding the same has been attached to this sub post. I kindly request for the amount to be credited and for the speedy resolution of the matter. Thank you

I reside at 369b vip paraspar nagar, indore.
At my home the idea network signal is very poor, resulting in not able to get calls and not able to access internet.
This problem is persisting since august 16 2019.
I have complained several times (7-8 times for this).
The complaint is closed by company without resolving the issue.
This time the idea technician reached my home and checked for signal and identified that the signal is very poor.
He spoke to his superior and informed him the issue.
After two hours i received call from idea company and the executive told me that they i need to set the network in manual mode, i will get improvement. I asked to him again that don't close the complaint until i acknowledge the resolution as i did in the earlier cases, still he closed the complainant without resolution.
I have call recording of conversation in my mobile as an evidence.
I have mailed the call recordings to idea (On 06/11/19) with the details, still no action is been taken.
I want idea to provide good signal and data speeds at my area and shall not behave in this way in future.

I made a online recharge 179 using discount coupon of 20 via bhim, money had been deducted from my account but recharge balance is not credited to my mobile number. When i tried many times to contact customer care executive but can't be reached or phone gets disconnected.

When idea cc is alone then instant responses received but after merging with vodafone, no correct response received when contacted cc,

Already sent email 7 days passed still no resolution made!

So idea company is worst & now i have planned to port out of it!

I am very sorry to say that i am totally disturbed by the kind of service provided by you. I buy a postpaid idea mobile ([protected]) 5 months before. After getting this sim i found that the idea network not working at good strength in my house so i think to convert is into prepaid which help me to recharge as per my requirement rather than paying full post-paid bill. For this i talk to your customer care he told me to visit nearest idea store. I visited at idea store (Katras road, dhanbad) then he told me as per rule my number can convert into prepaid only after 3 months. So i wait for three months and again went to your store, in between idea get merged to vodafone and that idea store was permantely closed, so i went to nearest vodafone store, he told me as per rule your number can be converted to prepaid only if 3 bill should be generated. So you wait for three bill to be generated. I again wait for this and went to same vodafone store then she told your post-paid number cannot convert from this store, kindly visit another store (She provided me address). I visited vodafone dhansar (Dhanbad) store. He asks me for a mail regarding prepaid to postpaid conversion. I mailed him and after two day i got a mail to clear your bill for convert to prepaid. I cleared my bill at same time and mailed him. But after two days i got another bill. Now i ask to clear this bill also to convert my number to prepaid. What is this?
Now i want to clear it i did every possible thing what told by you. But i like to mention i will not pay any amount for delay in process from your side. I already paid approx. 2000 to you as bill without any use. I visited your stores which is 10-15 km away 4-5 times and every time either i request my boss for this or taken leave for this. So i already wasted a lot of money and time for this pitty work. Therefore, i request you don’t disturb me further i already get frustrated with your service. So take back this month bill and convert my number to prepaid.
