Case is already did recharge of 65 rs. Through paytm on 20th feb 2019 and same day in evening time company did inactive sim card.
Then i make complain and company accepted that due to technical issue your sim card was inactive and company did active sim card on 4th march 2019. (1st fault of company)
On activation time they informed me that same number can active only in postpaid connection, can not activate in prepaid connection, but later i fight with them and give references of some person and company activated my number in prepaid connection. (2nd fault of company - means doing bluff with customer, cheat customer if customer is not asking cross question)
On activation time they asked proof to active sim card on my name and asked to compulsory have to do first recharge of 555 rs. + 5 rs sim charge.
Later i checked that for first recharge different plans are available but they did not give option to select minimum price plan to active first recharge and i have to do this maximum price plan. 2nd fault of company)
I asked to give back same 65 rs balance but customer representative denied.
Then i talked to different different customer representative (Approx 10-15 person) on 12345 customer care number and customer representative informed me that some idea tunes service was activated from your phone on 20th feb 2019. Then some other representative informed that 65 rs. Was cut due to name charge process done on 4th march 2019 as they took my driving license proof to active my same number. (3rd fault - but how it is possible? Because sim was inactive by company due to technical issue. Means giving any unnecessary information to the customer and making customer round round)
And still not listening customer and asking to send email and email. Already sent multiple emails but not responding.
Corporate company, professionalism but very poor service. We can say zero service in highest payment.

Updated by Sanjay3010 In Previous days I had also bed experience for portability of number [protected] from Vodafone to Idea, as service center in Bhatar Area of Surat city informed me that you can not do port this number from Vodaone to Idea. then I checked on another service center in Nanpura area and they took 100 rs for portability charge and then I talked to the online customer service on 12345 number and customer representative informed me that charge is not much as you paid and she informed me that go on the same service center and give call to that person who took 100 rs charge for portability, then that person who was seated in care center denied to talk with online customer representative and give me back different money from 100 Rs.
Means taking different different charges from the customer if customer is not doing cross check.
Corporate company, but but stealing of customer money on the name of different charges.
