Please block this sim bearing number: [protected] in an urgent basis as my smart mobile phone was stolen or snatched by some unknown person while i was waiting for uber cab in noida city centre metro station.

Requesting you to block this mobile number in an urgent basis so that it won't be misused for any anti social activities by unknown person who has snatched or stolen my mobile phone.

I had a Postpaid connection from Idea cellular, i was not satisfied by the services so i decided i will port out of Idea Postpaid to Airtel Prepaid i also tried to port out to Vodafone but got denied due to some unclear bills so i paid the bill cleared my outstandings and requested to port to Airtel prepaid and my request was accepted and i successfully ported to Airtel after some days i get a call from Idea saying that i have a uncleared bill of Rs 370.58 dated for 17 November even though my number was discontinued on 12th November, i am being charged for services i didn't use and if i had bill due Idea should have denied my porting request .

Sir i am a idea costumer for a long time but suddenly i have issue this idea network services so i port out my number to reliance jio company. My idea number is postpaid so i clear my due bill payment at port out time my bill is that time was 460/- so paid 500/- that time because of port out time limit is 6 to 7 days so i pay extra. My number port out to idea to jio my number activated is been a 15 days ago now idea company send me a bill again and that bill is 385/- how is this possible if i have any amount of bill pending than company not allow me to port out dear sir please do some action about this because i am not a single person who face this type of problems. A year back I converted my Idea number from prepaid to postpaid, at the time of verification the Store Manager asked me to pay a deposit of Rs. 300. I inquired why I have to do so, he said that it is mandatory and I will get the refund if at all I port my number or closed it.

Recently, I have ported my number to Jio (because of the network issues I was facing since a year) and I am asking for the refund of my money since September 2018 which I haven't received yet. There was also an outstanding bill against me which I wasn't paying because Idea wasn't refunding my money, though I have paid all the outstanding money now as my sim was deactivated at that time.

And to my surprise, that particular store manager is no more working there. Plus the idea employees working in that store are so lazy that if you are standing from a long time over there they don't even entertain you and as a customer, we have to continuously tell them to please listen to us. I also made a complaint regarding this issue on Idea cellular helpline their executives told me that we don't ask for any such deposits. And, now I have also emailed them all the details to the customer care of Idea cellular with the receipt but they are denying that there is no such outstanding money from them and now they have stopped replying to the emails. They are not ready to look in the matter and solve it

This case definitely seems to me as misleading the users because we don't know what exactly the procedures are and this gives an opportunity to the people or to such kind of store managers to mislead us or maybe bribe us.
It is not only about the money, but it is also about the misleading customers.

My name is tn rathod and i recharged 398rs on16 dec 18 time 12.17am transaction id[protected] successfully done to [protected]@icici but didn't got any plans, confirmation from [protected]@icici amount deducted from bank. Please refund my deducted amount i am very disappointed. Please find the attached image that i made to [protected]@icici for your reference.

I not agree with your cancellation of outgoing and incoming services on permitted recharges. Because
All people are not able to recharge with unlimited packs or etc., there are some persons who are poor, recharge with only 10 or 20 rupees. They does not need unlimited also. Even students also not be ready to recharge with huge amount packs.
I suggest you to enhance the services or provide good benefits for the customers. Because due to this validate services, people are thought to change the networks, even i will planned to change the network.

Idea cellular is not refunding my security deposit money (300/- )and saying that the chq. has been delivered to you on 26Oct18, while i am not received any chq. from there side and when i am asked to share the proof the delivery (POD) they are unable to provide the same. final dues and security deposit receipt is attached for your ref.

I had purchased a postpaid sim from idea store at sundar nagar raipur, i had given my documents and scanned my fingerprint also. But the salesman registered the sim in his name. And i used that sim for 2 months and i had also paid the bill for 2 months. But after 2 months the salesman exchanged the sim through his documents from different place. Nd now we came to know that he has left the job a month ago. We called him but he is not answering and we also complained at that idea store but they are also not responding wisely. And now the salesman using my postapid number for which i had paid and we dont have any information about him except his no. And he is not responding also.
I want a quick action against it.

I had purchased a sim from idea giving all my documents nd fingerprint but thier salesman registered the sim under his name nd his documents. Nd we had paid the bill of my postpaid number for 2 months but after 2 months we came to know that the sim was registered under salesman name priyank shukla nd he had left the job a month ago. And now the salesman has exchanged the sim nd is using my postapid no. And he is not answering us. We complaint in idea store but they are also not answering us.

My idea number got barred on 7th Dec 2018 and till then no resolution given on the same. I reached out to Customer care executive for the activation of my number but they asked me to reach out to nearby idea store and told me that they will provide me new sim card with the same number. Since then I regulary visit idea store and no resolution given so far. They always keep telling me it will be done soon and its been 10 days nothing happened. I am really fed up with this. I am really very concerned I have so many credentials attached to this number. I have asked idea store several time to escalate this issue still got no result. Kindly help me to resolve as soon as possible.

I have a Idea post paid connection with Nirvana 399 plan for my no.[protected]. I received my Nov bill and surprised to see the bill amt to Rs.1430. In the itemized bill i found that i was charged for a number 055315 on 10 Dec 2018 and the bill amount for that call is rs 810. I have never called to this number. I called idea customer care and discussed it. Initially they said its there in the bill you have to pay. later they have reduced rs 400/ and asked to pay remaining.
I said i need full waiver as i never have made this call and you can check my track record.
The number which they claim i have called isnt a number of 10digits and many have complained of the similar complaint as i searched in the internet.

Kindly arrange a full waiver for rs810/- which was charged for a undailable number, for which i have never called and dare not to dail it now also for checking.

Dear sir/ madam,

I got a call from +91 [protected], saying idea customer care. And i was suppose to clear my dues on saturday, i could not due to personal problems. On monday (17/12/2018), she called me and started using vulgar language, it was so bad that i could not even respond to her words, i just kept calm. She called me continuously for couple of times with the same filthy language again and again.

I will clear the dues sooner, but the idea employees misbehavior has broken me into pieces and thinking to get close deal with idea.

I have recordings of her voice and i can attach it and email to idea senior management to take action against her.

Please advise what shall i do now.. I will post this in tweeter and facebook.

Ported my number from airtel to idea on 26 nov. 2018. today 17/12/2018 my number showing no service. when i call customer care they are telling your number is activated and call 59059 and not even listen to my problem. My idea store telling, we forward mail to idea but they don’t reply. Now what to do. such a worst customer support. my alternate number is [protected]

Hi sir, my name is venkat. I want to port from idea to other network. I am trying to send port message to 1900, but it always failing. While sending other messages to contacts it's sending. Port messages failing every time. I called customer cares officials lot of time their behaviour was very rude and worst.

I want to move out of idea asap. Help.

From 2007 and now i converted in postpaid from last year even i was paying regularly every month 580.00 for plan 499 i was satisfied by your company and plan, but suddenly i received a call from idea company on 08.09.18 she was telling,
Sir i am from idea company. May i inform about a offer. I says yes tale.

Sir you can use a add-on sim in single payment 550.00 with gst monthly. Ok

After few days my net was not working properly so i called to customer care, so i known that my plan 499 converted to 249 automatic with out my permission (Information) and than i again converted 249 to 449 by your idea company customer executive, because i was facing some problem in plan 249.
Your company bill generated amount 749.00, i discussed with mr. Denis sir and mr. Shamim ansari ji in your office at new market gtb complex bhopal and wavered also by shamim ansari.
Second bill generated amount is 953.00 and i paid 550.00 in last 29.11.18.
But my complaint is not resolve till date even net is switch off by idea company. If your company executive (Miss jaini [protected]) says, sir your plan will be change so, i don't purchase other add-on sim, because plan 499 was better for me.
Today my no. Is temporally on hold…. Why?

My mobile connection is in with idea, in my location ie. Kattachira, pallical po there was internet service of above mentioned company is very poor. I was complained in there office but there was no action by them.
I am recharge my no with huge amount and ther was wastage of my money so you may please instruct them to do needful against this issue

Now they are stopping the incoming and outgoing. Even though i have balance.
Unhealthy business tactics by idea.
Please stop this harrasment. If i have balance why they are stopping my services.
What is the procedure to file a complaint in consumer court?...

I am using your idea services from last so many years as i have a postpaid number is [protected] but now i am not in need of postpaid number. But whenever i communicating with your idea office in karnal named, sunrise communication they always ignored me and not giving any satisfactory answer. You are requested to please convert my number to prepaid as i am not able to pay bills and facing so much problem. If you also not going to help me i am compelled to knock the door of court.
