Yesterday, i have experienced an unexpected behaviour from idea that i got a text message from 51998 and the moment i opened the message the same thread got updated with a balance deducted message too. I am attaching the screenshot of the message thread here.
I have contacted one of your customer care executive, she said that i have dialled *123# and because of that the balance got deducted and is one time also, but i did not have dialled *123# from my mobile and it is not there in my call history too.
I have experienced the deduction once i opened that incoming text message, so i think it should a technical problem, please investigate and let me know.

I have tried to STOP the VAS service and i got the reply as "Dear Customer, you are currently not subscribed to any VAS service." Could you please tell me what this means?
I was subscribed to any VAS services or not? or is it stopped automatically? Please tell me, i could not understand what you are saying.

As per our recent communication, we've informed that you've been charged accordingly while using Idea Power service. Hence, we request you to send SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset. Also, you can dial *121*46# to stop the Idea Power messages. For further assistance, kindly contact us on 12345 or 198.

Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:-

- Go to your handset SIM Toolkit/ Idea Power option
- Click on Idea Flash option
- Tap on Activation
- Click on Deactivate

My account is still getting deducted with 3 rupee. This was again happened yesterday (10-Jan-2019). I don't have any VAS services subscribed from my account.

Why idea and airtel charged 35 rupees per person?
Idea and airtel have a 20crore customer so 20crore*35= 700 crore/month rupees. Without any difficulty.
It's our choice weather we have to use the sim or not.

We have a bank account linked with this sim.

      Hi,
      My mobile number was blocked by Idea. On raising a complaint with the Idea customer care, they claimed that the same was booked as per the order of TRAI because I have made some promotional calls.
      But I haven't made any such calls. I have been using my number as my personal number for 13 years without making any such calls.
      My number has been shutdown and i have contacted idea for the same but they say they cannot help in this case.
      I do not know whom to contact now.
      This i horrible, my family members cannot contact me nor i can call anyone.

        I received cricket news twice and got rs.3 cut from my account each time without me knowing. When i get the message regarding the news that's when i realise money was deducted from my account.

        Can you look into this asap before all the money gets deducted by your company through ways that the consumer is unaware of? This really annoys when i am sure that i never subscribe any news related to cricket.

          I gave my number for postpaid to prepaid and the showroom people told it will be done within 24 hours. It has now been 48 hours and my service is still blank. All my bills are paid and the extra amount has already been paid.
          Now they are harrasing us by saying u have to clear more amount.
          I hope u understand how much a working and only phone number is a requirement.

            I am using a postpaid card nd i have been wrongly charged with rs. 4090. H9w can i be charged so much when i didn't even use anything. This is so unfair. I want to know the details why am being charged so much without usage. I never expected dis from idea. I am highly disappointed. If it's really that much atleast give me details of what i used. I don't even call from dat number or use any internet or anything. Get back to me about this

              payment status or bill payment confirmation not received at my email id

              I was paid my pending bill of inactive no of idea [protected] but till now i am not gated any confirmation mail of payment done from idea.

              As i made a payment to idea cellular it should be confirm to customer ones customer has made payment.

              I received a message from 53010 stating that "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". They just deduct my balance without my permission and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. So i called the idea customer care ask for the details, and they said that i had purchased the game but i didn't purchased any game. I have one simple feature phone, it does not have the facility to install the game or app. So i called up idea customer care again but they keep on saying the samething again and again that i've bought the game. I didn't get any solution from customer care and refund of my balance. Very frustrating customer care and network that i ever used. Need a solution.

              I wrote this complaint on behalf of my father. Idea Customer care did not resolved my issue. They again deduct 10 rs from my main balance today (5/12/2018). I received the message without any details they just mention we deduct 10rs from your main account. I again call customer care they said you have played one game that is why we deduct 10 rs. But i have one feature phone that company name is YXTEL(unfamiliar china piece ). How did i play game on this phone. I ask to customer care executive tell me which game i played. They don't know about that. They telling same thing again and again. I think Idea cellular plan to deduct 10 Rs for every customer to manage their Debts. This is the way idea compete with its biggest rival JIO. I advised to all customers please move your number to another network using MNP. Idea cellular is one of the worst network service i have ever seen. Here after i won't recharge my father mobile. My final request to idea cellular please don't respond this complaint update. I merely write this update to tell about your service to other customer. I don't need any of your compensation anymore. please continue your cheating. I hope What happened to aircel will happen to idea cellular in future.My final words idea is the Biggest cheating cellular network in india.

                My idea number has stopped from making outgoing call from 29th nov 2018, even after doing recharge. I am getting frequent calls and also doing outgoing calls but then also it is stopped, screwed up with this type of service by idea. No wonder every one is availing number portability.                   Idea blocked my sim. Now there is no signal/ network in my phone. I recharged on 01 dec18 by rs.24 to increase the validity by 28 days. I recharged by this amount because i got the following message from idea.
                  Hi, you are on new plan wef 23oct18. For best offers dial *121#. To extend service validity by 28 days recharge with rc24 or above (Dial *150*24# to use tt bal)
                  After doing this i got the following message.
                  Recharge of rs 24 done, validity : 28 days, benefit : local+std calls at 2.5paisa/sec + 100 i2i local night minutes. For tariff info-dial *191*1# or 1214

                    I bought a postpaid sim paying 300 rs deliveeryboy told it has been activated but instead of answering the question asked by company for verification still its pending the concerned official answered irresponsibly pl activate my sim or refund money this is third time they tried to activate and did but still its pending.                       I recieve 1.5 GB every day but its too kindda little data for me can i get a booster pack whenever i wanted it and at the end of the day my old plan runs efficiently.. is it possible idea..Please Respond Is there any feature as present in jio pack that notifies yu when you're low on data and provides you with booster packs of 51, 101, 21 & 11...

                        Few days back one employee from idea @hyd called me and told about fancy numbers without any deposit.
                        And they shared some numbers through watsapp, i selected one from the list. Immediately one executive came to my home and took my ekyc, finished the process and gave a sim card.
                        Sim card not activated within prescribed time, so i called the respective person and requested for activation. They told "tmrw we'll activate your sim". But they didn't activated yet.
                        Recently one more time i called to them asked for activation, they told by today evng we'll activate your sim.
                        Around lunch time i got two calls from idea and they started asking deposit money rs.10000/- for new sim activation. They are denying the offer which gave earlier.
                        They cheated me asking money for activation and they denying my request.

                        Now i don't have sim card no activation nothing. But they sent first month bill to my registered mail and mobile number.
                        What's this f... Idea company staff doing. They are not solving my issues instead creating fake bills and demanding customers for payments.
                        Even hyderabad idea staff behaving like street dogs and not at all listening my issue. Instead i'm getting scoldings from them.

                          I am virender kumar from manesar, distt-alwar gurgaon, haryana. I purchased a postpaid sim (Delhi ncr) of idea & deposited 300 rs. As a security deposit. I have closed the sim but my security deposit money has not been refunded to me so far. I have visited idea store many a times but they didn't give any satisfactory response. I would like to request you kindly look into the matter and refund my hard earned money back.

                            I have full network in my phone but when i try to call anyone i am not able to call same problem for incoming calls also when anyone wants to call me. They will got either engage tone but my phone is working on internet and massage. If i able to use massage and internet service then why calling service is stop without any before information. This problem is coming from friday 30 nov 2018 eveing and still is not resolved.

                              My idea sim with number [protected] is not detecting in any phone... It was working fine... I left it outside phone in a protective case for 15 days but after that it was dead.

                              I have 700 ruppees in my paytm account from that number, either i need a new sim with same number or my money back from paytm.

                              When i call it... It says the number is not in service.

                                Idea has the mentality to disturb its customees and make fraud with them. Really shame on you people for doing fraud with the customers as you people don't have guts to earn your income. Instead you people become greesy hungry fellows to eat the benefits of rhe customers. If this is the way you people treat the customers then that day is not so far when you will lose the business. Now you people become greedy by eating the money every month. If you have little bit shame and little bit self respect and respect for your parents then give the benefits from your side as your services becoming worse day by day. Show some respect to the customers by giving them bemefits from your side atleast to me instead of looting me cheating with me and doing fraud with me.

                                If you can't do this thing then do one thing take one big katora and sit on the road. People will give you lot of money to you. You hungry greedy beggars only have the mentality to loot he customers instead of giving them benefits you people become blood suckers of them. Really shame on you.

                                    Under instructions & authority from and on behalf of my client m/s. Vodafone idea limited, hereinafter referred to as my client, i serve upon you with the following legal notice of demand:

                                    My client is engaged in the business of providing cellular mobile telephone services inter-alia in the metro telecom service area of mumbai by virtue of license granted by department of telecommunication, ministry of communication and government of india.

                                    My clients state that you have subscribed for a mobile phone connection and it was sanctioned to you on your submission of customer application form and other related forms/documents ("caf" hereinafter) to my client and the aforesaid mobile phone connection and account id[protected]was allotted to you. You have availed and enjoyed best of the service/s provided by my client after activation of the said mobile phone connection.
