There is no network shown in new idea prepaid sim cannot even call 59059 for activation. It has been 3 days and still no network coverage is shown. Please activate my sim as soon as possible. Idea i never seen this type of network which is providing such a very very bad customer service. Specifically postpaid service, i don't no y the hell they were giving credit limit to a postpaid customer. Paying the bills in 1 r 2days late they were charging charges, then y the hell u r disconnecting the network. Then wt is purpose of giving credit facility to the customer, any way we r paying late payment charges y the hell u will disconnect...

Observed in October bill there is Rs 150/- extra added in my bill name of premium SMS.
As we are using Samsung basic handset and the user ( my father ) not sent any message because, he not even aware of 044435 number how he can send message to number.
In idea website also i didn't find these details. attaching snapshot for reference.
Please look into this asap....

Idea has blocked my account i can't call or message anybody

My idea sim had been churned & we enquired with idea customer care and they said my sim is churned and i need to contact the nearest retail shop for further details. Idea had contact me to pay full and final of 716.92 on 1 aug 2018 in mail to close mobile number. So i paid that amount on same day and send them mail and shared screenshot. You can check that in attached files.

Now after 3 months they asking me to pay 687.73 again for closing the number we have not used this number form last 6 months still i paid bill on aug to close the number to stop harresment by there tele caller, but...

I was using idea since four years with lifetime validity, but now they are saying that your outgoung will be stopped in binging of december 2018 so you have to reacharge with 159, 199, 398, to get outgoing facility.

Deducting amount of rs.8 for every message being sent from 51998 even though not subscribed for the flash link messages.

I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked.
