Dear sir,
I Bhausaheb Nivrutti Shirsath facing problems of call drops and slowest net speed.
Incoming and out going call drops continues since two months. I doing regular follow up to customers complaint but they still not corrected the problem.
Please provide TRAI email address so I can send email to them also.

    Hi,
    On 23rd july 2019, i received a message from 51998 with a url in it. Followed by another message of rs. 8 deduction from my account. I talked to customer care they are saying that i browsed that url so it is deducted. Truly speaking i have not clicked on the url in message. That too, both the messages i. E the message with link and rs. 8 deduction message comes at once not even 2 seconds difference.

    On 10th oct 2019, the same thing is repeated.

    Please relsove this issue at the earliest.

      This is the complaint against idea cellular company for the fraud done by them with me on payment

      now they are asking me to pay the whole payment for the reconnection of the

        I have two idea postpaid connections in the family as we given discounting for the same. However, in my august bill the benefit was taken off without any prior update. On 2nd sep 2019 i called the customer care number 198 and after discussion decided to change the plans for both my number from nirvana 399 and nirvana 389 to nirvana 299 plan. The customer care executive took the request one by one and confirmed the request is processed.in the next month bill i found that only one plan has been changed and for the other number it was increased from 389 to 399 plan.
        I raised a complaint with the customer support email id [protected]@vodafoneidea.com and after multiple delayed communications they asked me for a proof that i have requested for this particular plan. Incidentally i had the call recorded with the customer care and shared the proof with them.
        Even after providing the proof the team comes with this response:

        We would like to inform you that as per investigation team revert regarding your complaint on 07/oct/2019.

        Investigation has provided the following information: as per the mail confirmation out call not made to the customer and as per mail confirmation while plan changing already intimation provided to the customer through sms and after that only monthly bill plan change done and we are unable to provide the waiver for this scenarios and hence this sr has been cancelled.

        I would like to raise a complaint against idea-vodafone for cheating and highly unprofessional behaviour.

          I had about 140 of data in my this number till today morning.. Suddenly all of data is finished without doing anything.. The data validity is still on till 30/10/2019..               Not having a single point of signal in our area facing a lot of problems regarding this issue, lac of this signal issue we are unable to maintain family relations and other business relations.                   Dear sir,
                  I am a customer of idea from long time. From few months i am getting network issue in my house. I have to go outside of my room or on second floor to get the network and call or use internet. Few days ago, finally i lodged a complaint on 198. They gave me another no and i told them everything. They assured that problem will resolve. Few days later they called and said that network is very good in my area and there is no issue. They closed the complaint without any solution. Still i'm getting same problem. My no is very old and given in bank and other organisations. I am recharging from 400 rs in every three months. Kindly help me.

                    I am having vodafone/idea postpaid number. I am living at maninagar, ahmedabad. I am not getting any incoming call on my number [protected] since 1-oct-19. I called ample number of times to customer care & they always said that your problem has been resolved in 2 hours but this 2 hours neve getting completed at your end. I also tried to change handset, restart mobile plenty of times but couldn’t get success. Without incoming call, i am having so much loss in my work/business. Its really not at all acceptable.
                    From my point of view, you should consider your postpaid customer on priority & give them proper service.
                    Request you to resolve problem at top most priority or escalate on higher level. It seems that it is not possible for you to control the situation and solution then give me the higher authority contact details.
                    Appreciate to consider & reactivate incoming facility at my number on first priority.

                      After switching from Idea postpaid to prepaid I did my first recharge of Rs.229 from the idea app, as I was told by the customer care executive. The recharge failed but my money got deducted from my account. I received a message from idea that my money will be refunded in 7 days. After waiting for 7 days i called the customer care. They asked me to share the screenshot of the recharge and my bank statement. It's been over a month now since i shared. Everytime i call or email the customer care they keep telling me that my complaint has been registered and it's being reviewed by the team. But i have no hopes that i will ever get my refund back. They don't care for their customer's time and money. So i am porting my number to Airtel. The network is poor. There is nothing good about idea.

                        Before my travel abroad, I activated international roaming on my phone and had also asked the customer care to de-activate mobile data.
                        They simply asked to do so via the phone settings. I have followed the same instructions - mobile data and roaming data are switched off in the phone settings right before and since my international travel(attached).
                        I gave them the screenshots of the phone settings as well as the mobile data usage which shows 0 bytes for the dates they have charged me gprs charges.

                        I have exchanged multiple emails with the customer care, re-iterating that I have provided screenshots as proof.
                        I called their customer care team which wasn’t helpful and they again directed to send an email.
                        I raised a complaint which was marked resolved without explanation or call back.

                        I need clarification regarding the gprs charges on my bill invoice dated 15th Aug and 15th sep.
                        I need to know why I have been charged for data usage in my last two bills even though it is switched off in the settings as instructed by their customer care team.

                        I am very much aware that roaming data has very high charges and made sure to turn it off before my travel. Inspite of this, I was shocked to see the phone bill amounting to around 4k INR
                        I paid off above bills in order to avoid late fees but I am still seeking an explanation and refund from Idea.

                          I live in a prominent area of pune. For the past 4 months i am having serious issues with the signal strength. The network stepped for internet is pathetic too. People can barely call me. Forget about me calling someone. I have to step out of my office to do so. And yet the call quality is pathetic.
                          Please look into it. I’ve registered complains with idea but there hasn’t been any response.
                          Today is 10th oct and i have no reception at all. My cabin is on the first floor of my office building and yet i have not network.

                              Sir some one called me on phone saying that our land is selected for idea 4g tower installation. He says that land verifed by gps method and asking to deposit an amount of rs 2600 for agreement. Is it real or fake. He also said that rental amount 25000permonth and job opportunity for one member of family. Advance amount is 10l+10l total 20l. Is it true or fake inform me.

                                Since last one year, i have been tolerating the bad service offered by idea.
                                But now, the water has gone above head.
                                I have been complaining about the service since the last year on twitter.
                                All they do is the following:
                                1. Note the complaint
                                2. File a complaint and provide a complaint number for the same asap
                                3. After 4-5 days, an executive calls for some more details (Always there is a women on call so that i won't be able to talk in abusive language)
                                4. After 2 days, the same woman calls me and says that compliant has been resolved and restart is required
                                I do the restart and the same problem occurs.
                                I again contact them and they say that the complaint has been reopened and necessary steps would be taken regarding the issue
                                The same procedure continues
                                Today i tried to send a port message, an exective called me for the same and asked me the reason.
                                They again assured me that necessary steps are being taken and would be resolved soon.
                                Now, i am giving you a last chance and if not done, i would port 6 of my phones to airtel.

                                  My Name is Akshay Goregaonkar. i am Value added customer of Idea Cellular. This is My mob no. [protected] i made Recharge of 399 with Discount coupon of Rs.50 Through Idea App on 23/09/2019 at 6.30 am. The Recharge was Unsuccessful But amount Rs.349 was debited from Bank Account.
                                  I i mailed him regarding refund they told
                                  me that it will be credited back within 7 working days (excluding the holidays).But amount is not credited to my bank account. I. Requested him to refund my Money. I had mailed so many times, i also call customer care support many times. But didn't got satisfying response from them.
                                  i feel very frustrated with idea service which i suppose to best before.
                                  if their is any possibility to give me justice. please help me with refund money

                                    Rs. 8 has has been deducted from my main balance today on idea sim. I contacted customer care and they told me that i dialled some *123# ussd code to activate it but i did not activated as such service. I have not activated/subscribed any kind of service. I have sent stop message to 155223 to check value added services are activated or not in my number, it sent me message that my number is not subscribed to any vas service. Please help me. Hoping to credit the balance which has deducted and please make sure it doesn't get repeated.

                                      I strongly believe idea should not be in market, it's worst than bsnl network. Many of the times call drop happens. My major problem with this stupid service provider is 4g data. You are required to reset the network setting each and every time you make/receive calls. Else cellular data will not work. I am using redmi k20 pro, a very effecient device. But as a curse, this low class level network/service provider spoils the flawless experience. I am going to switch but it's my summon, these service provider have to be out of the market.

                                      My old sim and new was not works.

                                        As per recent communication, we would like to inform you, that to get the call details for the Idea contact number you can mark an e-mail on [email protected] or else you can send a SMS to get the invoice with the complete details that is for EBILL- EBILL<space>MONTH e.g: EBILL<space>JAN and send it to 12345. If in case your e-mail id is not registered with us we request you to first register your e-mail id by following these steps i.e. send EMAILID<space>e-mail address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>[email protected]. Also, you can register your e-mail id via My Idea App/ Web. However, we are sorry to inform you that we'll be unable to provide you the incoming call details. As only chargeable transactions can be tracked by the operators. Also, you can check your outgoing call, SMS details & account related information in My Idea Application or Website.
