Messaging services on my above phone no for incoming & outgoing is not getting through from the day of switch over from jio to idea.

My important business transactions are parallesed due to non-functioning of sms services.

In spite of my repeated request the line as not being restored. I once again request to restore my sms service immediately on receipt of this mail.

From the day 1st in idea network i am getting frustrated because of your service. My mobile banking is stopped because of sim verification neither otp is coming from 3 days i am requesting to start the service or please port out me urgently if you are not capable to start.

I am not satisfies with the resolution provided to me. How can idea change the plans without informing consumers. I have 2 idea numbers - [protected] and [protected]. We (Me and my husband) have kept our mobile numbers in minimum rentals as this is old number, and we just keep it for incoming. Now you have increased the rental from 149 to 299, and giving discount of rs50 for first few months. Y should we pay excess rental for incoming purpose???

We are not at all happy with this change from idea, kindly note this, we will further escalate this to appellate authority and port to some different service provider.in the end, would never recommend anyone to use your services, pathetic service.

Tried many time to recharge the mobile since 19/2/19, but in vain.. After 19th feb 19, stopped receiving messages but on 6/3/19, received a message as under:'"special offers for your idea number :rchg with rs.50 get 39.37tt;rechg with rs.65 get 55 tt+200 mb for 28 days. Dial*121# for best offers" il-idea 117". As per your message, on 7/3/19 i recharged mobile for rs.50. Tr id qur[protected] but not credited the amount in mobile. Please look in to this matter urgently.

I port my number from reliance to idea one year ago after that i change my plan postpaid to prepaid on 24 february 2019 on your durga puri branch delhi your representative change my plan he deposit all my due bill in advance i paid all my dues and he deposit 500 inr for prepaid plan after that i wrote you till date 08/03/2019 my prepaid plan not active and i gone so many times he not recharge my plan he say it's company fault that your number not working. So i asked you who is the responsible for my number not working. I request you to please solve my problem asap

Since last many years In our area facing the very bad network of idea services.
Some time we have gets 1 or 2 point of network but some times suddenly we have lost the all network points. I have called many times in customer-care but every-time i got the reply all customer executive are busy. I was daily called 10-12 times but not receive
any response.

We have shift our finance offiice at near mai hotel, arni road yavatmal as on 3 march 2019, there are around 84 office staff & around 75 idea customers usinf idea network. We are unable to use interenet connection also there is very bad network, call not connecting, calls break during call etc. If problem not solve we all are going to port our network immediatley.

I have already paid my bills for my prior operator post porting into idea and made full recharge for idea prepaid sim too. Still my idea outgoing calls are blocked. Pathetic and disgusting. Please see my transaction message.

Currently have major problem since 4 days that in auto mode of network in phone, incoming and outgoing call not done but internet works.
If it's to be change in 3g mode than incoming and outgoing call done but internet not works.
Have also complain (1/[protected] to idea department, still we don't have any updates.
Acually i am in big loss due to incoming and outgoing call not working without any information, my all business operated on phone.

Pathetic service, worst customer experience..

I came here for port my 2 networks from airtel to idea due to network issues,
The executive who s sitting here in idea office (Pavan communications) says that he will give me a sim card but which will only be activated after 7 working days and i told him okay provide the sim i will wait for 7 days now here is the twist he asked me pay for first recharge now than i have to wait and check after 7 days... If recharge not happening or nothing seems workout with network than i have to give a call to him than he will do/transfer my funds back through tez/google pay / phone pay.
I said i need sim card i will manage recharge my self, he s such arragant how i can give you sim card without first rc amount, how my business will run..

Why should i bother about ur business ur job is to distribute sim cards and if someone come for rc than do rc...

Literally fedup with his way of answers not only me there are 2 more customers he sent back for different silly reasons

Idea you should kick off these kind dealers...

Find the attachment of customers review against this dealer..

I got a message from idea cellular that promo offer has been activated on my mobile no. Kindly note that I have never given any such request for activation of a Promo offer on My no [protected]. I don't even know what is the promo offer, and currently I am not interested in any such offer. Kindly make a note of it and De- activate it asap. Also inform me at the earliest.

My self swadhin i'm a user of idea & airtel circular. When i purchased the sim they said itslifetime tome validity.
Now they are stopping the incoming and outgoing. Even though i have balance.
Unhealthy business tactics by idea.
Please stop this harrasment. If i have balance why they are stopping my services.
What is the procedure to file a complaint in consumer court?

I had recharged for the rs. 459 unlimited idea pack using my sbi internet banking portal on march 2nd 2019 2235hrs at the idea online recharge site. The amount was deducted from my account but the recharge didn't go through. I received an sms informing me the amount was deducted with reference number. Attempt was made to the customer care service but in vain. Information regarding the same has been attached to this sub post. I kindly request for the amount to be credited and for the speedy resolution of the matter. Thank you

Im residing in lohegaon pune using idea cellular service 4g sim. I paid for their 4g internet/data service. But its like idea cellular is fraud, cheating their customers. Im not even getting 2g service speed of data/internet. Idea cellular provides 2g service in the name of 4g. It is a big scam.

Network disappeared very oftenly. Call disconnects, whenever i try to network turns from '4g' to 'h' or 'h+'. Even i experienced cross connection for many times.

I registered network and data issue complaints several times. But no improvement in calling and data service.

Idea is very very worst service provider, am very frustrated.

Is their any way to register complaint of cheating and fraud against idea cellular, please advice.

Hello i am vivek bhavsar.

My idea number and network was good until today (3/3/2019) afternoon but from the evening my phone shows no network at all. I tried restarting several times but it is not working. I have also tried to put another sim card just to check if it's phone's problem but the other sim card works properly.
I have also tried calling customer care but solutions didn't work either.
Kindly solve this issue as fast as possible.

After recharge everytime my balance get zero on few days. When i checked with customer care and app, o get the details that i have called in my another number which is have in same phone (Means both sim having in one phone). While calling customer care i got response we can't do anything. So if this issue not resolve i need to out from idea and in someone elsa.

Request you to please have a look and revert back on my balance.

Idea cellular taken ₹49 today morning for renew of hello tune with any information and now they are not refunding my balance according to rule of idea it is possible to refund the amount of vas but they are not refunding my renew of vas with giving any information to me last month also they charge ₹50 for something they also not yet refunded to me so i want my refund of today's dedication of help tune any how
