Hi,
I accidentally recharged the wrong number. On searching the internet, I came to know that this issue can be resolved if I provided the details but when I contacted the customer care center, they blatantly refused to undo the error. If they had fixed the error then only, then the wrong wouldn’t be utilizing my recharge. Below are the details;
Correct no. - [protected]
Wrong no. - [protected]
Transaction ID - PSBI[protected]
Amount - Rs. 398
In developed countries such things don’t happen because the regulations are tight. However, here companies unabashedly refuse service that is actually consumers right. At this point my only option seems to be to request to see if the recharge can be transferred to correct number because clearly customer has no right in India.
