    I am using a 4g sim card in my 4g supported phone. Everything was fine till thursday (22/2/19) but from next day morning i was getting 3g network that too interrupted in between. For which i have called idea customer care multiple number of times. They lodge my complaint but there was no satisfactory response and problem remained as it is. Kindly look into the issue.

      I have first recharged my idea prepaid no.-[protected] with 119 for unlimited calling pack dated-28 feb 2018, order no.-[protected] and [protected]. Amount got deducted from my sbi account (I use phonepe app) but i didn't get a confirmation that the recharge has been successfully done and page was not getting loaded. I waited for some time then i tried again doing same recharge and it got successfully recharged and i got confirmation also for the same, after few second the first recharge has also got confirmed. Now my concern is that both the recharge are for same pack. Please if you could refund the second recharge of 119 any how it would be really appreciable thanking you in anticipation. I'm enclosing here the screenshots of my transaction on phonepe app

      yeah! i received a call...by number: [protected]...guy was saying that he was speaking from idea cellular costumer support...and he asked me to send the a link(massaged me separately by number: [protected]) on a number which is: [protected] with my bank registered mobile number to get my refund from idea company...is it true call or fraud? i am attaching here screenshots of that conversation

      second thing is that if call is true then why they are asking to send links by my bank registered mobile number...when i did that i got notifications As;

      "Dear Customer, your registration for BHIM United UPI Pay App app to access your bank account has been started. Do not share your Debit card details/One time password or OTP/Expiry date number to avoid any financial loss. If it is not initiated by you, please report immediately to your bank helpline no.[protected] to avoid any financial loss"

      what does it mean?

      are they are registering my mobile number to an application to access my bank account?

      simply if you want refund my money just return it to my original payment method...i think there is no need of authorization by costumer. as many online merchant do and i made payment via phonepe app so you should refund to phonepe not in my bank account directly...!!

      hope you will understand now! why i did that...kindly think on it. and notify

      [protected]- Gupta, we recharged this idea number through online idea website on May 23rd 2020 and web page shows ooops cannot recharge- something is wrong after giving OTP . 599 /- deducted from KVB bank account.

      then we recharged again then it is successful, the bank was informed through a letter money was in ideas account.

        There is no issue regarding talktime or balance in my mobile, still facing problem related by sending messages. Even i complaint 1 month before too and after 3-4 days, complaint ticket closed without any solution. I checked service center number too. Everything is fine and am using jio number too and am able to send the messages from jio number.in that case, there is no issue in my mobile too. Check the details and update asap, i tolerate so much and not ready to tolerate more. Resolve the issue or i will port my sim to other connection

            I recharged my idea number 509/- in december 2018. Calls, sms valid till 23 april 2019. But 4g data has been expired in 27 february 2019. How is that. Do they think that we are fools. Our old recharge validity expires on 27th february 2019 so that the data pack also been deactivated. This is what they do to their customers. I need a solution to this kind of action from idea cellular network.

                I am mit manish bhavsar from ahmedabad. I had purchased idea no. [protected] before few years (2016). As this number is not utilized since long so i had inquire at idea store at bopal whether this number is active or not?. As per idea store at bopal, this number is active and it is in the name of mit manish bhavsar, so i had replaced sim with new 4g sim :[protected] by paying rs.50/- and giving relevant documents : proof of identity and personal photo at idea store.
                Then as per guidance of idea customer care i had recharge the card with rs.399/- on friday[protected]:25. I had utilized it for a day. Then next day all of sudden this number has stopped working by giving message that this number is not exist. By contacting idea customer care i got reply that your card was not in use since 90 days, so it is inactive.

                I am little bit surprised that if my card is in active then

                (1) how idea store issue new 4g sim card[protected] on in active number by accepting proof of identity & taking personal photograph?
                (2) how any one can able to recharge for rs.399/- on in active number?
                (3) how any one can talk for a day on in active number?

                As i want to utilize this number, you are requested to start this number with immediate effect with 399 plan.

                  Will you explain why does I got charged with 0.04 INR on 0 MB data I used? I didn't even switched on the mobile data.

                  Why am I getting a message of a Rs 0.04 deduction in a Idea SIM due to internet usage even though I have WiFi connectivity?

                  I am not using Idea Mobile Network for internet access. Still I am getting charged.

                  Data_CHRG:0.04 INR, Bal_Left=38.26 INR. You are getting charged at default rate for data usage. Please recharge with any data or unlimited pack.

                  This is happening continuously.

                  Stop this nonsense.

                    Past month i made a recharge of 398 pack of idea, from that day i was getting lot of issue with browsing, even 1kb speed also taking 1hour to load.regarding to this problem i called CUSTOMER CARE but no one solved my problem, i got frustrated, till one month i tried to get solution from the idea CUSTOMER CARE but no one solved, simply they will tell please wait for 39 hours, but problem will not be solved.so it is waste of your money and time both.once i lost my interview because of idea network.so if you want GOOD SERVICE provider go with any one except this ###ing idea network and the whole team.this is entirely based on my experience.

                        My internet was not working due to gprs issue and have contacted idea on 20/2/2019 but they have not helped. I tried recharging using mobile balance for rs. 16 but didn't recharge and got error message saying gprs is not activated on 22/02/2019. On 22/2/2019 afternoon 2.30 recharged and after that my internet started working on 22/02/2019 rs. 136 was deducted in the morning for usage of data. I really don't understand logic, how can my money was deducted where internet was not working due to gprs issue. What i want is refund because i have not used any internet.

                        You provide me enough of evidence to proof which website and what i used. Don't show me the bill which is created by you. I am again repeating internet was not working due to gprs issue.

                          On feb 24, 2019, at 8:00am, i used https://care.ideacellular.com/wps/portal/account/payment-gateway to do the recharge of rs.449/- and the website gave me a discount of rs.50/-. I paid rs.399/- from my paytm account, paytm email id is [protected]@gmail.com
                          My mother's idea phone number is +91-[protected] (Prepaid). Idea cellular order id is[protected] and paytm transaction id is [protected]. Recharge is still not done. Please rectify this.

                            I am receiving class 0 message about carrier info and data notification every half an hour. I contacted customer care 12345 and 198. They told me to send message as stop to 593350. I also tried *121*46# and *121*4*1# to stop the class 0 message, as per customer care's suggestion. Instead of stopping, now the frequency of class 0 message on my card is increased. This is extremely disgusting. I tried customer care, now they aren't picking up the calls. I have recorded call where how the idea general information misguides you from not receiving call to falsely activating a service you are not at all interested in. Moreover the problem i am facing, the class 0 message has became even more serious. It is coming way too frequently. Every half an hour... If you care about your customer, please do something about it. Otherwise customer has got to do something.

                            Hello, why should i provide contact? I am calling customer care executives. They don't have the record of my previous complaints while i have the recorded calls explaining me the process to turn off class 0 message. Few days ago, i had registered complaint and it got resolved two days ago and class 0 messages were stopped. But yesterday again the class 0 messages have started coming more frequently. When i report about this to customer care executive today, they are saying we don't have any of your previous complaint data. What is this class 0 message about? Who is the brilliant brain behind sending this message to annoy the customers? I am going to port into other sim card company now. That is the best solution now. Idea was really good before.. Now it is indescribably worse.. Class 0 message is extremely annoying. I am never going to recommend anyone to idea. Thanks for the trouble.

                                Hello, my idea number is [protected] and am using redmi note 4 mobile for past 2 years it has inbuilt volte feature enable and i am used this feature in other networks but in your idea netwotk it is not supporting and your customer care won't take this issue seriously. Hope you take this complaint and as soon as possible. I already send the mail regarding this issue in your customer care mail id but i didnt get any proper response from your side. I am having the volte features in my mobile and in what aspect your are saying that it is not supporting in my mobile. If solution is not there i ll return my idea network immediately.

                                  My mobile no.[protected] is post paid and it is in name of my elder son rohit yadav.

                                  In the month of december 2018, i had paid cash rs.180/- to mr. Ketanbhai who was working with idea at gay circle idea store. When i got bill in the month of january 2019 i was surprised to note that they had not paid rs.180/- which i had given cash then i approached gay circle idea store and found that the idea store was closed and shifted to dandia bazar. Then i went to dandia bazar and met with mr ketanbhai who told that this money was not dispatched by owner, however tomorrow it will be deposited in your account and you will get msg in your mobile on 48 hrs. But not received any msg till date. After 3 - 4 days i enquirer on his mobile no.[protected] he told that your correction had done & you can deposit rs.503/- in the month of jan.19 i deposited rs.500/- by internet through my son. Now again in the feb.19 bill rs.180/- which was paid by me by cash in dec.18 will not incorporated in my idea account. Kindly look in to matter and help to resolve this matter.

                                    This is to bring to your kind attention that today on 23rd Feb Rs 8/- has been deducted from my balance from my mobile number [protected] without any cause and information. The mobile was in ideal state and the balance has been deducted and that time I was taking bath. Kindly look into the matter and refund this amount at the earliest as this amount is unnecessarily deducted. Really you people have respect for the customers then waive off this amount at the earliest.

                                      My cellphone number is [protected], when i was using idea cellular they asked me to make 1000rs security payment to make international calls. I have made it and used my service. After that i moved out of idea to airtel by making port. I asked for the security deposit by calling to customer care but they are saying will give, we have sent check bla bla, no proper response from idea. They have closed my complain with improper response. I have not received any check or money. Kindly help me to get my money as soon as possible.
