I recieved message from 51998 on 26th November that I have been charged rs3. I didn't subscribed to anything. I haven't even used mobile data and still they charged. I talked to their customer care number when this happened earlier and told them to stop charging me and turn of any kind of service other than calls and messages but I guess they are just hell bent on lossing their customers.

Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:-
- Go to your handset SIM Toolkit
- Click on Idea Flash option
- Tap on Activation
- Click on Deactivate

    I have 130 inr balance in my idea acc. And today when i try to make call it say my outgoing validity is over i need to recharge again for 28 days validity. Y i need to recharge again if i have balance. The worst network this is. Always force to recharge without any sence. It doesn't matter if you have balance or not. They force you to make call and spend money it my no i will decide i want make call or not who the hell are you order me to call?
    Y i recharge again for the validity when j have balance in my account.

    This is ridiculous and the cheap way to earn the bucks. Idea cellular's reply is robotic and this is cheating. TRAI and consumer court should intervene and stop these cheaters.

      I had recharged for unlimited validity full talk time plan (Rs. 500) on 3rd october. Despite having over rs. 220 balance in my idea account, i received a message on 10th november saying that my outgoing services will be barred by 24th november. On the 25th i had to recharge with the rs. 35 plan, which for an internet-less mobile phone user like me is a complete waste.

      Will i have to recharge again after 28 days (Validity of the rs. 35 recharge)? If that's the case, it's better to discard 'idea'.

      Desirable solution: keep the validity of the 'unlimited validity full talk time plans' at nominal rates (Rs. 200 or so, not rs. 1000 or rs. 5000 as available now).

      I have ported from Vodafone to idea before 7 days. A message has appeared that your new idea SIM is registered and to do Tele verification dial 59059. Now I have the signal but it was saying please check the number for 59059.

        Hi,
        Recently i have ported my mobile from vodafone postpaid to idea prepaid. I have paid my vodafone bill on the day i sent port message and cleared dues. I got my idea number activated on the next day.
        After successful porting and activation, recently i got call from idea stating there is due with vodafone. I explained the executive that i cleared everything and to get in touch with vodafone. After few days i just got message that i have some due and number got deactivated. When i tried to reach idea customer care number after few days, their servers were down and they didn't do any thing. Later my signal got stopped.
        Right now, i cleared all my dues and i reached out to idea stores for reactivation and they are saying that they dont have it with them and to go to home network. I verified with my home network and they dont have with them.
        My number is very important as my banking is linked with it.
        I heard that idea has right to reactivate till 50 days.. Still they are not working on it. They are just throwing to other operator.
        I need proper response and my number reactivation.

          Submitting my request for mnp from airtel. Which i submitted my adhar card. Their exec took my photos in their mobile. At the time of registration executives even during verification also did not complaint about clearity about photographs. After a week mssg recieved your number cancelled. Reason photo/adhar visibility not clear asking them its not my fault no hearing. I suppose this country has been swollen by grasp of politics/corruption/beaurocracy... Whether any govt.

            Idea stopped working in aizawl, mizoram from 23nov 18 till date. It’s very frustrating to see that no action has been taken. There is no signal at all. I wonder what on earth are is wrong with idea! Everyone is affected at the workplace. We have tried everything possible to see if the sim works but in vain. It’s been 2 days and you can imagine how people will react! Kindly look into the issue most urgently and resolve.

              I have ported my sim from prepaid tata docomo to prepaid idea and i got the message to call on 59059 for tele verification but i am not able to call on this number.                 Hi,

                I accidentally recharged the wrong number. On searching the internet, I came to know that this issue can be resolved if I provided the details but when I contacted the customer care center, they blatantly refused to undo the error. If they had fixed the error then only, then the wrong wouldn’t be utilizing my recharge. Below are the details;

                Transaction ID - PSBI[protected]
                Amount - Rs. 398

                In developed countries such things don’t happen because the regulations are tight. However, here companies unabashedly refuse service that is actually consumers right. At this point my only option seems to be to request to see if the recharge can be transferred to correct number because clearly customer has no right in India.

                      I am using your idea number for two days and I am pretty unhappy at your network's 4g speed . I used my daily data limit of 1.4 gb in more than 5 hours but your bloody customer care executive told me that I've used this data in 25 minutes .I kept insisting him that the maximum speed of your network is less than 200 kb/s .But he argued me with his false commitments . I am so unhappy that I want to take some legal actions against Idea Cellular Private Limited. Please take my case into consideration and tell your customer care executive to agree with customers point of view and also that customer doesn't speaks wrong things .

                        I received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. So i called the idea customer care, and they say that i had purchased the game but i didn't purchased any game. The phone which i am using can support only one game. I. E snake game, it does not have the facility to install the game or app. So i called up idea customer care again but they keep on saying the same again and again that i've bought the game. Didn't get any solution from customer care and refund of my balance and its not helping. Need a solution.my no [protected]

                            We recieved a bill in sept for which we recieved a waiver and paid 600rs.
                            The executive promised to close the bill as the number was not used by us.
                            After a month idea again sent us a bill for which we did complain and the executive said the bill wull be waived and the number will be closed.
                            Now again we have recieved a bill and idea is harrasing us to pay the bill even after providing all the proofs of audio records and bill pay screenshots.

                              While porting out i have paid excuse amount than bill amount taht is 317.8 to make sure there should not be any problem.
                              Now i am asking to refund excus amont and security depoasit, they are saying this is with reference to your email regarding refund. We wish to inform you that your idea mobile numbers [protected] is permanently disconnected in our record with effect from 30/oct/2018 due to port out. Further, we would like to inform you that security amount will be delivered at your registered billing address within 60 days from the date of permanent disconnection through cheque.
                              They mentioned disconnected in thair record with effect from 30/oct/2018 due to port out, then how can idea genarate the final bill on 16/11/2018?
                              If i have not paid the bill will idea say like this?
                              If customers not paid the bill thay will not allow to port out,. Like thet if due is from thair side thay have to clear that.
                              Idea is cheating people.

                                Validity of my idea sim card was going to expire on 23rd November. I recharged it and had a balance of Rs. 1.99. My outgoing service was blocked but incoming service is still working. I recharged with top up of Rs. 10 and i received the message of recharge but the outgoing service is still not working.

                                  I port my idea prepaid no.[protected] to airtel service
                                  On 17. Nov.2018. But till now i didn't get any update on that... Pls resolve my issue. Since i have urgent requirement with that service. And also i'm bringing to your kind notice that i definitely want to port my idea prepaid card to airtel service.. Because in my area where i'm living now, there is no idea signal... Even i called airtel customer service to listen any update on mnp... But nothing i had listen.. So that i'm requesting you people that please resolve my problem of port or mnp...

                                    They have deducted again some 12 rupees yesterday, no explanation on what the deduction was done for..just pathetic. Complaint not resolved & Birlas are just the next MALLYA, CHOKSI IN MAKING. SO BEWARE PEOPLE in. We all trust them & pay for good service & this is how they cheat us. This has been happening again & again . They would never reward but always steal. Sad state of affairs.

                                      I was using IDEA number but from some time, i didn't use my number. Now when i use the IDEA number then getting sim card registration failed. I need my this mobile number. Kindly do the needfull and activate my sim card. I have contacted the customer care of IDEA but not getting resolution of my complaint. I hope that i will get my sim card activated soon.

                                      I am waiting for IDEA customer care reply.

                                        Hi, i changed my postpaid number ([protected]) to prepaid but idea store executive given someone else details to activate prepaid number. Now my number is activated someonce else name and not able to complete verification.
                                        This is irresponsible behavior from your employees and not they are avoiding to resolve the issue.
