Without my permission, idea is deducting my balance from my prepaid account. I didn't buy any game. Right now, i'm using feature phone and it has only one game which is full and not on the trial basis. I got a message from 53010 that thank you for purchasing the iappgame. Enjoy and have fun [protected]@iappgame.com. Whenever i got this message, then everytime rs 10 deducts. I didn't buy any game. I called the idea customer care, they were saying that i had purchased the game but fact is that i didn't buy any game. My no. Is [protected]. Idea customer care is saying again and again that i've bought the game. Thay are not providing the solution. They are not refunding my deducted amount.

    I got a message that Dot guidelines are not met and within 2 days my connection was discontinued.
    I am using idea postpaid since last 1 year and I don't understand which verification went negative that too after 1 year.

    Now I am being told that I cannot start my idea number on my name, it needs to be through some other blood relation.

    It's been more than 10 days now that my service is blocked.
    Worst ### service by Idea. Worst ever management. Worst customer service.

      Ive been using idea from last 3 years but i never got any angry with their offers and signals.. But from last 10 days i am not able to get the signal properly. While i am keeping my screen on auto rotate the signal is being lost.in portrait only it is allocating signal that is also very much sloww... Even i bought new 4g phone also no use. Thats the complaint from my side please respond to it as soon as possible.. Or else i will find other network and i wll give the same suggestion to my family and frnds also

          I have been having more than rs.20 balance in my idea prepaid number and i suddenly received a message that if i don't recharge my number, the outgoing services will be barred. I called the customer service and they are saying that it has been made mandatory to recharge atleast 35 rupees every 28 days for outgoing services and if not recharged for 90 days the sim will be deactivated. It's ridiculous that they are charging like a postpaid rental. Further i checked the internet to find a news that other service providers were also to bar outgoing in 30 days from last recharge and incoming in 45 days if not recharged monthly. These are all against the trai regulations of 90 days no incoming/outgoing calls or less than 20 rupees balance for deactivation. Many people including me recharge full talktime offers once in 2 or 3 months whenever the balance drains out and this monthly recharge (That too 28 days) is really a hassle. Trai please take action.

          I don't want a copy paste answer. You are supposed to send my complaint to upper management. Your monthly recharge requirement for prepaid numbers is against TRAI regulations.

            I bought a sim on 6th november, 2018. The idea executive said it will be activated within 4 hours. Today is 14th november, 2018 and yet the sim has not been activated. I have raised a complaint through email to idea and their response is not helping me. Number to activate: [protected]

            They charge ₹300 for this kind of careless service. This is the service they provide. They take activation charges and do not activate the sim. Nonsense.

              I recharged 29th October 99Rs for 28 day unlimited talk time after recharged i asked costomer care Representative of 29th October but he told me this is 28 day unlimited plan and suggested some technical issues. on 10th November 2018 CC Rep and Supervisor told me our pack validity only 12 day. and not properly guidance to costumer by Telephone company

                I have recharged the phone no [protected] twice with 199 plan.
                The recharge was made as the message was not received .
                One recharge was done with a recharge centre and the other was with using paytm.

                  I called regarding the mentioned subject to customer executive but they are resolving my problem. Even they are not communicating properly.

                    I am not able to send text messages from my idea mobile network sim from past 2 days. When i called up the idea customer care and asked for a solution they suggested me
                    1) to re-enter the message center number [protected], restart the mobile and assured that the messages would be send but the the solution failed.
                    2) then they suggested me to reset my mobile to factory settings and it would be solved again failed. Later, i insert other network sim in my mobile and tried send the text message this time message was send successful.
                    3) finally, the customer care representatives started to tell that they are facing some network issues and asked me to wait for 2 hrs and then restart the mobile it would work. When i tried with another idea network sim immediately the message was send successfully.
                    4) after a long discussion with the idea customer care representative, they started saying that this issue is happening with only few idea sims as they are changing 3g satellite to 4g or something like this and asked me to wait for 1 day.

                    Tried diff location same issue

                    Now i'm clueless and helpless!

                      There is network busy in on my number for last 3 days. Please resolve the problem... Everytime i call there is netwrk bsy and i am also not able to receive the calls from any of my contacts... It is really badthat such a big company have such type of network errors..                           Dear sir/madam,
                          We are using ur services since 2013. I have come wrong bill those service are not using. We are launch complain dated 6 nov 2018. But not given me any resolution your side. And also when we make call customer care your representative not given me any solution his talk very roughly.
                          Kindly requested to u clear my unwanted applied mob no [protected] charge rs 512 in the month sept. Less my billed so we make the actual bill amount.

                            I'm using idea for more than 2 years. I got a message saying my connection will be barred if not recharged but my account has rs 27 balance. When called to customer care they say this is idea's new policy. The recharges they suggest are only valid for just 1 month and after that even if i have sufficient balance i'm supposed to recharge otherwise connection will be barred. What kind of attitude is this. Please do something.

                            As discussed, Service Validity is the days during which customers will receive uninterrupted service (Calls/Data/SMS/Roaming) like today. There is no change in the way services will be available to customers who do regular applicable recharges (minimum Rs.35 every 28 days). However, in case of non recharge after service validity, curtailed services (Only Incoming) will be available for grace period of 15 days, after which services will not available till the time applicable recharge is done. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend you to recharge your account regularly OR You can recharge with anny long service validity recharge options available on our website basis your need.

                              Hi,

                              I had done an idea mobile recharge for rs 398. The amount has been deducted from my account, but the number never got recharged. I called up the customer care and they said the amount will be reverted in 3-5 days. But it's been three weeks since then and the amount has not been reverted back.
                              They keep saying the amount will be reverted by the end of the week. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now and the issue is still not resolved. I will be reaching out to zonal incharge or regional manager in case this is not resolved.
                              Kindly take action asap and revert the amount.

I will port all my idea network from my family members...                                 In my view idea is one of the wrost network in world .. I recharge with 4g plan but it give us 3kb /s speed... Very bad internet speed... Same on idea.

                                  Hello Sir, I am a Student Of Delhi University And I Am live in Dwarka Sector 3 JJ Colony Phase 2 Matiyala And I am Suffering some brain diseases For Last 5 Years I Consulted with many neurologist and they told me it is happening because you are facing some radiations and it’s coming from idea cellular tower which is placed At G-203, 204 Phase 2 Sector 3 JJ Colony Matiyala that is palced at opposite my home and i have also medical reports and my dad was also suffering the same and now he is no more and here, s my some neighbours they are also suffering the same problem so in that case kindly take any legal action or else I will complaint in supreme court

                                      I have submitted my documents in this year([protected]). But still i am geeting messages and voice calls from your customer care that "Dear Customer, the document submitted by you is found to be non-compliant, hence request you to submit a fresh application within 48hrs.at your nearest Idea store to avoid disconnection of your mobile number".Now my number is disconnected, this number is very important so please help me to get rid of this problem.

                                        I did a recharge of 348 on my phone via your myidea app. The money was deducted but recharge was not received. The customer service is not helping me either. They keep on saying that the recharge was not done and are not looking to the transaction id. Check to this issue asap.
