I haven't recharged my mobile number because i was using another idea number. But my paytm account is linked with the number which idea has barred!! Now i'm not able to recharge the number..
What do i do to activate my number again?? All of my accounts are linked with the number idea has blocked!! I will recharge my number now
Please do something about it!!...

My idea postpaid bill has a new item called "premium sms" which i dont know what is for and how they charged without my knowledge of subscribing something like that. When i called the customer care, they told it is a third party item and if i install that charges will be deducted. I am using a normal basic phone which dont have any smartphone features so that i can install something like that. In fact i haven't used the mobile data also....

Since 3 weeks i am facing worst coverage and call drops anywhere i go in pune. Never getting connected on 1st call. Always need to cut that and make a second call. Even then there is no guarantee that i will complete the conversation. The situation is worsening day by day. Idea is not at all responding to the complaints. Please register this complaint and i need the justification from idea. No wonder they are losing their business so rapidly....

Idea net very poor service. I so many times complianed issues. Any person don't solved any issue. I only got 4g speed upto 7mbps. When i using airtel i got 70mbps. Then i activated missed call alert service, 30 per month, that also not worked properly. I lost so many customer because of idea net work. Very poor service. Very poor. Customer care executives close may case without solving my problem. Poor services....

Not getting network from 3 days need help. I tried to talk to customer care but they just kept on saying same line again and again without checking my data usage 'sir your 1gb data is exhausted that's why you can't use internet ". They are brainless fellow not have common sense that a person not having network how can use data. Idea your network is worst and your customer care service is even more worse....

I'm using idea network with postpaid connection under 99 plan from 5 yrs. Last month i. This is the 2nd time as i already registered the complaint but no action taken by the company. So much irate now and am unable to send the sms otherwise i will going to port my sim to airtel/voda. Case is already did recharge of 65 rs. Through paytm on 20th feb 2019 and same day in evening time company did inactive sim card.

When i visited & talked your customer care office in "sector-22, chandigarh", on 4 march for the resolution of one of the issues related to idea service, one idea customer care executive. Treated me very rudely & she was not ready even to listen my queries. I am deeply saddened by such a response from your customer care.
