I was really appreciated with your network service but since one week the network is unreachable and we are unable to attend importand call as i have shifted to other location which is at madhapur (Hyderabad), however my phone is 4g network accessible still we cannot avail proper internet service and voice calls. It will be great pleasure i[censored] can resolve this issue.

I am Rohit Kumar my mob. No. is [protected]. I have ported my number in idea postpaid. But from day before airtel cut my network and idea doesn't provide me network. When i call it shows no registration. Mr. Sumit([protected]) gave me sim. After this problem i call him. He provided me another no. Of Mr. Parshant([protected]) I also call him. He provided me another no. Lots of numbers provide my by agents and yours employees. But no one wants to solve my problem. Many times they doesn't pick my call and many time they cut that. I am totally harassing. Your idea outlets also are not giving me any type of help. It is very wrost experience and worst service provide by idea. I am very disappointed. It is my humble request to fix my problem as soon as possible.

I am facing an issue of call barring. My calls are barred on my idea sim and on switching off the call barring service it asks for the password. - in this context i have — contacted customer care many times but they are inexperienced and don't what is call barring. Today i visited idea store, t-hey s-aid they — don't know about this issue and how to resolve it.

I had taken idea post paid service from idea cellular
I opted for post paid plan 225/-
I was shocked to see my bill amount for the month of december 2018and jan 2019 with a ooping amount 1984/- for 2 months
I tried calling customer service and the customer service executives were not able to resolve my queries.
Visited idea outlets in mathikere, basaveshwara nagar, and all were unable to resolve the issues quoting me that i need to pay the bill and they are helpless in sorting out.
I have not sent a single sms but my bill shows around 1004 sms for 2 months
After trying to resolve my issues with customer care they have blocked my incoming and outgoing facility.

They are asking me to pay else i will loose the number.

I have given my contact number to all my family friends and business client and because of the company blocking my incoming and outgoing service i am loosing business daily as i am into signage business where customer calls for business daily.
I am facing lot of mental agony and frustration, and business loss due to of the idea cellular service.
Please look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest
I am ready for any cooperation from my end to resolve this issue at the earliest.

I have reported all issues to you people but you have never even try to clear my issues.. Totally i lost around 150 rs so i have decided to port out from fraud idea to jio... Fed up with you and your service is too bad i will report the same to trai and consumer forum... Never try to cheat your customers

Hello team,

I have ported my number to another service and i cleared my bill but again idea people calling and saying your bill is pending, also they are threatening and abusing me with bad words.
Idea network must stop these kind of worst things and approaches.
However i am paying this amount in order to avoid such non-sense calls from idea people.

Its fully a unfair trade practice followed by idea with is against to consumer rights and consumer protection act.
Please take action to avoid such things in future to common people.

Idea has blocked my number [protected] without any reason. My all dues are up to date for this number. But they are saying there are dues pending. I had called customer care several times. Some time they are saying your no will be unblocked in 1 hour. And some times they are saying dues pending. My number is blocked from last 48 hours. Pl look into the matter

I am doing my transition for last 5 years in your axis bank but till now rahul kumar is posted in axis bank main branch chatra pin code 825401, which is headed by assistant manager chatra, whose very bad behavior is due to my 10 accounts which is almost 70lac to 1cor.in a month transection i have to close. Let me tell you for information that rahul kumar has threatened to close my account. So i urge you to do it soon

Sir i am the customer of idea cellular company since 2012 but now this present time. I am not satisfy of idea recharge policy.
Because i am using simple basic mobile phone in which no internet. But i recharge every month 179 which is a unlimited call and 1 gb data per day. But data not use by me. When month is complete then data is end.
. I request u that please forward this complain to idea company to reduce recharge amount give a satisfactory recharge amount without data for basic mobile.

I have first recharged my idea prepaid no [protected] with 199 fo unlimited data pack dated-4th feb 2018 via google pay but got an error. So asked my friend pravin kokane to reacharge on my behalf. He did from his phone and later i transferred the amount 199 to this account

Finally when i checked hdfc account the initial recharge of 199 was successful
Double time reacharge on the same number the same time and day...

My idea calling service suddenly stopped from recieving incoming and outgoing calls lately.The other time i took loan from idea and i failed to repay it and since tyen after a month or so It says, "your account balance might be the reason or your validity is over" when i try to contact people.It wasnt necessarily important for me to put up with anything other than recieving calls because i had another sim which was in use both calling and internet services.I tried putting talktime but it doesn't work.Is there a way to re-activate the service since im a a deep pinch.Please take your time and look up to it.thankyou!

To whom so ever concerned, I writing this after being highly disappointed by the staff idea has in its service centers in Jalandhar, Punjab. Like I’ve never seen such lazy and demotivated people first of all they just dont want to serve you. After that they are all clumsy and slow in dealing with people. I had to switch my coperate plan to prepaid as i was being charged so much for no reason and they would just not let me do so. They made me go to and fro from dialling customer care to visiting their office serveral time. Now after 36 hours they are still asking me to visit again next morning. Just decided to get it done once and get rid of this carrier. Hope you look into your people. Thanks

Charged for roaming for all incoming and outgoing calls. Number [protected]. Customer care said calls are made out of idea circle. But in bill it shows idea network. Also, isd call for 4 seconds billed with 52 rs. Normal charges are not applied for any of the calls. This is fraud billing from idea and they have disconnected my number even after i have raised the complaint for the same. I do not wish to pay this huge amount as bill.

It's almost one month i didn't received any incoming calls lot of times i have been complaints to customer care even they don't know anything and no reason why i am not getting one of the worst service ever seen in cellular network you have to answer and pay for this kind of services

Telecom companies including bsnl are looting people in name of validity of sims, validity recharges and different amounts being charged for different periods of validity recharges fixed by different companies.. They are befooling people by closing outgoing and incoming calls on name of end of validity period.. Validity has no meaning when once the sim is got by a person, recharged with some amount /plan and used for talking, then what does validity mean??. Validity should be automatic with the recharge till recharge amount is finished. The validity recharge requirement be please banned by trai being no logic and unjustified. After one month of finishing of recharge amount the outgoing calls should be stopped by the operator and after two months the sim be deactivated. Further provision to revive the deactivated sim/phone no. Within next three months from same operator or other should be there with some chargeable penal amount fixed by trai.. Hope early action is taken in the matter.

Internet speed is very slow.
I have giving some issue from network speed.
I also trying change the apn setting for giving fastest speed but i'm not gave the speed is better than last few months.
Request you to kindly resolve the problem at the earliest.
If internet speed is very slow then i'm not getting benefit to make recharge of rs.350&above.

1. I have tried to register a complaint against idea cellular service, but the customer care is not registering it.
2. From last two month (1 dec 2018 and 2 feb 2019), idea cellular service is deducting money for the sms packs which i never activated. When i tried to complaint, customer care is not registering it.
3. When i told the person from customer care, i would like to talk to senior executive, that person has dropped the call.
4. Please help me to refund the deducted money.

Dear sir, my existing mobile number [protected] outgoing and incoming calls closed. I appelle higher authority on 24.01.2019 by message on mobile number [protected] and by email appellate. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com. I recharge time to time minimum balance and use it regularly. My current balance is rs. 11.30. But not given answer satisfactory. Please help me.

Updated my idea 3g sim to idea 4g, i am unable to receive any messages from others friends, banks etc. Due to my business i am usually & time to time in need money transfer regarding otp sms from my bank (Which is ok before upgrading to 4g).
I contacted customer care of idea they told me it is activated after 24 hour, although my all services is activted except messages.

When i approach to outlet of idea they told to contact customer care & helpless.

I am frustrated with this type of services...

Visited your store in tilakwadi, belgaum (Karnataka) on 29th jan 19. To change the above number. Attended by your employee raj. Who said no form is needed to be filled at the moment, inspite my telling him that i just filled the form in vodafone store to do the same procedure. It was my request to him that since we are senior citizen we will not be able to come this distance again and again to fill any form. But he said nothing is required from your wife (This number is on her name) you come with your id and aadhar and the work will be done.
Unfortunately there has been no communication from idea till date.
I have also spoken to supervisor sushma and manager jayshree regarding the same on your toll free number.
Please resolve the problem at your earliest.
