I lost my mobile phone on 24th october. Since then the person who has my phone have been using it and inspite of asking for the phone is not returning it. My sim card has all my important contacts and there is a possibility that the person who stole my phone may misuse the data and the contact numbers. I am a regular customer of idea for last 8 years. Recently i had converted my 3g network in 4 g. Idea was giving excellent network connection at some places and good at my place but now idea is giving worst network connection at my area, situated in dehradun which is capital o[censored]ttrakhand. If in my area problem is persisting than i don't know where the ookhla survey was done....

I have inquired 10 days back about the international roaming pack of rs596/- in the idea customer care. The executive from the customer care has given me full details of the pack. He told me on recharge of rs.596/- you will get 10 days validity for international roaming. You will get 596 as balance. Outgoing and incoming charges are rs.30/- per min each and sms rs.25/- and is valid for any country you travel. I again...

I was recharged with rs. 35 with offer displayed in my idea app unlimited calls + 1.4 gb data/day for 84 days. When recharged received only rs. 26 talktime & 100 mb data.
Customer care rep answers:
1) no offer generated by idea cellular like that.
2) so you are recieved default recharges against rs. 35.

I had asked to register my complaint but customer care executive refused.

Idea charged me 8rs. For activating vas.
Upon confirming with call centre the respose was that you have been charge because u have clicked on promotional adv flashed on screen.
Even if clicked mistakenly your balance would be deducted immediately without anothr intimation.
Funny thing is even they dont know which vas they have activated, its just money making matter....

Hi i am ajinkya and using idea network. I am facing an call drop issue since yesterday morning and the call drop is so frequent that i can not talk to the person more than 1-2 min or less. This issue happens with all the numbers for incoming and outgoing call.
I request you to please resolve my issue otherwise i have to port my number to another network.

I was recharged with 159 with offer unlimited calls + 28 GB data for 28 days. Received only 1 GB data. Customer care rep answers:
1) At the time of recharge offer was Unlimited calls + 1 GB data.
2) Network issue is going on to some numbers, check at night 12 pm.
3) Your device is faulty.
4) At the time of recharge offer was Unlimited calls + 1 GB data.

I am leaving in chandigarh sector 15 from last 9 to 10 month. Sir, i have idea prepaid mobile number. They atopped my internet and outgoing calls, when i call the they said your validiy is expire even i have 227 balance. Sir, even i have sufficient balance. Hi,
My mobile number was blocked by Idea. On raising a complaint with the Idea customer care, they claimed that the same was booked as per the order of TRAI because I have made some promotional calls.
But I haven't made any such calls. I have been using my number as my personal number for 13 years without making any such calls.
My number has been shutdown and i have contacted idea for the same but they say they cannot...

I received cricket news twice and got rs.3 cut from my account each time without me knowing. When i get the message regarding the news that's when i realise money was deducted from my account.

Can you look into this asap before all the money gets deducted by your company through ways that the consumer is unaware of? This really annoys when i am sure that i never subscribe any news related to cricket....

I gave my number for postpaid to prepaid and the showroom people told it will be done within 24 hours. It has now been 48 hours and my service is still blank. All my bills are paid and the extra amount has already been paid.
Now they are harrasing us by saying u have to clear more amount.
I hope u understand how much a working and only phone number is a requirement....
