I not agree with your cancellation of outgoing and incoming services on permitted recharges. Because
All people are not able to recharge with unlimited packs or etc., there are some persons who are poor, recharge with only 10 or 20 rupees. They does not need unlimited also. Even students also not be ready to recharge with huge amount packs.
I suggest you to enhance the services or provide good benefits...

Idea cellular is not refunding my security deposit money (300/- )and saying that the chq. has been delivered to you on 26Oct18, while i am not received any chq. from there side and when i am asked to share the proof the delivery (POD) they are unable to provide the same. final dues and security deposit receipt is attached for your ref....

In the month of april i received a call from idea,
Subject is if i converted airtel no to 'idea' they will give offer as the no will be 'add on' my exesting postpaid no. And with the bill of rs.110/-

I hadnt requested that vas activation and no consent was taken from me. When i called 198 to register a complaint, i was told all customer care operatives are busy.
