I am a new user of idea and previously i was with airtel.

I was getting some mails from idea that my bills with the previous operator is still due.
But i clarified the agent that i have cleared all the dues one and a half month ago and i don’t have a receipt now.

I also informed him that no one from airtel has not contacted me yet for the same.

The agent was very rude and threatening me that my number would be off.
I was asking him for
A solution but instead of giving me a solution he started threatening me and became very rude.

Now i will port my no and i will request you to take some action against these type of agent

    Hi Idea,
    I applied for 4G sim upgrade on28 November2018evening. After2hours my old sim got deactivated. And I'm waiting for the new sim activation from them onwards. I tried calling 59059 but it is not connecting.
    The idea shop keeper ensured me an activation within1hour. It's not yet happened even after several couple of hours.

      Today, i've checked *122# on my idea mobile no. [protected], and after few minutes one pop up is appear, in which 159 rs offer being provided for 28 days, unlimited calling and unlimited data.

      So i recharged thru my main balance, i had more than 200rs.

      Got success message that, 159rs has been debited thru my main balance, remaining balance is 62rs.

      I've shocked because i've not received mentioned service as per their offer which is unlimited for 28 days.

      So i called their customer care department, her one of their colleague named mohini said you did thru your main balance, thats why your offer was not applied.

      I asked idea company no where mentioned that you have to recharge thru retailer or online website or main balance. All they told you have to call us every time before recharge. What rubbish is this, open fraud. Fully scam idea company.

      They denied to give my 28 days which i've paid for,, also not giving refund either.

      I've paid 159rs for nothing, all they took my money. Still my outgoing calls are barred, because of some their cheap plan is activated which idea to idea loc calls 10p/minute which is of no use because of their open theft.

      I've screenshot of both that they are providing such offer, but ended up failing to give..

      Either give my refund of 159 so that i can recharge 199 thru main balance, or manually activated the plan as i've paid already.. They have no right to keep my money for nothing, keep my connection barred

      Or if not, i'll go to higher authority.

      I did a huge mistake of being a part of your fake company which is only known for taking customer money inspite of giving healthy service.

            I send lots of application to near idea service but only reply for wait. Actually when i called customer service she said to me we have already sent a cheque in your given address. But i didnt find any chq related to refund money. When i went to again nearest service center. He said to me refund money also paid in ur pack. But i didnt find any refund money. They didnt give me any satisfy reply. They cheated me when i converted the postpaid to prepaid. At the time they said we will provide u refund money soon. Its pending from may 2018

                I have given request for change my number from postpaid to prepaid & for circle also rajasthan to NCR. My old number also closed & New number not started after 03 days has past. They have no solution for this. Customer care executive ask me to wait for some more time. Really Idea service is very poor. Never take idea connection.

                    Recently i activated i-roam pack for usa uc4999 from 7th october for 1 month. It was clearly mentioned to me that the pack was for usa activation and i made sure to use it in usa. While on my return trip, i was charged in germany even though i didn't use the network as i was on layover flight.
                    I was charged 7535/- in germany which is a ridiculous amount.

                    I have following points

                    1) its not my fault. Its idea fault, it caught europe network even though i had purchased usa roaming pack and clearly mentioned that don't want activation except usa.

                    2) when i subscribed to idea roaming they mentioned about it will stop immediately if charges exceeds to 5000 rs with 5gb limit. Why idea did not stop my phone when i bill exceeded due to their network fault as i had already paid for usa roaming activation.

                    3) why was my consent not seeked before latching me on any network which i did not ask to be latched on? (As per trai regulation)

                    5) the idea customer care team said they didn't charge me for canada and charging me for germany. As per uc4999, canada is included alongwith usa, so its as per rule not to charge me for canada. But why charge me for germany even though i didn't use it.

                    When i asked these question they said they will waive 20% off. When asked for further reduction, they said they will ask permission from delhi circle operation head. Within an hour, they closed the correspondence c[protected] with regret.

                    This is serious issue with idea. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I expected atleast some customer friendly response in this situation from the person given the competitive telecommunication situation in india but i was let down and this definitely doesn't paint a good picture for idea treating retired loyal customer of over 20 yrs in this way.

                    I request idea look in to the matter and give me full waiver for what so ever happened to your technical problems

                      First, they told that they will stop outgoing calls, what i see is that they had stopped incoming too. And above this, they had banned complaint and portability numbers too like 198 and 1900. What the hell trai is doing on this nuisance. There is no value of being so long with these operators. It is now clear that these private companies are just a # in the name of trust. Excessively frustrating experience with the so-called giant vodafone-idea network.

                        Idea 4g internet not working in sangolda guirim - goa. Very poor network.. Calls dont get connected easily. Internet connection is not at all stable... It's getting difficult day by day as the calls don't get through. Surfing the internet is also a problem as nothing gets loaded soon. Due to the poor network connection lot of hardships has to be borne as the work remains pending and incomplete. It is a humble request to resolve the issue as soon as possible and enhance 4g connection in this area.

                              Dear idea consumers, please start switching to jio. Because these # over there are trying to steal your money, they'll ask you to recharge everyday on the name of some meaningless validity drama. Usually when you run out of talktime, they stop your outgoing services. But as now these beggars can't afford food, all these cellular losers are coming up with cheap schemes to loot customers. I just threw my idea sim today. Jio is best, jio offers a billion times better internet, connectivity and signal strength as compared to any other loser in this cellular services business. Boycott these losers so that they are forced to close their stupid fraud centers.

                                My idea number has stopped from making outgoing call today on 27th nov 2018, even after doing recharge. I am getting frequent calls and also doing outgoing calls but then also it is stopped, screwed up with this type of service by idea, now i am out of station and not having any other number.                                   I accidentally recharged to a wrong no. For rs 398/- via paytm payment app and when i contacted the customer service centre they took the wrong no. Recharged, the correct no. And the ref. Number. I want the payment to be reversed as it was done mistakenly and i have attached the details of the payment done. Please make sure that the problem is resolved.

                                  Sir i contact ur no 198 and asked for validity of my no they replied to recharge min. 35 rs and i do so. And now a msz come to me for balance deduction of 35.for service music station . Without my permission. I call again ur custmer care but they refused to giving any info. What should i do.

                                    Hi, around two years i am using idea still now i didn't get 4g speed mainly my office @ info park kochi - 682042 and my home thevara kochi - 682013.
                                    I am using this sim for my official purpose. I already complaint to customer telecommunication and service showroom still now no response.
                                    Why you are treating customers like this. Very poor 4g speed

                                    Recharge of Rs. 37 is unsuccessful on dated[protected]but money is deducted from my bank account and after such unsuccessful recharge a page is appeared on which refund of such amount of recharge is given back to me within few days but no such refund is received by me.order id [protected]

                                      I got message from 51998 number. One message charge 8 rupees on my number. I am not interested your service. So please deactivate service in my number [protected]. It is happened on 26.11.18 (Which was not know to me at that time) How can you do this without my notice?

                                      Otherwise I will opt for porting to other service provider

                                        Idea customer care has called and informed about the new offer for the existing sim and service has been ported by providing false information about the package and other benefits which includes Netflix and Amazon prime.
                                        But post activation and confirmation with customer care neither of these offers are available in the existing plan or they don't have any such plans.Idea cellular is falsifying the information and getting the customers.
