There is no signal in pune viman nagar area. As a result i cannot call anyone. There is a lot of problem, all my communication has been stopped because of the same. Kindly look into thr matter and tell me as to why am i not able to access any signals. There is a lot of problem as no communication via phone whatsoever is possible and i am not also being able to accesa internet through the same.

I am unable to send sms past 1 month. When i called customer care, they asked me to change smsc number, but it did not work. Later i visited idea celluar store, they got my sim replaced, it again did not work

They were claiming there is a handset problem. But when i used my friend's sim in my phone, he is able to send sms. When i place my sim in the phone, it does not send messages.

So, there is a problem with idea network and they are reluctant to accept the same.

Now i'm clueless and helpless!

I request, to help me on this issue.

I had been using idea number fir past 15 years and it is also updated everywhere from bank accounts to aadhar card. Currently i am out of india and therefore i could not make payments for 2 months but then after i paid all the dues. But after payment still my number is not activated and after chatting to idea customer care they said it has been permanently disconnected. "idea" please do have some respect and faith in your old time customers.in indian system a postpaid mobile number means a lot. You can not simply permanently disconnect a number like this as alsi i had activated international roaming too.

Would request you again to please help me to get my number restored.

I am user of idea since past 1year. I have never come across such a bad experience. I donno whats happening with these idea people.! I already gave a complaint regarding network isssue.! Since past 10 days i am continuously facing this.! Sometimes it show 4g volte sometimes there will bo no signal sometimes it will be h or h+.! But still signal strength will be 4 or 5 bars.! How can someone be so irresponsible inspite of me giving so many complaints.? May be taking money from customers promptly fr wat its not providing is only major thing that idea cellular can do.!! I donno if this still continues i shall port into some other network.! The funny thing is inspite of me giving a complaint from that day onwards im facing more issue.!!

My idea number is [protected]. This is to inform you that Idea cellular playing with customers money. Without taking any requests from customer they changed the plan to 299 nirvana plan. I don't have thta much usage then why should I continue with the new plan by paying higher amount. When I asked them they not giving satisfactory answer to me. TRAI please look into this, if you come across about such complaints for IDEA cellular. This is way of earning money. When I am calling to customer care even that also not connecting to executive, a simple line say call on 121 for further details. When I called on 121 their also no executive is connected, you will roam on IVR here n there.

IDEA I really appreciate for your pathetic service towards customer. You just want money.

I want my old plan or else I don't want to continue with your service.

I'm using idea network with postpaid connection under 99 plan.This month when I received my bill date for Rs.341 and when I verified the bill it shows that I used internet on my mobile for Rs. 93/-. But I didn't use any internet and I called to customer care but of no use. By bill date is on 16 of this month on which I have to pay bill. so please help me in solving this issue.

Sir i had recharged my karnataka idea sim with 199 offer which contains unlimited calls, 1.4gb data, 100sms/day. But i am unable to send sms why?? This happened data also 1 gb per day is only received by me what is the reason for this? I am feeling not better with this idea sim.

Idea Cellular automatically changed my plan from Rs. 125 to 299 without asking me. So i called them to change my plan from postpaid to prepaid but they said to visit nearest idea store so i went to Shop No 3, Mahrukh Mansion, Pannalal Terrace, Grant Road East, Bharat Nagar, Building, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400007. But they said to change to prepaid you have to make a recharge of Rs. 555 but Idea Customer Care said it was not necessary. They said You can make it a recharge of Rs. 76 to change to prepaid. I told the same to the Idea Store Manager but he was adamant. He said that the Customer Care doesn't know anything and if you want to change go ask them only and not here. He even told me to port my number. And his manner of behavior was rude as if i was nobody. He did not care whether my problem is resolved or not. I don't understand how can the help-care is providing wrong information and contradict each other when they belong to the same company. I want Idea Cellular to take strict action against either of these two person i.e the Store Manager or the Customer Care.

I noticed last month bill, Idea making fake bill against my number ([protected]). This is totally fraud from IDEA side. I did not subscribe any internet pack from last 4 year but Idea making bill for internet bill, VAS etc. I did complain customer care but they have no solution.

Now i will check last year all months bill then i can explain how much amount fraud IDEA did.

I purchased an idea postpaid connection in the month of december 2019. Since the day of my activation the 4g connection has been the worst. I travel to various cities for work and i expected a postpaid connection would provide me with uninterrupted 4g. But instead i am paying monthly rs.500 for 2g it seems. Because most of the time the network switches to 2g even when there is full network availability which absolutely frustrating. I made a big mistake opting for your services and i am going to permanently deactivate my idea sim.

Customers please reconsider your decision if you are buying an idea postpaid connection.

P. S : i am posting this review from another operators network because halfway the idea connection was lost.

I had discontinued my idea fiber broadband connection (Customer number - [protected]) in the month of november.
I had raised a request for closure where i was given a commitment that my security deposit will be paid by cheque in 45-60 days.

It has been more than 3 months and i did not receive my refund.

I have been following up with idea customer care for last one month and everytime they give a standard reply that your case has been escalated and you will receive a call back from back-end team within 24 hours.

Even after calling them 9-10 times i did not receive any call back.
No refund has been initiated yet.

It's been two days that my idea sim is not showing any network (No: [protected]).
I'm not able to contact the customer care as there's no network. And tried everything like changing the sim settings and switching off the phone and restarting and also removing and re-inserting but was not helpful, it was the same as no signal. So kindly please resolve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you

Idea company has charged bill of Rs 7200 approx for my international roaming. I have not used service of that much amount for sure and I have screen shots of this call longs also.
I called customer care so many times. Also mail them but they are saying charges are proper. I send them screen shot also. Not able to understand how this big amount they charged ?

I bought an idea sim (number [protected]) which had been activated on 08-feb-2019, I received the confirmation message of activation on the same day, but that is not working even after activation. Cellular network on my phone for idea sim is showing full strength, but I am unable to call any number even I am unable to call the customer care number.
Please do the needful and improve this activation service of your product.

Today my mother got a call from my idea number which i'm currently not using but i still have the sim card with me. Also my name is appearing on truecaller. How did the idea company give the same number to someone else which is allotted to me without taking my permission. This is clearly violation of my right to privacy (Included in right to life under article 21 of the indian constitution).
I request the authorized department to take strict action against them regardimg the same.

I have postpaid plan rent of rs.99/month day before yesterday i got one msg that my current plan will be close from next billing cycle and rs.299 new plan will activate, now same happened today.
If i am ok with my current plan and i don't need such a big plan which 3time of current then why idea cellular has changed my postpaid plan.
Please do the needful.
Otherwise i have to port my no to other services.

I have been using idea sim for more than 6 years but since few days i am not able to do outgoing calls even having sufficient balance. I think they should pass information about the problems and provide solution by message or call, which i didn't get any.
So please try to resolve this soon.

I recharged my mobile with unlimited for 84 days, and i'm trying to connect to net but the net speed is not loading my page and i contacted the idea call center they said everything is right from their side so asked me to do some settings in my mobile and i done them but after that also i'm not getting net so then i again call them but they said no problem is found from their but for me i'm not getting net. Please benefit me from my recharge.
