Last two months before i had customer of idea post paid but its sevice very poor so i had decided to change my operator before change my operator i had cradit high amount in last bill so as per rules refund my last postpaid cradit amount

    I recharged today evening with idea app as idea recommend to recharge with idea app so what it gives a fake deduction what hell is this.       My idea Sim showing emergency calls only since two days... I turned of my phone.. Make it flight mode, restarted, i changed the slim slot, i put in other phone also.. still no benefit.. What should I do..ur network is poor any way.. I m gonna change my sim i[censored] guys don't take any action with in 24 hrs... How much i faced trouble bcz of this uk.

        I was promised an idea nirvana plan in which i had to pay exactly 289 rupees and i was told the bill would remain the same for as long as i was an idea customer, but from the first month the actual cost was 341. An idea executive then called me and offered me an extra 20gb of data per month for an added charge of ten rupees per month. When i activated the new plan, i was charged rs 412 for the first two months.in the third month the bill increased even further with no added services, to rs 470. The customer service is clueless and i'm extremely disappointed with the incorrect information provided by idea executives.

          Sir
          I had recharged a net pack which lasted till 17 december but after the validity of this pack expired, my incoming and outgoing calls is also deactivated i guess as i am not able to call anyone and there is a problem in getting incoming calls as well.
          If anyone calling me my phone is showing that i'm busy but i'm not.
          I even am not able to call anyone.

          Not able to receive messages after 4g upgrade.yesterday I shifted to 4g from my 3g sim. After 2 hr, sim was activated and all the services resumed except incoming message service. Even outgoing message is working fine but not incoming.

            I am suffering all outgoing call faied from last 3 days also the unable to receive any incoming call. My phone shows busy to callers.

            I contact yo customer care, but they didn:t provide the valid solution and disconnect call without my satisfaction and talkinh rudely.

            My work is stuck because of this and communication is totally stopped

            Please help me to resolve my issue asap.

              I recently recharged my idea mobile number with rs 199. I had checked this plan in idea app where it was mentioned on recharge i would be getting 1.4gb 4g/3g/2g data per day. But from the date of recharge i was facing connection problem with 3g service. I immediately lodged a complaint with idea customer care.
              On repeated following up with customer care through e mail the problem was solved 1 day before expiring of plan. I had requested either for refund or to consider the plan from the date of solving the issue. But there is no response from them.

                My incoming and out going calls validity expired. How can i get it back? I am also not able to contact customer care. It's says can't connect as validaty is expired. I have recharged my number with recharge of 10 rupee it still same. I don't whether i got any warning message from idea about their action.

                  Hi team,

                  This is a reminder email regarding the disconnection request of my mobile no. [protected] with all outstanding amount rs.2672.00 paid in the information by idea cutomer care as on dated on 17th april 2017.in reply from customer care with reference no. E1-[protected] they will take action with in 48 hrs. But it was vain, no action was taken.

                  So, in response the details of my request was not processed on time and i got surprised still need to pay the outstanding balance when my reference friend received a threat call on 22nd dec 2018 from responsible legal person [protected] (Name not known) are threatening a case to high court.

                  In the reference i have checked the details with idea customer care executive name bhuvneswari dated on 22nd dec 2018, she confirmed me that they have received an email request for disconnection with the details outstanding amount but it was not dully updated to the billing and legal team accordingly. Also she informed me that they will analyze again and request a complain to the concern billing and legal team also assured me to provide the solution within 66 hrs.

                  My question is why they didn't took necessary action till now, instead i am getting harassed call. What could i do for this.

                    11 days ago i had purchased new idea sim card... After 8 days of activating my sim card they deactivated my sim card for no reason...

                    I had also recharged with 499 plan... Which gives 2 gb data per day with validity of 82 days..

                    So then i contacted to customer care and they told me to visit idea store..

                    Then i visited idea store... They contacted idea customer care executive...

                    But the customer care executive did not understand the concern..

                    Then the idea store manager told me that they have not only deactivated my number but they have also transferred the number to the new customer (Who had purchased new sim card)

                    The idea store manager told me that as the number is transferred they cannot do anything and as a result i should not keep any hope about getting that sim number back..

                    How can they deactivate and then transfer the number to different name..

                    *points to consider

                    1.-it's not that i haven't used the sim card so they have deactivated it.. The sim card was in regular use of the internet service..

                    2.- i thereby confirm that i have not requested for any deactivation of my account...

                    3- it was just few days (8 days) i had bought new sim card before it got deactivated.

                    *actions to be taken

                    1- first of all give the proper reason of deactivation.

                    2 - then either give my old number back or give new number with the old plan activated...

                    3. And also i want the assurance that my new sim card will not get deactivated...

                      My incoming and outgoing services have been stopped by idea because of no validity and for which i even made a reacharge of rs 10 to activate the services but even that didn't work and when i told the idea customer agent about the issue he told me that i will have to make a recharge of rs 40 only then my services be reactivated which was not the case earlier.

                        Call on my phone by idea saying that your outgoing calls validity is going to end please recharge with minimum recharge of rs35 but i have balance in my sim card this is also happening with my family members sim card also. It also causes to stop incoming calls for that sim card. The sim card has many facilities linked with that mobile no so i don't want to stop incoming calls on it without any recharge.

                          Idea charging me for 4g data but actual speed is 2g data, making fool their customer. When i complain to customer care staff is very rude he have no knowledge about services. Very poor and fraud service by idea.
                          From a long time idea cheating to its user in the name of 4 g service, and it's staff is very rude, when i am going to complain they disconnect my phone from there end. Disgussting service.

                            I have an idea postpaid customer & my mo. no.[protected]. I got call from idea customer care & offer new sim ([protected]) on the same plan & cost Rs. 399/- p/month. But after bill was generated I see my old plan is change & bill is received amt. of Rs. 789/-p/month. I request you to idea gallery on dt.06/12/18 at Ganpatrao kadam marg, Lower parel (w), mumbai-13. for immediately disconnect the new sim no.[protected] & change the current plan to preivious plan on my no.[protected]. They say first bill amt. will pay than your request is approved due to technical reason. So i also email to idea customer care for for same & reducing bill amt. up to previous plan cost & excess amt. recovered from cheated agency of Idea co. on dt. 07/12/18, 13/12/18 & 17/12/18 But idea gallery & idea customer service will not given satisfactory reply & purposely delay this matter & till date my request is not approved by Idea customer care & Idea gallery. Due to delay 2nd bill is generate which amt. will be the same Rs.789/- So I will given another request to permanently disconnection of all my idea no. on dt. 17/12/18 & move to another service. I request If they reducing the bill amt. than I will go with idea co. Please to help against this cheating matter & take look at the wrong person or co.

                              On 12th may 2018, i requested idea to convert my postpaid number to prepaid. The process did go through successfully after a few hiccups.
                              On 28th may i sent an email to idea requesting them to return my security deposit of rs. 1000. I got a prompt reply saying that i will get the amount within 60 days after disconnection.
                              Again i sent an email to them in november asking for my hard-earned money back. I just keep getting replies conveying their apologies for the inconvenience caused and assuring that they would 'revert' at the earliest, which has never happened. Emails don't work, online chats don't work. I physically visited their customer (Dis) service center. They gave me a new service request number, for which i promptly received a sms from idea that it can not be processed!
                              Today it is more than 7 months and i have not received a single paisa. And their own rules and regulations state that if the refund is delayed beyond 60 days they are liable to pay interest! Can you please, please help me with this unethical and unprofessional behavior of idea cellular (Now vodafone idea)?

                              Finally after nearly one year of struggle, I received a cheque from Vodafone Idea towards repayment of my security deposit a couple of days back. There were no reasons stated for this long delay. I believe if I stay with the same service provider but just migrate from Postpaid to Prepaid they don't return my deposit back. I think I get the deposit back only when I leave the service provider.
                              Any way it was a long struggle but I got back my hard-earned money!

                                I have an idea post paid no [protected]. As i was checking my bill for date 03rd November 2018, billing period from 03rd Oct 2018 to 02nd Nov 2018 in which I have noticed that i was charged for calling a particular number '055181' on 10th October 2018. I don't even know this number. On checking I read about other customers who have been charged for calling the same number by idea cellular. This is just a fake number which idea is using to increase the bill amount of customers.

                                Kindly look into this important matter.

                                  My sim got deactivated as the same was not used for sometime. As i am not currently in india my wife did go to the idea store trying to get it activated along with an authority letter however idea store plainly refused to reactivate my number without my presence. My experience with idea over last couple of years has been terrible. I have this number setup on many other accounts and need the number to be activated urgently

                                  The idea store is in Mulund East, Mumbai, there is only one there. Extremely unprofessional. On this complaint, it's too late as I am no more interested in dealing with idea, too much pain

                                    I've bought a new postpaid idea sim yesterday, there is no service on the sim. No chance of activation of sim so far. Their email id is not working and store operators are not picking up phone.
                                    This is how idea harasses its customers.

                                    The idea store operator told me that the service would be generated on the sim after a couple of hours. It's been 24 hours and yet there is no service.

                                        I have an idea prepaid no.[protected]. I face lot more time to bad network in indoor. I am trying lotmore time to solve the but they did not solve issue. Last i complain idea appellate officer to mail 18 dec. After some time they reply me 1-2 working day they contact me but still they do not contact me. Please solve the issue. Already they charge lot more minimum 35 rupees for 28 days for active no. Please solve this. I already attached the reply mail for proof.

                                        Today (21/12/20180. i a call from idea cellular and told me my location is low coverage area as couple of month they says and there is no plan to establish new network and also told me try to improve old network if any. if not to improve the network than choose main to stay in this network or not. and also told some people to visit my area and give me feedback form for fillup . i think this is not solution. this is harrising people, wanted to tell us donot solve issue you stay or not our network.
