Dear sir/madam
I am using your idea services from last so many years as i have a postpaid number is [protected] but now i am not in need of postpaid number. But whenever i communicating with your idea office in karnal named, sunrise communication they always ignored me and not giving any satisfactory answer. You are requested to please convert my number to prepaid as i am not able to pay bills and facing so much problem. If you also not going to help me i am compelled to knock the door of court.

Dears,
I have one post paid no.[protected].. With idea.
And i have another no. With airtel. ([protected])
In the month of april i received a call from idea,
Subject is if i converted airtel no to 'idea' they will give offer as the no will be 'add on' my exesting postpaid no. And with the bill of rs.110/-
I will get unlimited incoming and outgoing with 1.5 gb data. And both no carry only bill.
But that month itself, the raised bill of rs.580 (Around) separately,. When i ask for above service, they asked us to contact local office.
Local showroom people re directed call customer care.
When i call customer care they told with the pending bill they can not help me any services.
And again the same bill next month and keep continuing.
After that stopped bill payment.
They one 'idea executive' spoke, there no offer like that, you have pay full bill for that no. Also.
Finally i send a mail to 'idea'about all this.
No response.
Now different people are calling me, they are telling they are from nampally high court, issue legal notice from high court.
I don't know how much of 'true' in it.

But irrespective of my reminders, no of idea people representing. If any one calls me, they are simply telling ' clear bill, '

I am not sure whats the reason behind my incoming and outgoing service is blocked by IDEA. My number is [protected]. This is the worst ever experience I faced with IDEA network. First of the network connectivity is worst upon that you are blocking out services. I need immediate response for this. Awaiting your response for the same

My idea mobile number is [protected]. On 13/12/2018 at 7:14pm, an amount of rs. 8 was deducted from my idea balance for an unknown vas activation. I hadnt requested that vas activation and no consent was taken from me. When i called 198 to register a complaint, i was told all customer care operatives are busy.
As per trai guidelines mobile companies are not allowed to deduct any balance for vas activation without consumer consent. I want refund of rs. 8 asap.

I have replaced my prepaid old SIM with 4G SIM in idea store and since then I am not receiving any text messages from any provider including OTPs. I can send messages but not receiving messages. There is no problem with calls. I called idea customer care and they asked me to restart phone. I did all basic troubleshooting like restarting phone, removing and adding SIM, putting SIM in another phone and nothing seems to be working. There is no issue with phone setting or message center number setting. I am really frustrated with this problem as I am unable to many things due to not having OTP.

I am miss world diversity 2018. I go to stay at mom's home in vishwas nagar delhi where in my room there are zero networks of airtel. Mom suggested to buy an idea sim for here. I went to the store in geeta colony delhi to buy the sim. The moment it got activated there were no networks
I have not made a single call or sms because of no network
It's been 3 to 4 months and company has generated bill of 827 rupees
Now constantly harassing me by sending guns and mavallis to my place for giving their 827 rupees. Well i m not gonna pay them single penny and today one lady called [protected]
She spoke so rudely.
Please guys and girls stop using idea they have been mentally torchuring me like hell. Calling day and night sending gundas and mawali
I made india proud by winning this prestigious title if they can do it to me they can do to anyone

I have done recharge through my idea app it gives the payment option as net banking I have selected the option of SBI net banking done the payment still recharge has done, after that 2hrs later u called to customer care executive he said that it is bank you will money back with in 7days why tell me reason

I have idea cellular 4g sim with 4g mobile and i recharge idear 4g plan but last 10 to 15 days internet not run properly with high speed and network range change. I complaint against this in idea cellular service centre 4 - 5 times but my problem is not solved. My mobile internet speed given by the company is 1-4kb/s. Service executive not solve my problem.

The outgoing service of my mob no [protected]., idea, delhi has been suspended by trai for last 7 days. I went to idea centre they told me that your number is blocked bt trai itself. For your knowledge i have not made any detrimental call and messages to anyone. Kindly reactivate my number sa as to avoid undue hardship on me. I request you to activate my number calls at earliest. Dear sir /madam mera name maheboob khan mustafa khan hai main ek divyang hoon main idea ka sim use karta hoon idea company wale kehte hain ki aapko monthly rs.35 ka recharge karna padega nahi to aapki incoming outgoing calls band hojaygi main zyada recharge nahi karta kyou ki main zyada kisi se baat nahi karta aur na nahi mujhe internet use karne mein interest hai bas maine jobhi divyang keliye koi bhi scheme nikli hai usme maine ye number diya hai! Jaise aadhar enrolment karte time divyang certificate bana te time divyang smart card divyang railway pass divyang st pass sanjay gandhi niradhar yojana bank account open karte time ration card banate time pm aawas yojana ka form filup karte time aur najane bahot si scheme main maine yahi number diya hai! Maine idea ke customer care ko call kiya to usne bola ki aapko recharge karwana hi padenga nahi to aapka sim 45 dino mein bilkul band hojayga! Ab aap hi boliye main monthly recharge kaise kar sakta hoon agar nahi kara to sim band hojayga ab aap hi meri help kejiye please! Ye hai wo number [protected]

I cant get incoming or outgoing cl on my no as its outgoing validity is expired now what can i do???
I have an idea sim and im from maharastra and the sim validity got expired.. I have activated the sim.. But the simvalidity expired. How can i get the same number back and how can i activate since i paid an huge amount and bought the sim and it got expired so i wanted to how can i get the sim pack?

Please tell me how much should i recharge to get validity

I am a bonafide idea customer since 2002. Yesterday i bought an idea recharge card for rupees 35 but when i scratched it unfortunately, i have lost the digits in the card. Sir/Mam Since 15 days I m tried lot of times Idea customer care no 198/12345 regarding problem in my idea no .. bt every time I m nt able to contact with them bcz system called our customer care executive is bsy on another cal every time whenever I tried to contact them they repeat same thing I m unable to negotiate with them kindly notice to my problem

I Mr. ALAM NUSSEN an user of Idea mobile number +91 [protected], are very dissatisfied/disappointed by company’s cheating behavior, because on 07 Dec 2018, there are a special offer for my number that is Recharge with Rs. 35.00 and get (Unlimited Local STD+Roaming Calls 1.4GB/D 4G/3G Data+National SMS/Day for 84Days.T&C Apply.), but when I recharged it, I have got Rs. 26.00 in main balance and 100 MB Data for 28 Days only.

Please find the attachment of screen short of Idea websites where the offer is showing till now.

Please look on the matter on priority and give the actual benefit of the recharge as per my offer.

Also i have been getting this problem in idea couldn't send any text messages to other please resolve this and and also resolve your customer care service its very vert poor quality change it otherwise we can change our service.
When i called your customer service executive he said me he will send me a message that show you info about it and solve my problem but he send me a message showing how to send a message. He think im # that i don't know how to send message what's your problem we pay our money to get good service otherwise we have another mobile service providers who give good service i can transfer my number in it.

I have first recharged my idea prepaid no.-[[protected]] with 199 for 2g unlimited data pack dated - 09.12.18, order no.-[ap[protected]) and [ap[protected]) got deducted from my past account (Hdfc) but i didn't get a confirmation that the recharge has been successfully done and page was not getting loaded. I waited for some time then i tried again doing same recharge and it got successfully recharged and i got confirmation also for the same, after few second the first recharge has also got confirmed. Now my concern is that both the recharge are for same data pack. Please if you could refund the second recharge of 199

Sir, my mobile no. Is [protected], i had requested for mnp to transfer my network operator from airtel (Gujrat) to idea (Gujrat). Right now i am in idea haryana (Roaming circle) so i can't access the televerification no 59059. Please give me the suggestions so i can verify my number, and my number will activate. I am using this sim from last 3 months and whenever I enter it in any app it never gets me opt instantly rather takes an hour or so, till it gets expired and this happens regularly .It has full network then also when sometimes calls get hang up.It's very annoying and I am intended to shift to Airtel if it continues. Resolve it quickly. Thank you.

2 days before i bought a new sim, next day the balance decreased from 26 rs to 4 rs, but when i checked outox there was no msg, then i checked my deduction history and it showed 3 msg send to the which neither exist nor saved in my contact book,
2nd it showed 2 deduction of 10, 10 rs for downloading content which is not in my cell anywhere and the cell has no net facility
