Dears,
I have one post paid no.[protected].. With idea.
And i have another no. With airtel. ([protected])
In the month of april i received a call from idea,
Subject is if i converted airtel no to 'idea' they will give offer as the no will be 'add on' my exesting postpaid no. And with the bill of rs.110/-
I will get unlimited incoming and outgoing with 1.5 gb data. And both no carry only bill.
But that month itself, the raised bill of rs.580 (Around) separately,. When i ask for above service, they asked us to contact local office.
Local showroom people re directed call customer care.
When i call customer care they told with the pending bill they can not help me any services.
And again the same bill next month and keep continuing.
After that stopped bill payment.
They one 'idea executive' spoke, there no offer like that, you have pay full bill for that no. Also.
Finally i send a mail to 'idea'about all this.
No response.
Now different people are calling me, they are telling they are from nampally high court, issue legal notice from high court.
I don't know how much of 'true' in it.
But irrespective of my reminders, no of idea people representing. If any one calls me, they are simply telling ' clear bill, '
This is very worse experience from idea, thou iam customer from last 3 years
