My name is Shyam Patil, Mob no - [protected], Email - [protected]@gmail.com.

I have paid bill for billing account number[protected] / [protected] on alternate number provided by Idea associate but still they are me harassing with multiple emails, SMS and SMS.
I have provided them bill payment receipts multiple times but no positive outcome from their side they are still sending me intimation emails.
So my request to consumer forum to ask Idea to stop sending such emails and stop calling me else I will file harassment case against them.

Also find attached bill receipts.

As per our last communication, you told you don't have data to investigate it as this is of 2016 year and you just told 1107 is outstanding as per your records which is absolutely wrong.

I spend time and searched in my mail box and I got latest bill of Feb 2016 and it has 1107 outstanding. Further in march I cleared the outstanding but you and your system don't such intelligence to store data and you are irritating me from that day(March 2016).

I attached last bill generated, payment receipt and email communication with idea regarding this.

Now close this issue as soon as possible and return rental of one month which I paid but did not use your service.

Which complaint I have not raised. I have given all proofs that I have paid bill. Now Please close the issue and stop sending emails and SMS. I am still getting emails and SMS daily.

    unable to send port message to 1900

    I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldnt find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help...

    Myself mohammed nabeel qureshi i bring to your notice that my idea prepaid no.[protected] has been inactive/permanently blocked without my knowledge.. I visited the idea gallery they told me that your number has been closed and we cannot activate it. As per the regulations it take 90 days to get the number closed. And it's been only 15 days to which they replied me that it cannot happen. I want my no. To be activated as it is important for my work as it is updated to all my work.       I submited a complaint from banglore circle and from the response i got from idea i thought you peoples would take this seriously. But what a joke.. I cant belive i trusted you peoples thinking you would acrually resolve this situation. I pity you shameless bunch of corrupts trying to cheat peoples from buying your age old services. I have decided to register a proper complaint against you on consumer forum demanding my rights to get the benifits for the money i am paying. I will make sure that this issue reaches not the government but the people who are thw true bread and butter to your buisness. Your loayalty lies in cheating people with fake promises and falsehood to gain more wealth. No one would question you for making profit from good buisness however this is far from good and much closer to being a group frauds. I have decided to quit idea for good and i would make sure my friends also do the same. Shame on you..

        There is systematic fraud run by idea banglore. I was called by idea marketing team that if i take 1 connection my billing will be 189 and more than one cennection at 160 per connection. I got convinced and moved 2 connection from airtel to idea after talking connection i got charged at 389 or 299 (No clarity on that) and i have been following up with idea manager to resolv‭e this issue over 1.5 month now raised ticket as well # [protected] but customer support told me there is no 160 plan so they have planned fraud to trick customer with telllung very low tarrif and then charge heavily.

          Hello,
          I have been charged an excessive amount of bill for november cycle. My normal bills is around rs 10 with lifelong plan 295, but in november it was rs 958. Which is a bill shock for me.
          I see there is a charge of rs 838.80 for below highlighted number[protected] on 12-october -2018. I did not call this number which is showing 120 mins.
          After calling call center they mentioned this is some special service. I never called this number.

          Could you please raise complaint from my side.

              Hi,
              I moved my no. in International roaming on 15 Aug. Idea Cellular No. is [protected]. And since then I have been getting very high bill. When I checked my bill, it shows small KB of continuous data usage wherein I never used any data in International roaming. Also when anyone looks at my bill, it shows very small KB of data being consumed continuously. I have been fighting for last three months with Idea but everytime they say the data is used. Even after disconnection of service, my bill is going high and after three months ( no data usage) they sent me bill of Rs. 3800 and my service is de-activated almost a month back and non of the idea Customer Service is really able to understand the technical issue behind it, they are very poor and non-helping. I have lost hopes and hence not going to pay any bill for this no.

                I had recharged idea cellular mobile connection on 23rd october for 70 days by paying rs. 398/-. Yesterday[17/11/2018] by 9 am i lost all services of idea cellular in my mobile. There was no warning or information as to what was wrong. My no. Is [protected]. I am really at a loss to communicate with anybody, because this idea connection was the only way out for me. If by tomorrow 8 am this problem is not solved i will be forced to go for some other mobile connection. So far i was very much satisfied with the idea connection, i used to boast of it to my friends. I used to make fun of those who had bsnl connection. Now they are making fun of me.

                  Dear sir,

                  I have recharged for rs. 398/- on 18/11/2018 through myidea app with below reference number.

                  Ref no: pu[protected]
                  Wrong mobile number : [protected]
                  Correct mobile number :[protected]
                  Date & time of transaction: 18/11/2018 @8:02 am.

                  I have called the customer care to reverse the recharge and transfer the recharge to the correct number. No one is ready to listen and help me in this regard.

                  Is it always the case that no one will ever make any mistake while recharging or you don't care to resolve such issues?

                  Please assist.

                  If i don't get proper response, i might have to approach consumer court to get justice in this case.

                    I have been charged an excessive amount of bill for october cycle. My normal bills is around rs 117 but in october it was rs 890.94. Which is a bill shock for me.
                    I see there is a charge of rs 720 for below highlighted number (055315) on 21-sep-2018. I did not call this number which is showing 80 mins pulse.
                    After calling call center they mentioned this is some astrology service. I never called this number.

                    Could you please raise complaint from my side and revert this charge from my account. Currently my services are stopped and i can not make any calls.

                    Please revert this at earliest as i am unhappy with this bill since i did not make this call.

                    Please revert the charge and send me unique porting code (Upc) so that i can change my service provider.

                      Pl convert my no [protected] from post paid to prepaid urgently. Many of your idea stores has closed. From rs 550 average bill monthly now i am paying rs 1600/1700 per month. I was advised by idea agent to call 59059 after inserting idea sim. When i tried calling the above mentioned number, it does not connect.                           On 16 November 2018 I received an SMS from a number 51998. This SMS has charged RS 8/- without my consent.
                          It is had a link of web sit in it.
                          The link is as follows

                          This link contains some stupid images.
                          I am very angry about this incident.
                          It would be greatly if this could be stopped and if I can receive my money.

Hence, we request you to send a SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset also you can dial 155223 to deactivate value added service from your account. However, if still any issue persist you can contact us on 12345 or 198.

                          Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:-
                          - Go to your handset SIM Toolkit
                          - Click on Idea Flash option
                          - Tap on Activation
                          - Click on Deactivate

I tried contacting customer care which was not of any help. If i go with recharge from retailer they have the option, but why is it not available for recharging from website .                               This is priyadarshan singh negi from dehradun .

                              I was using 4 Postpaid Connection since so many years but earlier today my all postpaid no services is deactivated.

                              I want to know the particular reason why you deactivate my all postpaid numbers and customer care told me you are using this no for a tele marketing purpose but how its possible because these all no is using for a personal calling not a business.
                              This is my Request to activate my all 4 postpaid no asap

                              i give one Number to my friend for a urgent case but he is not told me this is using for tele marketing call. [protected] idea prepaid. So if you find this no is use for a tele marketing call. kindly Blocked This no permanently and i am sorry for that in near future i will not give our no to any friends and relative also.

                              So kindly look this matter in urgent case & plz activate my 4 postpaid no asap.

                              I was atleast send 12 mails to idea complain board and trai but no one can help me including you also.

                              Bt yesterday i was recd mail from idea appeal board and they understand my concern and mention to call or meet trai or zonal office within 30days.

                              So my question is Trai not responding my mail and i dont know how the procedure to Restoration my suspended no.

                              Kindly send me concern department or person name, email id..

                                I am ruchi luthra i have apple i phone x and i’ve recently ported my number from vodafone to idea.
                                After that i’ve been charged for some international msgs which i did not send.
                                It was told to me from idea office that this no. Is from uk

                                When i told idea customer care about this and asked if any service is activated in my sim for which i am being charged, they told that no service is activated and i am sending those msgs. This is not possible because no notification is being shown in my phone for any such msg. And i dont even know anybody from uk.

                                Not only that, they are charging this activation charges every month for sending this msg to same number.

                                This is a fraud from ideacellular as they are not even willing to take any actions

                                  I am the prepaid customer of idea company having [protected] as my number. I have 7999₹ in my prepaid account and want to activate an unlimited data plan (84 days) from main balance. But idea representative deny my request, they have forced me to do this recharge via retailer. Now i am unable to use my hard earned money which is impounded by idea. Please refund my money from prepaid account balance or allow me to recharge via main balance.

                                    Sir i recharge my moblile by rs 65 before frc of 176 28 day unlimited talk time after recharged i asked costomer care representative about my 65 rupee recharge he told me that no such recharge intiated he just say if any recharge intiated then it come in your account but nothing such happened i call again they say no such recharge intiated sir please help me...

                                      As per 2007 regulation Act This is my First time.
                                      somebody misuse my No [protected] for a sales/marketing use.I am not aware about this.So kindly activate my 4 postpaid no If you feel im guilty for this i will pay a penaulty to TRAI.

                                      I was tired to send a mail to idea cellular, consumer forum, Idea ZO, Customer Care, stores, Trai also finally i got your mail Sir.This is my last hope from you sir.

                                      Only call or enquiry and you block my no without giving me proof.

                                      Agar koe kuch karta hai toh uske pass proof hona chaiye kisi kai complain krne sai kya hota hai.aise toh nai bhe bol skta hu ush complsin krne waley ka no mere fb mai tha toh complain kesa kar di usne.

                                      I send you more than 10 mail and lot of calls and msg but no one help me for this thing.

                                      If you feel im guilty punish me i am ready to give you penaulty req application etc

                                      But koe baat ko karey mjse .

                                      Option ko batao kesa mjhe mere no milenge.

                                      Jo galat kam karte hai unke liye koe rule nahi hai or mera jase common man ko tm paresan kar rahey ho.

                                      I think mujhe av newspaper or highcourt mai idea kai khilaf complain karni chaiye becoz kisi nai koe help nhe ki muje paresan kiya bus.
