    I've idea sim card with number [protected] but from last two months, it is totally deactivated. I've checked in many devices but this number is now totally deactivated. I was using this number from last 5 years so it's more important to reactivate it. There is no satisfaction-able reply from the company and its representatives.

    I paid 279 rupees for unlimited dialer tone
    the plan is activated but the no dialer tone is coming so i unsubscribed my money didn't return but in terms and conditions there will be an some amount of return i used it only 1 month without dialer tone that costs 279 rupees i hate idea for this poor service

      We are facing huge network coverage in our area we had called customer care many times but no action taken we had complaint issue to nearest gallery of idea cellular but no action taken

      Idea is always known for best service and resolution... But we can't get any help from idea uttar pradesh department...

      Idea network team is not helping us after esclating many complaint to higher authorities of idea now i will take this report to idea ceo ravinder takkar sir

      Now i will finally appeal my voice to appeallate desk of trai [protected]@trai.gov.in and chairman of trai dr. R. S. Sharma

      I m waiting reply from idea desk to resolve of the network coverage issue on high priority basis plz do the needful on higher priority basis and resolve the issue of network coverage... Even i m ready to give my land for network tower installation if idea department required us.. And also help from all clearance authorities

        I have two idea phones. The phone number [protected] was down for more than a week... I put in a complaint on 20th october. When anyone called in the message was the 'phone is out of coverage area' and when i made a call from that number the number would ring but i could not connect and the person at the other end (When called from another number) would say that they kept saying hello but could not hear anyone. This phone is being used by my old mother and she could need it for emergency. But when i called idea they kept calling on this number and finally sent a sms (Yes, sms is being received) that the complaint has been successfully resolved. The condition prevails and my mother is unable to make any calls or receive any calls. I shudder to think if she needs me urgently what would happen. She cannot even call any emergency numbers. This is pathetic. I believe this situation is there in our area - tridal nagar, mhb etc yervada, pune for many people. I was informed that vodafone and idea services are being merged and hence the issue... Then should they not have informed customers instead of getting them upset, harassed and confused? This is the worst case of customer service in the world. But, how about putting the service in order? They have said i can appeal by selecting 'appeal' on the ivr but that particular option is not there at all... Now that is truly caring for the customer. I think trai should take note and perhaps examine the idea-vodafone service and how they treat customers. I was told that airtel and jio services are far better. When i was asked to select manually the service provider on the phone i noticed that neither vodafone nor idea choice was available. Also, on my other phone when the same problem occurred and i went on to select the service provider manually i noticed that by default the choice was at idea 2g and not 4g while i am being charged by 4g. So, i think idea is cheating me big time!

        Dont you think it is strange that a phone number which was working perfectly fine suddenly goes on a blink for over 10 days and no one can do anything to put it right? What could go so wrong? The number works fine if we move out of my residence colony. This is true for our neighbour too...she has gone to your store also and changed her SIM but no effect. As soon as she is back home, the phone goes dead...out of range

        I have 2 other idea numbers and they are working fine so far! Why only one number is having such an issue. I have a theory about it. I have a feeling that that phone is only for voice. So you are shifting it to some other tower! And that tower does not have range!

          Yesterday my 399 rs offer has expired. Today i've recharge for 10 rs and my balance is rs 7. Still i can't send messages or calls. They're telling my outgoing call validity has expired. It was yesterday that my offer has expired. And now all of a sudden debarred from outgoing calls. I can't understand why the system is such. Please do the concerned to remove extend the outgoing validity.

            We have corporate account with idea having 5 mobile connection out of that [protected] and [protected] both no. Is not working since june 2018 we have given complaint 6 times each time idea store has issued new sim card but it didnt get activated but idea gives us monthly bill and even we paid each time, but they are not resolved our issue. Even we call to idea representative but no one solved issue

              A popup was shown up on my screen saying a piece of information about "masala story * and some link to download the masala audio". The only option that was shown was "ok". I pressed ok and got a message provided with a link to download the masala audio between women and men and also saying 10rs from my account is deducted.

              I have called customer care, which i was able to find out the right number after more than 30mins. I have talked to customer care and they said i manually called a ussid and selected option to send me a link for "masala story" which is not actually happened.

              These people just threw us some links and activating services. Their customer care number is also not directly reachable. We need to spend at least 30 mins to get the right number. Which most of the people don't will to spend to get their 5 or10 rs.

              I need a refund of my 10rs and no such popups on my screen (I will get popups even when my phone is locked and a chance of pressing some popup without notice).

                I have unlimited data pack going on andf its validity is not due yet money is deducted from my main balance for outgoing call and now i can't make calls. Sometime ago i just called coustomer care to complain about poor 4g network from few days now i can't call customer care also and they bareed my account without my concern. This is totally irresponsible behaviour a person may get in trouble due to this. I really want to make urgent call and though having unlimited calling pack i can't do it. Resolve as soon as possible

                    Hi,

                    I want to say that I called to Vodafone customer care for porting my 2 numbers from Airtel to Vodafone on 7th October. From Vodafone customer care she told someone would call me within 4 hours. I got call and someone came to my office they took documents to activate both numbers. After 5 days it was activated as well.

                    Now issue is that I wanted vodafone family plan, but they lied they told that they were from vodafone, they gave me two idea sim, and they told they are from vodafone.
                    But I wanted vodafone family plan (which is not now), even I told them about this, they told that yes it would be same. now I have two different postpaid idea plan on my both number.

                    Let me tell you I don't want to pay any bill for this if it is not resolved. I have their recordings and numbers. I have proof of everything. So I need help and do needful from your side.

                    I am providing you a number of a person who visited to my office for documents, he knows everything. His number is -[protected]. Another person Vikas Satyrathi his number-[protected]. And first call which I got from liar his number is [protected] . They all were involved. Even all lied that it will be a family plan. Even it is not a family plan.

                    I wanted to port from Airtel to Vodafone because we had vodafone network booster in our office. Now I have Idea there is network issue, can't call in single attempt to someone, neither other can call me. Even during talking voice is slow and call drop issue as well.

                    Regarding network issue also I complained but they didn't solve. My some complain they rejected without my prior knowledge as given below.

                      It happend to recharge the same plan twice through my idea application. When i did my recharge using internet banking the data plan was not activated, so i tried for the second time then both the plans get activated. I only want to recharge my phone to 70 days plan. Pls refund the amount of one recharge to my account. I’m a regular user of my idea application and this transaction made me not to use the application again.

                      I uded My idda application for recharging and I’m using your network, I never wanted to do twice recharge in my number.If it happens its only because of your failed network system.And you are saying you can’t refund the amount.I really want my money back.Is this the way to treat your customer??

                        Even after recharging i am not receiving incoming calls. It us showing out of coverage area when anyone calls. Not receiving messages also.

                        Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i will have to port this sim to other network providers.
                        This is the 2 nd time i am complaining about this issue.please prioritise

                          I was receiving incoming calls in the evening at around 5:30pm and the incoming call just stopped after that. On checking my account details on *121# it showed incoming validity has expired, ihad recharged last month with a monthly unlimited pack which expired on the 8th oct and my 90 days grace period is still not expired. On calling my number it says the number is out of service even with full range. Please do something.

                            I used mobile number portability and changed my mobile service provider from idea to vodafone on 15/16 august 2019. I had inr 3000.00 as security deposit with them. The last bill was generated on 4-sep-2019 which was inr 461.76

                            I approached idea office and with an application to adjust my last bill against the security deposit and refund the balance amount. The person (Ramdas) told me that application is not required and the last bill amount has been already adjusted against the security deposit and the balance has been refunded by cheque payment and i will receive it shortly.

                            21-sep-2019
                            I didn't receive any cheque. So i went to idea office again. This time the same person (Ramdas) told me that i should get the cheque within 45 days. So i went back and decided to wait.

                            12-oct-2019
                            I again went to check the status of the refund. Mr. Rajesh helped me and told me he will write an email to find out whats wrong and all me back the same evening. No call received.

                            16-oct-2019
                            Morning -
                            I called mr. Rajesh to check the status. He said he will login into the system, check the status and call back. No call back received.

                            Late afternoon-
                            I called mr. Rajesh again to check the status. He said he has not received any response and he will try to escalate.

                              I have to port my idea postpaid number with airtel due to frequent diconnection / net issues in june, 2019. I was told the refund cheque will be sent after 60 days. I have sent several mails and got 2-3 mails that they are looking into this and will revert. I have not yet received the refund cheque. The amount is more than rs. 3, 000.

                              I would appreciate it if someone can look into this and sort out the issue immediately.

                                Plz send network team to do the survey let them know how much we are getting problem or otherwise i will report this matter to ravinder takkar and chairman of trai dr. R. S sharma and appellate department of trai [protected]@trai.gov.in

                                Plz registered appellate complaint of 39 days let higher authorities and cag consumer advisory group and trai department members involve in it

                                Plz send network team and rf team to do the survey i m ready to give my land for network tower installation and also help with all local and clearances authorities for approval

                                  Sir i recharge 43 rs for dailer tone but dialer tone is not activate on my number i try to much time with the help of costumer care but they fail so please activate my dialer tone as soon as possible i have already do song selection procedure so pleas do fast precess i recharge 15 oct 2019 via online payment i call again and again to customer care they only tell one think all time i do all ways but not success i want my money refund or set the dialer tone thats its

                                    I have a long standing service history with idea cellular ltd., and i am utterly disappointed with the current network infrastructure for 4g services. I have had network feasibility performed, radius acknowledged (Falls within 150 mtrs of the nearest co node), los has nothing "foreign" or "alien" that cannot be detected. On the troubleshooting end, i have rebooted my phone (The power button is now defunct due to increased use), changed the sim slots, changed the device (Currently using an mi max), created a new ap with idea_gprs, etc. I have given up trying those nerds at the customer care since they are never reachable!
                                    I have a family of 5 and all o[censored]s have moderate to heavy internet use. I would like idea, as a service provider to set the right expectations and resolve this issue within this week. If not, i will migrate all my numbers to reliance gio without a moment's notice.

                                      My complaint is again ur network, i can't use even 2g speed with a recharge price of 399rs, there is no internet on my mobile right now but i recharged 399rs...
                                      And another thing is I'm using 3G sim, i need to upgrade 4G, so i visited idea showroom in west mambalam(GN communication) they asked 50rs for the 4G upgrade, but customer care person told me it's free of cost and of course i didn't changed the sim for that cause... Im really regretted with ur service and many inconvenience caused... Kindly refund my recharge money or solve my issues immediately(ps: I'm a idea customer since 2013) poor customer service

                                        I Bhausaheb Nivrutti Shirsath facing problems of call drops and slowest net speed.
                                        Incoming and out going call drops continues since two months. I doing regular follow up to customers complaint but they still not corrected the problem.
