Hi, i'm joseph diraviam idea post paid elite customer from past 6 years

Every month bill amount is too high im already discussed on cal center peaople,
Again september month bill amount charged arround 590rupees, my plan is 399 plan, bill is too high so i do not paid, in this case my line is barred, in last month but last month also charged amount 560 something, now idea demand for 1154 to release this line from inactive....

I have using Oneplus 7 recently bought about month ago. I have using two sims airtel and idea. In airtel i don't have any issues in voice calling or internet, But while using idea call i can't hear voice over incoming and outgoing calls.
