Idea no - [protected] - paid 12000 extra by mistake, asked to reverse in same account, but idea is not doing. So, they told that they will send 12000 rs cheque. Now they closed my refund request c[protected]. They are revising the date again and again and not ready to refund the extra amount.
Payment was done on[protected], since then they are telling that we have dispatched cheque against service request c[protected], when i ask them about cheque details or date of dispatch or any company details for sending cheque, then they tell that we will send it to you. I am checking with them again and again on call centre, but keep on telling different date, no intention of returning money. When i ask them to connect to some manager or any other person, they tell that no one is available. I only had 17000 in my account and now i am left with no money and they are not returning my money.
Please help in getting back the money.

I called back on the number from where i got call, but its not reachable. I called on idea customer care and told them they i got call from idea. But again, I got information that I will get call back and no information regarding extra amount return.
Please call anytime or just send me cheque of extra amount paid to Idea. You can send me cheque details on email or sms or even send courier tracking number on sms or email. Please dont wait for taking to refund the amount.
Or did idea now came up with new excuse and again try to defer payment date with new excuse. I dont think idea has any intent to pay back, You guys want this amount to be there in your account.
I am Stupid customer of Idea Cellular, paid extra amount on 16th October, now its end of year. waiting from more than 59 days to get refund. You should not harass your customer like this, just because i paid extra amount by mistake.

I am waiting for any call from Idea, as you guys mentioned that idea was trying to contact me. I called again on customer care, to check status of the refund. Till now refund has not been sent to my address. extra amount was paid on 16th October and complaint has been raised for more than 60 days now.
is there any possibility to get refund. There is no dispute that there is wrong bill, wrong internet usage, any other complication is not there, its plain and simple case, by mistake extra amount was paid and that needs to be returned. I really cannot understand, why Idea is not returning money.
