    To garib admi har mahine itna pesa kaha se layega to ye rule bandh hona chahiye
    Or koi rule lagu karna hi to jab koi sim card naya kharid kare tab ek bar hi lagu kare.

      I had reachaged for 199
      Rupees on Dec 28th at 11.33a.m through indiaidea.it took more than 10 hrs but yet I didn't receive any money or balance amount to mobile.. I need to know what happened to my money and I want my refundabke amount within 24hrs otherwise I sure I will take the further action about this I will make or create huge issues, this is not a first time it happens many times like this I have all proof. So that give me a quick reply.within 24hours I need the solutions

        Got SMS on 12th of december stating that a complaint has been registered against my mobile number on account o[censored]nsolicited Commercial communication..As per TRAI regulation, barring of your mobile no. will be initiated.

        I have been using this number since last 4 years and pretty sure i can confirm that not used for any kind of promotional purpose.This is my primary number that registered with my utility services, email etc and all other contacts.

        Multiple times contacted idea and they are helpless on this case.I dont know to whom need to contact further on this case .Please help.

          Today, I've received a msg from idea that we are extending your validity by 2 days, and if recharge not done within 2 days, then 24rs will be adjusted from my main balance which is 409 rs around.

          I request you to extend my validity by 5 of jan, or you can deactivate my outgoing calls, but i request you not to adjust 24rs from my balance. Reason behind, my airtel pack is going to expire on 5 jan.

          So i need a grace period till 5th jan, also ive attached screenshot of it.

          I hope you understand.

            I have recieved a message from idea saying that my no will not be able to recieve any incoming calls without being notified about the same and i have got message from customer care from ms rupali that i have to do fecharge o[censored]nlimited plan for atleast 28 day or more please see the screenshot attached for the same.

            And request you to please look into this at the earliest as idea customer service is getting worse.

              Hello sir

              I am an idea cellular network customer from past 3 years. Now i am trying to port my network from idea to other but i am not able to send portability message. I have recharged my phone with 30 rs with special sms package and talk time but still i am not able to send portability message from past one year. I have tried 100 times to send sms on 1900 for portability but it does not work.

              Further they have stopped outgoing and incoming facility of my phone and asking me to recharge with unlimited plan. The unlimited plans are expensive. I can not afford them. I request you to please help. I want to shift to other company please help.

                Hello,

                I ported my airtel phone number to idea on 21st dec 20118. Yesterday 27 th dec 2018 at 10.30pm my airtel network got disconnected and i inserted my idea sim after half an hour. I was advised by idea agent to call 59059 after inserting idea sim. When i tried calling the above mentioned number since yesterday, it does not connect. Kindly resolve this issue as this is my primary contact number. My phone number is [protected].

                  Hi, my idea prepaid number [protected] is barred without informing me.. I have balance in it.. But calls are not received and if i try to call someone, it is saying."your account is barred as there is no service"..                     I cant get incoming or outgoing cl on my no as its outgoing validity is expired now what can i do???
                    I have an idea sim from kerala and the sim validity got expired.. I have activated the sim.. But the simvalidity expired. How can i get the same number back and how can i activate since i paid an huge amount and bought the sim and it got expired so i wanted to how can i get the sim pack?

                      I have sufficient balance in my idea sim account but still the outhoing service has been blocked.. I cant even call idea complaint number 198. I recharged my sim with balance as suggested by idea cellular app. But it seems of no use. This seems wastage of money. I want my recharge amount back if ots of no use because of this expired validity. And suggest me at least how to connect with the consumer support center because i cant make a call.

                          I went dated[protected] to new pre-paid sim connection of idea cellar dealer mangalagiri, guntur district, andhrapradesh, india.

                          They were taking (Collecting) customer irish, they were tried collect of my
                          "irish". But i am accept their demand. Why should they were collect irish of customer.

                          "irish" also come under customer fundamental rights and privacy, safety, liberty.

                          Why not (Telecom people) follow normal processor methods of new sim connection,

                          Supreme court already given very clear and final judgement. Don't collect any type customer aadhaar and related irish, thumb etc.,

                          But i think all other telecom people maybe collected of customer irish in other way.

                          Please take action immediately, and issue order to follow normal processes without collection of customer irish, thumb please direct to all telecom people in india.

                              Since 28-oct-2014 i am the customer of idea cellular, on that day retailer promise me give 1500 to us and we will make your life time validity then now why idea asking for validity recharge.                                 Now am receiving sms from idea network you have to recharge month on month or else it's deactivated. But when i was purchased sim card they said life time incoming free. It's very disappointed to me. My idea number is [protected]
                                I called customer care they said we will not received any update from trai, but last month i have noticed and read in the newspaper networks can't do like this.

                                My Idea Telecom operater didn't ask me and give compalsary 24rs monthly auto renewed plan. Now I am thinking that trai and no one can do anything in my problem.
                                I port my number in another company.
                                Mera naam gagan hai. Mera number [protected].[protected].[protected] hai. Mujhe idea ne Bhut pareshan kiya hai. Mujhe plan khuch bataye hai. Aab plan khuch hor lagha Diye hai. [protected] Sabnam ne mujhe 212 ka plan bataya. [protected] lucky ne mujhe 230 ka plan bataya. [protected] 200 ka plan bataya tha .aapni galti nahi Maan rahe hai idea. Kya Karu

                                I want to upgrade my idea card in to idea 4g i visit idea retail store at palanpur 7 to 8 time but he tell me the 4g card are not available and not give a proper response when the 4g card is available.

                                  Hello,
                                  This is regarding my idea postpaid bill, Please help me into this my number is [protected].Few days before I got the shocking bill of rupees 18000.
                                  On 30th of November I moved to Thailand and activated the ISD calling from the IDEA App. By activating this it charge me some 150 rupees this is ok with some other charges of calling which I will made.
                                  I made few calls that is also ok. IDEA provided me with a fixed 3778 rps of credit limit. So when I am making the call it will debit the amount from my credit limit this is also ok and I am receiving the notification that you have used this much amount of your credit limit.
                                  The final message I received from the IDEA is .you have used your 70% of your credit limit nearby 2000 rps. I assume that I have used so it is ok.
                                  But suddenly my number get barded. i don’t know what happened and I am unable to use my number. When I came back to the India I have reactive the number and suddenly came to know that I have a unbilled amount of rupees 15000 and later again it changes to 18000 thousand I am totally shocked what’s going on. I made the call to customer care and they also don’t know what happened and they told me to wait till the bill generate. So I wait till the bill generate.
                                  When the bill was generated the another shocking news I got due to the internet data usage I got this much bill. I asked the customer care and they told me I have used 18MB of data due to which I got the bill of 18000 rps.
                                  Sir I haven’t used the mobile data. I used my hotel wifi internet only. Can you imagein what will happened in 18MB in this world. A single photo size is more than 18MB on internet. If I really want to use the data why it will be of 18MB.
                                  They told me I use 5kb, 10kb, 3kb of data including all 18MB.This is unbelievable. In kbs a very old mobile also not use the internet in kbs.
                                  First thing it should not cross my credit limit at any cost. The credit limit I have will be my final limit and it should not cross.
                                  If this get cross the credit limit then what is the use of credit limit. Suppose I lost the mobile and someone else use the mobile and use of 1GB of data then 20 to 30 lakhs of bill come to me. Who will be responsible for this?
                                  Second I did not received any notification of crossing the bill of 18000 due to internet.
                                  So please help me into this. This is beyond my expectation and I am common man. I can’t bear this. I am ready to pay what I used that is calling charges but not the data usage which I haven’t use.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I made a recharge of rs. 279 /- on date, 21/dec/19 for my idea prepaid number. As my outgoing calls were stopped.
                                    However, even after 5 days my outgoing is still deactivated and the balance shown is rs. 11 only.
                                    When i called at customer care, they say that my money is deducted in dialertone, which i never activated.
                                    Please help me in getting refund for my recharge.
                                    Also, i want to know how these dialer tones were activated without my consent.

                                    Desirable resolution:
                                    Refund of my recharge amount rs. 279 back into balance and deactivation of dialer tones.
                                    Also the compensation for the activating dialer tones without my consent and the loss i suffered for not being able to make outgoing call for days after 21st december 18 till today.

                                      Few weeks back the Indian Network Company (INC) has made his own rule for recharge every month if you want to continue your service Incoming and outgoing calls (IOC) fixed the validity till around 2019 whereas my validity till was 2037 approx. So this is not good that company do anything. Please resolve it and my Idea number [protected]

                                        I am the customer of idea cellular since 2015, my contact number is [protected], in which i have been overcharged for rs. 453.68 for just the data used of 100 mb.
                                        Sir, i have never ever activated any internet plan on this number. Surprisingly without activating any internet plan i have been charged for rs.453.68 extra for using data. I have written so many times to the customer care team to waived off the above amount. But unfortunately they are not able to solve my problem.
                                        When ever your customer care team representative calls me they just say that because of your by default plan you have been charged. But again i have the same question that without activating the plan why am i charged?

                                        So, i would like to request you that please waived off my extra charges of rs.453.68, i would be great full to you, other wise i will not be able to take your services ahead.
