I did a recharge of 348 on my phone via your myidea app. The money was deducted but recharge was not received. The customer service is not helping me either. They keep on saying that the recharge was not done and are not looking to the transaction id. Check to this issue asap.

    Sir / madam,

    I) mobile no. [protected] (Post paid idea)
    Ii) earleir service provider airtel then shifted to idea
    Iii) balance paymetn was made to airtel at one of their authorized centre in agra in person on 23.10.2018 in cash for rs. 117/- against balance amount.
    Iv) disruption of service to above postpaid mobile number by : on 05.11.2018 and email made on the same day alongwith payment attachment made to the effect at airtel authorized centre outlet at agra.
    V) still services to the said number is disrupted asit is.
    Vi) appellate was also emailed to the effect.
    Vii) legal punitive action for customer harassment to be complied in terms of financial terms alongwith resolution of services to the number immediately and consider for these days in technical closure.

      You dont have any shame in charging for your prehistoric technology in the name of 4g. I have been facing this issue for a long time. Either you stop calling it 4g or we will stop using your stone age service. We do have other bright options for selecting carriers here since jio came. Apart from that i am also considering sueing you for low speed internet in the name of 4g. Meanwhile the owner should honestly consider taking classed from your competitors. I am from banglore circle now and if i dont see any change in the internet speed we can very well meet in court. What do you think we are? ### to buy the #### y'all selling.. What a bunch of loosers..

        The message you have sent only says your recharge success

        Dear customer! Your recharge is successful. You have received full benefit on your recharge. Dial *121# for more offers

        Why don't you mention the amount?
        Sometimes no signal from the tower why?
        Internet always server timed out why?

              aadhar updation-sim services deactivation

              Hello team,

              I am sudheer kumar rangisetti with mobile number [protected] using idea network since 2015.

              As per the judgement given by supremecourt on 26th september, submitting aadhar card for mobile services is not mandatory.

              I have not sumitted my aadhar card for idea network and idea has disconnected my services and sim card is deactivated during october 1 st week.

              Worst cellular company in the india is idea and their services and staff behavior also like that only. No proper response from them and no manners, not bothered about customer issues.
              This is also bcz of their managemnt problem and lack of knowledge in their field.
              One of the idea staff called me for sim card offer and they told fancy numbers. So i gave my ekyc to them.
              They didn't activated my sim and they are not responding to my msgs.
              Even this complaint also doesn't effect much bcz that is idea and they are idea staff., but i'm sharing my experience not once. Twice it happened in same month.

The colony which don't have signals. Please! Can you provide the signals for me. Signal bars : 1 (Out of) 5. Rarely it shows 3 for sometimes. I already complainted to idea network. The issue was not resolved. Please idea! Done it as per possible. I already provided the details of my area.in our mandal, all colony`s are had signals, but only krishna colony.                     I'm using idea network from last 3 years but from the last 6month the network is very poor. The call drops our occuring veey frequently and the net is very poor if this issue is not resolved soon many of them would change from idea to another network. They are many people who already changed the network so resolve this network call drop and internet issue.

                      Today i went to "idea store - 103, mangalam, shastri bridge, napier town, jabalpur, madhya pradesh 482001" to get frc of my mobile for post paid to prepaid migration which costs only rs. 76. I informed the customer service agent my mobile number and service request number, and immediately they issued a request to bar (Block) my number and rudely told me to do extra recharge of rs. 509 otherwise they will not finish the frc or activate my sim and my sim will be blocked forever. I called 12345 from my other idea sim but i did not get any help from there also. This is a severe case of coercion and fraud. I did not wanted to do recharge of 509 and only wanted frc of 76 but the staff threatened and forced me to hand over rs. 585..

                      The customer service agent totally refused to do FRC and activate sim unless i pay 585 for an extra recharge which i did not wanted. They yelled and abused me until i had to pay the money unwillingly to prevent my sim from getting totally blocked. Please take strict action against the staff.

                        I recharged rs. 53 (For additional internet benefits on my unlimited pack) on 24/10/2018 via sbi internet banking app called sbi anywhere personal. The app showed that the recharge was successful and the amount was debited from my account. However, the recharge benefits were not given to me. I called customer care on 198 and they said no recharge has been made and that if any amount has been wrongly debited it will be credited back to my account within 5 days. However i have not received money back till date (3rd november 2018, 20:08). I also submitted a complaint to sbi to which they have responded today that the transaction "has been successful and settled on 24/10/2018. For more details kindly contact your merchant."

                          I had a postpaid no. With a corporate plan of 125. The idea agent called me and said if i will take another postpaid connection new or ported then under a single bill of 299 under nirvana plan, the added no. Will have unlimited incoming outgoing both on local and roaming plus 20 gb of data while my existing postpaid no. Will continue to have calling benefits as per existing plan as well as 20 gb data also will be provided in addition. Based on this commitment by idea agent i got another no. To be ported to idea postpaid.
                          Now that promised plan turned out to be false and i have two complaints.
                          1) i got the bill and its not of 299 plan that was promised. It is coming out to be 299 + 125 + gst instead of this it should have been 299 + gst.
                          2) 20 gb data benefit which was supposed to be provided on each of the two no. S is provided only on the new no. And not to old no.
                          Three people from idea were involved in this forgery act:
                          1) neha ([protected])- the telecaller
                          2) jitendra pal ([protected])- telecaller's boss
                          3) jitendra gupta ([protected])- document collector, sim provider
                          They all made false promises even when i kept confirming again and again, everyone said that i will get these committed benefits.
                          Now when i have told the issue they are not providing solution, have called them multiple times. They have even stopped picking up my calls.
                          Please provide the resolution and get me the benefits promised to me. Also take serious action against these three people... Thanks

                          Problem still persists on the no. [protected]. As part of resolution they have provided Rs 200 waiver on the first bill only, while for upcoming bills it will be the higher amount for which complaint was raised i.e. 125+299+GST that will be around 500 which is not the committed bill of 300. Hence problem continues to remain same.

                            I tried recharge my idea sim for rupees 45 throgh sbi anywhere online personal banking app.45 rupees deducted from sbi account through net banking but my phone has not been recharged.                               I contact the idea service centre of vizianagaram.. But they are not respond proper way and even dont no they start my complaint work or not... Nearly 10 days ago i rise the complaint till now no update.. And in between conversation they cut the call. If make call to them, they did not even respond for 1 or 2 attempts its nearly take 5 or 6 attempts of ringing

                                My father died this year and the sim we were using been lost.
                                When i visited idea showroom they suggested me to change number in to postpaid.
                                Which i don't want
                                Is this is your standard procedure in this case?
                                We have very low earning and we can't afford to buy postpaid please suggest the best answer in this case.

                                  Hello. Past few days it is being observed that those having your 3g sim connection are being troubled by slowing down the 3g speed. Simultaneously there are undue continuous messages flowing to convert the sim to 4g for better speed and idea volte..!! Average 3-5 messages get received in 2 days cyclically.

                                  Why does idea want to force customers with indirect harassment to convert???
                                  Is that a deal between you and vodaphone to extort fast money with such tricks...!!!
                                  This speed issue never happened in past years but it is started now that you have come up with 4g.
                                  Pl maintain the legal and defined speed as before for 3g and let customers decide when to convert in 4g. We are paying you your prescribed recharge amount, not for such harassment and that you hold our speed at important trasaction times and anytime...
                                  Else customers are free to move to other service providers..
                                  Stop the extortion process.

                                    My name is hashim sha, i m an nri working in uae. I have been using an "idea" sim for more than 10 years and i have linked all my bank accounts, gmail accounts, and other important government and bank related accounts with this number and all the otp 's will be coming to this number only. For the last 3 monts due to my busy scheldule i didnt used the sim and now they blocked my sim due to inactivity of 3 months.
                                    Indian government is promoting to link the mobile numner with all the government documnets, bank accounts, pan card every important documents with the mobile number and they are doing like this. It is very hard as an nri staying away from home and look after my family parents and childrens financial needs and 75% of it will be done online. Now everything is seized. Everyday there will be a call from the idea for recharge offers, callertunes, and all other value added service, but not even a single call before cancelling the registration of a mobile number which is linked with all the very important utilities for a person. Please give a helpful replay considering the troubles that i have been facing without this sim.

                                      This is regarding mobile no. [protected], the bill generated on 22oct 2018 shows international roaming plan of rs.1199 and international roaming rental plan of rs.149 being activated without consent. When we inquired about international roaming on 24th sep 2018, then their customer care representative told us that plan cannot be activated as it requires security deposit amounting to rs.3000 which was refundable and he refused to activate the plan. But now after bill was generated on 22nd oct to our amazement the international roaming plan was activated even though we were not aware about it n it was not even used. Firstly when we wanted to activate the plan then the representatives completely denied and we were forced to buy international sim card from airport and now they are making lame excuses that when u requested 2-3 times then they might have activated. Now after writing to them they are refusing to refund the amount n denied sharing audio recording of the representative who refused to activate it. We hereby attach the copy of bill in which all details are there and it clearly shows that international roaming service was not used even once. Kindly look into the matter asap.
