I am not able to send text messages from my idea mobile network sim from past 2 days. When i called up the idea customer care and asked for a solution they suggested me
1) to re-enter the message center number [protected], restart the mobile and assured that the messages would be send but the the solution failed.
2) then they suggested me to reset my mobile to factory settings and it would be solved again failed. Later, i insert other network sim in my mobile and tried send the text message this time message was send successful.
3) finally, the customer care representatives started to tell that they are facing some network issues and asked me to wait for 2 hrs and then restart the mobile it would work. When i tried with another idea network sim immediately the message was send successfully.
4) after a long discussion with the idea customer care representative, they started saying that this issue is happening with only few idea sims as they are changing 3g satellite to 4g or something like this and asked me to wait for 1 day.
Tried diff location same issue
Now i'm clueless and helpless!
I request, to help me on this issue.
