Today, i've checked *122# on my idea mobile no. [protected], and after few minutes one pop up is appear, in which 159 rs offer being provided for 28 days, unlimited calling and unlimited data.
So i recharged thru my main balance, i had more than 200rs.
Got success message that, 159rs has been debited thru my main balance, remaining balance is 62rs.
I've shocked because i've not received mentioned service as per their offer which is unlimited for 28 days.
So i called their customer care department, her one of their colleague named mohini said you did thru your main balance, thats why your offer was not applied.
I asked idea company no where mentioned that you have to recharge thru retailer or online website or main balance. All they told you have to call us every time before recharge. What rubbish is this, open fraud. Fully scam idea company.
They denied to give my 28 days which i've paid for,, also not giving refund either.
I've paid 159rs for nothing, all they took my money. Still my outgoing calls are barred, because of some their cheap plan is activated which idea to idea loc calls 10p/minute which is of no use because of their open theft.
I've screenshot of both that they are providing such offer, but ended up failing to give..
Either give my refund of 159 so that i can recharge 199 thru main balance, or manually activated the plan as i've paid already.. They have no right to keep my money for nothing, keep my connection barred
Or if not, i'll go to higher authority.
I did a huge mistake of being a part of your fake company which is only known for taking customer money inspite of giving healthy service.
