I Actually Need To Know, Why They All Are Doing This ? Can't They Provide Any Extension Regarding Validity. It Simply Playing With Us. And Taking Customer Hard Money Into Their Own Pocket, Which Is Not Trai Meant For.
I Made A Call Today To Idea Customer, I Said To Them I've 420 rs Balance, And You're About To Terminate My Outgoing Calls On 25th Nov, And Right Now I'm Using Airtel Internet, So No Way I Can't Use Idea Balance Now. Their Harsh Response Clearly Suggested That It Don't Care Customers Importance, And They Said We Won't Refund Your Money.
I Requested Them To Transfer My Balance To My Bank, They Simply Denied That We Can't Refund Your Money.
Also Without Any Prior Warning They Shutting All Sims, Which Is Not Good For Telecom Sectors.
Either Help Me By Increasing My Validity, Or Refund My Entire Money. So That I Can Port To Other Operator Which Is Not Forcing Customer To Recharge To Maintain His Sim.
This Is My Right To Have My Money Back, Requesting TRAI To Compensate, Or Providing Some More Time.
Kindly Do Something Needful,

As per our recent communication, we've informed you that your mentioned number is active with us. Also, as informed in case of non recharge after service validity, curtailed services (Only Incoming) will be available for grace period of 15 days, after which services will not be available till the time applicable recharge is done. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend you to recharge your account regularly or you can recharge with any long service validity recharge options available on our website based on your usage.
