My mobile no. Is [protected] and my network is not working for the last 2 days while having pack validity upto 04.03.2019 and is showing on mobile screen that the no. Is not in service. If any person tries to contact me they are unable to contact me because my no. Is not in service. I am working as a senior level officer in central govt and unable to contact and receive important calls. I am also contacted to customer care but they tell me that your network is perfectly working and if any technical problem is occur than it is resolved by before 10.02.19
Please solve my problem on priority basis.

    Hello,

    I did sent sms as stop to 593350 soon after seen your reply here.
    Until today it was fine.

    But, today 22nd feb 2019 again rs. 8/- is deducted from my account and sms received from 51998.

    You haven't refunded my earlier deductions and even after i asked for stop flash sms, you again deducted amount.

    I appreciate if you resolve this issue permanently and refund my deducted amount.

      With great surprise i am informing you that idea company is involved in data distribution to agents for recovery of dues. Such data includes outgoing calls and incomings call mobile numbers. This outgoing and incoming call numbers are contacted by agency for collection of dues.

      Recovery agents call these numbers and tell them that actual owner of defaulted number have told that they will pay the pending bill and even tell then to inform actual owner of defaulted number to pay the bill.

      Your agents are completely working against telecom consumer charter & code of conduct given on website www.ideacellular.com.

      I had a post paid number [protected] in my name advocate sunil ramchandani which was misplaced by me before 3 months and i havent paid the bill. I got a call from a girl from mobile number which is not authorised by you to call as only numbers given on website can call us.

      She told me that sum balance is pending on my mobile number i told him that i am out of station and will pay the amount in few days. She told me to pay immediately which i denied.

      She started calling my father on * and told him that i have told him that he will pay the bill. At great shock my father called me and asked me the matter. I told him that i am out of station and will pay bill once i am back.

      She was scolded by my father and instructed not to call him as his number is not in name of sunil ramchandani.

      She called my sister husband mr * on *and asked him to pay the mobile bill.

      Such irresponsible attitude is not acceptable by me. Even i have told her why she is saying such lie but she is talking to me roughly and saying that why she cant lie if we have defaulted on bill payment. She is continuously calling me from mobile number [protected]. And from same mobile number she is calling other numbers which were in my incoming and outgoing calls when i was using the number for which payment is due.

      Today evening they have also called some other mobile numbers from our outgoing and incoming list and have asked them whether they know sunil ramchandani or not.

      Such gross negligence is not expected from company and strict action should be taken against recovery agent and that lady who is calling all my outgoing and incoming calls.

      I here request to take appropriate action against such recovery agent and stop misuse of our data and sharing data with recovery agents openly.

      I uploaded above complaint on 16.02.2019 at centralized public grievance redress and monitoring system (Cpgrams) website and got issue resolved by sacking that girl who called me.

      : customer complained regarding call details and services. We have spoken with customer apologies for the behavior of our executive and informed him that we have already terminated that lady and now she cannot work with idea cellular anymore and explained him that no data leakage is there in vodafone idea ltd. Customer satisfied with the apology call and has no issue with recovery call.

      Note - uploading this so that others can take appropriate action and stop this data theft. I am 100% sure that idea is giving data access to agents for recovery else no one can get our incoming and outging lists for calling them for recovery. I have paid the due amount and i dont have any objection in paying if i have used it.

      Data theft of an advocate is punished but all should take steps.

        I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to airtel how ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldnt find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help

          This idea responser try to make me fool from everywhere. I am trying 198, twitter, email, idea chat and consumer complaint forum regarding data balance diducton. Which was diducted between 21-22 january. On 21 january after data usage i have been left 9.05 gb data, but on 22 january morning when i checked my data balance before i am using then i see there are only 3.9gb data is available for used. On that time i am twitting the problem and till now i am not getting resolution. On that time i already called to customer care but they told me, we are unable to do anything before bill generation. But after bill generation where were i see that my monthly data usage is 2.95gb only and i checked the carry forwarded data balance is on 27.01.2019 on my idea app which was is 3.5 gb only. Now the matter is monthly usage pluscarry forwarded all total 6.45gb but on 9 january when my postpaid service is start there were 11.6 gb data balance showing for the january month bill cycle. Now from 11.6 gb data minus 6.45gb data equal to 5.15gb data hidden

          Now the previous matter is where were i see that the same from 9.05 gb minus 3.9gb equal to here are already 5.15 gb data balance diducted by idea between 21-22 january which was hidden on january month bill. Since 1 month i am complaining about the same, but this fraud operator till now they were not give me the diducted data balance or any service request number. They just trying to make me fool through there useless reply, where were no service request number. They know only frauding and how to fooling there user...

            Dear sir,

            I have recharged for rs. 398/- on 22/02/2019 through demo with below reference number.

            Wrong mobile number : [protected]
            Reverse mobile number : [protected]
            Date & time of transaction: 22/02/2019 @ 9:14 am.

            I have called the customer care to reverse the recharge and transfer the recharge to the correct number. No one is ready to listen and help me in this regard.

            Is it always the case that no one will ever make any mistake while recharging or you don't care to resolve such issues?

            Please assist.

            If i don't get proper response, i might have to approach consumer court to get justice in this case.

              For your information and action please, For a few months our catching the Mobile 2C network and we have recharged 4C, then Idea team will solve this problem as soon as possible due to this people are very worried and people have to port SIM in another network The discussion is going on.

                Myself Amit verma, approx 3 years ago i converted my SIM from idea prepaid to Idea postpaid and taken a additional postpaid no. [protected] for my home, my residence is in C-3 Block, Janakpuri, New Delhi-58, Till deactivation of my idea no. [protected] I launch complaints many time for network issue in my residence area and when i send msg for porting my number than every time your customer care person gave us a assurance for improving network signals in this area, I paid regularly my bills without using net data and free calls. But no improvement of signals in my residential area.Then i was launch complaint for network issue, then your customer care person said that in this area they can't improve network signals for uncertain time due to some technical issue. In frustration with your services my wife broken sim of no. [protected]. Than i request at your customer care from my idea no.[protected] for deactivate my alternate mobile number [protected] urgently .
                If you check last 1 year net data use and call details till before number deactivation then u agreed that i donate you every month bill amount for your very bad service and network in my area.
                After one month when I got the bill of mobile no.[protected] then i request again to your customer care for deactivate my no.[protected] and i refused to pay of that month bill, but 2nd month i got 2 month charge bill. I can't pay these 2 months bill for your deficiency in services.
                I regularly paid my another idea no. [protected] bill without any delay because mainly i use this number in my office area so i can use it. But today I got a message " Dear Customer, your request for barring on mob. no. [protected] has been processed successfully through communication ID C[protected]." But I never say for barring my no. [protected]. Kindly activated my idea no. [protected] as soon as possible. Feb-2019 month bill pending of this no.

[protected], in that period we was not use that mobile no. and request you to deactivate this no. after paid all dues. But for mobile no. [protected] till u don't activate my no. i will not pay feb-2019 bill. I regularly paid all bill without any delay. I want to use mobile no. [protected] and i[censored] activate this mobile no. immediately than I will pay the due bill of Feb-19 month. Choice is yours.

                  Dear sir/madam
                  My mobile no [protected] (Prepaid connection) has been deactivated. When i contacted idea centre (Patrakarpuram lucknow), they told that now they will not give me that number in prepaid, they will give that on postpaid connection only and that also you have to use for minimum 4 months.
                  When my earlier connection was prepaid how can they dictate to give the same number for postpaid only.

                  Now i have given this number to many banks and other places and i want it very badly but they want to blackmail me for this asking to take a postpaid connection.

                  In may family i have three other idea prepaid connection, now within one week i will apply for mobile number portability to any other network as i can not trust idea now.

                      I have got a link to my Samsung guru phone, and a message showing the deduction of 8/-. contacted customer care but no great response from them. they claim that you dialed to a number which start with * and ends with # which i never did, this is not the 1st time. i want my refund.

Hence, we request you to send SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset. Also, you can dial 155223 to deactivate value added service from your account.

                      - Go to your handset SIM Toolkit
                      - Click on Idea Flash option
                      - Tap on Activation
                      - Click on Deactivate

                          My idea sim suddenly stopped, lost it's signals. I went to idea store in amritsar r s tower, hall bazar. The manager there talked to me rude & asked me to come before 6 pm. I asked that i can't come before 6 pm tell me the alternate he replied it's your problem you see. I asked him that do you care your customer or not. He clearly said they don't have the value of customer. I think they really don't need a customer. I must appreciate the way of dealing of airtel & jio.

                            I received a message from iz-idea saying, your request for promo offer activation for mob. No.[…………..] has been successfully processed through communication id c1-[…….]; i had not authorized such a service activation. Kindly register my complain against idea as i have seen here that this malpractice has been happening with a lot of other folks too and kept unattended many times on complaint with idea. When i called them today again they say nirvana plan automatically happens and i have to pay 299 monthly now. This is frustrating. I have decided to change the service provider. Worst still they charge when we call customer care.
                            Here is the mail i received.

                              Calling agents use on customers... Fyi.. Your agents call up my entire family and friends circle spreading false information.. Saying that everyone are witness in a case and shall be liable for legal case and on other instance an agent of yours says that i have done a fraud in a company... On other instance she says that they are tracking us... And today all of a sudden ur agent calls all my friends nd family and uses foul language trust me really foul... This is not acceptable.. There can be heart patients or sensitive people.. And all of a sudden i[censored]r agent calls them up and says that they have a legal case against them in delhi court then imagine... A person can really get a heart attack... This ís a serious crime and is really an unethical practice... I have been knowing that idea telecom is one of the best service provider here but after what your collection agents harassed my family i have lost trust in idea... Ps. The call was for the payment of 500 rs which i have already paid through a collection agent months ago for an idea no [protected]... I have call recordings of the conversation... Trust me if your agent had spoken to me in a professional manner i would not have mind to make another payment... A sincere request of mine... Your agents are harassing every day... I request idea telecom to sort this out and teach your agents to behave professionally... I believe idea telecom will sort this matter asap...

I made a recharge of 398 on 18 feb 2019 8:36 am through idea app. Money deducted from my account but recharge balance not credited into my mobile yet. It has been more than 48 hrs. When i asked customer care executive he told me to wait for 7-8 days. I dont get it why do i wait for 7 days when money is already deducted. I can not make calls. Should i stop all my important works for 7 days? Why do i suffer when there is a problem from idea side. I need it to be sorted out as soon as possible. Very poor services by idea cellular. Highly dissatisfied.

                                  This to inform idea cellular. That one lady keeps calling, saying she is representative of idea cellular and some other guy whom i don't know had defaulted his post paid payments, as called me from that defaulted payment mobile number. So now i must pay his bills because my number is in his call list or else she will send a squad and do un thinkable and also she is tracing my airtel number. And she claims if money is not paid for somebody else bill my family won't be safe. Please do as need. By the way i never in my while life used idea cellular network. Her mobile number is +[protected]. My mobile number is [protected] it's an airtel number.

                                    मेरे mobile valut में date 25.1.19 को 43 रुपये का बैलेंस था, जिसकी outgoing की validity भी 24.1.19 थी, किन्तु idea कंपनी ने date 27.1.19 को अपने आप ही 24 रुपये मेरे valut से काटकर 1month के लिए outgoing का recharge कर दिया। इस 24 रुपये की कटौती के लिए idea के custumar care से बात करने पर, उन्होंने नियम बताया कि अगर आप monthly recharge नही करते हैं, तथा आपके valut में राशि हैं तो कंपनी के नियम के अनुसार 24 रुपये काटकर 1 month का रिचार्ज कंपनी द्वारा कर दिया जाता है, ये कंपनी की पालिसी है।

                                    फिर मेरे द्वारा मेरे इस आईडिया के नंबर को पोर्ट करवा लेने की बात कहने पर, मेरे नंबर पर porting का massage भेजने की सुविधा भी बंद कर दी गई है। मेेरे द्वारा porting का massage करने पर massage sent fail लिखा आता है, जबकि अन्य massage sent हो रहे है।

                                    इस प्रकार मेरी शिकायत है कि 1.पहले तो idea company जबरदस्ती अपने मन से valut में से राशि काटकर रिचार्ज करती है, 2.porting का massage करने पर porting की सुविधा मेरे idea के मोबाइल नंबर पर बंद कर देती है।

                                    इस प्रकार कितने ग्राहकों को इस तरीके से idea company ने लूटा होगा। अत: ऐसी लूट एवं कंपनी की मनमानी को बंद करे।

                                      I am receiving class 0 message about carrier info and data notification every half an hour. I contacted customer care 12345 and 198. They told me to send message as stop to 593350. I also tried *121*46# and *121*4*1# to stop the class 0 message, as per customer care's suggestion. Instead of stopping, now the frequency of class 0 message on my card is increased. This is extremely disgusting. I tried customer care, now they aren't picking up the calls. I have recorded call where how the idea general information misguides you from not receiving call to falsely activating a service you are not at all interested in. Moreover the problem i am facing, the class 0 message has became even more serious. It is coming way too frequently. Every half an hour... If you care about your customer, please do something about it. Otherwise customer has got to do something.

                                      Hello, Why should I provide contact ? I am calling customer care executives. They don't have the record of my previous complaints while I have the recorded calls explaining me the process to turn off Class 0 message. Few days ago, I had registered complaint and it got resolved two days ago and class 0 messages were stopped. But yesterday again the class 0 messages have started coming more frequently. When I report about this to customer care executive today, they are saying we don't have any of your previous complaint data. What is this class 0 message about ? Who is the brilliant brain behind sending this message to annoy the customers ? I am going to port into other sim card company now. That is the best solution now. Idea was really good before .. now it is indescribably worse.. Class 0 message is extremely annoying. I am never going to recommend anyone to Idea. Thanks for the trouble.

                                        Since 22 january, i am complaining about of data balance diducton. But this company is not returned my data balance yet. I already proof the balance diducton, but nothing is happening. Before bill generation, they told me we are unable to do anything before bill generation. But after bill generation, they told me only... We working on it, please be assured... But, if i am not pay their bill on time then they are ready to collect late fees. This is too much from idea..
