I have given them 5 complaint which regards from my local mobile no and every time i call them they always say to change sim to 1st slot and select manual network and one thing that i have tell over and over again that my district has this problem form over two month and some time the network bar shows a cross sign and some time internet connection does not work and even today i complaint that call from idea and vodafone company number s not getting through from other companies mobile number.

I just don't understand, how much you make fool of people.

This sim was not working since so long, and he got bill of around 2000 and your customer support people called him back to back and ask him to pay bill... My son told them that sim was not working why we should pay... they irritated him all day. And at last on 22nd october they said okay you pay 1500 and we will settle down this for you.. And they asked that he can pay on any contact no. [protected], [protected].. And they will ajust for this... He paid them 1500 that day and assured him now he will not get any calls or any sort of bill plus on both the nos. sims will be kept off...

And what we can see today is this harassment from your side. You make us pay on [protected] and you are sending the outstanding for [protected]. What kind of behaviour is this.. You make us pay 1500 in the settlement process for both the sims and now this all reminder and notice you are sending.

This kind of behaviour will not be tolerated.

This is such a harassment and i am gonna complaint this about in consumer court if this will not get resolved within 24 hours. Now i am not gonna pay even a penny to you people... You make fool of people... You keep your support team to take money from by harassing people. They call and take money saying everything will be resolved now, but nothing happens like that. today i am going to put on social media plus other sites regarding this, that how you all make customers stupid.

Make sure i should never get any sort of call or notice regarding this and these sims are already deactivated from your part since so long.

I will make sure all people involved in this customer support who call and assure for such things and advocates who send such notices should be highlighted.

2 days before there is no problm for my sim. But now it didn't show the range.. How its happen.. My personal contacts and my bank details all are in this no. So i cannot lose this no. If i lose it i cannot my transactions will be stopped.. It will affect my financial status.. So i cannot take that much risk. So i want to know that what happen to my sim and when it will be solved.. I kindly request you to please find a solution for my sim issue... Thanks

I am not able to send text messages from my idea mobile network sim from past 2 days. When i called up the idea customer care and asked for a solution they suggested me

1) to re-enter the message center number [protected], restart the mobile and assured that the messages would be send but the the solution failed.

2) then they suggested me to reset my mobile to factory settings and it would...

While i was recharging the idea number with idea web portal and myidea app, the save card for future transactions option was enabled.
Now i wanted to remove the saved cards, but i didn't found any option.
When i called idea customer care, they are saying there is no option for that.
If we didn't login also, the saved cards will show on payment page.

Please help.

I recharged and it came as a secondary balance. They should have explaine that before we charge it. Now is there a way to convert as main balance? I needed that as a main balance. Why companies of such a good name will do bad or underhanded thing like that? They should be doing honest business. This kind of companies should be banned and consumers should be protected.

Yesterday there was no network for more than 5 hours couldn’t call anyone, had to send mails also!! Respected sir I as a customer of Idea Kerala. I am unable to use this sim due to non availability of 2g 4g coverage in indoor.i am getting coverage from Manakunnam 682307

Idea network is unavailable for the past 3 days in Dubai. My outgoing validity is till 28th November 2019.
I have recently recharged (30th October) and extended my service validity.
Please fix this as soon as possible as I need to get important messages in my Idea sim.

I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldnt find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help

My self pravin yadav having idea number [protected]. My sim is not working from oct 30, 2019. I personally visited to idea outlet near 8th lane rajarampuri, kolhapur on oct 31, 2019 & understood that sim is having problem & needs to be replaced. So i had submitted my aadhar card & processed request to replace the sim. After few hours i received message from idea saying that 'request can't be processed due to unclear document/ mismatch. I visited again on nov 01, 2019 & again submitted request with adhaar card as id proof. Again these document got rejected. I tried to understand from idea customer care however no response received. I'm facing a network issue. I'm located in the area mandideep raisen 462046. Before (Around 1-year), the network quality was acceptable but now there is no signal at all inside the home. I'm the only one to complain for this, because everyone here is using jio, as jio established one tower here.

I'm looking forward for some response from idea, otherwise we will also switch to jio. Currently we have 3 idea sim.

I have done an online recharge of 399/- from myidea app. The payment method was through upi. The amount got deducted but recharge has not been done.

Either complete the recharge process or refund the money.

Even the my idea app doesn't show any recharge history.

Now a days cell/mobile is playing very crucial role in our daily to daily activities. We also believe that we can not live without mobile phone. We are also enjoying cell tower services very happily.

The cell tower was installed in housing bord colony, nagarkurnool area few years back where it had not much more residential houses in its surroindings. But now this area/colony is well developed with plenty of residential houses, shops, few govt offices and also one big school and temple. Unfortunately we came know that due to this cell tower we might be affected side effects from radiation and other problems. About many students are studying in kakatiya techno school having around 300-400 children who may affect to major health issues in future due to this tower. We are also facing health issues due to this tower.

Especially pregnancy women, small child, old age persons and children may be affected severly due to this radiation problems. Children my be attacked serious health issues in future. We are also not staying comfortably with this tower and such issues in our colony. It is dangerous to children and old people.

In view of the above, we kindly request you to remove this cell tower and install in another place where it is to be suitable and comfortable for public services as well your business purpose.
